Amazing beauty. Lots of trails from beginner to advanced. This area is breathtaking. Highly recommend.
Beautiful place for a bike tour. There are lots of stops along the way with Cafes selling food and drinks. There are lots of hills which make it a bit challenging with baggage.
That is one of the best place i have seen yet.
You can learn a lot about the region in German and in English. The exhibition is quite interactive and therefore also interesting for kids. And not to forget it is completely free. In the shop you can buy regional products. Also a very kind atmosphere.
This is the most beautiful natural area we have visited in Germany. I would highly recommend that your visit be done by bicycle or better yet an ebike. You will see so much more of this area on two wheels and get to go where cars cannot. The Danube is closer to a mountian stream here, not a raging river. Enjoy nature
Upper Danube Nature Park is very beautiful. Hiked the region and wonderful places to enjoy the local / regional cuisine. Trails well marked.
Awesome ausblick!!!! Hi check it out for your self and thank me later. For me, I am straight forward: if something is great then it's indeed. If it's not then it's not indeed. Finito! I love this place!

Impressive monastery, still active with a few Benedictine monchs running the cloistral affairs. Regular services and special masses like Easter and Christmas; also on offer are retreats in simple but clean rooms. A Christian bookshop by the church entrance is worth a visit with very nice staff.
There’s a parking lot just below the church, making access easy. Unfortunately, the monastery itself was closed during the visit, but the church was absolutely stunning—beautiful architecture and a peaceful atmosphere. Still very much worth the stop even if you can’t go inside the monastery
Peaceful place. (Very quiet on a Wednesday in the summer holidays.) Do explore the crypt too - through the graveyard to the left of the church. Bookshop sells books, souvenirs, candles and other church accessories. No catering on site - there are 2 or 3 café restaurants nearby (beware of midweek closures!)
This is a very beautiful outdoor traveling...And the Monastery is so beautiful and peace, read the history....
A very nice monastery near Danube.
A tranquil place, pretty + old in the middle of the danube valley. A little down the hill an old wooden historical bridge.
Awesome environment! Very silent, peaceful and renewing. So much of nature's beauty to see around here...just fascinating looks of nature. Choose this as the number 1 and number 2 as well, if you're want a truly peaceful place to rest, think deeply about life and its important matters, interact with nature to the core and deepen your relationship with your Divine. With rich ancient history intertwined with modernity, just for your benefit. I will revisit this place again and again!
Beautiful monestary in a stunning setting

(Translated by Google) Very beautiful, very historic wooden bridge. Located directly at the lower monastery car park. No car traffic, bridge can be used by pedestrians and two-wheelers. There are a few information boards inside, the bridge fits perfectly into this beautiful place. I really like wood as something calming. (Original) Sehr schöne, sehr historische Holzbrücke. (Translated by Google) A very impressive and interesting building that unfortunately is not often found in this form anymore. The approximately 70 meter long wooden bridge connects the country road with the footpath to Beuron Monastery. Unfortunately, you can't see much of the Danube through the covered windows, but the historic bridge is still a beautiful building. There are also a few information boards inside the bridge. Since the bridge is closed to vehicles, you can walk across the bridge at your leisure.
(Translated by Google) It's only really impressive from the inside. It's a good thing that it has been closed to motor vehicles for a long time. (Original) So richtig beeindruckend ist sie erst von innen. Wie gut, dass sie für Motorfahrzeuge seit langem gesperrt ist.
