One word FABULOUS. We stayed in the Tiger Lodge(with hot tub) 12th to 14th October 2025 for 2 nights with our 2 grandsons age 5 and 6 it was an experience they will never forget. We had only been in Lodge for about 40min when all 5 tigers came to visit us, we captured some brilliant photographs and videos. We received the gold wrist band so all rides on park were free and if you purchased anything from shops you received a 20% discount. It was amazing and boys loved the children's food they ate every bit. Lodge spotlessly clean and staff so helpful. Just one problem we didn't get much sleep as at night if boys heard anything they run straight into our bedroom to see if there were any tigers outside. Couldn't really get good photo's though. Would highly recommend. Thanks for a fabulous 2 night break. Will be back and maybe Cheetahs or Lions next.
A mixed bag. The drive round is hit and miss, as with any zoo/ animal attraction. Animals are their own boss and you can't predict when or if they will make an appearance which means you aren't guaranteed to see them. Not feeding the animals anymore is the right decision for the park but also means animals are less likely to come up to you. We paid extra for the safari tour so we did get to go closer than If we were in a car and had the knowledge of Tim telling us all about the different animals. Road has alot of pot holes so please be wary of that! The actual park is a bit dated now but the rides are still fun for the youger ones. The ice age walk and dinosaurs could do with a bit of TLC due to wear tear and weather damage. Hopefully the money they get from the lodges (approximately 500 for 2 adults per night)will be out back into the animals and actual attractions. All the staff were lovely, friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Take your own packed lunch. Food is expensive and overpriced. For the sake of 45 minutes I'd drive the extra and go to Dudley zoo personally.
We had an absolutely brilliant time at West Midlands Safari Park! I went with my family and from start to finish it was a perfect day. The safari drive-through was amazing — we got so close to the animals, and they all looked really healthy and well cared for. The lions, giraffes and rhinos were the highlights for us, and the staff along the route were friendly, helpful and clearly passionate about what they do. After the safari, we spent the afternoon in the theme park and it was just as good. There was something for everyone — fun rides for the kids, a few thrill rides for the grown-ups, and plenty of places to stop and relax in between. The whole site was clean, well organised and full of energy, and we never felt rushed or crowded. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the animals and the visitor experience. My family left with huge smiles and lots of great memories — we’re already planning our next visit! If you’re looking for a full day out that combines adventure, learning and fun for all ages, I can’t recommend West Midlands Safari Park highly enough. A solid 10 out of 10!
Get to see the animal in their own environment and you are inside your car . The entrance to lion, hyena, tiger, are all controlled thru electrified gates and reminded of Jurassic park !! The giraffe can be fed. Cottages are there for weekend stays and relax in a serene atmosphere. One feels very near to nature and animals . Kids will enjoy the Jurassic times , ice age, reptiles. stalls for food , snacks, coffee, gift items are there. A must visit place either children
I went with my family, my parents and my partner so as 4 adults. It was really great, I have always heard of such good things about this safari park and have been excited to visit for a long time, and it was really impressive and lived up to expectations. I have visited both Knowsley and Longleat before, and they were both impressive in their own right. What West Midlands Safari Park did best that made them different, was the lack of queues, the way the routes in the enclosures we laid out so you could get really close to the animals whilst the animals remained safe, some of their enclosures were huge and i absolutely loved just how much the park had to offer with all of these extra events, shows, talks and the walking part - we didn’t quite realise just how much the park would have to explore and adventure and we wish we had arrived earlier to truly experience it all. The staff were amazing, at every point they were kind, informative, friendly and helpful, a few initiated some small talk which really showed they cared, that they were passionate about the animals and their work, it made my day and really cheered me up just how nice everyone was. I will definitely be visiting again, considering just how much there is to enjoy the price is worth it. I really loved just how up close and personal we could get with the animals and my only complaint would be I wish there were more signage, it was confusing where we needed to go at certain points and we nearly missed the tigers during the drive thru and would’ve been great if they had their own dedicated space without having to look through bars or the plastic viewing points, and we sadly didn’t get to see the cheetah however I’m aware they are very shy animals so I can’t blame them! The animals we did get to see were amazing, I loved feeding the giraffes, I loved the sea lion show and how passionate the staff were, I loved seeing both the tiger on the drive thru feeding and the lions on the walk ripping at bones. I feel like we were very lucky with everything we got to see, and I love that there’s Dholes, I have never seen a Dhole in person before and I don’t know any other parks that have them, I found them the most exciting part of my trip just because I’ve always wanted to see a Dhole and I didn’t realise they were here :) I would love more merchandise specifically tailored and made for the park! Such as artwork, and anything to do with the Dholes c: I loved all the recycled plushies however and we got one of each thing that had been branded by West Midlands Safari park, we like to get souvenirs as memories specifically tailored to each park we have visited, and it’s our way of supporting the park.
