My boyfriend and I visited the Pinery this fall for a quick camping trip, and we were absolutely captivated by the beauty of the area! Our campsite was just a short stroll from the stunning shores of Lake Huron, where the dunes and unique shoreline left me in awe. The park itself was incredibly well-maintained, with clean facilities and plenty of activities to enjoy throughout our stay. On our last day, we ventured out for a hike, soaking in the peaceful surroundings and breathtaking views. It was the perfect getaway, and we’re already looking forward to returning to this little slice of paradise!
Winter camping in December was perfect - snow, peace and tranquility. Lots of birds to see, trails are in good shape too. Roads are cleared quickly if snowfall, and comfort station has hot showers👍. The park staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Great place to relax. My boyfriend and I love going here, we are from Michigan but the drive is totally worth it. The people here are so kind. The facilities are fantastic, the restrooms are always clean, there’s a shop where you can buy everything you need basically, and you can rent kayaks and bikes in case you don’t have. The city of Grand Bend is like 15 min away from here and it’s also pretty cute. Definitely recommended!!
We camped at the park for 2 nights and it was a very comfortable stay. It is a beautiful protected forest host to oak savanna ecosystem and freshwater dunes, home to so many species of plants and animals. We had plenty of time to explore the park and soak in the beauty. The camping area beaches are not crowed and we could just relax on the beach and watch the sunset. the whole park is covered with boardwalks and is accessible for wheelchairs.
Gorgeous beaches, lush trails, clean facilities, and friendly park staff! This place was great for my family and I. You can have a legitimate camping experience while knowing if you forgot anything there's a reasonably priced camp store with almost anything you need. There's a wide variety of trails to hike/bike, many dog friendly spaces including certain beaches, easy to navigate maps and so many great places and activities for adults and kids alike to learn from!!
What a stunning area of Ontario. This Provincial Park lived up to its hype. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. What an amazing and large park! Camping sites in the Riverside campground (area 4) were spacious and private despite the large number of sites. Facilities and amenities were all clean and well stocked. The various beaches were beautiful. It was like being down south with the beautiful white sandy beaches and the aqua water! And it's a short drive into Grand Bend, a beautiful little town.
Awesome campsites!! We had 3 campsites for 2 nights and it was so fun! The sites are clean and spacious. They were close enough together but still offered privacy. AND we barely felt any mosquitos!!! The bathrooms and showers were also cleaned regularly. Great place for camping with kids! They can be loud and dirty and enjoy so many outdoor activities. The beach area was beautiful! I can't say enough good things about it. We will definitely go again.
Great Provincial Park and very busy with day use visitors and park campers. The beach is sandy and water is shallow for a long way out. It’s great for families and dogs are welcomed (just be sure you’re taking care of your pets behaviour). Grand Bend is located nearby and the park offers rental equipment and has souvenirs, food, drinks, and ice cream for sale. Definitely will go back to spend more time here.

Grand Bend Beach is beautiful, a wide stretch of white sand and stunning blue-green water. It was our first time swimming in Lake Huron and it was a great experience! The beach was peaceful in the morning and got livelier in the afternoon, which is expected in mid-summer. The nearby Main Street had plenty of great restaurants to enjoy. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.
Grand Bend Beach is absolutely beautiful! the sand is soft, and the atmosphere is perfect for a summer day. There are plenty of restaurants, ice cream shops, and little stores nearby, so it’s easy to grab food or snacks. The sunsets here are breathtaking — definitely worth staying until the evening. It can get busy during weekends, so arriving early is a good idea. Overall, it’s one of the best beaches in Ontario for families, couples, or even solo visits. also parking is FREE after 6 PM
The beach is beautiful, clean and has a lot of activities you can do. Swimming, rafting, playing volleyball all are available I went with my friends in a beautiful sunny day and we enjoyed all these activities. From the beach you can walk in entertainment street to eat, drink and to do extra activities The place is great particularly in the summer weekends and must be visited
A Perfect Lakeside Getaway! Grand Bend is an absolute gem on the shores of Lake Huron! The main beach boasts stunningly clear blue water and soft sand that rivals ocean coasts. We loved climbing the scenic tourism hills for breathtaking panoramic views and visiting the charming historic lighthouse. The vibrant main street is full of great restaurants, cute shops, and ice cream parlors. The Art Gallery Beach adds a nice cultural touch to the natural beauty. It's the perfect destination for families, couples, or anyone looking to relax by beautiful waters. Highly recommended for a summer day trip or weekend getaway!
Great Spot for Swimming and Relaxation This is a great place for swimming the water is clean and you can feel the soft sand beneath your feet while swimming. Lots of nice sandy area where you can relax and enjoy the warmth. There’s a beautiful walking market where you can buy food, clothing, and more. The market has a charming 1950s vibe that adds to the experience. You can also rent boats and jet skis for around $150 per hour. The only downside is parking-it costs $8 per hour, and it can be challenging to find a spot close to the beach.
Street parking is $6 for 2 hours. Beach was pack with patrons but still have walking space. Not dog friendly so please leave furry friends at home. Enjoy a sunbathing here and not needing to fly to Bahamas. Plenty of drinks, ice cream and restaurants to fill your tummy after. The city should banned aggressive dogs on sidewalks.
Grand Bend beach 🏖️🏖️🏖️🏖️🏖️ is one of the most beautiful and most popular beaches in Canada. I love 💖 to visit this great beach 🏖️🏖️🏖️🏖️🏖️🏖️ whenever I have some time to spend in the nature. You will never be disheartened if you visit this place; especially, watching the sunset here might be an unforgettable memories for you.
Grand Bend Beach is a great spot for families and kids, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The beach is clean and has a fun, lively atmosphere. Parking can be a bit tight during weekends and holidays, so it’s best to arrive early. When we visited, it was quite windy and cold, but it’s still a beautiful place to enjoy the views and spend the day. Definitely worth a visit!

