Georgia very good! Adjarian wine house the best!!! For 30€ per person we were served like a kings You’ll not find better place than that! Diego is the best waiter you can ever imagine! If you have money - spend then here!
The place was absolutely stunning - I truly enjoyed my time there. It’s an old, still-functioning winery that you can explore by purchasing a ticket. The tour takes you through different sections of the winery, which was a fascinating experience. You also get to see old winemaking tools, historical artifacts, and photos from the winery’s past. At the end of the tour, they serve you tastings of three of their most well-known wines. There’s also a dedicated space for hosting events, such as weddings, and a fantastic on-site restaurant. The food was incredibly delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, the prices were quite affordable, the food was excellent, and the winery tour was very enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting this place!
⸻ Despite the truly beautiful setting, delicious food, and excellent wine, we were disappointed by the staff’s behavior — they were inattentive and unprofessional, which was unfortunate. Still, we had a very interesting and enjoyable experience, especially during the wine cellar tour. The chacha was amazing, and the Saperavi wine was exceptional. Thank you
This place is magic. You get to experience the history of wine mixed with a very green nature. The museum they have underground is crazy. Loved the Pirosmani art. Diego is the greatest host! He told us the history of each wine we drank! And he’s named after the great Diego Maradona! Will definitely recommend this place to everyone!
The place is aesthetically great, but the business is terrible. It is quite difficult to communicate in English. The food is pretty bad. The 1 point I had to give was for wine and the venue, the wine wasn't great either, but it was good. The food images on the menu are completely fraudulent. You can see from the two photos I sent.
On May 24, 2025, I visited this winery; the road from Batumi to the location was incredibly scenic. The winery was very old and had established a museum showcasing traditional wine-making equipment. In one section of this small museum, wine bottles from past decades were on display, with the oldest one dating back to 1907. For a fee of 20 Lari, you could visit the museum and then proceed to the beautiful wine-tasting hall, where you could sample three types of wines: bitter, semi-sweet, and fully sweet. The staff at the winery were very kind and welcoming.
The restaurant at the wine house was great - the wine was excellent, and the Adjarian khachapuri was also very good. Recommended!
I’ve been visiting that place since 2013, their service was terrible and still so. You should not make any plan after this restaurant because don’t know when your order will arrive. Keep your expectations low except grills. Atmosphere is great, better you go there sunny day. Take a sit outside and enjoy the weather and wine.
