My friends and I enjoyed our time skiing in Niederau and having drinks at SchnapsHutte bar. However, our experience was ruined by waitress Brenda. We were sitting outside and having drinks. We had a bill of around 22€ and we asked Brenda to make it 24€, we paid 40€ in cash but she gave us only 6€ back and went inside the bar. We are just back from a week skiing in Niederau where our kids attended the Skischule Wildschonau for 5 days lessons, they loved every minute. The kids in our group ranged from 6 to 16, they all improved greatly and had a lot of fun too. A special mention goes to Lieuwe and to Marleen, the instructors my kids had - I couldn't recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for lessons in Niederau, this is the place to go.

Thanks to this skischule our 5years old son was able to take a red slope within 5 days! Very kind staff and well organised. This had everything we expected. A special thanks to Jens who did a great job. Special to see how could keep these kids together while teaching them to ski down in a safe manner.

Fantastic instructors and a very well run ski school!! Dirk is an amazing instructor who brought us from absolute beginners to being able to ski red slopes in 5 days! Really good resort for beginners and can’t recommend the ski school highly enough as the best way to enjoy your ski holiday here ⛷️

Had 3 2-hour private snowboard lessons with Manfred. Never skied or SB before and getting on a bit! First two days were a struggle, but Manfred very patient and good instructor. Finally things came together for the third lesson, much less falling over, and I can steer and go up on button lift. So now feel confident to continue practicing and improving what I have learnt over the remainder of the holiday. And hopefully build on this on a future return trip to Niederau.
