Unacceptable and Humiliating Experience — Deeply Disappointed I stayed at Hotel Món Sant Benet to attend a friend’s wedding nearby. The hotel was recommended by the couple to their guests. On the night of April 29th, 2025, after returning from the wedding party, I went to the front desk to ask for some drinking water, since there was none in the minibar and we needed to hydrate — especially after drinking during the event. To my shock, the receptionist refused to provide any water, claiming that the bar was already closed. I calmly explained that I was with my wife and two young daughters (ages 3 and 4), and that we simply needed some water before going to bed. Still, he refused. When I insisted — firmly but respectfully — the receptionist called the police on me. Yes, you read that right: a guest asking for water at night ended up having my passport taken by the police at the hotel reception. Only after this humiliating situation, they finally agreed to give me a few bottles of water. The receptionist also refused to give me his name, even after repeated requests, which makes me feel extremely unsafe about staying at this hotel with my family. We are still staying here until May 1st, but I must say I have never been treated with such disrespect, coldness, and complete lack of empathy at any hotel in my life. This is not just poor service — it’s gross mismanagement and a total lack of common sense or human decency. A simple request for water escalated into police involvement, which is nothing short of outrageous. I sincerely hope the hotel owners and managers take this matter seriously. This review serves as a warning to future guests who expect basic courtesy, safety, and respect.

We were really surprised by this gem of a hotel located just 1 hour away from us. We were treated by Silvia and the check-in was great as she gave us a bigger room and explained the restaurant options. At the pool we were served by Joan he was very polite as well in the dinner. At the restaurant mon we really good food and service. The only thing we would have liked the portions to be a bit bigger. The flavors of the food was amazing and you could see the chef making the food. He was so clean and well organised. I did not get his name but he deserves a recommendation 👏 Adrian that make our gin tonics at the bar was very talkative and kind. Great job to all the team We will definitely be back here. If you are in the area then we definitely recommend it 👌 P.S : Danny in the pool bar was also great to us.

A hotel designed specifically to capture a wonderful view of the monastery upon a short hill in the distance. Beautifully designed. Modest and clean rooms. The blackout shades made it possible to sleep very soundly. The pool outdoors was beautiful. The grounds and monastery nearby made for an enjoyable walk in the morning before our departure. Taking videos of the space made me remember the space very well . There was fast fast WiFi speed For the internet which is always helpful. We found the historic Your with guided audio to be very interesting. The guide was professional And courteous.

Clean, spacious, cozy rooms, very nice lobby where one can enjoy a drink, good and plenty full breakfast. The minus would be the very poor WiFi in the rooms.

Beautiful, peaceful location and ideal for business conferences and management offsite. They have everything there. A great restaurant, great conference facilities, a magnificent old monastery and loads of nature to explore and do sport in. Highly recommended!

This was a lovely place. Location is hard to rate, as there was nothing noteworthy near the hotel, but it was secluded. So if you want a quiet location, this would be a 5. If you want it near an old city centre is woukd be a 0.

An absolutely incredible experience. My expectations were more than exceeded. The entire facility is very well maintained and offers a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. A special highlight is the small bar, which serves delicious baguettes, snacks, and drinks. It is perfect for refueling before or after the jump. The pool area and additional activities like the slackline make the stay even more enjoyable. The staff is amazing. You can see that they are passionate about their work and want every guest to have a safe and unforgettable experience. I had a lot of respect for skydiving and was quite nervous at first. Thanks to the professional, friendly, and reassuring attitude of the team, I never felt uncomfortable or afraid. Instead, I was able to fully enjoy the jump. Many negative comments mention the waiting times. Yes, we booked a slot at 2:00 PM and finished around 5:20 PM. The briefing lasted about 20 to 30 minutes. It was clearly stated during the booking process and in the confirmation that the entire experience could take up to four and a half hours. Anyone complaining about this afterward simply did not read the information properly. The facility is beautiful and offers plenty of ways to pass the time. Watching other jumpers is fun and even helps to build confidence before your own jump. I would love to do it again. For anyone jumping for the first time, be warned. This experience is absolutely addictive. A huge thank you to the entire Saltamos Village team. You are doing an amazing job.

Wow! What an experience, absolutely loved it! Had never skydived before and we wanted to do something a bit different for our best mate’s hen do - what better way to celebrate than chucking the future bride and ourselves out of a plane?! The whole team at Saltamos were very professional, the instructors were all lovely and made us feel as relaxed as possible. We paid a bit extra to have the external videos and pictures which was worth every penny and the cameramen made us laugh, which defo helped calm the nerves. Don’t be scared! Go for it! A surreal experience with a great company over looking the beautiful mountains of Montserrat and the gorgeous Spanish countryside. Thank you Saltamos Village ❤️

It was Incredible experience can’t explain in words. It was my first jump at 4000M altitude, even I felt nervous, but staff made me comfortable and confident. I was doubtful to jump in densely clouded sky . just believed on the experience and expertise of Sal-ta-mos staff , they told to just wait for amazing experience. After wait for 2.5 hr to lose cloud a little, I experienced life time experience/memories with great jump. I experienced free jump in clear sky above clouds and pierced thru cloud. Feel the treat of refreshed clouds. Thanks to Pol Albert , Jesus, Karlos, Alba to make life time memories.

The location is convenient and easy to reach, with stunning views that made the jump even more unforgettable. Visited this place in October 2023. For my first ever skydiving experience. Got on a train from Barcelona to Manresa EUR 6.90 per person ticket. Called up saltamos village reception and they sent a car with driver for pickup from railway station (so nice of the reception lady) Filled up a form and signed before jump. Has a cafe where h can grab food, beer, coffee etc and watch airplane going for a drop. My jump was scheduled on 1 pm but somehow i got my chance at 3 pm flight. I wasn’t even bored because i was watching people skydiving. Good breeze at the location My instructor was amazing person along with my cameraman (who was recording my jump video along) My jump with photos and videos costed me EUR 400 (which i think cheaper than Dubai) I got my photos and videos thru a link after 30 minutes of the jump

It was a wonderful experience. Giving 4 stars because the instructor was not friendly enough. My other friends was allowed to control the parachute in the air but mine one didn’t even communicated properly. Maybe it was his 5th jump of the day and he was too tired.

The Saltamos Village was the perfect place for me to do my first jump. The registration process was easy and quick and the people there are good-hearted and well-organised. Due to a delay by public transport, I was quite late, but they were very chill about it and I was still able to do my jump. The whole procedure there was uncomplicated and quick. And the most important: The instructors there are very very experienced and they care a lot for your safety. I felt secured all the time. For sure one of the best things I'v ever done in my life.
