In general the stay was ok. But my room was in a terrible position. Room 118. The lift outside made a constant screech. The exit door under Neath my window had people going in and out loudly also coming out of lift I was awakened 4 times at unreasonable hours on my last night. I also confirmed the night before I left if I could use the laundry I was told no problem to buy some detergent at reception desk next day. I was told the laundry service was broken next day and I would need to walk to other premises. Nice environment and good breakfast. But the room was not very clean as there was an old bubble gum sticking on the upper side of the bed, which i guess the cleaning lady missed. The balcon however, is very dusty and full of spider web. I wish they could focus on the room cleanness better.

The cottages (apartments) are really nice, very clean and spacious enough for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). The swimming pools are fantastic, a large children's pool with a slide etc and a adult pool with waterfalls and jacuzzi etc. There's not much to do in the town and surrounding area but obviously no fault of the hotels.

I just love this town. It is a tourist town and they make you do welcome. Beautiful lake, lovely walks and lovely shops. There is a biscuit shop that sales, jams, honey, sweets, wines,juices and teas, plus various other things. They do a gift wrap service. Would highly recommend a visit to this town.
