Sowohl in der sehr großen Lounge mit Stühlen, Sofas und Tischen, als auch im Bereich des Rennbetriebs ist alles sehr hygienisch. Auch die nagelneu wirkenden Leihhelme sind absolut nicht schmuddelig. Sie werden akkurat präsentiert, je nach Größe in anderer Farbe. Dort erhielten wir, insbesondere auch unsere Fahranfänger eine sehr gründliche Einweisung. Daß der Rennleiter dabei sehr korrekt und zuweilen streng war, ist verständlich. Er muß es sein! Immerhin hängt auch seine Gesundheit davon ab. Wir haben es dann im Rennbetrieb ja mehrfach beobachten können, in welche Gefahr er sich beim Blinken der roten Lampen begeben muß. Er ist darauf angewiesen, daß auch die Fahranfänger richtig bremsen. Ich glaube, das ist ein Knochenjob und den leistete er meiner Meinung nach ganz hervorragend! (Das ist nicht selbstverständlich, denn woanders habe ich auch mal das Gegenteil erlebt: einen desinteressierten Rennleiter, der nicht meine Sprache sprach und ich nicht seine.) Dort im Wartebereich vor dem Rennen (und dem Laser-Tag-Areal, das wir nicht besucht haben) gibt es übrigens auch nochmal eine kleine Lounge mit Sitzgelegenheit. Beim Rennen selbst fielen die allesamt ziemlich neuen und offenkundig gut gepflegten und sauberen Karts auf, die auch auf der Piste eine gute Performance boten. Die Streckenführung ist dermaßen, daß es einen sehr langen Schnellfahrbereich mit Überholmöglichkeiten gibt. Etliche Kurven können mit Vollgas genommen werden. Und dann gibt es auch enge und sehr kurvige Bereiche, in denen man echt kurbeln muß – und tricksen, wenn man überholen möchte … :-> Der enge Tunnel fetzt! Den möchte man aber gerne als erster befahren ;-) (Der Tunnel erscheint mir aber auch ein echtes Risiko für den Rennleiter zu sein. Dort ist die rote Lampe sehr ernst zu nehmen!) Also ich empfand die Strecke, die wir zwischen ca. 43 und 60 Sekunden durchfuhren, als interessant und einprägsam. Es macht Spaß zu lernen, wie man beim nächsten Mal noch etwas schneller wird! Vorschlag: Ich könnte mir vorstellen, daß man in der zweiten Halle vielleicht noch eine "Acht" mit Brücke einbauen könnte, um noch zusätzlich eine Steigung und ein Gefälle zu haben; aber auch ohne das macht die ebenfalls sehr gut gepflegte Bahn mit den vielen Driftmöglichkeiten einfach großen Spaß! Gelungen ist auch die Zuteilung der Fahrer. Frau Grieb hat darauf geachtet, daß immer ungefähr gleiche Fahrfähigkeiten auf die Strecken kamen, damit Anfänger nicht die Profis bremsen, und Profis nicht die Anfänger frustrieren. Auch unsere Jüngste kam nach den ersten Lehrrunden bald unfallfrei durchs Rennen. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen! Mit Sicherheit als Familienausflug oder vielleicht sogar mal als Betriebsausflug. Ich vermute, daß man dann bezüglich der Bewirtung bestimmt mit Familie Grieb reden kann, ob wir das Essen bzw. Kuchen mitbringen dürfen, Platz ist ausreichend vorhanden. Also zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder zwischen 13 und 19 waren an diesem Abend sehr zufrieden und beeindruckt nach Hause gefahren und sagen ganz herzlich Danke!!!
