We booked a teens facial here for my 14 year old daughter. Only when we were there at the agreed time I was told the that it is hotel policy that an adult has to stay during any treatment for the whole time. As I had another activity in the hotel we could not have the treatment I haven't seen such a policy in any other of the many SPAs we've visited and it is generally a bad joke to expect parents to spend their holiday time sitting in a treatment room while their teenagers get a massage or some beauty treatment. So on the next day I had to sit in the massage room during the treatment of my teenagers and I was told that the rule is for the security of the kids. So in the plenty of time I had sitting in the treatment room it left me thinking of what abuse would be done to my kids here if I were not sitting in this room and why even a five star hotel SPA cannot be considered a safe space.

Great experience with very kind staff. Relaxation and euphoria are the feelings that you feel when you leave this place. A bit expensive though for spa services and products.

I would like to say 'you must go there' in the context of recommending a holiday location to a friend.

One of the best spa experiences I ever had! Everybody was really friendly, knowledgeable and willing to provide information and explain. The therapist (Dimitra) was also very professional and did a great job with the requested therapy. All in all highly recommended.

Beautiful, amazing experience. The massage was Perfect I left there feeling soo relaxed and satisfied. Thank you for making my experience so unforgettable. I can't wait to come back.

The spa facilities are nice, but the quality of the massage was really bad. They also talk about a hot tub but the temperature was luke warm. Definitely not up to the quality I expected from such a world class resort.

Place itself was fine, but due to safety measures could not use the vast majority of its features so hard to compare with other high-end facilities from past experiences pre-pandemania.
