This lighthouse offers a simple yet stunning view of the coastline and the sea, making it a great spot for a relaxing stroll. The area around it is perfect for a leisurely walk or a picnic, especially in the late afternoon when the sunset casts a lovely glow. It's interesting to learn about its history and the role it played in guiding ships along the coast. If you're visiting, don’t forget your camera, as the scenery can be quite picturesque. Just be prepared for some steps to get there, but the effort is worth it for the fresh air and scenic beauty.
Good viewpoints. Lighthouse fairly ordinary. Several bars and restaurants available. Reasonable parking availability but trffic and access will be a big problem on a busy day.
Lighthouse itself is fine but the view of Llafranc is the best part! A great spot to catch the sunset and head into town for dinner.
Amazing views. I went by the night, so I couldn't go inside the lighthouse. There's a fancy restaurant on the bottom. Difficult parking around the area.
Great place to watch the sunset! Limited parking.
Went as we’d seen the lighthouse the night before. Very quite. Superb views but the tower was shut when we were there around 1300hrs.
Spectacular Sunset Spot – It’s renowned for breathtaking dusk views over the Mediterranean 😍 although I’ve managed to catch the sunrise only it was equally stunning 🤩
Beautiful place to watch the sunset; you need a car to get here at night.

Last night we had the great pleasure of spending the evening on board Tritonia for one of their summer sunset concerts. Super relaxed atmosphere, we had the opportunity to swim in a quiet cove before anchoring up for an intimate concert under the stars, by special guest and friend of the Triton Family, Ramon Mirabet. Great fun in fabulous company, all in my favourite place in the world. Thank you!
Once again we had a great experience at Triton Diving. Sarah is a great hostess and together with Ruben, Phil and the other team members they shape the Triton Style: friendly, helpful and professional. We have been diving with Triton for years and it always feels like “coming home”. This year again we had wonderful dives and made beautiful new memories.
I spent a week in Llafranc and did two amazing try-dives with Triton Diving. The dive spots were fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional – I felt completely safe and well taken care of. Big thanks to Ruben and David!
Awesome spots with a great and fun team to Dive with. I’ve made 7 dives with them during my stay !!
We took our girls for their first diving experience, and Phil and George were incredibly amazing instructors. George explained the entire process clearly, while Phil was patient and ensured my daughter was relaxed before the dive. It was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend Triton Diving Centre.
An incredible diving experience! Sarah and her team are passionate divers, eager to help their customers enjoy the best possible experience both above and below the surface! 🥰 We went there as a large group (17 people) for three boat dives. We were welcomed, looked after and guided like rarely before! Kindness, passion, expertise, attention to detail!😘 The equipment was impeccable and the briefings were pleasant, short, precise, serious but warm! The dive sites were incredible! We had the chance to dive in several canyons with yellow gorgonians and watch a school of over 200 barracudas swimming in front of us! 🤩🤩 Highly recommended !
Good & friendly service, they speak Dutch, french, English and Spanish. Beautifully diving spots.
What a fantastic dive center! We spontaneously decided we wanted to dive on our holiday so started by chatting with the lovely Laura about what dive would suit us best and settled on the refresher plus as it had been some years since we had dived. The amazing Claudia took us through the refresher course and was so clear and a brilliant teacher. She did the whole course switching between Catalan and English! An hour off for some lunch and we were back on the boat with David and Rueben to the fantastic Ullastre reef. Rueben was a great guide with great pace and pointed out some fantastic sealife. He even took my husband back out when my tank had run low. Back to the center to wash down and a cold beer with the crew to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and cannot recommend Diving Triton enough!

