Great place, fantastic views whether you are a skier, snow boarder or just a walker etc.
(Translated by Google) Beautiful ski area. The ski bus is now even better arranged🥳 (Original) Prachtig ski gebied.
(Translated by Google) Went there two days ago and enjoyed the day of skiing. 61 euros per day... steep. But: 2G+ not checked at the checkout (just some vaccination plus ID), mask requirement on the lifts not observed at 50% when queuing closely together and not pointed out by the indifferent staff. The only exception is the gondolas in the queuing area. So it's not going to be safe to ski in these times, even though we thought it was really nice and the slopes were perfectly groomed, as always in Austria.
(Translated by Google) I think the prices for a day ski pass for 61 euros are totally excessive I bought the ski pass at 8.30 and paid 61 euros After the weather was so bad, I returned the ski pass at 11:30 a.m. What did I get back? ——-10 euros —— outrageously expensive, I'll never go to Hochfügen again, extortionate prices!!!!! For comparison: I would have paid 46 euros for one day at the Stubai Glacier (Original) Die Preise für eine Tages Skipass für 61 Euro finde ich total überhöht Habe um 8.30 den Skipass gekauft und 61 Euro bezahlt Nachdem das Wetter so schlecht war, hab ich den den Skipass um 11.30 Uhr zurückgegeben. Was habe ich zurückbekommen ?
(Translated by Google) Twice, no last bus went up, waited for an hour in the snow (Original) 2x aan toe geen laatste bus naar boven gegaan uur in de sneeuw gewacht
(Translated by Google) Small, fine ski area. It's best to take the ski bus from Fügen. (Original) Kleines feines Skigebiet. Am besten den Skibus von Fügen nehmen.

Cool place at a reasonable price. Water is warm, plenty of different pools, two very good slides and clean change room area. Plus excellent view on nearby mountains!
Great place to spend the day, we got the 3 hr session and time went so quickly. The whole area is kept so clean and the facilities are outstanding. I also added the sauna option and that was wonderful, great variety of sauna and steam rooms an outdoor pool and sauna, relaxation area and bar. They have a no costume policy but everyone was very respectful and walked about wrapped in a towel. Definitely the nicest sauna I have ever visited. We also found all the staff so friendly and welcoming, they spoke fluent English and explained everything so clearly. Recommend for families and adults
Amazing swimming pool and spa facilities. Featuring many different types and temperatures of saunas including steam baths and outdoor pool & plunge pools. Great restaurant and panoramic bar
I totally understand you want swimmers to put on swimming suits when they swim but its totally racist to say you “don’t like”swimming suits that is a little covering such as shorts and tops (for swimming) .. please try to act like first world and accept diversity. Shame. Ps: woman in reception is very rude. I suggest you hire a welcoming people in your facilities.
We did the Sauna and Adventure Park option, got a 10% discount with the Activ Card. The sauna was so good, it felt like a real cultural Austrian experience and the Adventure Pool made me feel 20 years younger. What a spot, perfect balance of fun and relaxation.
It's a lovely warm pool with lots of areas to enjoy. I would have liked a pool where I could swim a straight lane in, but there is one outside for use during the warmer weather. For relaxing, it's fabulous though and spotlessly clean.
Very nice activity when on a ski trip. Spacious enough, nice outdoor pools, also good for kids. A little too crowded upon entering
Very old, under the renovation. Mostly good for kinds. Not SPA for sure. Few saunas of low quality. Cold enough inside. Do not expect relaxation and mineral water. Skin itches after the water, it happens only if there’s chlorine on water. Do not recommend for those who expect SPA and thermals. After 17 too many people waiting at Kassa.

Mountain gondola to a winter skiing area, with hiking trails & a kids’ adventure park in summer.
Slide 1 of 8
Overall a great mountain summer resort. We'd gone up there from fügen on one of our days and it was great. The view is awesome and so are the activities for children.
Excellent slopes for beginners, very kid friendly! Im a ski teacher here and it's my favorite place to work. For advanced skiers its fun for a day but you'll have seen all the slopes by the end of the day. You can take a black slope to a bus stop which will bring you to hoghfugen which gives much more slopes to have fun on.
In summer, this area boasts a lovely kids playground, split up in multiple sections. We visited on the 31st of May and the playgrounds were all open, with the exception of the Tube Slide. (Of which I saw on the website it is unnecessarily expense anyway..) The restaurant looks lovely, but instead we had an amazing lunch at the restaurant at the middle station, highly recommended!
We enjoyed the Barfuss trail as well as water attractions and little hike to the cross. We spent an enjoyable day there, the kids were satisfied as well.
When you reach the top of Spieljoch bergstation by the air lift, you have plenty of options to choose from. In the summer it's a great choice for families with kids because of the many playgrounds and entertaining activities that you can find near the station. Hikers and nature lovers won't be disappointed either - the bergstation area is a starting point for many hiking trails for every age or physical fitness. The only downside I found were the lacking details on trail signs - there isn't any information about the length of the hikes, nor any information about the time they will take and what was disappointing too, was that they don't tell you the height that you're in. When choosing a trail, try asking for the details that are lacking on the trail signs and don't lose track of time because the last air lift leaves at 16:30.
Big, new gondola to the top. You can go for a nice hike and if you do it's not crowded. Dog friendly place and cable car. Food is not good though and I wouldn't recommend it. All in all a cool place to spend a day.
Before you start a hike from the top, you will hike 25 minutes from the train station. No bus at all.
Nice, small resort with well prepared slopes.

