Worst experience ever. Despite paying for two separate entrances (one with sauna and one without) for me and my girlfriend, I was charged an additional €24 because I accidentally used the wrong key to enter the sauna area. I thought the key I was using was correct, given it allowed access to the area. However, only at the end of the day was I informed that all keys grant access to the sauna, whereas I expected the key without sauna access wouldn’t work. As a result, I used the wrong key and ended up with an extra charge, while the correct key I had paid for was never used.

If you buy the simple ticket, it's extremely overpriced for the value you get - only a few pools to pick from, with relatively coldish water. 70% of the facility can be only used with an extra ticket. If you want a few relaxing hours after skiing / tour, would recommend skipping this place. Our best experience was the hot shower in the end, which says quite a lot.

The option without sauna is not worth it in my opinion. There are just two pools with relatively warm water, no whirlpools, and unfortunately a lot of Kids and noise! So I would definitely not recommend this if you want to enjoy some chill time. (Hopefully the entry which includes the sauna part is better!)

Me and my partner were choosing a spa to spend the day near Nassfeld, and I can highly recommend Romerbad for a day visit to the saunas. Note: review only for the adult spa zone! Super clean and very little people on the weekday. All saunas are very well equipped, water fountains, spa rituals every 30 min. The staff even organized a second hammam ritual, cause some people didn’t get in the first round. Definitely visit the Salt&Hammam ritual!

We loved the warm water in the inside pools. But we also loved the cold water in the outside 25m swimming pools. I call this “the big time kneip”. It was pretty crowded but due to many pools and the fact that there are few deep pools it was still ok. Nice. We had a good time.

After 15 days walking the Alpe Adria trail my body is very happy with a relaxing day at St.Kathrein therme. The lady at the desk did not give much information about all the possibilities. After walking around abit and discovering for myself, I can say the sauna part is absolutely fine.

Wow what a highlight in this Therme in St,Kathrein this place is awesome and they have lost of different pools for small young and older people this place is a must visited place when you visit #kärnten .😍❤️

He is such a kind, patient and easy going guy and made my experience remarkable. Thanks Miro and the whole team at the school. Have an amazing season!!

The ski school exceeded my expectations. I had a privet snowboard lesson and coach was very calm and helpful, I’ve learned a lot. Also my kids went to ski school and they have already learned basic of skiing even though they’ve never been on the snow before. I would also like to thank awesome staff members at school for all the recommendations and finding beat options for us. I highly recommend the school for everyone.

Terrible school!we did everything properly,reserved the place for our 3,5 Year old in advanced. Booked more expensive apartment so we can be close to school. At arrival they advised us to pay day by day because you can never now with kids..so we did that. I was a bit concerned because other kids were older and therefore had better body control,but i trusted the school since they put her in that group. 1.day all good, 2.day all good, 3.day she got sick and we couldn’t go, 4.day we come back and they wont accept her because other kids are more advanced. Horrible! Employees were very rude and even said: “what are we discussing it at all, she is out and we won’t take her in.” Thankfully there was another much more professional school there called Brunner and they took her in, even told us she is quite advanced comparing to other kiddies in the group. It all ended well, but not thanx to Ski school Krainer!

We were pleasantly surprised that the tourist information center was open on Saturday afternoon when we arrived in Bad Kleinkirchheim.
