The beach is close for major renovation When there without realising Will open again in 1st July 2026 Please take note
The beach is clean, food stalls are available, new toilet and tall lamp post for brightness at night. Wide and clean beach for kids to play. Nice place to sit down and watch the sunset. Mosquito repellent might be handy at night. Crowded during holiday seasons and weekends...
The beach 🏖️ was clean and well-maintained, but sadly I witnessed many people harming tiny crabs and hermit crabs. They were pouring packets of salt into the holes and poking sticks into the sand while searching for cockles and bamboo clams. I felt really sorry for these little creatures, as they were being killed simply because they were considered unwanted. By the end of the day, before sunset, you could see many dead tiny crabs and other small sea creatures scattered along the shore. That being said, the beach itself was very clean, and the people we met were friendly. We’ll definitely come back again, though next time we’ll make sure to bring along our own food.
The beach is currently under conservation and renovation. The construction will complete in April 2026. The beach is not accessible so we just enjoyed the wind while eating at one of the wakaf. The food court is still operating though.
Ample parking space, a small playground, chargeable toilet (RM0.50; RM1 for shower), lots of food stalls, small huts for rest. Nice sea breeze and lots of tall pine trees for shades. Lots of kids flying kites and a few families had their camping tents up by the beach. Would be perfect if there's sandy beach to stroll on. Nonetheless still a good place to have picnic during the weekend.
The beach was clean and well maintained. Can view a nice sunset from this beach. Less crowd on weekdays
A well-maintained beach area completes with facilities from food /drinks stalls, surau for Muslim to pray, toilets etc. Ample parking space. Clean surrounding for you to have picnic with families and friends.
came here for breakfast but all closed for now, i think contruction maybe ? 14 sept 2025

Old resort. Have been here for 3times. Old memories. Things r not the greatest but all is well. Leaky sink, TV spoil broken jacuzzi n etc. plus point sturdy swimming pool material even after 10years. Old school big studio room. Khudos. I'll b back for my 4th times
This is my 3rd time visiting with family, Previously was year 2013 and then 2018. Unexpected.....omg the whole environment looks like haunted no maintenance works very horrible and the most disappointing is the 3bed room apartment by hotel management is totally out like never cleaning or maintenance works the floor full with ants crawling around and bad fungus smell. Return to receptionist asking for room change, 2nd room no ants but bed sheet and pillows sheet are dirty with some stain n yellow mark around even the living room sofa are full with moulds. Stay for 2d 1N booking via Agoda paid for Rm365.00 but when check in hotel management ask for another Rm 100.00 for peak season charges, breakfast food serve was not fresh at all. Summary this kind of service that provides by hotel management was disappointed. Do not waste money to visiting.
The room facing the abandoned building is scary at night. And the hallway has a dimmed lighting. The bathroom not maintained regularly has cockroach here and there. On bright side there were convincent store open till night
i wanted to give 0 stars but minimum is 1 only. hated this gold coast morib resort. once we came the building looks so haunted. they havent even finish the construction building for 5 years already. once we reached the room, there was no basic necessities like shampoo, clean towels, toilet tissues, shower items. the television was also not working and we had to call maintainence. the towels was stained. the smell of the room was not good also. and this resort has NO seaview at all. all the rooms face the other buildings and they would only say that the "seaview" rooms are all fully booked but there is no such thing at all cause there was NO PEOPLE at all. the toilets could not flush and kept clogging. the apartment also gave out negative vibes to everyone. the breakfast was not hygenic. all the food had flies on it cause they never close the foods. there was no variety of food as well. the management was very bad. there was also an incident that happened the day we checked in of the resort which is how a seven year old kid drowned in the pool of this resort. it was said that the life guard was on leave and they did not even replace him with any other life guard. this shows that there is no security and no safety in the resort. please be aware if you still want to come to this resort. for all these issues we still had to pay alot for just 2 days. this is just what we experienced. please do not come to this resort.
some hotel facilities are aged and easily broken for example the Jacuzzi where the headrests easily lift up or the water cannot be drained. However, the hotel staff are friendly and working extra hours to sort out the customer's complaints or issues. Other than that, the rooms are clean and comfortable although the air-con takes time to cool down the room. Maybe the other room has a new air-con so not all air-con like the one we stayed in. They have many facilities for family and friends to have fun and relax such as water theme park, spa, karaoke and etc etc.