Fantastic. Lovely cheese and gifts to buy.
Very nice alpine dairy farm that shows how the cheese and butter is made - you can view the process of making cheese or butter from the glass aisle on top of the fabric. The dedicated muesum is really large - start on the right side! (picture #1). And of course, after looking so much at it, you want to buy these products - which you can, downstairs in a great shop that offers mostly dairy products but also a few other alpine / local products.
Great farm produce shop with lots of excellent dairy products on offer.
Wide selection of goods
(Translated by Google) I was really excited – the reviews here are a rollercoaster ride between "world class!" and "disaster!" 😄 And what can I say: The truth – as so often – lies somewhere in between. The show dairy/museum is a few years old, sure, but that's precisely what makes it so charming. Here, you can see honestly and down-to-earth how cheese is made – no frills, but with a lot of heart. 🧀 You can find glossy Disneyland in Paris, and artisanal cheese in Fügen. The small museum is lovingly designed, the production area is modern and clean, and the explanatory video explains everything clearly (the sound is a bit odd, but simply deactivate the projector as a speaker and use only the soundbar, and that too should be fixed 😅 And here's a fun fact: The website address mentioned in the video now leads to a gambling website—cheese or casino, you never know. 😂) The farm shop is really nice, with delicious cheese and friendly people. A great stop, especially with children, when traveling to or from the Zillertal. All in all: A modernization/revision of the museum section (museum education student as a summer internship?) would do the place good, but even as it is: authentic, friendly, and definitely worth a visit.

It was awesome and really gave me a new insight would go there again anytime
(Translated by Google) So, my husband and I always go there for lunch. We always get the daily special. It always comes with a salad that you can put together yourself and a soup. So far, it's always been very tasty. My highlight is the espresso. Really good coffee. (Translated by Google) Highly recommended and extremely interesting, from the adventure world to the spectator terrace. The food is excellent and very good value for money. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating; we would be happy to come again. Thank you very much. (Translated by Google) On a rainy day, we first went upstairs to the Sichtbar (visible) and then downstairs to the exhibition with its small cinema. Food / Sichtbar: Very good value for money, really well-cooked food, and a fantastic view of the factory grounds. (I recommend the lounge in the adjoining room, a kind of glass box.) Exhibition on the ground floor: Admission €5, children up to 14 years old are free. Essentially, you pay €5 for three 10-minute films in the cinema, all about the woodworks, fireworks, and wood as a material. Very informative and really well done. There's also a video about the company's history in the adjoining room. (I would have liked to have seen it longer with more information and in the cinema. 🙃) We were there for about 3 hours, and the kids loved it.
(Translated by Google) An interesting glimpse, but room for improvement. The view of the impressive factory grounds is truly spectacular, and the staff is very friendly – a big plus! However, the small exhibition at the beginning seems rather uninspiring and offers little practical information. The short film about the beginnings of BinderHolz unfortunately gets lost in the shuffle – this content clearly belongs in the corporate video to better convey the company's history. The corporate video itself is well-made, but it lacks a personal touch. A statement from the senior CEO, who built this empire, would have been a real highlight. Currently, it's not very engaging for families with children (mine are 5 and 9). With more interactivity and better presentation, it could be a truly memorable experience.
(Translated by Google) It was a great day that we were able to spend here with our workshop. The food was also delicious, the view was great and the people were nice. Best Speck (bacon) in Zillertal. Stop by and take some of the great food home. Low prices and good quality since this is direct from the producer. The also have great selection of local sausages.
Everything I have tried has been delicious!

If you have some time, don't miss the tour of the smokehouse, the storage rooms, etc. If you'd like to try a good homemade schnapps, this is the place for you! In short, a top tip in the Zillertal. (Translated by Google) We bought ham and sausages there. The sausages were okay, but the skin was very tough and the cartilage was a lot. We haven't tried the ham yet. The seller in the Speckstube (bacon parlor) was very grumpy. You had to drag every answer out of him. Not exactly businesslike. He didn't recommend or offer us anything on his own. There's no point buying from such a grumpy person; as a customer, you feel like you're bothering him. It's a shame. But there are plenty of other good hams to buy in the Zillertal.
