Amazing place and such a great find. Am told this is a community owned place so all the money made through entrance goes to the upkeep of the place. However, make sure you bring cash as they don’t accept cards. We made this mistake after a long cycle ride (and the nearest ATM was not working) though the people who work here are very accommodating and so helped with the few coins we had. Rather than welcoming us—having been loyal guests on three previous occasions—he coldly informed us that he would "consider" granting us a room. This was utterly baffling and entirely unacceptable. He then offered us the only available room for a staggering 260 euros. When we mentioned that we could book the same room through Booking.com for just 170 euros, his demeanor transformed from indifferent to furious. In an astonishing display of unprofessionalism, he threatened to decline our reservation altogether. Despite his hostility, we proceeded with the booking through the app. After completing the payment and receiving all necessary information, he still feigned ignorance about our reservation. It took an unreasonable amount of time for him to finally hand over the keys to our room. Throughout this ordeal, we repeatedly requested to speak with a manager, only to be met with a dismissive "no one is here." His attitude suggested that he simply didn't care about our concerns, stating that he would be leaving his position soon anyway. This experience was not only frustrating but also deeply disappointing. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, and I urge potential guests to proceed with caution.

We stayed here as we had an early flight from Treviso Airport the next day. Our room consisted of two connecting rooms, which were very comfortable and clean. We had a great night's sleep. There are a few restaurants right next to the hotel, and several more—including supermarkets and shops—within a short walking distance. Taking a taxi to Treviso early in the morning was quick and seamless. Highly recommended stay!

There was a hot tub and a sauna. The breakfast was also great. The variety is not big but the quality is high. From sweet to salt breakfast. I enjoyed the scrambled eggs and bacon. You can also get a coffee from barista there for free. You can also get a gluten free bread. There is a bar and a few restaurants. There was a big space for parking.

Thanks to Nicholas for looking after us. The room was lovely and very big and clean but they need to have a sign on how to use the hydrogen in the bathroom. Night staff needs to be more helpful and so does the women who are looking after the reception. I was struggling with the hydrogen in the bathroom and just needed the right instructions for it to work and unfortunately I didn't get the help I needed until I address the issue over to Nicholas who went out of his way to help us.

Though rated as a 4 star hotel, it felt easily like a 5 star hotel. Stayed there recently and was very impressed with the rooms, amenities, meals and service. You could tell that every thought went into providing guests with a great stay, for example, there was night lights located around the room.
