Best view. Especially for Sunsets. We really had an amazing stay in the apartment. The view is amazing, I recommend to book the seaview apartment. The apartment itself is basic, it has everything you need like it’s shown in the pictures. It is not a Hotel anymore. So keep in mind that you need to cook or eat out. But there is a big lidl close to the Apartment Complex and a little Spar right next to the Building. Very good service (coral) if you need anything. We would definitely come back 😊
Should really drop the "Hotel" from the name. This is fully self-catering. Whilst there was previously a restaurant & cafe bar, these are no longer available. If you like quiet & remote, then this is for you. Represents good value for money. Some of the apartments are privately owned & the residents seem to have the upper hand at dictating what amenities are available. The entrances to the complex are now locked at all times. Local well stocked grocery store & a restaurant both within 100 yds. Otherwise a 10=15 min uphill walls to local supermarkets. Outdoor pools are not heated, but there is an indoor pool / spa available at extra cost.
Very nice apartment, great view, swimming pool, friendly staff Recommendation
The best hotel I've ever been to. The breakfast was delicious. The view from the balcony was incredible. The staff was so friendly and always helpful. The spa was excellent especially swimming pool and jacuzzi. I strongly recommend that place. I hope I would come back here as soon as possible. ❤️
The staff is great. The position is awesome. I love the breakfast. But the rooms needs some improvements. Always a strange smell in the room and a lot of umidity (probably because there are many plants outside the room).
Just spent a week here and over all I was happy with my choice. We had a sea view suite with breakfast included. The location of the hotel is great if you’re after a quiet getaway. However, if you’re after some activities then I recommend hiring a car as most places are too far for a taxi. Our room was well equipped and roomy. Clean and tidy. Perhaps the furnishings were a little dated but for me the key is it not being tired which it wasn’t. And there was a daily maid service too. The room had its own balcony with fantastic views (I have attached photos). The hotel it’s self is much the same as the room. Very clean and well presented with very friendly staff that were happy to help. Where the hotel stands out though is the spa facilities which are fantastic and very well priced and up to date. We only opted for the breakfast as we like to venture away from the hotel to find nice places to eat which we did very easily. The breakfast buffet was ok with plenty to choose from but after a few days we were starting to get disappointed with the quality of food. However, I never really go to hotels expecting a extremely high standard so I wasn’t totally disappointed. Overall for the price we paid we were very happy with the place. If you want a nice chilled place with great staff and spa facilities then you can’t go far wrong.
Very Nice Hotel with great service!! Free shuttle bus service to puerto de la cruz and also lots of excursions with transfer service to join. The food is also quite decent there! A hotel with a well equipped kitchen too
This place needs some repairs and some rooms should be refreshed. I was there first time and last. Dodnt know know how this hotel gets 4 stars, maybe 30 years ago. Thermal pool and drinks in bar are paid. No all inclusive option available so be prepared for a bill everywhere. Staff is the best part of this place, nice and professional. The managing of this place is really bad. Its becoming nursing home.
