Beautiful park wonderful for strolling and relaxing. Great view of mountains. Useful kids park. Ducks and a pond. Easy parking. Easy and close to centre of town to walk to. Handy for the spa and the casino and cinema.
Fun experience with family. Loved the music and calming baths, the hamman and plunge pool. Main area was busy, great range of massaging jets. A lot of chlorine in the pool, so clean, but also my skin and eyes reacted to the level.
These Thermes were big misunderstanding. We made all the way from Cauterets here, waited in line for 30 minutes just to learn that Thermes are full and we need to wait 2 hours. No information in advance for people waiting in line. No transport available from this town. No place for baggage storage, so if you want to visit this town, you need to take everything with you. The whole day was simply lost.
Perfect after lots of hiking/ cycling. Found the receptionist staff helpful and tolerant of my poor French. Once inside the setting was pleasant and the various pools/ hammam etc were pretty relaxing.
Beautiful place. Love the setting and the price is low. Wish the water was a bit hotter.
I am going in September, so exited to relax in such a nice place located in a majestic nature place. Will let yo know about my experience. Talk to you soon
Rude! Totally disorganized! Like all of France, a mess. I don't recommend it! I even advise against it! A waste of time and money!
I really wanted to give Le Jardins des Bains 5 stars. First, the good. The interior setting is quite beautiful and the baths are very clean and highly sanitary. One suggestion would be to require bathers to wear a swimming cap or a hair net' as they do in Ireland, to keep loose hairs out of the water. But this is a minor problem. The big issue here, in my experience, is that there needs to be much more attention to crowd control. There are no limits on families with children in the waters and this creates serious problems for elder bathers or those trying to follow a medically supervised program of water aerobics. The two demographics just don't mix well. Two examples. Young kids often dive to the bottom of the pools to see how long they can hold their breathes under water. Why? Because they can. I saw several adult bathers inadvertently step on the kids while they were submerged and the kids then resurfaced screaming. There is precious little of the promised "sérénité" or "bien être" at moments like that. On another occasion a large family and their friends were posing for photos in the middle of the main pool and blocking all exercisers from fulfilling their routines. The lifeguards did nothing to police that situation. I would suggest 3 possible solutions: 1. Set aside an hour a day when children and families are excluded from the baths to give the elderly and medical exercisers some private time for their needs; 2. If revenue is the issue, just raise prices to ration time in the pools improve the quality of the experience for everyone; 3. Implement a surge pricing system so that when a certain number of bathers is exceeded, prices automatically increase for those still wishing entry. Please understand I am not objecting to families with children having access to the baths. Not at all. But there needs to be some consideration for the specialized needs of other demographics as well. Unless I see some new policies on the website next year that addresses these problems, I would definitely not return, at least not during July and August when I suspect this problem is especially acute.

Brilliant for the big and small. We've been coming to the treetop climbing activity for years now and this week we went with more athletic older children. An awesome day out!! The Canyoning is more than amazing too!!!
I went on the scooters adventure and it was super fun, the views are amazing, and the ride has some challenges, which it makes it even cooler. The monitor, Lucas, was super attentive, he explained and translated everything to make sure I was also enjoying the ride with the rest of the group, definitely recommend it
Amazing park they have different difficulties lane for everyone. We spent the afternoon here going from one zip line to another. It was literally awesome. The staff are really friendly and helpful. My son got stuck in one of the long zip lines they talked to him calmed him down and support it him. I bought my tickets directly from there.
Absolutely fantastic tree climbing and zip lining park! Large number of different tracks with many (long) zip lines, varying in level of difficulty from easy to very challenging. Also really great for kids, even younger ones. Kids can access tracks based on ability, not so much age or height. All tracks are well maintained. Strong focus on safety, with many instructors available to guard and support. We have been to many of these parks over the years, but this is surely the best one. Would highly recommend for a great outdoors experience!
We had an amazing day with out family of 5. When we arrived we asked the lady at the cashier what she would advise for our 4 year old, climbing or the pirate trail. She said definitly climbing and he loved it. We had a real family day with our kids of 8,7 and 4. Staff was super friendly.
One of the best places to have lots of fun zip lining. Suitable for children and adults. I went on the pirates parcours with our 2-years old child which is 100% safe and fun.
We took the two person inflatable kayak on the river rafting trip. Jeremy was an excellent guide to keep us safe and teach us about the river and its wildlife. We had a very fun day. Nice changing and shower facilities afterwards.
Had a great time with Yann on the half day canyoning activity. Thrills, laughs and smiles all the way.

