Daytona Beach is an iconic destination that perfectly blends natural beauty, vibrant culture, and thrilling activities. The city’s 23 miles of white-sand beaches are its centerpiece, offering pristine shores and the unique opportunity to drive along the hard-packed sand. Whether you’re soaking up the sun, enjoying water sports, or simply taking a leisurely stroll, the beach provides an unforgettable experience. Beyond the beach, Daytona is rich in attractions. The Daytona International Speedway is a must-visit for racing fans, offering tours and the excitement of NASCAR events. The Boardwalk and Pier are lively hubs with arcades, shops, and local dining options, making them ideal for families and visitors of all ages. For nature enthusiasts, the nearby Ponce Inlet and its historic lighthouse offer breathtaking views and serene walking trails. The city also boasts a thriving cultural scene, with art galleries, live music, and festivals throughout the year. Dining options are diverse, ranging from fresh seafood restaurants to international cuisine. Additionally, the friendly locals and relaxed atmosphere make it easy to feel at home. Daytona Beach strikes a perfect balance between excitement and relaxation, making it an ideal vacation spot for couples, families, and solo travelers alike. Its affordability and wide range of activities ensure there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Highly recommended!
I recently visited Daytona Beach with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was quite underwhelming and did not live up to the hype. As a destination known for its vibrant beach culture and attractions, I was expecting a lively and enjoyable atmosphere, but several factors left me disappointed. The beach itself was not as pristine as I had hoped. The sand was deserted , which was very disappointing. Additionally, the beach seemed less clean than anticipated, with litter in some areas, which was disheartening. I was expecting a lively and energetic atmosphere, but instead found the area to be somewhat lackluster. Many of the shops and attractions felt dated, and there was a noticeable lack of vibrancy in the downtown area. It seemed as though the town had seen better days and was in need of revitalization. My visit to Daytona Beach was not what I had anticipated, and I left feeling disappointed. The beach and town did not meet my expectations, and the overall experience was underwhelming. While I understand that some people may enjoy the area for its historical significance and annual events, it did not resonate with me as a destination I would be eager to return to.
Parking fees are steep. You can drive on this beach. Lots of people.
I love the warm orange color of the sand here. It’s ’s such a unique sight! One of the coolest things about Daytona Beach is that you can actually drive and park right on the beach if you have four-wheel drive. The fee is around $30–33, but if you have a disabled parking pass, it’s free. Otherwise, there’s street or lot parking nearby. Bathrooms are available, though they could use a bit more frequent cleaning. You can rent chairs and umbrellas, which is great if you want to relax without lugging your own gear. There’s also a food truck/ice cream vendor right on the beach if you don’t bring snacks. The best part for me? The waves, they’re absolutely perfect for relaxing, playing, or just watching roll in. Daytona Beach truly earns its title as “The World’s Most Famous Beach”!
Most definitely doesn’t live up to the hype. To me, it seemed very underwhelming. I guess if you were here to see the races it would be more impressive maybe? I don’t know, I just don’t get it.
Just got back from Daytona Beach, Florida, and I gotta say, it was a total blast, bro! The "World's Most Famous Beach" title is legit, the energy is high, and the vibes are exactly what a Chad from Charlie's Angels needs. The main attraction is definitely that wide stretch of hard-packed sand and the warm Atlantic waves. We're talking golden sand, perfect for soaking up the sun and making some epic memories. It's clean, easy to access, and the beach patrol keeps an eye on things, so you feel safe while you're catching those rays. The fact that you can drive right onto the beach is a game-changer – super convenient and a unique experience you won't forget. The views of the sunrise and sunset over the water are absolutely magical, no joke. When I wasn't feeling the laid-back beach life, I hit up the action. The Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Pier offer classic fun, with shops, arcades, and plenty of places to grab some food. The food at Joe's Crab Shack was a whole experience in itself, with a "Shark Attack" drink that was a total show. Daytona has a unique mix of vibrant and laid-back, family-friendly yet exciting, making it the perfect spot for anyone looking for a sweet getaway. Highly recommend this slice of paradise to anyone who wants to have a blast! I'll be back, no question.
Been coming here for 40 plus yrs. Still amazed at the size of this beach. It's never crowded, anytime of the day. It's a gradual walk into the water, no drop off. Perfect for kids. Lots of places to stay and eat. The pier is so much fun on a Saturday night. You can't beat this place!
Daytona beach really surprised me! I loooved getting to spend time in the water and just relaxing. Very chill and family vibes. The sand is white and the water is clear enough for me. I would definitely go again and visit!

