We were helped by super kind people, they all spoke English quite well. Had to leave a deposit of 500 euros or an id card, for us he froze the 500 euros on my creditcard, got everything back immediately after handing in the bike. You pay for the bike after the rental period. Staff was super proactive and customized our tandem bike in the back whilst we were filling in details with the kind owner.

Friendly, polite and helpful. Didn’t require a deposit via bank transfer (which another shop did) when reserving the evening before which made it easier for us as we don’t have a French back account.

This bike hire is the only one to use whilst heading to St Martin in Île de Re. They are totally family friendly run by the best people. The bikes are excellent and completely reliable. Can’t recommend them enough and everyone speaks excellent English which is essential as my French is woeful!