(Translated by Google) Our first caving outing with my daughter, in one of the many caves in St Pé de Bigorre. Already the path to get there is really nice. We enter through a mouse hole🐀and we discover a magnificent underground world with some technical passages but very easily achievable. You have to let yourself be guided by Stan, a brilliant and very educational guide, who also invites us to take a break in complete darkness. I highly recommend.

Having already tried it once, I must say that this new experience was much better. Equipment is provided including a full suit so you don't get your clothes dirty. Gloves to protect your hands. There were three of us, including two teenagers, and we all enjoyed this afternoon discovering the world underground. We will come back and try new things like canyoning. Really great way to relax after a day of cycling in the Pyrenees. The baths are really pleasant (though would be great if just a bit warmer) and the turkish bath steam room is fantastic. Besides the relaxation value, the quirky procedures and rules make it an amusing cultural experience. The building and neighborhood is especially beautiful.
It was very relaxing, we enjoyed our 2 hours very much, that said, there are really too few pools, there’s no sign that they don’t provide towels nor slippers and you need to wear tight swimwear whilst being allowed to enter without a swimming cap. Overall, great experience, but given the price I would expect a bit more
We enjoyed our visit. It's not the best thermal pool in the area we've been too by way of size and pool variety but it was a good way to spend some time as a family.
Not bad but not hot tub, just warm tub. And the front desk is not always welcoming. Would not show me the sizes for the swimming boxers for sale, quite rude actually.
Nice and relaxing. Strict bathing suite type
A pleasant experience. Nice for an hour or two relaxing. Not the biggest of baths so I recommend getting there as it opens before it's busy. The changing rooms were clean. I wish they'd have a spinner to wring out your swimming cossie. But all in all, a good experience.
Perfect place for a rest day as cyclist. Beware you can only enter with a 'French swim short'. Super relaxt and clean. Although, the pools are not super warm.
Good thermal center. Day or week options. Nice people

9 of us booked a variety of ways down the river Pau. The kids went rafting two of the gang went on a two man hot dog, one of the dads went in a one man hot dog and I took on the river in a kayak. The crew were wonderful and so professional. They looked after all of us as if we were the only ones on the river that day. From start to finish it was a great experience and I could only give them my highest rating.
We loved it. Some good passages with a couple of serious rapids. Very kind instructors. Also a nice intermezzo with the possibility to jump from some high rocks, that was a welcome surprise. The whole ride was around 3 hours. Worth the money!
Great team to go rafting with. As a solo traveller they were able to fit me in with another group. The team were very friendly, helpful and spoke very good English. Pavilion offer a number of different options for your trip including kayaks, rafts and group paddleboards. During the summer they will stop at a few points on the route so the braver members of the group can jump into the river from cliffs or bridges. Although the river was flowing too fast in May for us to do this. Really enjoyable day with a fantastic team. Thanks :)
Another 5 star rating. An amazing family experience. This was our second time with Pavillon and we will be back again next year. Jean Claude was our lead and he was brilliant. Highly recommended.
Rafting here was the best experience of our holidays! They couldn’t have done it any better. Especially because we had the chance to be in one boat with Fabian, he made our ride amazing. Recommend!
I called to make a reservation for conyoning and got told there's a spot available in two days and the guide would call me for confirmation. The next day I still didn't get a call so called back myself to find out the tour was already fully booked. There was another option in the afternoon and I sent my name and number for reservation, still waiting on a call from the guide. The next morning, the day of the trip, I called again for confirmation and got told there's nothing available for canyoning but I could do a rafting tour. I sticked around this area only for this tour and wasted my time waiting and calling. This is terrible planning!
Nice experience. The crew was very playful even though they barely spook English. It was a nice route down the river Pau with beautiful views.
Great staff and a great afternoon! Second time here but not last!

