Sights & Landmarks
The Oregon City Municipal Elevator, a 130-foot outdoor municipal elevator, was constructed in 1915 to connect two neighborhoods with a significant elevation difference. It is one of only four municipal elevators in the world and the sole vertical street in North America. Renovated in 1954, it now offers a quick 30-second ride powered by electricity. The elevator features an observation deck providing stunning views of Abernethy Bridge, Oregon City Bridge, and Willamette Falls.
Such a historical gem! Awesome info from Beverly at the help desk. Tons of free views and historical strolls to be found. Check it out!

Elevator worked as expected! Very useful and fun. The construction at the top part was pretty loud but that’s not the elevators fault. I totally recommend this elevator for getting up the hill instead of taking the streets. 10/10 overall would ride again.
Addie O — Google review
Very cool place to visit. When you first cross the street to the entrance, there's a moment you feel like you're about the enter a time machine. There's a certain feel about it. The elevator works as it should and it's a direct, fast ride to the top. Once there, you see a panoramic view of the what below, and beyond. Definitely check it out. From there, you can exit and go for a short stroll.. Lots of green space in the neighborhood area where you are free to picnic and relax.
Nola — Google review
My guess is that people come here expecting some kind of grand contraption, but —-hate to burst your bubble —- it’s just a regular metal box with doors, pretty generic inside, that goes up and down when you push a button. Don’t get me wrong, the tunnel entrance to the elevator ground floor is pretty cool, and after the ride up (one floor only) you exit into a wild, spaceship-looking circular glass observation deck at the top that hangs over the city, giving you bird’s eye, 180 Degree views of the area. But at the end of the day, it’s a functional elevator. It’s the only outdoor municipal one in the US, but still. Also, there is a nicely-designed but long-ish stone stairway you can take as an alternative. Bonus: mini-waterfall at the top of those stairs
Andrew C — Google review
This is actually a really cool place to visit. Lots of plaques, pictures, and posters on the history of the area and the elevator. Elevator is free use. It was really neat to go up to the top and take the walking path towards Willamette falls and see all the old hydro electric dams and paper mills. Willamette falls is only second in volume flow of water in the USA, behind Niagara falls off course.
Mason R — Google review
It was alright had to pay for parking and got beautiful views of the town and the river You will have to pay for parking most likely if you came in the way I did although I’m not sure how often they check it out here
Nochill — Google review
This is a great place to enjoy a walk and see a nice view of the Oregon City downtown, the waterfall and, and if it's sunny, the mountains!
Claudia P — Google review
Very cool attraction and it's free. This was my first time in the outdoor elevator, interesting historical info, nice view of the city and the river. Guide at the top was wonderful, she pointed us to promenade, stairs and local area. Public washroom at the base was a welcome site after a long walk.

Waterfall
Nature & Parks
Willamette Falls is a vast and curved cascade spanning 1500 feet in width and standing at a height of 40 feet. It is situated beside deserted paper factories, making for an impressive sight. Recently, the water levels have surged due to flooding, causing the waterfall's usual drop of around 30 to 40 feet to become obscured.
It’s so beautiful. This wonderful sound of the waterfall and the beautiful sunset. If you really want to get closer to the waterfall, you can go from below on kayaks or on a boat. This will be an unforgettable moment in your life!😉
Jack — Google review
Pretty cool place, with all kinds of history! This is at a pull out on 99E.
Doug H — Google review
Side of the road viewpoint. The old industrial buildings really take away from the beauty of the falls.
Wildcraft R — Google review
Meh. You can see better things elsewhere. It's rather underwhelming.
Steven H — Google review
Kayaking to the falls at sunset was breathtaking. There is an old paper mill right next to it which is kinda creepy cool. Highly recommend kayaking as close as you can (the falls are so powerful you can’t get crazy close- but if you hover near the edge, you can get a pretty good view)
Alissa M — Google review
Cool local spot stopped in here to see the water height from all of our flooding, this is usually a 30 to 40' drop
Alusivekarma F — Google review
Canoeing up to the falls is truly amazing! So easy to Falls back into time. Stunning and beautiful

Willamette Falls is the 2nd largest waterfall in the country (by volume) averaging 30,849 cfs. Beautiful at high water, or low. A staple attraction of our area!

