This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Professional, funny, and knowledgeable guide. The wetsuits really kept up warm. The views were amazing. There was a great 8 metre jump, and fun zipline and rope to swing on. So beautiful. And very reasonably priced!!

Am amazing experience in central Portugal. First time doing canyoning and surely not the last. Afonso and Lucio were excellent guide and we felt safe all the time. A big 5 stars for the activity. I highly recommend if you like adrenaline and challenging jump.

An absolutely unforgettable experience! The canyoning was perfectly organised - from the equipment to the safe and humorous company of our guide. The tour offered everything: exciting abseils, refreshing jumps into crystal-clear water, fun slide passages and impressive nature. We felt comfortable and safe at all times and had an incredible amount of fun. If you love nature, adventure and adrenaline, you should definitely do it!

We had a wonderful tour to the Schist Villages in Lousā. Vitor, our tour guide from Trans Serrano, was amazing!

We went on the canoeing trip along the river Alva from Fronhas dam. A dramatic scene to start the trip at the base of the barragem. We were a group of 12 and a mix of adults and children aged 6-12. My 11 year old daughter went in a single canoe and it was really enjoyable for her. The youngest two (6 and 8)did get wet and would have been good for them to be wearing shorty wetsuits as they got quite cold. But they also loved it. They have limited single canoes but alot of doubles. The water is really cold and super clear, a really gorgeous stretch of river with some minor rapids and a couple of weirs (easy to navigate with the help of the guides). You will get wet and you won't want to take anything with you unless you strap a small waterproof bag to you. A floating water bottle is also useful. We had Michael and Pedro guiding us and they were excellent. Plenty of funny banter and decent explanations of what would happen and how paddle through the weirs and rapids. Highly recommend Trans Serrano for activities. We've done the river Caminhada at Góis and that was also excellent
