Do they want to make them uncomfortable so they rush and leave the place? The music always so loud, which does not assist in creating a nice atmosphere to walk, browse, chat etc. it’s a mall where all kinds of people come, not a club for the teenagers and them only. When you to the upper floors to sit outside and have coffee you realize how sad the view is. Athens is one ugly city, and regardless of the shops and the music once you go outside it re-hits you in its full glory. Not the mall’s fault but still. And during the summer it is so hot, you can not sit there for more than a few minutes. Lots of places for food and coffee but the quality is not worth the prices you will encounter. Some shops remain interesting and I still visit from time to time but stir away during holidays or sales, unless you like waiting in long lines and encountering tons of people in every single place. It can be overwhelming. In there you can find many kinds of stores, which is convenient. If it had a pharmacy as well, that would be splendid and even more convenient. The PPC store though is a joke. It’s merely promotion, they can not help with anything, from paying a power bill to changing some of your details or arrange something regarding your contract. Big plus: it’s right outside the metro station, so it’s increasingly easy to access with said public transport mode, unlike other malls in Athens.

Experienced Escape Room Player and played the "Dark Side of the Elements" room. Very cool theme and borrowed from various stories, myths, movies etc. Very good amount of puzzles for 80 minutes and some were at the difficult level. Good decor and immersion too! Available in Greek or English.

We were a group of twelve and none of us had done an escape room before. We had so much fun, and both groups escaped! The staff were friendly, patient and fun. Highly recommended.

We played 2 games (The Holly Grail and The Dark Side of the Elements) and I can highly recommend both of them. The Dolly Grail has more old school vibes, and the Dark Side of the Elements is all electronic but both have nice puzzles and good game flow.

I had an awesome experience here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend this to my friends.

Give it a try if you fancy escaped rooms.

What a mess this company is. After booking through Viator, I had to then make an international call to book again, per their policy. Then I received an email confirmation for the wrong time. Then, I had to cancel this service because United Airlines told us to come back to the airport to meet our delayed luggage on the flight it was on, instead of going to the port, via this company. The place is a typical local hair salon. When I called them back to tell them that they burned my hair they offered me a free hair botox. Surely, they didn't do it on purpose and it can happen to anyone..but my reality is a super crazy - burned head and now I have to pay all these expensive products to restore my hair..The lady that dyed my hair never admitted that she did a mistake and she tried to sell me expensive salon products to restore my hair (such typical old school method..) I am sorry guys for the bad review but please if you can't do these techniques professionally just don't pretend that you can.. Unfortunately this place is let down by immature staff and absent management. We were a group of 4 40 year olds who went there yesterday to play some Lol. We spent 5 hours playing and after a while we were told not to be loud in talking to each other as one of us talked to the others in a raised voice (nothing extreme). He also banged his hand once when he lost and he got another warning. Noone explained that this is a banable offence and we found the behaviour of the staff snobbish and haughty. We kept playing till 5am when we left, noone informed us of anything so when we went back today they said we were banned, all of us. When we tried to challenge this, we were informed that the store manager is not in and could not be contacted for this reason and that we had to go elsewhere. One ofnour group member has the nickname silent john as he literally never speaks, and also did not do last night but he was also banned!!! Needless to say this is a place run by over entitled teenagers who offer little justification and an absent management that results in 4 people being refused service.
