Historical place in the middle of Erbil There's near parking so no worries about the car. The castle is high and for those who are disciplined, there's no way can go up. There's few small hotels around and so fancy..

The place is historical and ancient and the market is very beautiful and diverse and you can find many products. However, unfortunately, some sellers take advantage of tourists and visitors and sell at high prices.

This is the first time in my life that I have seen a safe zone in the Middle East with different nationalities. I advise you to go and see for yourself. My regards to you, Kurdistan.

A Must-Visit in Erbil We couldn’t enter the citadel itself, but walking through the traditional and souvenir shops was a great experience. The area is rich in history, and the local vendors were incredibly welcoming. We ended up buying a lot of souvenirs for everyone back in Lebanon. A beautiful place to explore!

One of the most beautiful mosque in Erbil. It seems to be a blend of the Turkish and Persian styles. The daily Imam has a great voice and the interior is just as stunning as the outside. The only problem is that it closes 15 minutes after each prayer, even Magrib, so you can't stay there from Magrib to Isha

I would love to elaborate on this mosque but it wasn't open at the time I got there (at about 8am). From the outside, the mosque is actually pretty nice and large. There are two locked gates that I would assume are the two entrances into the mosque. There is a huge parking lot for vehicles, but go slowly into it since there's no slope or ramp to "ease" into the lot. There was also a homeless guy sleeping right in front of the mosque on the street. I'll have to update this if I get the chance to visit again.

Jalil Khayat Mosque in Erbil A grand mosque built in the Ottoman style, Jalil Khayat Mosque’s construction began in 1997, funded by a wealthy cloth merchant, Haji Jalil, and was completed a decade later in 2007. The mosque is topped by 63 domes, most of them small. The largest dome, located in the main prayer hall, is 50 meters tall and 25 meters in diameter.

Jalil Khayat Mosque, 60 Meter St, Erbil 🕌 It was built in 2015.Usually tourist who are not Muslim can not see inside,but this time,my tour guide negotiated with security police. Women must need a hijab=scarf on the head when enter.

I really enjoyed visiting this museum. It didn't only show textiles but also had a lot of information to offer about the Kurdish culture and its recent and current struggles. It is also very informative about the textiles, explaining patterns and material used for the natural dyes. I would recommend this museum to anyone who is interested in learning about cultures and traditions.

This is an unique place which makes you ponder about art and its destiny with time, These colorful, elaborated kilims and rugs are the products of Kurdistan nomadic life style which will not survive in the 21st century.‬

It was beautiful, exciting and fascinating visit ever. There were a lot of old traditional Kurdish stuff too look at and discover. Some of them like man and women old kurdish customs, there were old rugs which were created by hand and there were sea rocks! They were really nice and colourful.

Some of the must visits in citadela not to be missed. U can see traditional way of life in Kurdistan countryside, tribal way of distinquish in clothing for men and women and also beautiful traditional handmade carpets, kilims and rugs made in 1900 still looks like new. On site there is also cafe and gift shop. Place was visited by many politicians, actors or singers theirs pictures can be seen in entry area.

Honestly, I personally have never seen a mall so huge with so many shops. It was extremely clean and organized. As with many places I believe things would be more expensive in the mall than on the street but if that's what you like then you'll have no problem there are many places to choose from as well as places to eat. I was very impressed even though I just walked around.

One of the most successful Malls in Erbil. It’s quite big and has so many stores and brands and they have a big parking space. You never have to worry about space. They also have VIP parking. Although the malls is old but it’s very clean. And the mall is always crowded and the cinema inside is great.

It's very similar to a shopping mall in Türkiye. All kinds of brands are available there. The clothes are good.

A decent sized Mall with plenty of shopping choices, lots of games, toys and entertainment for the children, hence the name so shops were less than other Malls but still worth a visit. Again, because of Ramadan so much was not open, but next time we will go a different time of year!!

Very nice mall, one of the largest malls in Erbil and Iraq. There are too many brands of clothes and food. The calm and air conditioner are excellent, They are very clean and they clean it every minute. There is a cinema which is excellent, clean, quiet, large halls and professional staff with very reasonable prices. Also there are big games-city with too many games for children and adults and gardens. The mall contains a motel inside as a separated house which is large and suitable for families. A very recommended place to visit if you came to erbil especially if you came with your family.

Service and every thing was disaster. Three times i called the crew nobody even took care of why do i call them even nobody came to the table to see what do we want.