All you could spect from a salary park that takes cares of animals and also visitors. Well organised, cleaned and very friendly staff. Animals look healthy and well take care ok. There are some rare species like white lions and large anacondas. Particularly amazed by the bats room where the animals fly arround. Food was also good in the Dyno Diner.
Great zoo. Ample space for the animals who roam a large area looking very happy. This location has a drive through safari as well as a walk through part, similar to a normal zoo. Lovely variety of animals often very close to the road. Food options are available in the zoo. Great sea lion show. Amazing theming. A large proportion of the zoo is also a theme park with lots of rides. Lots of huts you can stay in near the drive through safari. Good zoo with large paddocks.
We were totally thrilled with everything, the lodge was charming with huge windows that the tigers came right up to….. one looking deep into my eyes! I was excited for 48 hours. The meals were excellent too . I would recommend it to anyone who loves tigers as I do. I’ve waited 75 years to get so close, and Naresh gave me an enormous thrill.

Spontaneous trip to the museum with friends. Lovely staff, and lots to see. The boy's enjoyed reading about the different pieces and paintings. Nice little gift shop and cafe.
Loved this place. Lovely to visit especially on a nice day when u can sit and have a cream tea or just a coffee, in the sun, after looking round. Also homemade cakes that are alittle on the expensive side especially if u have a few kids with you. Also a lovely big pond that is well kept to look at. With plenty of fish.
Month ago I married my best friend at the museum! We had a fantastic time, food and drinks went very well and were appreciated, area stunning. Even the weather was kind to us at the end! A big Thank you to all at the Museum and The Garden Kitchen for all your help, assistance and looking after us and our guests on a day. Pictures from Sam @ Rose and Rainbow photography.
Lovely little free museum. Small shop, galley style cobbled passage with exhibits on Bewdley's historic industries on one side and small creative businesses on the other. There are interactive bits for the children and a gorgeous garden leading up to the forge building. There's a cafe with delicious food and plenty of seating and at the far end it leads straight out into the Jubilee gardens and a car park. Accessibility is great apart from a few steps to the forge and there are plenty of clean loos. If you visit Bewdley, I highly recommend a visit to this museum.
No attmittance, they have added to thus museum and gardens it's fabulous with a lovely tea room.
Bewdley museum is brilliant. It is free. Educational for adults and children. Beautiful gardens for a picnic. Or if you want to be spoilt pop to the Garden Kitchen, the menu is A+. Staff friendly and helpful. Really a must if visiting the museum, you won't be disappointed.
Very interesting lots of stuff lots of industries big in Pewter making making
The museum can be accessed both from the rear via the jubilee gardens and from the main street. It's been nicely put together, a few bits for the kids to do as well as a cafe, and some little shop units. We didn't spend ages on the occasions we visited, but it's free - so we went there twice during our time in the area.

This was an excellent first-time adventure with Go Ape, and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and supportive. The location was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature and equipped with all the necessary facilities.
My 6 year old grandson, daughter & son in law had a great time up in the trees. Staff were brilliant, safety is taken seriously. Plenty to do with my younger granddaughter while they were having fun.
We love go ape and are frequent visitors to Wyre Forest making the most of the fantastic value for money on the annual passes. The team, no matter the weather are always amazing and engaging to make the activities fun! Giving help, support, reassurance and encouragement where needed. As well as suggesting ideas and ways to make the activities more challenging if needed! On today’s visit we were joined by someone who had not completed an activity like this before and was apprehensive. As usual the team we’re fantastically helpful and supportive and managed to build confidence step by step to be able to complete loop one of tree top adventure including the zip line! Without the amazing staff I don’t think this would have been achieved! A special mention to Libby and Ali for being amazing today! Libby accompanied around the course offering reassurance and talking through each step to allow confidence to do the challenges. And then when they reached the zip line both took the time to demonstrate and talk through each step to reassure, as well as being patient when nerves were over taking to allow a step back to be taken then try again. All the team deserve recognition, but after today’s visit Libby and Ali went above and beyond and deserve extra recognition for being amazing caring people.
