If you have a phobia of bees, don't fret. I do too and the bees on the farm thankfully DO NOT sting. But don't be surprise if you receive bee "kisses" which vary from a teeny tiny pinch to a tickle. The garden is beautiful and the bee houses are very cute! You will get to sample some honey which has a sour taste, but can be sweet depending on the hive you harvest from. Speaking of harvest, you get to try and collect your own honey as well. Each small bottle cost $3 for you to take home. Beginners will certainly struggle trying to collect themselves, so dont be afraid to seek help from the bee owner. If you're feeling particularly brave, you can probably coax one onto your hand! As far as bees go, these ones aren't so bad!
(Translated by Google) A needleless bee farm surrounded by beautiful nature. There were also durian and gangway trees nearby. The potted houses at the bee farm are very cute and fun to look at. Bees don't sting, but there seemed to be quite a few mosquitoes, and I heard them complaining about itching everywhere... I was unharmed, probably because I had used bug repellent spray. However, bees sometimes landed on my fingers (no stings), so it might not be very effective against bees. We had the opportunity to actually collect honey from a beehive and taste it using a plastic spoon. It is less sticky than regular honey and has a sour taste, but it has a very natural taste. A take-home bottle of honey costs only $3. Collection takes a lot of time if done by an amateur, but if you ask the owner to do it, the jar will be full in just a few seconds. You should also ask the owner to close the lid.I put it in a bag in that state and put it in my suitcase, and it didn't leak even after I got on the plane. A very old mosque opened on the 26Aug1966 but with modern facilities.. Located at the center of Tutong Town of Tutong District in Brunei Darussalam.. It's fully air-conditioned and thick beautiful carpet.. Bright dome with nice chandelier.. Ample parking spaces.. Always clean and well taken care of.. It's very comfortable to pray here.. Congratulation to the mosque community.
Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque (Malay: Masjid Hassanal Bolkiah) is a mosque in Tutong, the town of Tutong District in Brunei Darussalam. The Masjid was opened in 1966; it can accommodate 1,000 worshippers at one time. The construction of the mosque officially began on 17 April 1965 and completed by the middle of the following year. It was inaugurated on 26 August 1966 by Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah, the present Sultan of Brunei Darussalam, who at that time was still the crown prince. On 7 October 2016, the mosque held an event to commemorate the golden jubilee of its existence. Abu Huraira reported that the Prophet (ﷺ), said, “Whoever goes to the mosque in the morning and evening, Allah will prepare for him a place in Paradise for every morning and evening.” [Bukhari and Muslim].
الحمدلله. Masjid Hassanal Bolkiah Pekan Tutong has always been my favourite masjid in Brunei. The womens prayer area has its own ablution space, which is very convenient for us to renew our wudhu. Never having to go out and all the way to the toilet (although there's another ablution area there). Al-Qur'an and yaasin & tahlil book can easily be found, arranged orderly on the bookshelves. Women's prayer wear are consistently being kept clean, neat, tidy and hung on the clothing rack. The interior and exterior have been renovated some time this year, in terms of the carpet flooring, wall paint, lights and others. In addition to that, ramps have been installed for easy access especially for people with wheelchair.
The oldest mosque in Tutong, Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque, built in 1965-66 on a 2.2357-acre site, is located 1km from Tutong Town, costing $700,000.
Attactive place to see it especially for muslim people. The area are bigs and the use a real gold for decoration of the mosque. Its easy to get here as well. If you want just take a photo make sure you come after muslim people finish praying.
Beautiful place!
Massive free parking lot, beautiful structure, architectural&interior design, garden, very clean.
Differnt picture. That mosque in the main picture is near the Saifuddien mosque.