Food can be better for sure , the Shisha is not that good, however the service is good , they serve alcohol as well . I like the rooftop area .

Flat beer, can’t pull a draft to save their lives. Olives from the bottom of the barrel, ordered fries and truffle cheese, we got soggy chips and McDonalds cheese melt.

Everything was excellent from the moment we checked in till we left, all staff were hard working, willing to help and excellent. The service provided by all staff was a 10/10 service. The hotel was clean and well maintained.

I’m staying here through my company, which regularly books with this hotel. At 2 a.m., I was woken up by a call from reception because the restaurant couldn’t charge a 23,000 IQD bill to my room. No one mentioned at check-in that I’d need to provide a card for incidentals. Instead of resolving this internally or waiting until morning, they decided to disturb a guest in the middle of the night over a minor charge. The next morning, I asked to speak with the Front Office Manager to file a complaint, but was told he wasn’t available. The staff took my complaint and said, “It’s settled, don’t worry about it.” However, when I checked out two days later, I was asked to pay for the same bill they had already told me was resolved. I had also informed reception at check-in that I would be leaving half a day early. They told me it was fine and to call on the morning of checkout, which I did. They confirmed again that it was fine. Yet when I checked out, there was no record or note of any of this. For a hotel that regularly handles company bookings and business travelers, this level of disorganization and communication failure is unacceptable. A 2 a.m. wake-up over a 23,000 IQD restaurant bill is not “hospitality.” It’s unprofessional.

Great security and staff are helpful with taxis or ordering food from outside of the hotel. The rooms are spacious. However, the des and floors of the rooms were not clean. Most of the food is overpriced.

The ground floor is relatively quiet compared to the upper floor. The coffee tastes very good, and the food is also nice. However, the prices are somewhat overpriced. The service is good, and the restrooms are clean. The main issue is the lack of parking space, except for a back garage that is usually crowded and overpriced compared to other places.

The place is so crowded.. noise and no ventilation.. I do appreciate the authentic appetizers but the main course is oily or meat is not smelling nice .. I think the kebab meat particularly is grade 5 meat! Thanks for the experience but not worth it for the price!

At my first visit to the restaurant, I loved the place amd the variety of dishes served there. Although it was too crowdy and the place is not large enough, we didn't wait too long to have a seat. There are not a separate place for families and this is not cultural in middle east. At the end, I recommend it.

When you want to sit down and haven't seen the menu yet, they bring you soup everywhere. They also bring you soup and put some things with the free salads. They charge 3,000 to 4,000 for a soup if you have 5 to 10 people! or a cold dolma that is everywhere like a salad but here charge each one 5,000 When you request an account, you will receive 2 to 3 times more than you expect. Never come back for this place and recommend

The location is good but the restaurant is overcrowded and if you are lucky you can get a seat in 20 minutes. However the food is very good and tasty and the meat is high quality. The guy at the front door wears kurdish clothes and i find it very quite elegant. The staff were nice and respectful.

Turkish style restaurant, it serves different types of Turkish style meals, such as Kebab, Kibbeh, grilled chicken and Shawarma, also other traditional Iraqi meals, like Quzi, the taste was nice, but it was very crowded and noisy, it looked like the Kurdish families enjoys coming to this place, the prices are relatively expensive.

The food is not the same as used to be. The taste used to be better, the portion was much better. The appetites are almost nothing and the price is really high. I am regular customer for the other branch on 60m. It is way better than the abu shahab city. Not visiting this place again

This is a local, famous restaurant with a big variety of food. I tried boiled chicken (organic) . They are serving a lot of sides as complimentary, by the way this is very common practice in this region. Food was really tasty. Prices are near to others in region, one person will pay around 20-30 usd

I have been there many times but never wrote any reviews, so I decided I will this time, last week I had a chance to go there and have some amazing food, we dined in the garden it was really nice, as usual the food was perfect, also I recommend their Meat Qozi it is really good.

It's the most spacious restaurant in Erbil. You can get different kind of foods there. Even though I consider the prices high and the food was not delicious last time when I visited there. It has a big car parking area and spacious garden, you can sit inside or outside the buildings. There was no menu! It's not possible to listen to someone to tell you the types of food verbally.

It's a very good place to take out or to dine. If you want to try Iraqi food with good quality, come to this place. It combines the typical Kurdish restaurant with some structure, and elegance. It has nice views and very good to bring family. Go there for dining outside in the garden which is very nice even in the hot summer.
