We traveled by bus from Osorno to visit the hot spring here, and we had quite low expectations based on some previous reviews. But our experience was really great, the outdoor pool opens at 12:30 so we went to get some lunch first at the restaurant which was surprisingly delicious. The thermal bath itself was lovely and not too crowded at all (weekday between Christmas and new year). There is a cold shower so we alternated between the hot spring and the cold shower and got the wim hof buzz! It’s really good value (6500 CLP) and we had a great and relaxing day. The shower and changing facilities are also pretty good and seemed quite new. If you’re in Osorno already and are looking for a day trip then I’d really recommend - but just don’t expect Japanese onsen levels of serene surroundings (but it’s not a million miles off!)

The Domo rooms are amazing! Love the soap and shampoo provided. The service for check-in was excellent and Lucas who helped us to our room was fabulous. The hot springs themselves are very dated but hot so that was nice. We had a private hot tub and preferred that over the hot springs anyway. We had the discovery package which included the meals, I'd say it's worth it for the price but the food quality could be elevated. The service for breakfast however was abismal... No one replenishing the food or drinks.

Had a wonderful experience at this resort for a night and wishing it was for a week. The resort is nice and well organized and easily accessed via main road. The dome cabins were a great experience specially in a rainy morning and foggy sunrise. I cannot speak highly enough of the resort. I would be returning for a longer stay.

I attended twice with two children. It's an amazing place! The water is so hot! I recommend the outer pool for being south kids. It has more air and the sight is gorgeous. Downsides: the dressing rooms are not comfortable and if you leave the pool, for whatever reason, you are not allowed to return.

This mall is just 5 to 10 mins walk from Osorno bus terminal. It’s a good mall with respect to the size of the town. They have around 8 halls of medium size for cinemas. The food court is good too. There are two good ice cream places in here. Usually on Saturdays and Sundays this mall is over crowded cause of people coming from all near by towns.

We thought the location was closer to the highway, but found out it was closer to the center of the city. The parking of the hotel is right in front of the entrance or also in the underground parking that is free for the guests. The staff were all very helpful, accommodating and always smiling. The complimentary drinks including coffee on our (each?) floor was really appreciated especially with cold and hot filtered water. The room was huge and we had a view to the river that was nice. Definitely will stay again if happens! The neighborhood did not look safe and at night (in winter) it was full of smoke from the houses nearby warming themselves which was very unusual for us. The smoke also somehow got inside the rooms through the centralized AC, so we had the heating off at night. From the security leaflet in the room key we understood the criminal situation is rather concerning around, but we appreciated the hotel to be honest about it and warning its guests, though inside of the hotel we felt completely safe! The restaurant is very dark during the breakfast. The choice of breakfast was rather on more limited side and did not look appetizing as well as the replacement of the choice was very slow.

I enjoyed a 7 day stay here the last week of December 2018. The hospitality was great and someone was always available to help us even though we speak very little Spanish. The breakfast in the morning is filled with options for anybody and I was well fed any time I ate. Plus, the market and variety of restaurants they have give even more good options. The gym is well equipped with free weights, machines, treadmills, and more. There is a pool, but no jacuzzi or sauna. There is a decent bowling alley on the last floor. The rooms were clean and they cleaned up our room pretty well. I don't remember if they cleaned our rooms daily or every other day. Overall it was a very good place to stay at and they have wonderful staff, including the concierge.