Tried Go Ape for the first time recently and was very impressed! I had not been before, but have been to high ropes and always enjoyed the experience. I must say that go ape is miles above normal high ropes experiences. It is much more independent and much more advanced- be ready for a workout! But really enjoyed how much more difficult it was than normal high ropes. they have lots of different sites which makes for a varied and exciting experience. I was also very impressed with the staff, they were all very friendly and supportive. I have unfortunately forgotten his name but the man who helped us (this was the 8th August we came) was really joyful and we all had a good laugh with him in the training. Whilst there is a lot more independence you still feel completely at ease and safe on the equipment due to the training and that you are constantly attached. It is very high though, so not for anyone who is afraid of heights! Couldn’t recommend more :)
Great experience for adults and kid of all ages. I didn't go up on the ropes bit enjoyed watching my kids having fun in the trees! Have been here several times and every time has been a good experience.
What an awesome experience! Amazing friendly staff and challenging tree top obstacles. We took our 10 year old to the after dark experience and she blew me away with how well she handled the course. It’s a great bang for your buck. If you’ve got a party coming up where you want to earn your drinks afterwards, get on it!
Took the kids for treetop adventure during half-term term holiday. Booked on the day with only 3 spaces to go and expected it to be crazy busy. Arrived and it was actually not too busy at all which was a nice surprise. Staff really friendly and very encouraging to kids who were a little nervous. We managed to do loop 1 twice and loop 2 once in the alloted hour. My two were 5 and 7 at the time of us visiting and this was a great level for them to enjoy but be challenged. Id suggest much older than 7 and it might be a bit tame - unless your child is not on the brave side.
My 7 year old son absolutely loved “playing in the trees” today He is autistic with limited communication skills,he can get overwhelmed at times but The two workers Luke & Paul were great with him, stayed by his side the whole way round, and were so patient and calm. I can’t thank enough for making my little boy experience a great one

Great little place, popular place absolutely rammed when I arrived. Good selection of beers. Staff were friendly and polite. Beer was good. Enjoyed my visit.
Absolutely stunning old converted school both inside & out, the cask was kept perfectly. We used the brewery’s as an excuse to visit Bewdley and loved the little quaint village.
A great brewery set up in an old school with a mix of midern and old. Real ales are kept and served as they should be to perfection, not chilled. Chose what seemed the most popular whilst there Mucklow Mild £3.60 for 6% ABV! Other pubs take note. Visited with local CAMRA group and was shown around the brewery with one of the owners and a trainee with a talk on how its done. Ingredients are sourced locally mainly from Worcester farmers, once used given back to local farmers for feed. I was that impressed i went back for seconds after visiting 4 other Bewdley pubs, says it all. Will see next week when local GK pub has a Bewdley Brewery tap take over and how it compares.
I love Bewdley. It's small, unpretentious and friendly. The river Severn is beautiful and the Georgian buildings give the town it's history and identity. It's a bit quiet here as there is a one-way system in and out, but that's all good.
Wow! What a beautiful gem of a place! Stunning location, beautiful interior, warm and welcoming staff and an incredible selection of simply stunning beer! My only issue is they aren't local to me, then I could drink more. Can't wait to return.
Lovely brewery to visit while in Bewdley. The beer was thirst quenching and delicious. Plenty of seats indoor and outdoor and it was also dog friendly!
Really enjoyed my visit here. Only a short walk along the river from the high Street, lovely little brewery and tap room. Good selection of beers, and a decent selection for people who don't like cask beer. Nice selection of beer snacks and lovely staff. Highly recommended and worth visiting if you're in the area.