The resort room size is good and suitable for family. However, they do not have any baby coat and is unable to provide this service. I have to be double alert at the night just to ensure my infant baby is not getting close to the corner of the bed. The facilities are kinda of old but I do like their sahor service. If you are coming with your kids, I believe they will have so much fun at the little water park at the resort. The beach is amazing beautiful for me. The sand is so soft. You can find swing, beach ball nets etc around the beach. Good place for sunrise and sunset view.
Value for money. But cleanliness and facilities are not really well-maintained. Lifts look creepy with wallpaper peeling off, and garbage bags are left at the garbage bin sites openly, an eyesore. Rooms are better. But cleanliness is also questionable when the wardrobe doors' mirror is clearly dirty with streaks of dirt probably from a dirty cleaning cloth? I think the extra bed rent could be lower than the current rm50 per room per bed considering that it is only an airbed. Had to pay rm200 just for extra beds as i have two kids and we stayed for 2 nights. Water park is value for money, included in the Fave voucher I have bought. Dinner buffet rm 20 adult and rm10 children is good. But would I come here again? Most probably no, simply because of the issues with facilities and cleanliness.
Good service. Ample parking space. Breakfast buffet has enough choices to savour. The theme park price is affordable. Also suitable for families with little kids. Got other experiences such as flying fox and nearby the beach. Free fire show during the night and bathroom has jacuzzi bath tub.

Juliana is delightful, she's extremely personable and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend this place to my family, friends and anyone considering going there.
Unless you intend to do the watersport (which is limited anyway) don't bother paying the R10 to enter.....
Honestly, I'd give 3 & 1/2 star. The place was awesome, the lake was wonderful, and offered adventurous activities. However, the staffs' friendliness were average, the orientation between men's & ladies' room should be rearranged to assure privacy. I'd recommend for others to come. It's a great fun for families and friends. 😄
ok.nice place.
Great for a short escape from busy town life. You can do activities such as riding the ATV, flying fox and swimming. Life jacket for swimming are available as the lake itself is quite deep. Huts are available if you want to stay for nights. Toilets are clean and well maintain.
Honestly i would have given 5 stars but the last star I'll save it for my next visit. Juliana was a darling even my wife speaks highly of her. I was doing my scenes in the middle of the lake when the catering was slightly late, my wife told me how Juliana and staff got chill cokes to the delightment of the film crew who is dying of thirst. Last but not least Dato' Boss of Tadom, nice, friendly and easy going man. Cheers. Yours Sincerely Tan Sri Kamarul... at that time :-)
Super nice place especially if you're in a group. Lots of fun activities with nice lodging. Highly recommended!
Be aware Tadom Base and Tadom Hill Resorts are separate places. Google seems to have combined them all in to one, but they are not connected.

Pantai Kelanang is such a chill spot for BBQ and light camping by the sea 🌊🔥 The beach is spacious with plenty of shady areas so it’s easy to set up your pit or tent and enjoy the breeze 🌴✨ Perfect for family or friends to lepak, grill some food and watch the sunset 😍 But be careful, there are cheeky monkeys and a few dogs around that might steal your food or bags if you leave them unattended 🐒🐕 Overall it’s a great beach for a relaxed day out as long as you keep an eye on your stuff!
