There you can ride on a boat, swim on the sea and although the waves are very strong is good both for kids and elderly people.
Calhetas beach is the best beach to go near the city of Recife. There it is possible to dive without risks and spend the day. Very calm and pleasant.
One of the nice place in the world. You can see the beautiful view from every angle. I'm very recommend this place to visit.
Beautiful beach, warm water and good place to eat seafood!
A nice little gem about a small hour driving south from Recife. A nice place to hang out for a day. Enjoy some simple food and take a swim at one of the small but beautiful beaches. Plenty of selfie opportunities up or in between the many rocks next to the beach. A perfect place to just relax or hang out with some friends.
It's a small beach with a zip wire and other sport activities. The road is not good to reach there by car. I estimate that the bus stop it's about 20-30 minn walk
Beautiful beach, sand, water, waves and still mainly used by locals. Spent all day drinking, snacking and bathing.

Amazing beach, very relaxing. You can find some coconut trees to have a shade. There is not much business there so make sure to take whatever food and drinks you want. Locals say there is always a risk of shark attack, so don’t go too deep in the water. Be attentive to where the locals swim because they know where the reefs holds sharks from getting closer.
Beautiful beach. Lacks of a better structure like public bathrooms and services.
Beatiful place and Nice view.

(Translated by Google) A place rich in history and with beautiful landscapes, it was built at the time to protect itself against the Dutch invasion. It is great for hiking and biking. You can get there by car or motorbike, on a dirt road, sometimes the road is bad because of the rain. But on Sunday the road was excellent, you can get to a certain point by car and then walk to the fort. Leaving from Pier do Cabo, it is almost 3km to get there. It is worth the walk outside the fort, there are also the Ruins of the Barracks nearby that are also worth visiting.

We drove an hour to see this and it was not a dissapointment. It was very odd that we couldn't see everything on the property, but there were some police there who had closed the interiors of the buildings. I would've liked to see that, but it had nothing to do with the owners preventing people from seeing it. The tour guide who took us around was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of put questions.
If you are curious about Brazilian History, you should definitely check out this place.

It was a wonderful experience attending a concert at Teatro Barreto Junior. The place is really comfortable and the customer service was quite satisfactory. Such a positive experience!
It's a nice theater. Seats and bathrooms are ok. There is a small snack bar inside, and you can park on the street in front of the theater. There will be some guys to assist you parking and they "charge" you R$ 20 (which you're not required to give - I usually give R$ 10 since they watch the car the whole duration of the play)
Great place. The only downside is that they don't accept credit card.
