Beautiful church very peaceful and interesting. Just came across it during our walk and happy to have spent some time there. It is being renovated outside at the moment
A beautiful church set in the village of Askrigg, a hidden gem ! Recently got married in the church by a legend of a vicar, total diamond. I have met a few vicars on my travels, then met Dave, AWSOME, truly AWSOME. Modern member of the clergy who draws you in with his passion for his boss and his light hearted way approach to life.
I cannot praise this fabulous church enough..peaceful, spiritual, friendly congregation and a vicar who has the hand of God on his shoulder. Thankyou all SO much.
Like the new white tower
My requests to convert it into a Tesco Express are repeatedly ignored.
The church certainly stands out.....
A beautiful peaceful place. The small food bank they have for local people who need help is such a wonderful idea.
Beautiful.church. the history is written for you to read. Very calming and tranquil.