One of the best brewery tap rooms I’ve been in set in a great location- a must visit for any beer enthusiasts

Bewdley has some great places. This is in my top five without doubt. Not only is the cafe, food and drink great, the staff are just lovely and friendly. Prices are reasonable and the venue as a whole is great. There’s always something going on and whether it’s an daytime activity or night time film or music gig. It’s always brilliant. Go for yourself you won’t be disappointed
Staffed by very polite and helpful volunteers. With good quality food and drink.
Lovely place ! What is so lovely is it is run solely by volunteers who are so lovely ! They offer a fabulous selection of cakes!
What a delight if a place. We met there for a meeting yesterday and I cna happily say it was such a splendid experience I hope we will be returning soon. Firstly the room was beautiful. A wall of windows allowing us to bask in natural light which makes all the difference doesn't it. There were ample toilets and they were all clean and lovely. Refreshments provided were great, especially the selection of biscuits with the tea and coffee. And a nice variety of teas too. There is a coffee shop too but we were running late for the meeting and didn't have time to endukge in coffee and cake.
Attended Lecture there. Bright and airy accommodation. Excellent car parking available
Lovely place. Parking very close by. Clean and warm.
Fabulous community-led venue, friendly staff and volunteers
The amazing staff were so nice and friendly, I wish I could replace my family and friends with them. The venue was tasteful, classy, and had lots of individual toilets, as well as an elevator to bypass the stairs. The beer was exquisite, I drank lots (but not too much). Friendly atmosphere, great entertainment, and a big car park.

Lovely quiet tranquil place lots of acres to discover lots animals and flowers 💐 that are ready to bloom the nearest town is Bewdley for toilets facilities shops and a beautiful fish and chips merchants and a public house small car parking in the town centre paid blue badge free love this place
It is relatively easy to drive to from Bewdley. The car park is free and spacious. There is a definite lack of clear signposting for walks and a lot of uneven paths, making it unsuitable for prams and wheelchair users. There is also some construction work near the reservoir blocking off a footpath. There are a few nice things to see, but overall, it's really just a point of interest on the way to Arley.
Absolutely beautiful here. Came for an afternoon walk and even got to see the train go past! Such a peaceful and lovely place to come to for an afternoon. Very family friendly.
A nice quiet place this location offers great material for social media creators interested in railway photography. Please respect this is a working railway and safety and guidance instructions must be followed
Enjoyable walk through the woods across the Severn Valley Railway track to the reservoir where you have a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and of the River Severn. Relatively easy access along the path from the road although be prepared for the incline coming back up!
Lovely walk to get there in the summer with lovely views. Could do with a cafe there and some more benches. Note pictures include walk from Bewdley and not just the Reservoir
Lovely walk. It's an easy stroll round the reservoir, although you can't do a full lap. You can walk along the riverbank too. The Severn valley railway crosses the path from the road to the reservoir, so if you time it right you see a steam train amble by too. Could do with some bins, and a drinking water tap or fountain wouldn't go amiss.
A great walk around Trimpley Reservoir. My only real criticism of the area is the lack of signposts and uneven path down to the reservoir. There are restrictions preventing public walking down the main road which is nice and even and instead your pointed towards an uneven path. Once you get down though you can have a lovely walk around. Toilets: None available Accessibility: Not really suitable for wheelchair users.

What a day!! We did the 6 hour trip from Bridgenorth and it was amazing. A very hot day and the river was very low, not sure if this added to the hard work in rowing but it was a great experience. Recommend the pub half way but make sure you take plenty of water and snacks.
Booked a canoe today from Hire a canoe, absolutely faultless service from start to finish. The guy was extremely friendly addressed any questions or worries we had. Informed us about local activities on our canoe journey to look out for. The canoes themselves was really good quality compared to others i have seen. I would really recommend this company.
My friend and I had an absolutely brilliant day today . Neither of us had used a kayak before, we were given safety equipment and a safety talk before hand from the staff, who were very friendly. The trip down the river was fabulous, there’s so much wildlife, and the sound of the steam train from nearby was great. We will be doing this trip again soon, and we would highly recommend ‘ giving it a go’ There’s no rush to be back before a set time and you can stop off half way for lunch or a drink, great fun for all.