History museum
Museums
The Museum of the Oregon Territory is a local history museum that offers a glimpse into the region's past and its transformation by Willamette Falls. Housed on the second floor with views of the falls, this self-guided museum showcases interactive exhibits featuring Native American petroglyphs, artifacts, and historical maps. The Murdock Gallery hosts seasonal exhibits displaying thousands of cultural and historical artifacts from Clackamas County.
A great piece of history here in Oregon city, about 45 min from Portland. Speaks about how power was first generated from Willamette locks falls and transmitted to Portland - the first long distance power transmission in the United States!! Also has great views of the Willamette locks falls and the power generation unit that was constructed there. You can even cross the road outside the museum to see the falls itself, although there could be quite some traffic.
Gagan K — Google review
This is a large building with a small museum. The first floor has a small library, a small gift shop and the offices. The second floor has the museum. The third floor is an event space. The event space probably pulls in more money than the museum. This is an expensive modern building in a big city but, it looks like their visitor count is exceptionally low. For its size this museum is expensive. It has a beautiful view of the Willamette Falls and some explanation for what you see there. They have some beautiful Native American artifacts, but limited explanation for them.
Technobarbarian — Google review
Came here with a 6 year old and a 70 year old and they both enjoyed themselves. For those who are older and interested in the history of Oregon City, there is a lot of information and great visuals. For kids, there is currently a place where they can decorate a wood cookie and make a pretend fire. The there are buttons to press and a few things that might be interesting for them to see. I believe most kids will breeze through the space. There is a place to practice Morse code and play with 'powering locations' that is interactive. It is a small museum for the price, however the tickets count for another historic house that is only a few minutes away and are good for a month, so they could be used at another visit apparently. This was the first museum I was ever encouraged to "touch everything", which made it especially enjoyable for my 6yr old who felt freedom to open some drawers and to truly touch with our too much restriction. Staff is super sweet and very friendly. Veterans get free admission! Parking lot is pretty good sized and we had no problem with parking or waiting on a Thursday mid day. In fact, we had the place to ourselves and it was quite fun as part of our morning exploring of Oregon City. The bathrooms are nice and clean too! There is an elevator for those who might need it and it is roomy enough, you'd be able to get around with a wheelchair unless it was a particularly busy day.
R Y — Google review
Excellent museum. So many cool artifacts. Currently a new exhibit about the original people who lived there (indigenous) with history of hoew OC was developed and the pre and post industrial history of Willamette Falls. So great, highly recommend.
K M — Google review
This is a freemason establishment that is deceiving the public. The two obelisks in front of the building are symbols of freemasonry. The gals at the front desk were aware of this when I asked if they knew that the museum was a masonic establishment. As we continued to chat, one of the staff members even tried to tell me that humans evolved from fish, not monkeys... I replied back and said those are both lies. Charles Darwin was also a deceiving liar freemason. “That is why I am here today, to sort out the lies and notify the public.” They have a few native artifacts on display with very little information about them. The story about the falls that is shown behind the petroglyph upstairs, is mockery towards the natives! The natives lived here for thousands of years before they were purposefully tormented and murdered. They were not incompetent dumb animals as these stories seem to suggest. The natives were highly intelligent and completely dependent on nature. The information shown at this museum does not tell the truth and does not show respect to those who were here before. It is a maze of deception with bits and pieces of the truth. I have been to every museum in the area and have had enough of the lies and freemason deception. Look up pictures of the Lewis and Clark exposition and old world fairs and other old world expositions. You will start to understand and look at things differently. Old world buildings are everywhere, Oregon city has plenty. The museums don’t show them openly though. Even the Oregon city elevator shows glimpses of old world buildings that are in the form of holographic pictures. A deceptive way of showing the old and new without being able to see the differences clearly. Hopefully this museum will redesign their space and showcase more of the people who lived on this land for thousands of years prior. Such as the Molalla Indians which were not mentioned at all in this museum. The past will not be forgotten especially the natives who lost their land, resources, family, culture, and lives.

