Featuring local fish that is freshly made, a variety of drinks and just a few non-fish items. If you like fish, this is a great restaurant to come to. I’ve been here a few times, and we even celebrated after our wedding here. I’m not a big fish person but the Gallo is good and I usually get the chicken strips with fries which is okay. The croquetas are good and seem fresh made. The outdoor seating on the patio is great featuring a lot of space to spread out. We had a large family dinner here. The food came out relatively fast. The service here is top notch. For the most part I feel like table service is sub par in lots of restaurants here in Spain, so this one tops my list for good, prompt service. Beware if you order a Coca-Cola it comes una really tiny bottle. I won’t make that mistake again. Being right on the marina is great. There are ducks and geese that roam the outside area of the restaurant in the garden area here. The marina is beautiful at night overlooking the Rock of Gibraltar.
I would speak in high terms about CML where we stayed a week. A marinero helped us at the arrival. The atmosphere here is of a club (not an anonymous commercial one 😏) where I saw members volunteeringly coming to help on a difficult mooring situation of a fat long boat. They were so helpful. Besides, one can admire from the harbour the Rock of Gibraltar and the frontier is not far by foot
Absolutely love eating here. The waitress Luz is always happy and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Fast service and delicious fresh food every time. Plus amazing views.
This Resturant/club has been there for many many years . If I remember correctly it has always prided itself of high quality and super service . To this day it still is that Top class fresh food cooked to perfection. I remember have the fish in salt years ago and it was a shared portion the other person sharing with.me thought it would be too salty ,! She declined and I ate the whole fish myself woooow what a feast I had . Today this resturant still serves fresh fish cooked to perfection . Well done you guys !
We moored our boat here and it was well looked after. It's a local sailing club rather than a commercial marina and all the more enjoyable for it.
Atrocious service, disorganised from start to finish. We paid and left after starters as waiter was so rude. What we did eat was at best mediocre but there is no excuse for useless rude staff. Management profoundly at fault. Will never go back.
This review is directed at the person who came to our table and asked if all was OK, you sir stood far to close to the table and took a long look at the food,so long that we felt uncomfortable, you were also was unsuitably dressed presuming you are either the manager or owner,we were a party of 7,so the portions should have reflected this, your staff are very friendly, but you sir came across being aggressive, this is the first time we've eaten in this part of the restaurant, and have been coming here for over 20 years ,unbelievable that we are so disappointed
Had the bbq meat grill to share, very nice

Drive in straight off motorway, tiny 8 space car park. Enjoy view of Linea, Gibraltar and Africa. 5 mins and you’re off.
Very nice view of the rock of Gibraltar, however the viewing point is... Pretty abandoned. There are a lot of trash, grass doesn't seem to be cut... However, it's worth to stop there for a few minutes to enjoy the view. It's pretty noisy as well, but that's understandable, since the highway is right below it.
Lovely little pit stop for a few pictures of the famous rock of Gibraltar. Area needs a little TLC though
I would say on clear sky time you can see the rock of Gibraltar very well - unfortunately it was not our day :(
A good lookout viewpoint just off the highway to take photos of Gibraltar. Easy to park and there is a nice walk up to the top of El Higuerón down to the roundabout and back to the lookout.
View over Gibraltar and the Mediterranean. Higher elevation on the right side as you are driving towards Cadiz or Gibraltar gets you the better view compared to the spot on the opposite side. But some hiking trails allow one to get higher on that side if well equipped.
Nice view if you can deal with all the trash and human waste. 🤢
Great view of the Gibraltar rock

Classic fort from the days of yore. Interesting to see the new tourism on the beach. There was very little traffic in this area. Highly recommended
I visited this seaside area for a look, but for some reason, there was no one else around. The scenery was still quite nice, though the weather that day wasn’t great. After the rain earlier, I had to cross a large puddle on the road to get here.
Nice place to take your binocular and watch the sea life and surroundings.
If you're in the area do take a look then you can always make use of the beach anyway. Not a huge site but the history of this area is amazingly interesting.
Interesting can look around and and information board to read. Also a lovely walk down by the beach
Very nice to bring your kids
Historic ruins and ww2 bunker remains. Open to the public 24/7
Amazing medieval castle that you must see. Incredible architecture from ancient times. I loved the details of how they joined mountain original structures and the man made building. There are places with snacks and refreshments inside. The visit if free but if you take the elevator it costs like 9 Euros per person. There is a souvenir store too. The city views are amazing. This is a MUST if you visit Alicante

Beautiful place. We just managed to see an evening mass and it was very different with religious songs under sevillan rhythms.
Very pretty church. Much better looting than any in Gibraltar. Uniquely Spanish and grand. A bit too garish to be a church in my opinion but I guess people in Spain have different opinions.
The exterior walls of this building and the plaza in front of it are quite impressive.
Passed by this place and immediately got interested because of its design. Spain is famous for its antique churches that's why i took some photos. Outside are small shops and restaurants that you can chill.
Nice church. Admired the outside design. Last time I was in Spain it was closed. Revised 130123
A very pleasant area with restaurants and terraces, dominated by the church and a splendid statuary group. I recommend to visit.
The main church. Beautiful building. Imagine how that was the heart of the town a century ago...

