Our tour guide, Lina, provided timely reminders, tour details, and even a Google Maps link (special thanks for that as we could plan our time accordingly!). Lina's extensive knowledge of the region and the production process was evident. Her passion for the brand was inspiring. The tour was very dynamic. We moved from one building to another, with each stop offering new learning opportunities. The tour was conducted in English, and Lina's exceptional communication skills made it effortless to follow along. The comparative tasting granted us a profound understanding of the unique characteristics within each cognac level. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend this remarkable cognac producer, and the credit goes to Lina for delivering an extraordinary tour experience. P.S. Lina went above and beyond by personally calling a nearby pizzeria to make a reservation for us after the tour. By the way, the pizza place (L'Olivette) is absolutely fantastic too.