Cute and informative museum that gives discounts to those with EBT cards for entry costs. Great place to learn about Oregon History
Angela N — Google review
Great displays that tie in well to the ever changing themes at this museum. Small enough to browse through quickly, enough detail to spend a couple of hours learning about the area around Oregon City and Clackamas County. Photos are part of the regular non-rotating exhibit. Old pharmacy items.

Hiking area
McLoughlin Promenade is a picturesque pathway located on Singer Hill Bluff, offering stunning views of the Willamette River, Willamette Falls, and downtown Oregon City. This historic promenade was built in the 1930s and is part of a 7.8-acre linear park above downtown, providing access to the Oregon City Municipal Elevator.
Lovely walk above downtown Oregon City, the Willamette River out to the Falls!
Jenny P — Google review
At the recommendation of a guide from the municipal elevator we went to check out the Promenade. Concrete path follows the bluff overlooking the Willamette River, Willamette Falls, and the Blue Heron Mill site (few movies were filmed here). Natural landscaping, several benches, great for a lunch break, very peaceful.
Henrietta C — Google review
Located on the top edge of the Oregon City this trail has it all in every season. A picturesque, easy hiking trail, park-like environment with blooming trees, bushes, and flowers from Spring to Fall, and a colorful display of Fall foliage, rock formations, not to mention the spectacular view down on downtown Oregon City, the former Blue Heron Paper Mill site that is now being repurposed under the Willamette Falls Project, and the crown jewel of the area: the mighty Willamette Falls. Family friendly park from dawn to dusk all year long.
Bela B — Google review
Always love walking the promenade. Great views of the Arch Bridge, downtown OC, Willamette River and the Falls! Great local outdoor attraction and with an easy trip down our wonderful elevator or a walk down the Grand Staircase you are in downtown OC with all it has to offer
Debbie T — Google review
A beautiful path from the top of the Oregon City elevator along the bluff overlooking the willamette river and historic industrial complex. Going to be great when industrial area restoration is complete! Hidden treasure in Oregon City.
Rod S — Google review
One of my favorite short walks with great views of historic buildings, and earliest industries in Oregon.. Amazing water fall and mountains on clear days.
Mette I — Google review
A wonderful walking path with East and West views of the Willamette River, Oregon City, Mt St Helens, Willamette Falls, and, depending on your location along the walk, views of Mt Hood as well. It has park benches along the length of the wall every 25 or so yards, with trash cans as well. Grab a sandwich and a friend and enjoy your lunch along the river.

Historical place museum
Museums
The End of the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center is a historical museum that offers interactive exhibits and costumed guides, showcasing life in the mid-1800s. It provides visitors with interesting information about the pioneers who traveled on the Oregon Trail. A great adventure for 4th graders studying this subject in school, it's also a fun activity to do with family on a sunny day.
We visited the center as part of a school group, so we were able to take advantage of the hands-on activities as well as watch a movie about the Oregon Trail. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable. Our 10 year old was able to help pack a wagon with supplies, keeping below the maximum weight. He also made a stick candle that he was able to bring home. The movie provided a glimpse into the lives of a handful of pioneers on the trail. Before we left, we visited the large gift shop and came home with a great book on other historical places in SW Oregon. Next time we're in Oregon City, we'll stop in to buy a t-shirt to commemorate our visit.
Patti S — Google review
Growing up playing the Oregon Trail on the computer made this a must visit. The movie was a good introduction. The museum is informative as well as a NPS passport location for fellow stamp collectors.
J.R. F — Google review
End of the line… and the trip! This marker is where the Oregon Trail ends. If you played the game back in the ’90s, you know the struggle—keeping four oxen, the kids, and your spouse alive all the way from Independence, Missouri. We skipped the sickness and made it by plane. Seriously, it was great to find the end of the trail. Even with the modern surroundings, you can get a sense of what it might have felt to finally find a new home.
Eddie J — Google review
Nice museum with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Interesting exibits with historical artifacts.