Wow! What an amazing place for kids and adults with a sense of adventure. On the top of a Pyrenees mountain you’ll find one of the best adventure playgrounds you’ll find anywhere. The luge - like a rollercoaster - is unmissable while the high-wire cycling is not for the feint-hearted. Well served with free parking, loos, snack bar and cafe-restaurant. Rides cost 3 or 6 euros per person (summer 2024). The views are stunning too, but come equipped for rapidly changing weather (ie rain jackets).
Nice mountainpark with lots of activities. Especially for kids. It was a bit busy in the summer, but only a long line for the rodelbahn. In the area are wild horses, sheep and cows.
A very cool place to spend good time with the kids in the summer. The queues and the prices are a bit too high but in addition to those attractions they are short hikes in the top with spectacular views.
Nice family sky resort with enough green and blue slopes for beginners. It even has a belt to take kids and adults up the kids slope. Ski passes are cheap too! Beautiful view and really cosy chalet with a coffee place to eat and drink and a fireplace.
Nice place for summer activities too, liking bike rental (also for younger kids (7)). Electric VTT's as well as classic MTB's. The mountain lug track is also a blast and not too expensive. More more to do too.
I come here almost every summer and each time we come we enjoy it. They added new rides
Great for Tour de France fans who want to test their endurance up this amazing mountain. Finish of the 12th stage of 2025 edition of TdF.

Just brilliant. We're a family of for with two boys aged 14 and 11. We've done lots of activities this week including rafting and high wires, all of which we enjoyed immensely, but this was another level of fun. It was challenging and we all felt a little trepidatious to begin, but Juliette was fantastic. She put us all at ease and built-up the difficulty and jumps gradually, so I went from thinking I would definitely opt-out of the 8m jump to not being worried about it and really enjoying it. I would recommend canyoning to anyone who is confident in the water and likes a bit of scrambling. Juliette also took a waterproof camera and has shared all of the photos. In every photo we're beaming from ear to ear, which says everything you need to know. A really special afternoon in the beautiful Pyrenees. Merci à Juliette.
We recently had an incredible canyoning experience with Juliette, I can't recommend it highly enough! We are a family from 11yrs to 68yrs. From the moment we arrived, Juliette's enthusiasm and professionalism set the tone for a fantastic day. She made sure that everyone in our group felt comfortable and safe, regardless of their skill level. I was terrified and couldnt do the first baby jump, but by mid way I was doing 5m jumps. The canyoning route we took through the Gave d'Héas was stunning, with breathtaking views. The natural slides and jumps were the best fun ever. Juliette's was fantastic; she provided clear instructions and was super encouraging and kind. The atmosphere was fun and relaxed. The entire experience was well-organized, with all necessary safety equipment provided.
We went canyoning in Gave de Gèdre with Juliette as a family of 4; 2 adults and 1 youth (14) and one child (11). We all absolutely loved it and kids are asking to do it again. The route was challenging but do-able and beautiful and there were escape options (which none of us took) if scared or less agile. Juliette was a great instructor with simple instructions that made it feel easy… all in English and French. We received some wonderful photos and videos at the end. Would heartily recommend.
This was the first experience of canyoning for myself and my two 16 year old daughters. I picked O2Roche because of the good reviews especially the one which said they felt safe in Sebastian's capable hands. We actually got Sebastian as our instructor and we definitely felt safe with him. He gave us the choice of two gorges, one with abseiling and one without. We selected the abseiling. He gave us a lot of advice and encouragement and I ended up doing a few things that would normally be out of my comfort zone. We had a great time which Sebastian captured in a number of photos he sent us. I would highly recommend canyoning as an experience and O2Roche.
Very good canyoning trip! Very good with the kids (and also patient if one is very afraid). I will definitely come back!
We did the sportif canyoning with Sébastien and absolutely loved it!! He is very professional, speaks good English and made us feel safe. Also a special thanks for Emé who helped us with our booking and made sure we had an English people guide! Highly recommend and hope to be back soon for more
My wife and I went on a canyoning- and rock climbing trip with Sébastien from O2 Roche Montage. What an amazing experience! Sébastien is a very professional and skilled guide, where you will feel safe and have fun with all the time. We learned a lot techniques during the canyoning and climbing. The climbing 'les grandes voies' at 'Pont Espana' is beyond spectacular! We would come back any time!
We made the sportive canyoning tour and the via ferrata and both were excellent. The guides were nice and trustworthy the service was great.

The restaurant has no quality. The lunch was not the best. We asked to reservate table for the evening... the waitress said we did not have to..we could just come. We came at the evening but we was not welcome...no food for us. It was only i few people, ten at the most. We come here every year to the RACP NE. I think when there is so many people from other country is importent to have waitress that understand english. Me, our friends will not recomend this restaurant this year.
