The best captain in Sesimbra! Available, helpful, friendly, extraordinary, no adjectives possible for the trips we made. Over the years we have done several and I can assure you that the last one is always better than the penultimate. Don't hesitate, this is your choice for a Genre adventure. P.S. for those who can, ask to see the sea on fire....
We had a wonderful experience with our group of friends. It was amazing. The service was impeccable as well. Fair prices.
A fantastic experience. We saw loads of bottleneck dolphins and were the only boat there for a while. Edgar is a great guide who gave just the right amount of Information. The trip along the coast after the dolphins was also wonderful.
The tour superb, it was more than expected! We really loved seeing the dolphins and the remote beaches. The crew was super friendly and experienced.
Wow - what can I say? Thank you, thank you thank you! Quite simply one of the best days we ever had - made extra special by the thoughtful tailoring of the day to the needs of our very mixed group, wonderful hosting by the crew, and a wonderful boat. It was just so much fun!
I can highly recommend Captain Edgar and his boat tours! We did a dolphin watch cruise and although there is no guarantee to see any dolphins, we were lucky in the end. While other boats were chasing the animals as soon as they appeared, our boat kept its safe distance -- the better for the animals! Rescheduling the excursion due to weather conditions wasn't a problem and Edgar communicated this very well. Go see for yourselves!
It was a family tour, the 'Arrábida Coast Tour 'and it was incredibly the best tour we have ever done. We went by boat to the coast and saw the dolphins swimming beside us. It was amazing. Edgar is very attentive and explains about dolphins and the coast. We went with our kids, a 4 year old and a 9 month old and it went super well. I recommend everyone to take the tour and know the dolphins and the coast. Thanks for the day, it was incredibly.
Fabulous experience!!! Great communication. Victor and his daughter were very gracious, clean boat, perfect for the excursion. Saw so many dolphins. Swam in a beautiful clear water green grotto. A very exciting memorable day! Thank you Edgar and group!

Very beautiful beach, you'd think you were on the Mediterranean. The sea is much calmer here and therefore the beach is also ideal with small children. The access to the beach is quite easy, at the point where the road is closed you can simply drive down to the right to park (5€ a day), from this car park you then walk another 5 minutes to the beach (easy path also possible with prams). If the car park is overcrowded, you can also park in the street (free of charge), but then the walk is of course longer (but there were 2 TukTuks on site to take people down to the beach (3€ per person). There are also places to eat on the beach (snack bars) and sunbeds are also available. The right part of the beach is reserved for sunbeds and the left part is a normal beach without sunbeds (nicer part of the beach). At the end of the left-hand section of the beach there are larger stones/rocks between which you can walk and you come to other small sections of beach, definitely recommended.
Beautiful beach, car parking is not large enough to accommodate all cars in the summer. There are buses serving the beach
really nice beach. accessible by user and a bus. Plenty of things to do, cannoes, paddle boards, paddle boats with slides. great views and ample beach chairs if you want them. A few places to eat one of which we will try later. its a nice day out!
Unfreaking believable. This beach is just so beautiful and ideal for families with small kids. Loads to do, and the drive is so scenic. If you want parking, get there no later than 8h30. otherwise, you park far from the beach. But amazing!
I had a truly peaceful day at Praia do Creiro and it quickly became one of my favorite coastal spots near Sesimbra. The beach is tucked between dramatic cliffs on the Alentejo coast, giving it a sense of secluded charm and natural beauty. The sand is golden and soft, and the water is clear and inviting, ideal for swimming or snorkeling. There are a few seasonal kiosks offering drinks and snacks which are reasonably priced and add to the relaxed atmosphere. The parking is free and the area is well maintained, though during peak summer weekends it can get a bit crowded. I enjoyed taking a long walk along the shore and dipping into the calm waters, then treating myself to a cold drink at one of the kiosks afterward. Praia do Creiro is affordable, accessible, and perfect for anyone looking to escape the city and enjoy a quiet, beautiful beach with a touch of natural elegance.
Really nice beach with good services. Note: just park on the side of the road and wave down one of the many drivers that will offer to drive you down there. €10 for the ride. Portinho beach is right next door and Portinho is a very cute little village with good restaurants.
Such a beautiful beach!! You can take a bus from the center of Setubal and easily walk down from the bus stop. Be mindful of the bus schedule because it doesn’t go as often.
I went yesterday and we found a lot of traffic to arrive there. However, although we arrived around 13h, we found parking spaces, you need to pay 5 euros. I am pregnant and my husband was allowed to bring me and my toddler totally down the road before parking. So i didn’t have to walk the hill, same for picking up. The place was calm and nice, really clean. We enjoyed a lot

Beautiful view over the bay. Recommend
An abandoned gunnery post within an old castle, there's NO safety here, enter at your own risk, very few parking spaces, but an absolutely amazing place to explore, with some amazing street graffiti art on the walls. You can clearly see where the garrison would've stayed when manned for war, with toilets/bathrooms still intact, sleeping quarters, and ammo magazines. WARNING; NO SAFETY, ENTER AT OWN RISK!!!!!
Awesome place, amazing atmosphere and oh so dreamy. Great place to create great memories.
Externals walls to see, fantastic sight but nothing inside the castle.