Got Sr. Discount! Docents were all very helpful and informative. We were there on a Thursday morning in September, after kids had gone back to school. Not crowded at all. So much interesting information about the trail itself, what prompted people to embark on a trip so long and dangerous. I liked the myth vs. truth information. It definitely dispelled some of the myths we have all heard. I am looking forward to reading more about this era in westward expansion. The museum is self-guided so you can walk and read at your own pace. The wagons on display are fascinating. There is a lot of hands-on that would keep kids engaged. We also enjoyed the items on display on the outdoor path. Very nice, informative way to spend our morning!
Christine L — Google review
Really interesting museum that has indoor and outdoor exhibits. Took us about an hour and a half to go through everything. Many interesting journal entries to read as well as hands-on activities. Handicapped accessible. The docent was very helpful and informative. We did not have time to watch the two movie presentations, but will be sure to catch them next time we go. Best suited for maybe age 10 and up because there is a good deal of information to read. We really learned a great deal and enjoyed our visit.

This was our 2nd visit & we loved it! The history of the Oregon Trail is self guided, well laid out with interactive activities for students. Definitely worth the time to explore. We’ll be back!

Pizza restaurant
Mi Famiglia Wood Oven Pizzeria is a family-friendly restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere and occasional live music. The casual eatery offers traditional Italian dishes including antipasti, soups, salads, homemade pasta and sauces from generational recipes. Their menu also features hand-tossed wood-fired pizzas, fresh seafood, meats, and vegetarian options. Open daily for lunch and dinner, it's a great spot to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine in a cozy setting.
We got the caprese salad and it was so fresh and good! We also got the Holy Trinity pizza and subbed the red sauce for garlic olive oil, and it was so good! The limincellos were really good too, I did vodka instead of gin though.

Highly recommend!! My boyfriend and I have tried pizza in many countries and across the US. This restaurant is definitely on par with traditional Italian pizza and the best pizza I have had in the states. The customer service was phenomenal. You can tell they really care about what they do, their customers and the quality of the food.
Rose K — Google review
Good Service and pizza. They also have salads and other appetizers/small plates. My son was a little bummed that they didn't have pasta, but he got the chicken wings instead and liked those.
David A — Google review
Been searching for a perfect pizza since we moved back to the Pacific NW, this is it! Service was on point, drink selection was good, and food was epic. I am as much vegetarian as I am Santa Claus but still opted for the Spicy Greek pizza. It went way beyond my expectations with creamy feta, delicious aund-dried tomatoes and the spicy oil drizzle made it perfect. Daughter got lasagna that she loved and we shared two amazing deserts too. We will definitely be back!
Mikah B — Google review
Jasmine with excellent customer service skills. Can't tell she just started. Pizza was really good. Being that I am from New Jersey I hold Pizza to a high standard. Great little place all around! Keep it up!
Jack H — Google review
We had the wild mushroom Gorgonzola pizza and it tasted great! Good mushroom flavors with hint of rosemary. Then you get the taste of the blue cheese and garlic. Yum. The clams were a bit chewy and dry with the accompanying bread also a bit dry. The artichoke dip has a bunch of arugula just thrown on top which made it a little difficult to get the dip. Place is extremely smokey like the chef didn’t know how to get the fire going without a bunch of smoke bellowing out. I’ve been to plenty of wood fired joints and didn’t see a haze throughout. 5 for pizza, 3 for appetizers and smoke.
Michael J — Google review
Easily some of the best pizza I've ever had in Oregon. Attentive and friendly staff. Wonderful options. Can't wait to come back. 2nd visit was just as great! I love this place.