Made a mistake when booking online and Hire a Canoe responded quickly by email to sort it out and reply to all our enquiries, even sorted out special parking for us. Had a great trip with very friendly Aaron who met us, kitted us out, drove us to Hampton Loade, gave us some instruction and set us off on our way. The thorough instruction and map provided gave us all we needed to make sure we went down the best side of the river where needed. Really pleased we took all our food and drink with us as the lunch stop cafe was closed. Great job Hire a Canoe and Aaron, had a wonderful quiet paddle down the Severn, beautiful, would defo go again or recommend.
Great company - took our dog for a canoe ride and had a lovely time. Gorgeous scenery and friendly staff! We especially like Jessie the chocolate lab! Thanks for a great day out!
Great experience !!! My children ages from 6 to 13 Thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We had two canoes which we were able to raft together Amazing experience along the river Servern. Steering to rowing using the paddles was a great experience. The rapids, the scenery, the passing people along the banks , the fishermen/women along the banks.we went on the Arley to Bewdley trip , it was the shorter trip would love to do it again!!Maybe try one of the longer trips!
Had a great day on the river. Very friendly and professional set-up. Did a similar trip with another company last year but found this one much easier in that they take you to the start point by minibus so that your car is waiting for you at the end, rather than being left to arrange a taxi or bus journey back. They also handed out a map outlining hazards to everyone at the start which was very useful. Will definitely book again.
Had a great experience canoeing at Bewdley - staff were very friendly and helpful, it was a perfect stretch of river to give our daughter her first go at canoeing. Equipment seemed well looked after as well. Only thing that I would have liked would maybe have been a helmet for our daughter, just in case! But overall we will definitely be booking a trip with you in the future :)

The 🚂 station local as you’d expect by the name. Regular opening times all week is an added bonus to trying out Black Country beers ( other beers are available)
Just stopped for a quick drink whilst visiting the Severn valley railway was made to feel very welcome by the landlord. Drinks extremely cheap would highly recommend this public house whilst visiting the railway
Nice pub with a good selection of cask beer. Friendly staff. Rolls and pork pies behind the bar look great, will hopefully try on the next visit.
Nice old fashioned pud with basic but good old pub grub.
Warm and welcoming pub with friendly staff and very dog friendly. Great selection of local ales and fab choice of cobs and snacks. Always warm and cosy and often has a fire in the winter. Lots of outdoor seating in the summer right next to the railway line for any train enthusiasts.
Would love to have this place as my local. Customer Service was top drawer, was cosy with the fires on and a nice laid back pub. Beer and cob hit the spot nicely. Hope to return in the near future.
Lovely atmosphere with fine service and 🍻 Food was also fine. I had a lovely sausage roll and my friend the porkpie. Nice quality on those all.

Stunning golf course. Excellent drainage so playable all year round. Challenging but very enjoyable. Greens are immaculate and the views are superb. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and make you feel welcome. Highly recommended club
Great afternoon at Gino's club captains day. Always made to feel welcome by the members and the staff. Thank you to everyone involved, great atmosphere and lots of money raised for charity 👍
Spectacular course and pretty challenging; not very long but very hilly and narrow in places. Highly enjoyable. Friendly clubhouse too
My first visit to the course, on a wonderful sunny day, and it didn't disappoint. The dry conditions suited our golf because we got full value for our shots. It was quite blowy and I can imagine that in the Autumn and Winter it could be fairly exposed on the higher holes. We had buggies which made it very pleasant indeed.
We had a group dinner in the evening for about 70 people. The food was excellent and the service was spot on and friendly. Lovely dining room with views over the golf course. Plenty of parking. Highly recommended for group dinners.
Super Sunday Lunch 😎👌🏻 Staff exceptional ! Friendly and Helpful. Toilets need upgrade hence 1 Star drop. Well worth a visit 🌟
Such a friendly club. Based on sandstone so excellent drainage and very rarely closed. Healthy sections for men, ladies and seniors and plenty of competitions. Good bar with food and Sunday carvery is second to none!

Quite a steep walk up the hill to the oldest pub in Bewdley makes the locally brewed Worcestershire Way Bitter even more refreshing to drink. Three different choices of freshly made cobs well worth having. Perfect afternoon chatting away to the regulars makes it difficult to leave such a friendly atmosphere. Well worth seeking out but check opening times before the ascent of Wyre Hill!
Great Sunday roast for Father’s Day treat. Three courses for £25 which includes all veg was excellent. Very tasty food. Lovely service also !
