The location is fantastic and the cooking rather acceptable. But this is all the positive stuff I can say. It's ultra overpriced. Since the people in charge changed, the chalet is left to slowly decay. The toilets and bathrooms are in dire state and unpleasantly unclean to say the least. Cleaning of the rooms hadn't happened for ages. The host is rude. The personnel smoke inside, and as a result, it smells of cigarettes up to the top floor. You can already reach it by car, which makes the area even more overcrowded than it used to be when one could reach it only by the lift or on foot.

This hut was a complete disappointment. For a place meant to be a refuge, it felt more like a punishment. The facilities were absolutely abysmal. The so-called beds were nothing more than thin, lumpy mattresses on a hard wooden bunk, making a good night's sleep impossible after a long day of hiking. There was no heating, so the place was bone-chillingly cold, and the shared bathroom was a biohazard—filthy, poorly lit, and with no hot water. The staff's attitude was just as cold as the rooms. They were unhelpful and seemed annoyed by any request. It's clear they don't care about the comfort of their guests. The food was overpriced and barely edible. It’s a shame, as the location is beautiful, but the management has completely failed to make this hut a welcoming or functional stop for hikers. Save yourself the trouble and a miserable night's sleep—avoid this place at all costs.

The man at reception was very rude to my wife on more than one occasion. The rooms are ok but with broken lights and noisy dirty toilets. For the prices charged at least respect and good manners should be given to customers.

Terrible experience. The host is annoyed by every inquiry. We paid 300 lv for single night. Rooms are terrible. Furniture broken. Sink is leaking. There is a tv in the room - not working of course. There were no sheets on the beds. We were expected to find them and do the beds. Great location and nature, pitty it is such a terrible expeeience.

The host was extremely rude and unwelcoming, making the whole stay uncomfortable. On top of that, the prices were outrageously high compared to the quality of the service and facilities. Definitely not worth it.

Not recommended – overpriced and disrespectful experience Super expensive food and accommodation, not matching the quality or basic hygiene standards. Rooms were not properly cleaned. The host was extremely rude and dismissive. The restaurant is officially open from 7:30 to 23:00, but there’s loud noise until 1 AM, while in the morning they won’t let you in even a minute before 7:30.

So beautiful, it's like something out of a fairy tale, one of the most beautiful places in Bulgaria.

Lovely outdoor waarm swimming pools! As it is almost November, the big swimming pool was closed outside, which wasn't a problem! There still was a smaller one and another one with whirlpools in it outside to use and they very very waarm! Even with slight rain it was so nice outside! One bigger and one smaller sauna as well as one Turkish bath! Restaurant and cafe as well on site! 20 leva per day great quality price for wellness in Bulgaria.

Fantastic family friendly attraction. It was a favourite place before we had our kids but now I appreciate it even more. The water was super clean in all three pools (even with the weekend crowd). The playground is just about enough for a distraction when the little ones get tired from the pool (at least for kids ages 2-4). The food was great - a good choice between pizza, grill and cooked traditional meals. The staff was super friendly. And the prices were so reasonable! All of that and the view towards Pirin makes it one of my really happy places ❤️

Current cost (Oct. 2035) is 20 Lv per visit. Unfortunately sauna and steam bath are not working in autumn, only 3 pools. But I remember times when it works too, in autumn. Now they open it only in winter, sad🥲

Very well arranged and kept place. Nice clen and warm pool, diverse choice of food and drinks options, helpful stuff.

Mid week visit out of main holiday season. 20 leva per adult. Everything was clean. Bar/Restaurant options were limited. The main pool is large enough to swim, and on this visit, there were no unruly kids dive bombing us! Great!

Nice place were you have some rest. The large pool is good but the smaller (medic) one is the jewel there. With its 38/9 degrees you can really wash all your negative energy and break your stiff muscles down. There is a parking lot for free which you can use. The only thing that I can emphasize in here is the food service. There is definitely some space for improvement and meals diversification. You're able to get enter with a Multisport card and doesn't have to pay in addition.

The pool is large and spacious, and the food is excellent. However, the staff is extremely arrogant and rude—truly disappointing behavior. It’s a shame that such a beautiful facility is let down by such unprofessional and disrespectful service. The outdoor toilets are filthy and smell awful, and the outdoor changing area is in terrible condition. The sunbeds are decent, though a bit unstable—you can easily tip over. Overall hygiene is acceptable, but nothing impressive. The prices are slightly too high for what you actually get. The children's pool is uncomfortably hot, well above normal temperature, while the main pool is just fine. Overall rating: 2 out of 5.