Fine dining restaurant
Nebbiolo Restaurant and Wine Bar in Oregon City offers a sophisticated dining experience with a diverse menu of elevated American dishes. The restaurant boasts a large selection of wines to complement the meals, and guests can enjoy their dining experience on the classy patio. With its upscale surroundings, Nebbiolo provides a perfect setting for enjoying delicious food and fine wine.
Danika was amazing! She really went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional! The food was superb and the live music was wonderful to add to the already enchanting ambience. Highly recommend!!!!
Mary S — Google review
Wow! We visited Nebbiolo for the first time last weekend for my husband's birthday. The food and service were outstanding. I had the mushroom ravioli and my husband enjoyed the salmon. Both delicious! Steffi was so kind accommodating a seating change for us, and our server Ethan was so funny, friendly, and on the ball. Truly an excellent server who made us feel so welcome. We can't wait to come back and try the scallops and steamer clams!
Danielle — Google review
I'm not easily impressed, but the food here was delicious! I had a salad and their spicy shrimp summer cut pasta. I was slurping the dish with the yummy sauce, down to almost the last bite. I got full. But I would go back. The wine was really nice as well.
Vinka V — Google review
This one of our favorite restaurant in the metro area. The food is exceptional. My particular favorite is fungi (mushroom) ravioli. I was so taken by this dish that I obtained a pasta maker in an attempt to duplicate this dish. Alas, I came close but could not duplicate this wonderful entree. They have a great Italian wine list. It is a little loud but our server was great and the entrees arrived punctually. I highly recommend this restaurant.
David C — Google review
Great date night! We enjoyed the fried polenta, romana salad, Manila clams, scampi, and the scallops. Everything was delicious! Good wine list and excellent service. My only note is it is a very tightly packed restaurant, just something to keep in mind!
Jessica H — Google review
We are so fortunate to have such a high quality restaurant in our neighborhood. Nebbiolo is our first choice for a great meal, a special occasion, or just a needed "I don't want to cook tonight". It is one of the very few restaurants in our area where they cook better than I can... such a treat!
Barb B — Google review
Loved our first dinner here and will be back soon for sure. Cocktails, calamari great. Salads also very strong (nitpick: a tiny bit overdressed). Scallops great. Tender beef and mushrooms solid. Chocolate pot de crème also great. Service really great too. Very attentive service. Unpretentious and very caring. Thank you Ethan! :)

Pub
The Highland Stillhouse is a Scottish-inspired pub with a cozy and dark interior, offering traditional Scottish fare with unique twists. The menu features classic British dishes like cottage pie, fish and chips, pasties, and haggis. The pub boasts an extensive selection of British beers and the largest collection of single malt scotch in the Portland area. Guests can also enjoy live Celtic music on Sunday evenings while indulging in a fine selection of whisky.
If you're looking for a classic pub experience, this is your place. The food is delicious, the wait staff are friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is immaculate (dark, eclectic, cozy). The fish and chips are the best I've had since moving to the PNW over 2 years ago and their portion sizes are no joke. The shrimp cocktail is fresh, the fried mushrooms are stellar, and the scotch egg is flavorful. If you're a sauce lover, their tarter sauce, cocktail sauce, and mustard pair perfectly with the dishes. They have a great selection of beer, but you can't go wrong with a Guinness. Remember to leave room for dessert and try the sticky toffee pudding. I honestly forgot to take pictures of the food because I was too excited to dig in.

A friend and I came here after visiting Canemah Bluff. The espresso martinis and food were GREAT. They had gluten free onion rings, mac n cheese, and crab dip. Delicious.
Ally G — Google review
We came in as a group of 6 — with a toddler — on a Sunday and we received wonderful, gracious service even though we were admittedly a tad high maintenance. Our servers were very kind and patient with us, including our needing to change tables. The food was delicious, I had the bangers and mash, three of us ordered fish and chips, my husband had the grist-crusted salmon, plus two appetizers of the fried mushrooms and calamari. I was very excited to learn that they offer gluten-free breading for some of their fried foods, so I got to enjoy the fried mushrooms which I haven’t been able to do in a long time! Also their chocolate cake is gluten free and INCREDIBLE. Completely the highlight of the meal! It was my first time there, but my husband and his family have been many times, and I look forward to coming back soon. I appreciate being able to bring our kiddo, even though it’s not really an environment geared toward kids, they didn’t make me feel like we were inconveniencing them by bringing our kid. Absolutely a sweet little gem of a place!
Layne U — Google review
We came here during the winter for a hot meal and a nice pint. When we walked in, the rustic atmosphere reminded us of pubs back in the UK and felt like home. Their selection of beers and ciders, some of which were brewed locally, were a delight. What we were amazed at, was the fish and chips were light and crispy and not heavily laden in batter like we were used to. We made a point to ask the waitress what their recipe was and she said they use a tempura batter which is why the fish comes out so light. Also, their shepherds pie was very meaty and tasty and she said they also use a special recipe for that. We returned during the summer to their beer garden to see if they were still serving this type of fish and chips and we weren’t disappointed. Kudos also to the wait staff who were friendly and quick serving. We‘ve definitely put this place on our list for future visits and highly recommend.
Melodye B — Google review
Really enjoyed the combination of fish and chips with a Rasputin stout. I would definitely return here. The place is dimly lit and the service is good.
Steven M — Google review
An extensive gluten-free menu including onion rings, freshly battered chicken tenders, and fried mushrooms. Both the person on the phone and the person at pick up were super polite. It made me wish I had time to stay instead of just getting carry out. The food was wonderful and freshly prepared. I wish I was local and could give them more business, but since I can't, I'll recommend them to anyone looking for restaurants in the area.

