This is a really fantastic place to visit! In the beginning of the Museum there are different tires used actually in F1 Races. It has a lot of examples of Formula 1 driver Fernando Alonso. Almost all the cars he drove during his career including one McLaren drove by Ayrton Senna. Among the Trophies exposed, you can see the 2 F1 World Champions Trophies he got with Renault. Personal objects like gloves and helmets are also exposed. At the end you can see a car of Aston Martin. If you are passionate for Formula 1, I fully recommend to visit Fernando Alonso Museum at Oviedo Spain.
The museum itself is a wonderful display of Alonso’s achievements, featuring all of his personal belongings. It feels like you’re walking through an extension of his living room, giving it a very personal touch. I do wish there had been access to the track or at least a small guided tour that explained its significance. That would have made the experience even more memorable.
The Alonso Museum was the cherry on top of our trip! My 10-year-old son, who is a karting pilot, absolutely LOVED this place and was super excited to see Senna's car. His enthusiasm was contagious! For motorsport fans, this museum is an absolute must-visit. The collection is incredible and you can really feel the passion and history of Formula 1. The staff are true professionals - knowledgeable and friendly, clearly passionate about what they do. One of the best parts was that it wasn't overcrowded, so we could take our time exploring and really appreciate everything without feeling rushed. My son had space to get up close to the exhibits and ask lots of questions. And can we talk about the souvenir shop? It's fantastic! They have genuine team merchandise and you can actually get official team kits. We may have gone a little overboard with purchases, but the quality and selection were too good to pass up. If you're traveling with young racing enthusiasts or are a motorsport fan yourself, don't miss this gem. It's educational, inspiring, and genuinely exciting for all ages. And don’t forget to get an audio guide 🙌
Fantastic Museum of Fernando Alonso amazing collections of his F1 cars, indie rides,go-carts, trophies, helments, clothes over 2 floors , with a great 15 foot by 3 foot TV screen viewing all his races in a small cinema at the back.
Perfect for F1 fans, the audioguide with Fernando’s voice is amazing! Just make sure to book the karting before visiting!
We had so much fun! Wish the rounds would be a bit longer! The cars are electric so there's not so much noise like in other circuits and of course no smells. Well organized and clean. I would buy tickets in advance and here's my only critic..this process on the website is not so easy, we had two groups (kids and adults) and it was kind of impossible to book them and put them in the shopping cart to pay them at the same time. This process needs to be made easier. Thanks for the great time!
Nice place, it also has a free viewing of a cart track. The museum is nice, and the latest (winning) car is from 2022. It also gives you the possibility of seeing Fernando Alonso on the house beside the track.
Fernando Alonso is a mega talented race driver, not only in F1 but also in a varaity of other racing series. Amazing collection of cars!