Great old pub with a superb beer garden
Brilliant local pub very friendly and a great beer garden. Bar staff girls are so nice 🙂 Just a brilliant pub on my door step,!
Great old traditional pub with great beer. Well worth the walk up the hill, which is steeeep.
Lovely local pub with a nice beer garden. Good selection of real ales and local cider.
I did not eat here. A step back in time.
Me and my partner went to the Black Boy for the first time last weekend and I think we have found our new favourite local pub. An excellent choice of drinks, cobs and bar snacks The drinks are quite inexpensive for today's standards also The staff are very friendly and made us feel welcome, the pub has a lot of character and a very homely feel.

First time visiting here today after someone bought me a gift voucher. I have to say what a unique place, the staff are lovely and it has lots of beautiful little nooks and crannies to have your treatments in. But best of all for me, I have honestly just had the most amazing massage from Megan Bramford, wow she is good. 💆‍♀️ I've been to a few places and I cant recommend these guys enough. Will definitely be making this my regular now 😍
I have the most amazing massage from Debbie every two weeks, the rooms are all beautiful and warm, with soft lighting from candles and tranquil music playing for the most relaxing experience thank you Deb x
Very relaxing, had a Swedish massage and helped relax me and reduce my stress. Lovely calming atmosphere.
I had a lovely Swedish massage today with Megan. The spa was such a relaxing experience. Thank you Megan!
Fantastic service. The massages are great and the girls can't do enough for you to fit things around your schedule. Always friendly and attentive. Great range of services available and excellent value for money.
Thanku to the lovely Amy who did my nails today 💅 ready for my holiday. I felt really pampered and had a fabulous time. I had French ombre and im over the moon with them. They look so natural and pretty. I would highly recommend Amy and Adam & Eves. The environment is beautiful and the service and hospitality is top notch. Thanks so much for an incredible experience. Kind regards Sharon ❤️
Had a WONDERFUL pamper party here for my mum's birthday this weekend. All 6 of us were so impressed by the quality of service and the treatments we received, will definitely be returning. Such a professional service and they thought so carefully about how best to accommodate us. Really excellent communication when I was booking it, as well. A treat from beginning to end!
Having been a regular customer since things reopened I am disgusted that I am being charged when I woke up with a swollen face after dental treatment (which has never happened before and I have had tons of work done on my teeth). The customer care is abysmal I was told it was my own fault for booking an appointment the day after the dental appointment... Ridiculous. So £45 is more important to you than retaining a regular client who lives and works in the town and has sent a number of friends to you. Your loss - maybe someone there needs to review the policy regards illness. So if I'd woken up with covid should I have come in and had the treatment and passed it on to all your staff and closed you down for a month... To say I am fuming is to make a major understatement... Policy indeed!!!!

We stayed here for 3 nights as a family, so we could celebrate daughter's 10th birthday. Only 8 min drive to West midlands safari park where we spent a whole day. Beautiful location very quiet and peaceful, quite a few pubs in walking distance but bar here at hotel open as late as we needed during our stay. We arrived late (after 6pm) due to long drive there, but following the late check-in instructions was a doddle! Our room was a family room which included a fold out bed. Room was very spacious, with comfortable beds and seating areas. View over the golf course was amazing. Shower room was spacious and rainfall shower was fantastic. Bottled water in rooms was a very welcome addition, and coffee and tea was provided too. Staff here were very helpful and friendly, made very sure we were happy and comfortable throughout our stay. We booked breakfasts and these were fantastic. Freshly cooked to order and very tasty. Staff again always on hand, helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Brought fish and chips back to hotel one evening and Staff kindly let us borrow cutlery and sauces. We were able to eat on the terrace overlooking the golf course too. The whole place was spotless and well looked after. Overall we really loved our stay here, and wouldn't hesitate to return. Thankyou everyone here for making this a wonderful stay and a truly special birthday for our daughter. She also wanted to add her own comments: Staff were lovely and it's just the best hotel I've been to so far! Thanks for having us and being so friendly.
I stayed at Wharton Golf & Country Club as a base to go exploring the area and to horse ride in February 2025. It is a lovely hotel, the accommodation is modern but cosy with very clean rooms and comfy beds. Breakfast was high quality with plenty of choice. All the staff were friendly and helpful . Plenty of parking and a very peaceful, quiet location. I will stay here again when next in the area.