Fantastic, dark, old world style atmosphere, void of tacky beer banners and poker machines. Excellent customer service, very charming bartender, great food and drink, highly recomend the cod fish & chips, extensive menu featuring many traditional items from the U.K.. LOVE this place!!! ❤️

Great Scottish pub. The food is pretty good. Portions are generous. The onion rings are the best in VanPort. The ale is very good. Excellent selection of whisky. Cocktails are very basic. The only sweet vermouth is Dolin. Staff is friendly. The best part is the décor. One of the most authentic UK pub interiors in the USA. They have a small parking lot that fills up quickly. -VanPort Insider ✌🏼✌🏼

Seafood market
Seafood restaurant
Tony's Fish Market is a long-standing family-owned establishment that has been serving delicious seafood since 1936. It is one of the oldest businesses in Oregon City and offers a limited but perfectly prepared menu, featuring sandwiches, seafood baskets, and other delectable eats. Visitors can enjoy fresh seafood melts, bagels with lox, and various seafood baskets made with the freshest ingredients from the market's seafood counter.
Great place to buy local fish. I bought tuna , salmon and rock fish, they all tasted stunning!!! Tony @the counter provided excellent service!
Tanken- K — Google review
The fish market is amazing and their smoked food is great. I went today for the restaurant side and it was disappointing. I chose a shrimp melt and there was no seasoning, just shrimp, cheese and an English muffin. Maybe I just chose the wrong item today. There are few tables outside you can eat at. There is a small parking lot for customers and on street parking was available as well
Dawn F — Google review
Watch out! Between the crab pot outside, steaming up the crabs and the rack of fresh sourdough bread when you walk in the door it is very hard to walk out empty-handed. Did I mention they have great salmon chowder?
Panda M — Google review
Great location and store. The fish and chips were amazing. The guys were super friendly and helpful. Some of the quality products they offer like the heirloom grain pasta I've never seen before. I'll definitely be back.

Very good fish and chips and excellent service. We were in town for a family event and the gentleman behind the counter was very polite and engaging, asking where we were coming from and giving tips of things to do around town. He even gave us a free sample of their candied salmon and it was so, so good.

The smoked salmon chowder had an impressively light flavor. Recommended.

So glad I stopped in here before we left. The candied salmon was great! I even grabbed a few other items despite only stopping in for that. I would definitely make this a stop again if we come back!

We went in recently and they had beautiful fresh steelhead sides, and I mean they were ultrafresh but also I wish to know that the craftsmanship and cleaning the sides was quite impressive. The young man that assisted me picked out a beautiful side and it's served us for two dinners with generous portions. They do an excellent job of handling their fish. Located in Clackamas County, this restaurant offers a variety of dishes that cater to different tastes. Whether you're looking for American cuisine or Mexican flavors, The Hive Social has something for everyone. Delicious adventure today. The food does not come quickly but it tastes like it was carefully and thoughtfully made. Great sized portions. The sodas are crafted in-house and were tasty.
Natalia W — Google review
For folks who have absolutely no dietary restrictions, this place is the bee's knees... Prior to making lifestyle changes in alignment with my body's desires, I'd easily give this place 5 stars. The food (quality and alchemy) has always been delicious, creative, and local and service has been pleasant, humble, and personable. Now that I eat primarily plant-based, gluten- and sugar-free, there are very little, if any options for me to choose from. Many of the breakfast dishes are quite unbalanced, reflecting traditional American breakfasts with large portions of bread (e.g., French toast and waffles) and sugar, and are lacking in substantial protein offerings. If I could make any recommendations, I would suggest adding more varieties of protein (esp. plant-based options) and offering more balanced meals honoring other types of dietary preferences such as diabetes-friendly, auto-immune friendly, and more. What I would give to see some buckwheat protein pancake, waffles, or gluten free French toast options on the menu!!! What kind of hive is The Hive, be it lacking in plant-based dishes? Bees thrive on nectar from plants! Let's honor the bees by balancing the menu with far more plant-based options 🥰😍💖

