Today we had a unique day at Oleoalmanzora in Pulpi, Esmwralda gave us a wonderful tour, speaks fluent English, explains everything very nicely, is very nice, were in the olive grove, saw the process and a tasting, we can recommend this to everyone, olive oil is made of very good quality
My friends and I visited the facility a few nights ago. We were greeted by the friendly staff, a master class was held to explain about the process of olive oil. We tasted several olive oils and graded them based on various factors. We received certificate of participation. The dinner was amazing, we purchased several bottles of olive oil and left very happy. Highly recommended.
Excellent experience, and well worth visiting. Award winning company with delightful tastings and very interesting explanations concerning the whole olive producing process.Excellent staff.
Fantastic experience, we learned more about the oil and the process. We will be back to buy oil, for sure! Esmeralda speaks English really well and knows many facts. The tour is decided in three parts: first a visit to the farm, then explore the way the oil is made and then the tasting… delicious!
What a great experience! I now know everything there is to know about olive oil! Aceite de Oleo Almanzora provides a wonderful informative tour to include a trip to the olive tree fields. The facilitator host Esmeralda provides a Napa Valey style tour of the facility. Esmeralda is well versed on the process of making olive oil and lets you process a bottle to include the label. English speakers will benefit from Esmeralda's command of the language. Pulpi is a beautiful city and the locals are warm and friendly. I look forward to a return trip. I think warmly of my experience every morning that I make fried eggs with their olive oil each morning.
Had a warm welcome, tastful breakfast, olive oil tasting and guided tour of the production hall and the olive grove. Ourhost and guide Esmeralda is an olive enthousiast, with huge knowledge on all aspects of producing olive oil and the oil itself. The flavours of the olive oil I tasted here we're unlike every olive oil I tasted before and one of many of Spain's pleasant culinary surprises I encountered last week here on a trip with friends. Definitely worth paying a visit for a tasting or if you want to learn more about the production of olive oil. Thanks.
Fantastic experience and discovery with guide Esmeralda. The process, the visit of the olive farm and the tasting were amazing. If you love olive oil you have to do it, if you don’t love it, you will afterwards
Great fun and very informative. Trip starts with a visit to one of the olive groves with guide Esmeralda who is very personable. Afterwards back to see where the olive oil is stored and bottled. Final treat is the extra virgin olive oil tasting session which is very educational and interesting as well as tasty! Well worth a visit. Will make you think about quality olive oil in a whole different way.

Good food, quick friendly service and a lovely location.
Wow! It’s Monday and most places are closed. Been here for a drink before but not to eat. It was a fantastic experience. I had the calamari a la plancha and husband had the chicken burger Calamari was cooked to perfection, one of the best I’ve had, so fresh and tasty. Rosado wine was really nice, light blush. Service was excellent, waitress super friendly and efficient. Oh, and the views!!!! Perfect lunch 🤩🤩🤩
Nice little place right on the beach in a small cove away from the main tourist area. Fairly typical sort of beach/bar with enough inside and shaded outside tables. Service is very friendly. We both had a bottle of beer, olives, mixed salad and open grill pork loin steaks with chips. Good quality, €35 total. Will visit again whilst we're here and probably go for the grilled sardines and squid or octopus (which looked really good). Paella is available but needs to be ordered in advance - which is generally a good sign. Plenty of parking available there. You have to scan a QR code to see the menu (which is only in Spanish): don't do what I did, which is tap the great big, prominent START button because that sets you off on an account sign-up for something or other (I've probably sold my kidneys online and not realised it). A simple written menu with translations would be easier, especially since you still have to order with the waiter rather than through an app.
Friendly staff. The boquerones were good. The beer is cold and the beach looks nice. I've been back several times and keep going for the boquerones and cold beer. My advice at any beach bar is keep it simple as kitchens are generally smaller and staff are always busy.
Fantastic place, brilliant setting on the beach, really excellent food at a great price. Staff very helpful... Mark the owner was brilliant. At lunch you need to make a reservation if it's busy, but it is well worth it. Kids menu as well. Highly recommended.
Had a wonderful meal with different tapas and salads. Lovely service from Irene.
A very special little cafe/bar/restaraunt , in a hidden sandy cove , well worth a visit
Lovely quite place with very attentive friendly staff
