Great experience to visit this gallo-roman site. Splendid views, espeically when sun shone, over surrounding countryside which is why our ancestors picked the site for their secure home ! Museum and guided tours are well worth the visit.
Beautiful elevated spot with an interesting history. Well maintained with walking trails, but also transport if needed.
It was super nice and well organized. There are no more cars at the top. A bus will take you for free or it is a quick walk up. Super Nice view from the top. The bathroom were also nice a clean. Really a wonderful park! Thank you!
Great place for a walk and historical experience. It has been the site of several fortified towns over history and archeologists have been digging for many years now. One can walk around in the forest and/or check out the digging sites. They are well explained and documented for self-led visit and give and idea of how former civilisations used to protect themselves from invasions and even live. An relaxing and instructive experience!
A nice place, polluted by too many vehicules which are allowed to stay at the top of the hill !

(Translated by Google) An exceptional visit to Mont Beuvray! A place that is at once natural, historic, and peaceful. The climb to the summit passes through a magnificent Morvan forest, very well preserved and ideal for a walk with family or friends. The air is pure, the silence impressive, and the panoramic view from the summit is simply superb. The archaeological site of Bibracte is fascinating: you'll discover the remains of an ancient Gallic city and a modern, very well-designed museum that brings history to life and is accessible to all. The explanatory panels are clear, the staff welcoming, and the guided tour is definitely worth the detour to fully understand the site. A little tip: bring sturdy shoes, some water, and time to enjoy the peace and beauty of the site. In short: a unique place where nature, culture, and history meet. An inspiring and rejuvenating visit that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Burgundy!