Excellent service and kindness. Owner Eyon and staff are very friendly. I am the only Japanese who has stayed at Eco Ponies Garden as of 31 Oct 2024. And I am the only Japanese who has vandalised the back door of Eco Ponies Garden. 🤣🤣🤣 At Eco Ponies Garden, you can experience local produce and rare herbs. The evenings at Eco Ponies Garden were quiet and I found myself in the wilderness of the jungle. I was exhausted by Japanese society, so my experience at Eco Ponies Garden was therapeutic. And I was revived. I am lucky. I was impressed to learn that the Eco-Ponies Garden is an activation of the local community and a conduction activity of the local culture. I recommend Eco Ponies Garden to anyone who wants to experience nature and who is tired of life. Contact the owner Eyon now. 😁
I was quite surprised at first when I got to the restaurant as it was open air and had an interesting layout, surrounded by lush green trees which adds up to the word "eco" in the name. The food did not disappoint at all...it was amazing. The presentation and quality of the food were outstanding. It was like the chefs really took their time to perfect the dish. Highly recommend people to come and try the food here.
The only place in Brunei to experience real home-cooked food, way above the usual restaurant fayre! With an emphasis on healthy, organic food, both farmed and foraged from the jungle by the local community, it is one of Brunei's rare treasures. As everything is prepared fresh from available seasonal ingredients, they can cater for all food groups and religious observances or allergies, truly unique in the country. Advance booking required, as it is a home-cooked offering, not a walk up restaurant. Enjoy - I have never been disappointed or met anyone who has not enjoyed their delicious, wholesome food.
Friendly and knowledgeable guides and kitchen staff. Taught my group how to cook local food with local ingredients. A lot of fun on this program
Probably the best space in Brunei, the hostess are great 💯 super kind and attentive, the food was delicious and all locally sourced from the community & the same garden. A great space for our kid to let go his imagination and feel more grounded.
Very beautiful garden, with a lot of wooden/bamboo structures and nice decoration. They offer a lot of different events like cooking classes and team buildings. The quality of the food is amazing. Friendly community.
Day visitors. We enjoyed the traditional cuisine on offer which included chicken steamed in bamboo sticks. We couldn't go for a walk into the jungle because the morning rain made the ground soggy. The place is run by young local volunteers who are encouraged to take an interest in the local produce which include the fruit, vegetables, herbs and the edible plants. The volunteers also help make traditional dishes for guests to enjoy and the guests also get the opportunity to go on a jungle trek . It merits mention that we were given a discount because we couldn't go into the jungle. This was a generous gesture on the part of the organiser seeing the traditional meal was more than adequate. Worth visiting .
#supportlocal . Went here for a quick brunch for two pax. Definifely good place if you like nature. Highly recommended to bring mosquito spray/patch just in case. Do take note though phone signal might not be as good here, could be very slow. Food is just awesome, the local here very friendly and knowledgeable.

good place to get most of groceries
Good place for shopping. Many facility, free parking, Hua Hoo Mall and with other small shops, ATM for BIBD, Baiduri, TAIB, Stabdard Charted bank are available.
The mall has a clean, spacious layout and good parking space.
Hua Ho is the only supermarket in town with variety of products to choose from.
Almost everything under one roof. Hua Ho supermarket is here. Banks such as Baiduri and TAIB are here too. There are ATM machines for BIBD and Standard Chartered. To make it more convenient, it's home to TAP Tutong branch as well. Last but not least, Brunei's favourite fast food chains Jollibee and Ideal are also here.
Guardian. They can be found *almost* anywhere. At times I do stop here when I refuse to go somewhere else.
An arcade of small shop lots and some fast food for the small township.linked to a department store with a wide variety of items.

One of the most favorite recreation park in Tutong district. I love this park because clean and good maintenance. I've been here for hiking. The hiking track is good, not that hard and not that easy. Gokd for old people or kids. I recommend this place for family hiking. Good for health and also good for family bonding. Love it!
The environment is calm and comfortable. But the cleanliness of the toilet is not satisfactory. Relevant parties need to take action to attract the public. Surau is clean but needs attention.
Nice place for trail running
beautiful but outdated
Relatively easy trail. Vegetation is a lot denser than Sungai Liang. However, there is no marking of trail or signboards (or they are not maintained and dropped off from its stand). I use two telecom towers on its trail summit to guide my direction.
Yo dog this park was pretty and all but they ain't got no recreational stuff. Only medicinal marijuana, so I feel pretty ripped off. 6/10 try the drinking fountains
a lot of improvement need to made to increase the number of people here. not alot of information about this place can be obtained online. it would be great if the forestry department of brunei make route maps for this place like what have been done at Shahbandar and Tasek Lama Recreational Park.
If you travel from Miri to Bandar Seri Begawan there's a huge chance that you might have seen this park before. It's ok... But if you are a tourist, I recommend Shahbandar or Tasek Lama.

Really love this place. Calm and this place makes me happy. I live for blue skies and hot days. 😂🤣 I already contacted my friend from Tourism, I hope they can revive this place. I want more people to come here. Keep Calm and go the beach 😁 Warning, I don't see any washroom nearby.
It's my wonderful day. If I'll get a chance come again in Brunei so I'm visit again here.
Best beach at telisai area
Good view and place to leisure .
Best views for sunset