Pantai Kelanang is a hidden gem along the west coast of Selangor, perfect for a peaceful beach getaway without straying too far from the city. Recently visited and had such a refreshing experience. ✨ Scenery & Atmosphere The sunset views are absolutely breathtaking — the sun dips below the horizon and reflects beautifully on the water. The sky bursts with a blend of soft golds, purples, and blues, creating a serene and calming ambiance. The beach is framed by tall casuarina trees, offering shade and a more "natural" touch. 🌊 Water & Beach Condition The shoreline is relatively clean and family-friendly. The gentle waves and soft foamy surf make it a great spot for kids to splash around safely. The water isn’t crystal clear, but it’s calm and inviting for wading and light swimming. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family-Friendly Vibes There were many families around during my visit, and it felt safe and welcoming. Kids were playing freely in the water, and the beach had a relaxed, community-like feel. It’s not overly commercialized, which makes it ideal for picnics and quiet quality time. 📷 Great for Photography Whether you're capturing the waves up close or a stunning sunset silhouette, Pantai Kelanang provides plenty of picturesque opportunities. Bring a tripod if you're into sunset photography — it’s worth it! 👍 Tips - Come around 5–6 PM to catch the best sunset. - There's limited food nearby, so consider packing your own snacks or picnic. - A peaceful beach escape with stunning sunset views and a calm atmosphere. Perfect for families, nature lovers, or anyone needing a break from city life.
Nice beach close to the city. The area is well maintained and very green. The sand is fairly soft. Lot of parking available. Colorful benches and picnic tables. Be careful of the monkeys
Beautiful scenery✅ Facilities tiptop✅ Quite scary as nobody)only bangla staff)during our visit on weekday❎ Dogs & monkey everywhere❎
Needs to improvise more to make the beach more beautiful as to attract people/tourist to come....
Pantai Klanang is situated along the West Coast of Selangor. White sandy beach spacious & perfect for beach getaway without traveling too far fm the city. Just went recently & it’s quiet on week days.
Very big parking space. Short walk from parking to beach. I went during low tide, beach is muddy and the water was murky. Not suitable for swimming. But my toddler enjoyed the messy mud play. Many stray dog but not barking or chasing so i dont mind. The karaoke was too much. So loud & continuous. Disturb the peace and sunset vibe. Same goes for rempit group, too many of them & making loud noises. Sunset view is so beautiful. Okay to visit this place if you are from nearby. If more than 2 hrs drive then dont come.
Small but crowded beach. Good point is that the parking (far from beach) is properly segregated and toilet is properly managed.

Absolutely a nice place to visit. There's no entrance fee. Visitors are allowed to wandered around, inside the palace and outside the building. There's a few spots where you can scan QR qoute to get information.
It is so sad to see a magnificent palace falling into a state of despair. The unique architecture, the grandeur of the palace has been sorely neglected. While the grounds were kept pristine with mowed lawns and trimmed bushes, the palace needed a fresh coat of paint, leakages needed to be dealt with, broken window shutters needed to be fixed. I only hope that this building will somehow be brought back to it's former glory or be treated as a National Heritage treasure.
Stunning... Absolutely good place to visit and to learn more about our ancient Palace. However, It is sad to see the Palace was not treasured and maintain . The architecture was unique and obviously the palace has been neglected. The palace need a fresh coat of paint, leakages needed to be dealt with.... broken window shutters..... And more Lets hope more attention be given by Relevant authorities..its Our National Heritage, Treasure it. ♥️
A beautiful historical building with immense potential as a valuable tourist site/museum, but sadly being reduced to just another wedding photoshoot/ghost hunting spot. Its beauty is marred by neglect, and now looking like a sad, abandoned haunted mansion. Free entry, no guided tour available but there are a few staff there for you to get some brochure or just some help with the photos lol. You can enter the building and access most of the areas. Despite the poor maintenance, it is still worth a visit, especially if you're an architecture enthusiast.
Historical, not-well maintained. Worth a quick stop to a destination. Historical information are in a room opposite the parking area or at the Information Board in front of the Grand Entrance (Opposite end of the parking area, not at the parking area) Information Boards are scattered thought the exterior of the site.
Located in a nice peaceful, surrounding, this old historical castle was built in the same year as the Masjid Bandar by the fifth Sultan Selangor. Quite spacious compound, has multiple sections.
I really like this place, beautiful architecture, back to early 1900's era. The layout is very unique however inside this building are totally empty. Nothing inside but still a good place to take a pictures or making videos. Open seven days a week and no enter fee.
We pass by the castle. Really beautiful. But we’re late can’t enter to view. N forgot to take photo from outside.
