We got the New years - 7 days package for 2 people with the new refurbished rooms that was very nice. The hotel is close to different ski slopes so for us was perfect. The spa has different saunas and had a lovely couple doing the Aufuguss and the scrub in the steam room. The reason for my 4 star review is that the spa was not cleaned at least was not daily cleaned as after 3 days of finding in the same spot a ball of hair I had to call in the reception for cleaning. Which got me worried about the cleaning of this space. The breakfast was ok. If I can suggest something, I would add an actual orange juice machine instead of claiming that the orange juice is natural and then it’s not…I also didn’t like that some fruit wasn’t fresh and was from a can. But those are the only things that I would point out to change.

Avoid at all cost! The hotel may be pretty but it uses false advertising. The cancellation policy is purposefully written in a deceiving way without enough detail allowing you to realize that all deposits are in face non-refundable. The hotel itself mentions in the description of each room info on which court will handle the case in case you want to sue them - this alone should be a sign to avoid this hotel!!! What a horrid practice.