Totally recommend! We tried the kayaks and a boat trip. It was amazing! Our guide, Marc, was great! Seems like he knows everything about the coast and the area. So many stories and interesting information. We discovered some hidden spots and caves, and had a lot of fun. Definitely the highlight of our holidays in Costa Brava.
We recently organized a guided kayak tour for a group of approx 30 international guests to a wedding at the Costa Brava. Most of the participants were in their twenties and thirties, but the group also included some older semesters. It was a great experience that everyone enjoyed. The guides were competent and friendly and lead us quite far - to a beautiful, wild beach which we would have never reached on our own. I can very much recommend this activity.
We recently chartered a boat with Tourist Service Llafranc and had a lovely experience. We ended up renting a private boat for a 3 hour tour around Costa Brava. Our guide was super knowledgeable about the area itself and was able to show us so many different spots in a short period of time. Would highly recommend using them if you’re looking for a day trip boat tour.
I had an amazing experience with Tourist Service. We rented Kayak for a few hours. The service was top-notch, and I must give a special mention to the lovely girl who assisted us. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable. Her caring nature added a personal touch to the whole adventure, making it even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable kayak experience!
We had an incredible afternoon with a boat trip organised by Tourist Service for a family of five. Having been coming to Llafranc for 20 years this really gave us a different perspective. Our skipper Carlos was friendly, knowledgeable and really cared for the coastline and surrounding area. He brought us to places that we would never have found ourselves. The sea was choppy so having Carlos as skipper made sure we were all safe and sound. The highlight was swimming in Cala Marquesa and seeing Cova Di Gispert. I’d highly recommend. Thank you. Can wait to try to the south of Llafranc next time.
I've rented a kayak through this business two times now. They are extremely friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Their location has a shower as well, for after your trip. During this second time, I wiped out (completely my fault). The waterproof bag they gave me kept my phone 100% dry, so all was well after the 10 minutes it took me to get up on rocks to call for help. Within minutes, some Zac Efron looking dude majestically arrived on a speedboat to my rescue. If I was a chick, this could have been the beginning of a romantic comedy, but I'm an overweight middle aged man, so it was just nice to be rescued. 5 Stars!! Highly Recommend!!!
My husband and I signed up to do a 2.5 hour guided kayak tour with the Tourist Service office in Llafranc. 50Euros pp included the guide, the open kayak, snorkeling gear and photos that they later emailed to us. We went with a guided tour because we wanted to see the highlights of this beautiful coast and were a little concerned about our safety on the water, not being familiar with the area. This trip delivered! Sergi was our guide and the group turned out to be just us and 3 Frenchmen. Sergi handled communicating in both languages without problem. We headed out a little after 10am - my husband and I in a tandem. We kayaked for probably an hour straight - along the coast and through a natural cave. We stopped in a small rocky cove where we snorkeled for a 1/2 hour - we could see interesting rocks and little fish beneath us. And then we started the return trip and “oh my!” The seas had picked up and we were paddling against the waves and experiencing 3 foot swells. My arms and shoulders were exhausted and strained from all the kayaking we had already done (I am fit but don’t have a ton of upper body strength) and we had a long way to go… That’s when Sergi asked if he could help, tied a tow line from his kayak to ours and it was a combined effort of all 3 of us that got us back home. I can only imagine how this trip could have gone terribly wrong if we didn’t do a guided trip…. Notes: make sure you are physically fit to kayak for 2+ hours in open water, ask for a dry bag to carry any essentials, bring your own water, wear sun protection. Put a strap on your sunglasses - the Frenchman tipped over his kayak when he encountered our first real swell and gone were his nice sunglasses…
They were so nice. We took a 4 hour tour with a boat captain and it was great. Spectacular scenery. 10/10!

Raul is very professional and pay attention to customers, that's rare in a place where many tourists are coming. The dive center is small, that why I love it. Often dive cites are arranged with divers as well, so everybody can enjoy. I have been diving there several times in the last 2 years, the area and the sea are fantastic around Llafranc, so you will enjoy diving there.
Fantastic diving center with extraordinary friendly staff and addtionally they perfectly know what they're doing! Would repeat it without any hesitation!
Had a great time learning to dive with these guys, highly recommended!
Really nice and professional instructors, highly recommended!

(Translated by Google) For the French: Pleasant places where the instructors speak different languages including French. Rather complicated to get there but we took the time to explain. We dived for between 45 minutes and an easy hour. Lovely staff. 30€ to add if you want underwater photos.
