Beautiful inside and outside and we especially loved the stars painted on the ceiling. There is a lot of information regarding the restoration with some of it in English. The area nearby is very busy so parking might be tricky although we were lucky.
Beautiful church. One side seems to be the original roof while the other side seems to be a rebuild. Some years ago there was a fire in the church and I believe the modefication was done at that time, but it has been done in the originale style. Very beautiful and different from most other churches I have seen.
One of the best to visit. The sophisticated colour scheme of the church interior makes this the most photogenic in the island. Good vibes, easy parking.
So interesting but Chonchi City don’t have enough turist place .... don’t recommend visits chonchi . Only have the church and that is all .
Amazing church! Very old and beautiful
Ok church, at least it was opened to see inside.
It's a very beautiful church, quite special and unique with artisan shops right next to it and a great place to enter the town
Very pretty traditional Chiloé church. The arched wooden ceiling is astoundingly beautiful.

It was a great place to get out of the rain, get a feeling for Chonchi and Chiloe and their heritage, and it was only a luka ($1.000 clp) per person.
If you wondered how the wooden houses used to be decorated inside, this is a good place to see it. Entry only 1000
A very good collection. Everything is well organized, well displayed, and maintained. It's really one if the better small town museums that I've seen anywhere. Overall, Chonchi is very well set up for tourism.
Very good guide. Told us the story and customs of chonchy.

Mr Sergio Colivoro demonstrated with this very interesting museum that an intelligent and dedicated person can help the development of his community. The visit to the *museo de l'accordéon* is worth the travel to Chonchi.
A nice little museum. Nothing much in the display but while we visit an old man was plying and many of the visitors started dancing. Very good.
Very interesting collection of accordians. And where else can you see an accordian repairman at work.
(Translated by Google) A nice experience. Accordions are interesting to look at and a beautiful thing to listen to. Thank you Don Sergio for welcoming us very well in your museum and workshop. A pleasure to see and hear it. (Original) Una linda experiencia.

He's been collecting accordions for over 50 years, and his collection includes over 90 accordions from different countries. He was very kind and passionate about music; his dedication and genuine love for it are evident. A very special and beautiful place, especially for music lovers. If you're in Chonchi, I highly recommend stopping by. Admission is completely free! (Translated by Google) A tremendous place to visit. Simply a must-see if you're in Chiloé. You definitely have to make the effort to go to Chonchi and visit the Accordion Museum. For any musician, artist, or anyone with a sensitive soul, visiting this place is soul-soothing. I sincerely consider it a tremendous gift and a living heritage to have the opportunity to visit the accordion museum, listen to its melodies, and even more so, hear the stories of Don Sergio Colivoro. Don Sergio is kind; he doesn't ask for anything except a humble tip box and a booklet of suggestions found at the exit, the contribution of which is completely voluntary. He kindly allows you to see each accordion, even play some, but more especially, to hear from his own hands what an authentic accordion sounds like played by a true Chonchino. Don Sergio is also a luthier, one of those who are in danger of extinction, one of those who assemble and disassemble, create, and recreate his pieces. He repairs every accordion he requests and, in fact, brings some directly from Germany. A stop at the Accordion Museum is a must.

Lovely little town on the coast with a cute little port and nice cafés to enjoy. The Municipal Market has various little stands inside with plenty of arts and crafts for sale and even some food, there was a corner store selling cerviche as well that I wanted to try but didn't get a chance. Definitely worth a little stroll in this little part of town.
Great restaurant upstairs but the market itself was a bit disappointing. Souvenirs mainly although there is a fishmonger and some fruit is available.
Nice enough market and good views from the Mirador on top.
Nice food and very big plates.
Great lunch and cheap
beautiful wool crafts