Based on 1 visit: A really lovely little free museum. Interesting exhibits, across 2 floors. They have toilets (bathrooms).
I really liked the museum. Very beautiful, interesting and with well-structured exhibitions, many works of the artist, arranged by subject, personal objects, in a word, the whole life of the painter is exhibited. For me it was impressive because it is more than I expected. I recommend with confidence! I have to make 2 more mentions. The entrance is free, and the lady at the reception is very professional.
Museum easy to follow and is self-guided. There are multi language maps with translations. Two floors, elevator, and bathrooms.
A nicely maintained art gallery with a lot of kitsch type peasant woman art, you know, big busts and holding jugs of wine or flowers. It's worth a visit and is a surprising contrast to the shabby streets outside.
It was a good church! Very esthetic
Museo José Cruz Herrera is a museum in La Línea de la Concepción, Spain. Established in 1975, it is named after the portrait artist José Cruz Herrera. The idea for the museum happened in Cruz Herrera's lifetime. After he died in 1972, his children completed the project, adding works that they owned to the inaugural collection. The museum was in the Casa de la Cultura within the Plaza de Fariñas which opened on 6 April 1975, but since January 2016 has moved to its current location The museum has over 201 of Cruz Herrera's works sorted into four rooms: "First epoch", "Andalusian", "Arab" and "Anthology"
Amazing little place. Free entry, really interesting exhibits with art and a fashion exhibit also. Really useful written info on the displays.
Small place but always has something interesting. Play mobile western scene was loved by the kids.

We stayed with our catamaran in this marina for one week. Very helpful staff, particularly Vanessa in the office, and very safe and protected. Can highly recommend as a stopover when entering or exiting the Mediterranean or would even consider leaving our boat here for winter. Very easy to walk across the border and explore Gibraltar.
La Linea de la Concepción, Puerto Deportivo, a nice and clean yacht harbour, a good lookout point, opposite the Rock of Gibraltar. Gibraltar is actually a 425 meter-high, 1,250 meter-wide limestone cliff, the Rock of Gibraltar, perhaps one of the Pillars of Hercules.
We have stayed for a little while with our 39 ft catamaran, prices are very reasonable. Actually the most affordable place so far, around 25€ a day. They also do a discount on the first 5 days if you are a member of the cruising association. The marina is well organised and well protected, you can call them anytime. Access cards given upon deposit, laundry and showers available on land. Very close to Gibraltar, walking distance to the border. The diesel-pumps are out of order but it's cheaper in Gibraltar anyways. The harbour is safe and they are regularly marineros around.
We left our boat here for three months waiting time to cross the Atlantic. I called ahead of time to make a reservation. upon arriving they were expecting me, and they told me exactly what birth to go to. After we spent one hour tying everything up at very tightly as we are planning to leave it for sometime, they told me I had to move or else they charge me an extra (about) $3000. Well, by that time the wind was blowing about 25 kn and I didn’t have all of my help so we decided to leave it and they said I could talk to the manager on Monday. needless to say they ended up charging me and double what I was quoted. These people are crooked, I will never be staying there again and make sure nobody I know stays there. if you have specific questions about this feel free to ask. It’s honestly a nice marina, not too far from the town beautiful view of the rock of Gibraltar. The guys that help you on the deck are phenomenal. Ladies in the office are less then accommodating. It’s a pity they so dishonest with me.
I came across this place while strolling round La Linea. It's pleasant to walk past the boats next to the sea. Great views of Gibraltar opposite. There's a bar there too and I saw locals having a coffee under the sun admiring the area.
Top marina! I had to spent 6 weeks in Alcaidesa when I was attacked by orcas on my way from Brest to the Med, which broke my rudder. The marina is very organised and secure and has a big boatyard that can carry out any repairs. The staff is very friendly and professional and always there to help both in the office and outside on the pontoons. I happen to interact with Vanessa and Cristina at the office and they were really very helpful! Paco, the diver, is the best diver in Andalucia! He carried out an underwater survey of the damage and helped remove the damaged rudder and fit the new rudder with the boat on the water (boat is Beneteau First 45, rudder is 2.15m long!). Overall great service and a big "thank you" from me.
Very clean showers albeit with a design that means you’re pressed against the wall almost to get the water on you. Toilets equally clean. Secure. Walkable to some okay places to eat. Onsite bar. Gib airport is close, as in the runway. But there aren’t many flights, and I don’t think any late night or early morning ones. Oh, and a very nice view of the rock.
The best marina in the area by far, loads of room, parking, haul out facilities and friendly staff who speak English.