This was easily the best outdoor market I've ever been to. A mixture of unique vendors, local spirits, awesome food options, along with traditional market fare. If you're in the area when the market is open, go. It's a great couple of hours.
Haven't been to the pinery for awhile. Had some samples of ciders and grabbed a 6 pack. It was a great day !!
Nice Father's day expend with family, local honey bee kind, delicious, garlic spread yummy, lots of old treasures, food, clothes, hats, cookies, dogs treats, house decorations, homemade items, flags, food trucks, drinks, bring cash, some accept etransfers , 2$ by person to entry lots of parking
Mobility impaired accessible, ample parking, $2 fee for entry / parking at time of visit. Market operating Saturdays only during the summer season. One should expect crowds. Open air market, so be aware of weather. Market offers numerous vendors for produce, foods, antiques, clothing, decor and much more. Washrooms onsite. Many vendors accept digital payment but one may wish to bring cash.
So many great vendors all in one place along with a variety of food trucks. and honestly with the number of people that are there the way they have the parking set up is pretty awesome. I highly recommend visiting the binary market if you are in the area, it only cost two dollars a person to get in.
Great place to visit. Two dollars a person to enter but well worth it. Lots of parking and a good selection of vendors. Free entertainment and plenty of food to eat. Definitely going to be an annual visit for us.
Eclectic market in the middle of nowhere, with a variety of market vendors. $2 per head entry, loads of parking, we'll worth a visit, lots of vendors of all kinds, plenty of food options including food trucks, you can easily spend a few hours here. Shout out to the kettle corn vendor that stuff is like crack 😋 (apparently thats the secret ingredient 😉 )
Had a great time at the flea market today. We were there for 4 hours shopping, stopping to eat & listen to music. Only request is another spot for a bathroom at the opposite end from the front entrance. We were 3 adults & 3 kids & had to make many trips back to the front entrance where the ladies room had a constant line up (5 of us needed the ladies room). I'm sure the vendors back there would like this too.

We stopped by before a show at Huron Country Playhouse. We had a wine sampling, and each tasting was better than the last! Our host was friendly and informative, and we ended up bringing some bottles home with us. The place is beautiful, as well.
In all my years in London I just now discovered all the wineries here in this region. We tried out this winery first and it was stunning actually. The building itself is quite glamorous and the back patio facing the vineyards is beautiful. The two wines I tried weren’t too bad at all especially the rose. I had hoped to have some pizza but they weren’t offering it on this day. Next time for sure. A very nice discovery! 👍😎
A hidden gem in Grand Bend! Absolutely stunning property — the perfect blend of charm and elegance. This would be a dream venue for any event, with its picturesque vineyard views and peaceful atmosphere. I had lunch on the patio and enjoyed a glass of Chardonnay, which was crisp, refreshing, and paired beautifully with the delicious food. Although I didn’t do a full tasting, the options looked fantastic. 10/10 recommend stopping by if you're in the area — it’s a must visit!
Absolute best meal and experience you will ever have. They treated us like we were the only people in the restaurant! This is a must stop 🛑 in Grand bend!
One of the best places I've encountered for a group gathering. The venue has plenty of eye catching moments, service is friendly and very much attentive to detail and the food is above par. Highly recommend!
Dining at Dark Horse Winery is a true experience — one that feels special from the moment you arrive. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming. Every detail is thoughtfully curated, from the beautifully presented dishes to the perfectly paired wines. You can taste the passion and care that goes into everything. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic, which adds so much to the experience. Worth every penny and something I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to celebrate, unwind, or simply enjoy an unforgettable evening.
We’ve been to the winery a few times absolutely beautiful! We’ve done the wine tour it was very informative and fun. Absolutely love the red sinful wine I’ve ordered multiple cases.
My partner and I recently celebrated a birthday dinner at Dark Horse Estate Winery's Danu Cellars, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was delightful. The food was absolutely amazing—every dish was delicious, and the flavors were expertly crafted. We particularly loved the oysters, and the steak was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. A truly wonderful dining experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and a memorable evening. Five stars!

