Just an OK castle with a very boring/monotone tour guide (David). Tours are not in English and they give you a book to follow…Not on the top of my list of castles to visit in the area. The setting and views along with the church are beautiful.

From the outside castle is nice and good for taking photos. However, the real beauty is actually an indoor exhibition. Old shields, clothes, furniture, and room decoration are just some of the great things you can see inside. I highly suggest joining a guided tour. Even though it is in Czech, it is worth it. However, it would be nice if they would offer a tour in English, too.

State Castle Strenberk is nice small castle in the centrum of City Strenberk. Its stone made construction is nice but they have rebuilt some part maybe because it was little damaged. It has nice view and park backside. However if you are looking for more nice castle then maybe it will not fulfill it
