Our guest card said we got discount here and when we arrived the gentleman on the desk said we got 3 hours free. What an excellent offer for anyone staying in Sankt Johann in Tirol. This is an very clean facility with signs in both German and English so you cannot go wrong, towels hire is available for a few euros which we used. There is both indoor (25m) and outdoor (50m) pools for swimming as well as flumes and an outside Jacuzzi pool as well. There were some other outside flumes as well and diving pools but we did not use them so cannot comment. We visited a second time to find the admission was free again, An excellent facility provided for locals and visitors, it was well used, all the staff were polite and spoke good English. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the town to come to Panorama Badwelt.

This is a totally unbiased review about the Panorama Badewelt based on a tourist from England. The complex consists of an indoor 25m pool as well as slides and flumes that 'land' in another indoor pool area. The heated Jacuzzi which is fairly large is located outside the main complex but is only accessible from the indoor area. There are loungers here that are free to use. The shallow end of the indoor pool was about 4'6". Externally, there is a 50m Olympic sized pool, a smaller pool area with a slide and a diving area. I believe there is a further paddling area, although I did not investigate this. There is also a cafe serving drinks, snacks, sweets, ice cream and pizza and the portions looked pretty large considering the reasonable cost. The whole complex is surrounded by landscaped gardens and paved areas. There are changing rooms, showers and toilets inside the main building and there is a building outside that contains the same. These areas, whether internal or external were very, very clean and put many I have visited in the UK to shame. Towels are available to hire for 4 euros and you can also rent sun beds and parasols for a similar cost. If you are a tourist in the area, you will get a St Johann card from your hotel. On our first visit we were delighted to receive free access to all areas for 3 hours. On our second visit we received the same! We can only assume that tourists receive free access for the duration of their stay. There is a sauna , which we did not use but our understanding is that it is a requirement that users do not wear swimming costumes. Modesty is preserved by wearing a towel so there is no blatant nudity. Panorama Badewelt is easily accessible, probably a 15 minute walk from the little square by the main church in St Johann. We found the staff spoke excellent English and all were very polite and helpful.

Great swimmingpool area. Outside area contains multiple pools and an older water slide. Indoor area has two newer waterslides. In general a good experience and our kids enjoyed it. But the pricing is confusing (specially if you don't know the area) and the staff was less than helpful when we visited.

Located within walking distance from town centre the place also has parking with costs being refunded upon entry. The complex has great facilities and its kept very clean. We had free entry with the guest card issued by the hotel we were staying so great value. There's a children swimming pool with slides and water features, also an outdoor pool with heated water and a lane swimming pool. No need to have coins for lockers as they're lockable using the access cards given at entry.

Very clean and well-maintained. Good to use for all of the family, from the small children's paddling pool to the turbo slide. The outdoor spa pool is warm and relaxing.

A very fun climbing park, with some great ziplines. A lot bigger than expected, it kept is busy for a lot of hours. Personel is very helpful too

Lots of family fun. Best for ages 10 - adult. Do not drive car up. Park below and have to take cable car up the mountain. You can do the ropes courses as many times as you want. The ziplines are really fun. We didn't have time to try the mountain cars but they looked really fun to drive, separate driving course for them. You could easily spend 4-6 hours here. Service was great, friendly, safe and helpful. They speak multiple languages, mostly German, English and Dutch. Hours 9-4, it was probably around $30 a person.

My 11 year old son was stuck over the lake on the Flying Fox for at least 15 (!) minutes before the guy from the park personnel arrived to rescue him. The boy was frightened and crying, hanging over the lake at 10 meters height, my wife and myself have requested help several times, but the park personnel was not reacting. I find this attitude cruel and unprofessional. We did not receive clear instructions in English that accompanying adult should go before the child on the Flying Fox, so I was unable to help my son. We've visited several rope parks in Holland, Germany and Austria, and in each one of them the personnel was reacting immediately to even less serious problems. Very disappointed with Hornpark.