Expert guides tell the story of Jameson in a recreated distillery scene with tastings and dining.

It was incredible experience. Our tour guide was amazing. First you get free welcome drink - you have 3 options from Jameson (Jameson with lime and ginger is amazing). Then you go to first room, it’s about history of Jameson. Second room is about how to make Jameson and on third you learn about differences, how to smell and taste different Jamesons. With this guide, it was really amazing and I could stay longer than 45 minutes.
My wife and I took this tour on a Monday morning a few hours before our flight home and had a wonderful time. Our tour guide was very animated and obviously loved his job! Great tour through history all the way to current time. Definitely recommend this tour for any whiskey aficionados or anyone with just a taste for Jameson.
I paid about $26 for the Jameson Distillery tour and it was worth every penny. They start with a really cool 3D projector story about the history and how Jameson is made, then you move into a tasting room where you try four different Jamesons and learn how to properly smell and taste whiskey. It truly feels like a world-class experience. The premium ones were noticeably smoother (whiskey by itself definitely grows hair on your chest 😂), but it was fun, informative, and delicious. After the tasting, you get a drink included — they already have a bar set up with several cocktail options, and if you want another drink afterward you can buy more. The tour guide was incredible — funny, knowledgeable, and made it feel like he actually believed every part of the history. It was so good I found myself thinking, “Do y’all hire? I could work here too.” The staff overall was extremely friendly and helpful. They’ll even hold your bags if you’re coming straight from the airport like I was. There’s merchandise at the end if you want to shop, and the whole experience is just a lot of fun from start to finish. I would 100% come back and I’d tell anyone visiting Dublin to add this to their trip.
What an unforgettable experience at the Jameson Distillery! We opted for the Secret Whiskey Package and savored every moment. The tour was a delightful blend of history, craftsmanship, and fun, with fascinating insights into the company’s founder and the art of whiskey making. The highlight? Learning the skills of whiskey tasting, followed by a truly delicious sampling experience. Despite the bustling crowd of fellow travelers, the staff made us feel so special and welcome. We loved every minute and can’t wait to return!
Had a fantastic tasting tour on my second visit to this iconic Irish distillery. The guide’s deep knowledge and entertaining presentation made the experience memorable. It’s no wonder Jameson remains one of the world’s top selling whiskeys. Highly recommended!
Exactly everything you'd expect from a distillery tour. Great tour guide, samples of the whisky, and the best ambiance. All the employees were stellar and very nice to chat with. You can also purchase exclusive bottles you can't get anywhere else in the world.
This is one of the best distillery tour I’ve ever done! I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Dublin. Our tour guide was really informative and had a great demote of knowledge about the history of Jameson’s. I’m not usually a Whiskey drinker but after trying a Jamesons, Ginger Ale and Lime in the bar I am converted.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jamison Distillery. I went with my husband and my daughter. It was very informative and quite interesting. There were several experiences during the tour. We tasted whiskeys that we hadn't tried before. Our new favorite one is Black Barrel. We've bought a bottle now that we're back home and have shared it with a neighbor. He is now a fan! I recommend going on this tour. It's fun, educational, and it even has a cute little shop inside.

Amazing Racer 5 course. Improves skill and talent for both speed way and on street. Everyone should take at least the introductory course 100%
Needs lots of improvements. Stands are falling apart. Bathrooms are falling apart. Could use a fresh water station to fill water bottles as it was a 32degree day Aug 2nd. Racing was awesome. Facility not so much.
Well a group of us road up on are motorcycles for there bike show but it was not a great show it cast 65 for the day and I have bin to many shows and for the most part the only thing that cast money is what you want to purchase, but I could understand a fee. Up to 20 dollars if you want people to attend it needs to make sense
Nice Airbnb GrandBend well furnished, spacious with comfortable furniture and beds altogether 4 double bed room and one single bedroom accommodation with TV, fridge, microwave ,all the necessary things available, feeling at home. I recommend this airbnb to all
racing motorcycles at grand bend is quite the experience. whether your seeking a nice track with a good surface to go get some excitement or just wanna place to go have fun and meet some.of the best people around then take a trip to grandbend motorplex !
Really cool place they have a drag strip and also a race track and Grand Bend is a beautiful town on Lake Huron with beautiful beaches
My first drag race event and I was not disappointed. The grounds as well as the spectator stands were all accessible along with the vendors on site. The staff was courteous and help me navigate my way around. If you want to check out drag racing at its best check out the website for racing schedule.

