Great place to enjoy some peace and quiet. The termae are super clean, well kept and beautifully renovated. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they offer you access to an inclusive area full of healthy snacks and drinks! We couldn't have asked for more

Pools are great and very pleasant. The hotel is lovely overall, very relaxing vibe, and the breakfast is wholesome. However, the value for money is not the highest. Paid €700 for 4 nights in the hotel, and none of the pools or spa access was included. For a 3 start spot it felt a bit too much.

For us on a sunny April day the air was 18 and the water was 35 in the outdoor pool. Still can’t quite believe this place is real, we are fans of mineral water baths, but this is really something special. Amazing that it’s so vast and so warm and that you can just swim and swim, not just walk around and admire/imagine the ancient site. This water is crystal clear, everything so clean and conducted with pride and hospitality. Don’t miss this experience.

Great Therme and spa facilities. Horrifically unapologetic and essentially lazy management and staff. We bought an overnight room & Terme package with face mask in the spa. It turned out there we were not authorised for entrance to the spa (which was not explained on the website, or upon check in). The upshot was we initially struggled to open the electronic door, watched others do it easily and so went to reception who advised the spa was not included, but the face mask treatment was inside the spa. Madness. Why not explain this at check in? We then had to wait 10 minutes for a member of staff to open the door, but I refused the mask out if disgust. Make your packages clear and stop trying to unapologetically extort extra payment for very little. Read the other low rated reviews and you'll see the theme of this place is charge for everything, explain very little and then act surprised when the guest is dumbfounded. As the tone of your managers response to negative reviews is so evidently patronising, please don't even bother replying to this one. Second time here and always a problem. Won't be back.

Beautifully updated Etruscan style resort with a huge natural hot spring pool and enormous spa inside. Restaurant and staff are amazing as well. Our fave hotel in Italy.

I have mixed feeling about this hotel following a one week long stay. The room could be perfect if a skilled individual spent around five minutes fixing a few things e.g. lamps are not properly attached, a coat hanger with three scew holes is attached with only one screw (therefore it moves around), the AC is loud even when turned off (static noise). The thermal pool/lake is great, although a bit too warm in the summer (the water is around 36•C). The breakfast and the restaurant staff are amazing. The reception staff severly lack communicational skills (both their english knowledge and friendliness were underwhelming). Great hotel overall, my three star rating is a bit harsh but there are just so many small mistakes in this hotel. If they fix the problems listed above, I honestly think this could be a perfect holiday experience.

We had a great time here just visiting during the day for a few hours, and not too expensive! Great relaxing vibes and the water was perfect!

We had a wonderful experience at Giomi Zannoni winery! The welcome was incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel right at home from the very beginning. The wines were absolutely delicious — well-balanced, full of character, and offered at a great price for the quality. The food was also fantastic and perfectly complemented the tasting. Overall, this is a hidden gem with an amazing price-to-quality ratio. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and memorable wine experience in Tuscany!

Amazing! A very charming place with a very nice owner. We could try the olive oil with bread and could also taste every whine. The products are delicious and everything is locally produced on the owners farm.

Incredibly nice and thoughtful proprietors who gave us a tasting and tour. Also helped us find the best way to bike back to our B&B.