If you’re looking for a spot with a cool and relaxing vibe, this is it. The signature cocktails are absolutely to die for, the food is always amazing, and I love that the menu changes from time to time to keep things fresh, but I wish they would bring back their brussel sprouts. On top of that, the service is consistently top-notch. Definitely a go-to place!

We were looking for a fun place with a trendy vibe to have a cocktail and The Hive was perfect. We sat in the bar lounge which was quieter than the main dining area. There are several high-backed booths and other tables for seating. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Chloe was our server/bar tender and she was super cheerful. The menu looked excellent, with locally sourced food items. I wished we were hungry, and thought several times about ordering food just to try something. We did try the Feeling Peaching and Embittered Summer cocktails. The peachy is served up and is a bourbon citrus sour drink. The other was my favorite, a smoky mezcal served over 1 large ice cube. Will definitely come back again.

Please hire more staff. Our waitress was phenomenal, we enjoyed everything about the service she provided. We also very much enjoyed our food.. once it made it out of the kitchen. It looked like our amazing waitress was the only one running the front of the house, with at least 8 tables sat. Bussing, cleaning, setting, seating and serving. There was another young lady that sat us originally and was at times running the food but Jasmine could be seen doing the brunt of everything. What we didn’t enjoy was watching other tables give her the stink eye when the kitchen took an incredibly long time to prepare dishes. I’m glad that we ordered an appetizer as we arrived very hungry and our food arrived at a snails pace. The food that finally came was pretty darn great but it feels like maybe a dedicated host and a line cook or two might be beneficial.

I might have simply ordered the wrong thing, the Apple Pie Bowl with barley and hazelnut and pears, it could have been awesome, though it was heavy (cream/milk) and tasted buttery, the hazelnuts tasted somewhat stale... again, it might be my taste buds because I think it could appeal to another audience. I want to give a heads up that it was far too heavy and rich for me. The menu looks incredible, creative and diversified. High marks on service and environment. I would return for another choice, for sure.

The brunch experience was undeniably delightful, leaving a lasting impression. The food was remarkably delicious, and the service was impressively fast and efficient. The interior design of the place was exceptionally cute, contributing to the overall positive atmosphere. Indeed, everything about the experience was undeniably great. It was a perfect way to spend a morning. We will definitely be back to check out dinner and the bar.

I was really excited to try this place. I had heard so many great things. The atmosphere and look were great and I enjoyed myself with my friend. I however was very disappointed in the food and timing of service though. I ordered a half salad and a cup of chowder. I asked what the soup of the day was and I was told that it was a salmon chowder. Pricing for a cup of chowder was shown on the menu. It took a bit to get our food and it wasn't very busy. When the soup came the salad was good enough but the soup was lukewarm and I wasn't even given a spoon for the chowder. When I finally got the server back it took him a while to get me a spoon. When the check came it was outrageous. I am not one to complain and I didn't say anything but I felt very misled. For the amount of food I got and how it was served I was charged an extra 14 dollars evidently for the small amount of salmon that was put in this "salmon chowder". That was never indicated or spoken. It was a waste of my money. I am sad in my first experience here. More than likely will not come again. UPDATE: When I asked the server what the "soup of the day" was he specifically said it was a "Salmon chowder" He never once said anything about a potato and leak soup. I never asked for an add on of Broccolini (which was NOT in the soup) and I did not ask for an add on of Salmon as the server indicated it was already in the soup. I took him at his word. I did speak with the owner about the issue after reading this and she was very kind, understanding and made the unfortunate mistake right. Which I highly value and appreciate.