August 2024 5* Nice place to visit with kids if you are in Grand Bend. Just 15 mins drive from the beach. There is fee to visit the place. Better to buy family ticket. Place is well maintained and have many old artifacts. However not everything on display. There are 3 sections to visit - local items from the past, history of the regions and old buildings in the backside. Truly great to see the rich history of the region. Be careful about bugs in the backside. Some fly bit my daughter on hand and it got swallow next day. Nothing serious but be careful.
A small but delightful museum very close to the busy resort town of Grand Bend. It deals primarily, as the name suggests, with historical artifacts and tidbits of Lambton County. It has a range of items from farm, oil industry and even early bicycle construction. The main building has 3 main spaces and a, very, small gift shop. The entrance fee is most reasonable making this a very worthwhile introduction to the area
An Amazing Interactive Museum! A small but incredibly impressive museum! Right from the entrance, you're greeted with vivid AI technology featuring animated historical faces on the wall. The "in-person" experience area with a vintage rotary dial telephone truly moved me. The space is clean, well-organized, and the staff is friendly. A perfect destination for families and anyone interested in unique historical experiences. Highly recommended!
Cute little museum my kids loved it. We just poped in and we're fascinated by all that we seen and the kids picked up some bingo sheets to play a game to encourage them to become interactive and visit other locations
A truly great little museum with a handful of heritage buildings on site. We stopped in during a camping trip at the Pinery. We were pleasantly surprised by its modern galleries, including an open storage gallery and a newly added gallery about local history. It was also fun to explore the trail out back, and we were quite impressed by the garden map of the region out front. 5/5 must check out!
This museum is fantastic! I really enjoyed the displays and learned a great deal about the area's history.
Thoughly enjoyed the museum Very interesting to learn about Lambton County and its historic heritage
Have been here many times before but went today for the crafters market and it was fabulous. Really enjoyed the day and the historical buildings on site. The grounds are so clean and well kept.

Great local meat and produce! Loved meeting the local farmers, and learning about the food we are eating.
A smaller market with local businesses around. A variety of different products from sweets, pizza and beer/Seltzer from the surrounding breweries. Lots of parking and donations to towards the local museum. Located off of hwy 21 and in a parking lot for ease of walking around. Several different gluten free options offered, although limited. #localguides
I love grand bend market but I called the number and asked a question and the customer service was terrible, the lady on the phone had a very negative tone and made me feel stupid for asking a very simple question.
I called this place and the lady on the phone was super rude. I asked what her hours were and she said in the rudest tone “What hours are you talking about.” What???? Maybe the farmers market???
Great little market, It has a little bit of everything for the whole family. Lots of vendors and prices are reasonable. When you enter you have to pay a Dollar person at the gate, When your done going to all the vendors you can buy some fries or other food truck food.
Great selection of fresh produce, local artisans, antiques and a bit of everything! Also live entertainment with my glass of wine!
Good produce. It was a smaller farmers market so there wasn't as many vendors as I am used to.
It is small, but great selection of goods.

Great selection of antiques and furniture. Lots of themed sections which makes it easy to find things you want. Great selection of automotive stuff too which is nice to see in an antique store
Awesome place especially if you love antique things. Great place
Visited Grand Bend this past weekend with a group of 10 friends and we decided to check out Dale’s Antiques - and we all walked out with something or other purchased! Prices for antiques varied but seemed reasonable. Lots of stuff to peruse. Make sure to check out the backyard as well - there are amazing pieces of inexpensive raw wood in various sizes that you can buy for DIYs or other projects. Enjoyed checking this place out a lot.
Nostalgia around every corner. Well preserved old finds and new, beautiful furniture and home decor. A must see!
Todd was a great help. Thanks for the wisdom. Ifound the drawer knobs I had been looking for. The layout? Really Classic ! Storage spaces too.
I visited this establishment with my girlfriend whilst in Grand Bend ( my sister lives here) and what a gem of an antique store. We spent quite a long time here as there is so much to see and look at. We ended up buying some charming salt and pepper shakers,an old ashtray, some railway signs and some red lenses for railway signal crossings ( that was a huge bonus) . Outside in the back they had a nice selection of live edge boards and other lumber.... fabulous. I will be visiting again next time I'm in Grand Bend.
