Had a very nice champagne tasting here. The host was very friendly and nice. She sat down with us and gave us great explanations. Despite being young, she was very knowledgeable and passionate and it was a joy to have her company. If you are in the Champagne region and looking to do some tasting…stop looking…go here. Plan to stay a bit to order a glass or bottle of your favorite after your tasting and leave room in your luggage to take at least a bottle or two home. Bonus, they will ship to the US (1/2 case minimum). My husband surprised his mother and I with 2 & 4 bottles for Christmas 2021.

We had a private tour of the Winery provided by Sabine part of the Desruets family. Very nice and personal tour and experience, seeing the original Wine Press still in use and learning all about the process of making Champagne. The tasting was great with the Cuvee Nature (zero sugar) being a very special one and the Cuvee Coeur de Pinot being a very full and tasty favorite. Great experience overall!