Golf course is amazing and in really good condition considering the summer we have had. Each hole presents its own challenge and is equally exciting. Scenery around the course is stunning. Will be back soon.
Very disappointed with this hotel. The service used to be excellent, however not any more.. Our room was sickeningly hot and stifling it was in direct sun with two tiny windows. We discovered the air conditioning not to be working which was extremely disappointing in a heat wave. We’d stayed before and knew there was air conditioning and various sites including trip advisor confirmed this. As I checked before I booked. I explained to Josh, who I believe was the manager that my health condition is really exasperated in heat and we booked our stay for our anniversary on this basis. He said unless I could prove it showed the air conditioning was working he wouldn’t refund, as he said they had removed air conditioning from their amenities as the air conditioning had been broken for months. He sternly asserted this, even after I explained how poorly I would be if I stayed and it was going to ruin our wedding anniversary... he really couldn't care less and said no refunds. We left the hotel as I wasn’t prepared to become seriously ill. I have contacted Expedia and they are dealing with this on my behalf but I have had to leave a review to say how much the customer service has nose dived. It used to be a lovely, quality hotel however it is apparent to me they are having financial difficulties if they can’t even afford to fix the air conditioning which as my photos show they are still advising they have.
I played a round of golf here, was met at shop by a very pleasant man, he ran through everything I needed to know, and checked I was OK with everything. Had an enjoyable round on a lovely course, my only quibble is the price of buggies, I find £31 slightly expensive when compared to other clubs, but aside from that a very enjoyable day was had.
Nice location. Paid parking nearby. Rooms are a bit smaller and mattresses can be improved. Otherwise comfortable stay.
Spent 3 days here travelling for work . Fantastic place to stay . Facilities are brilliant , and the staff make it more so . Great place to stay .
Fantastic golf course a real challenge, greens excellent. Well done the green keepers. Hotel staff excellent.

An hidden gem just off Bewdley High Street, ideal place to stop at for a drink and a bite to eat if you're walking the Ribbesford Circular Route. Also houses an extensive and interesting workshop that runs courses in various skills and offers a repair service too. Friendly and informative staff who go the extra mile.
Nice neighbourhood meeting place with a mix of things to do and nice café everybody friendly
I stumbled over the workshop and thought, yeah a place where I can do my project and be with people together. So, I got introduced in the café as well. It is impressive Linda is baking the cakes in the morning herself. As well Michael is cooking soups from time to time. The atmosphere is very homely. I feel like I found a place where I belong. So who wants to do some good with their money, feel free to donate or if you want to do something good with your time come along :) Four stars, because I am special ;) and like soy or oat milk. They do have almond milk.
Spent a wonderful day designing and making a stained glass window with Jason and Trevor . Full guidance and materials provided but very much a self made item which makes me even more proud. I also enjoyed a delicious homemade courgette soup made by Tammie. I would highly recommend the Bewdley Community Workshop and Cafe for anyone. You don't need to have any prior experience just enthusiasm!
The stained glass workshop was excellent! Jason and Linda, with help from Michael are excellent teachers and Tammy makes a delicious bowl of soup! Really good value for money and a good laugh too!!
Today at the Men's Shed hosted at the Community Workshop we had a good turnout. It was bird box day! One guy with his OTs carefully watching, completed his bird box in quick time. A notable triumph.
We passed the community centre 3 yesrs ago, after walking from Ribbesford, and were really surprised to see a community centre, that appeared to be in the midfle of nowhere. I was even more surprised to see a Tibetan flag, as the last time I'd seen one, was probably in the Dalai Lama's Village, in the Himalayas, several years beforehand. I looked on the timetable and saw a group labelled, 'Only If', when I'd just written a peice caled 'If Only'. I knew immediately it would be an excellent place to go, with good vibrations all around, but as it was closed, we didn't return until today. Everything I'd envisaged was accurate, the people, amazing, choices, brilliant, their ethics, the best, and we'll certainly be returning soon.
Delightful hidden gem, includes a nice cafe, houses an excellent workshop showcasing and offering courses in many practical and creative skills. Really worth a visit, staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful.