The tour is great. It takes just over an hour and is packed with interesting facts about the speedway. Seeing the track in person is extremely different from what you picture it being watching on television. The museum is packed with a lot of great items as well and you get to walk though it at the end of the tour. We went on a weekend and I would definitely recommend buying tickets in advance if you have a specific time in mind for taking the tour.
We were going to just tour the museum, but the tram tour of the racetrack area was only $15 more, so we did both! The tram tour was awesome! Just being in the infield area of the track made my day 😃 ! The gentleman giving the tour (I wish I could remember his name) was exceptional! The amount of information he provided was mind boggling 😊 ! The museum was really well done and had many more exhibits than I really thought they'd have. The gift shop at the end has something for everyone on your list! I would definitely tour the entire place again!
We had a fantastic time on the Daytona International Speedway VIP Tour! From the moment we entered the building, the staff were friendly and welcoming. We loved seeing the cars in the lobby, learning about the history of the Speedway and its legendary drivers, and exploring the facilities, museum, and gift shops. The rooftop lookout, VIP lounge, and observation deck provided incredible views of this iconic track. Special thanks to the many sponsors; NASCAR, AdventHealth, Toyota, Ally, Rolex, and others, who help make this such a world-class experience. Every NASCAR fan should take this tour at least once! Our only suggestion is that the 22-passenger tour bus used for the VIP tour could be improved. The design of the bus unfortunately blocks much of the forward view, so passengers—especially those in the front seats, can’t clearly see the sites as the guide describes them. It would make the experience even better if a bus with an unobstructed front view were used, allowing guests to see each location as the driver approaches it. Overall, a fantastic experience that we highly recommend. We look forward to visiting again!
On our way home. We've been wanting to visit for a while, I'm glad we did. The tour was very informative. The track is fantastic. The museum was great. They had a virtual drive.
Huge thank you to the Daytona Beach Speedway for partnering with the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office to support families during the Thanksgiving drive. With so many people affected by the SNAP benefit delays during the government shutdown, this event made a real difference. It’s incredible to see a major community landmark step up and help local families in such a meaningful way. Your generosity, organization, and commitment to the community truly stand out. Big thanks to everyone involved, you helped bring hope and relief when it was needed most.
We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. We are not into racing but it doesn't matter we learnt more than we thought 🤔 and was well worth the money. The museum was far better than the Silverstone race track in the United Kingdom.
The World Center of Racing! No place on earth like Daytona. I took my whole family to the 500 and my oldest son and I went three years straight to the night race in the summer. An amazing experience for a lifetime of memories.
Great track and amenities. We came for a Chin Track Days event and had a blast. Toured the facility and explored the museum. Would definitely recommend coming to Daytona for track days, racing, or tours!

There’s different restaurants, stores and it’s a great place to go with family, friends or solo I went on a day they had like Rock festival and at night around 9:45 they did fireworks it was beautiful
We just stopped here. Very early in the morning, when no one else was there. The beach was nice e and clean. We were able to take a stroll listening to the waves of the ocean, with basically no one else on the beach. It was too cold to get in the water. Wish we had more time here so I can offer a more thorough review of what is claimed to be the “most famous beach” .
First time here at daytona always wanted to go and I love it the streets are alot cleaner and more home down peps here there is a lot of construction for some reason idky but Sicily pizza down the road by the pier is amazing
It cost $30.00 to park...if you can walk do it . We were literally only parking to see the pier and see what there was to do . Dated dirty arcade shops that sell the same as the other 5 other shops.pier was closed . Looks like it was under construction as well hopefully it gets better .
Okay, so when I visited it let’s talk about the fact that they were doing constructions on the pier, where you get to go up to the pier and down to the beach. Well I had to walk 5 minutes just to get back on the beach. It has a lovely view of the ocean and beach too.
Beautiful place to visit! People are very friendly! Lots of room to move around!
We love Daytona Beach! All the shops, the beaches, the people! Definitely an experience worth having !!
A place you have to stop while visiting from the north. The sand is beautiful. Make sure you get a little in your beach bag. It's a wonderful surprise when you get back to where you're from.

A Relaxing Yet Eventful Stay at the Wyndham Hotel – Daytona Beach (2017) Back in 2017, I had the chance to vacation with my family at the Wyndham Hotel in Daytona Beach, and overall, it was a memorable experience. The hotel’s oceanfront location was definitely a highlight—waking up to the sound of waves and stepping onto the balcony to see the sunrise over the Atlantic was something special. The beach was just steps away, making it easy to enjoy long walks on the sand and some relaxing time by the water. The hotel itself was comfortable, with clean rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The pool area was a nice spot to unwind, especially in the evenings. Service-wise, everything was decent—staff was friendly, though there were a few minor hiccups typical of any vacation stay. That being said, I’ll admit I’m not used to staying in hotels because I prefer low ground. Something about being higher up just doesn’t feel as natural to me, so that part took some getting used to. Despite that, I still enjoyed the experience and made the most of it. One of the best parts of the trip was exploring Daytona Beach with my family. From visiting the boardwalk to checking out nearby restaurants, there was always something to do. Of course, like any family vacation, there were moments of chaos, but in the end, it was a trip I look back on with a mix of nostalgia and appreciation. Would I stay at the Wyndham again? Probably, especially for the beachfront views and convenient location. It was a solid vacation spot, and 2017 feels like a simpler time compared to now.
Room was a great size, clean, and well kept. I personally thought the beds were a little hard. But no other issues with the room. The staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful. The pools and outside areas were always clean and a fun place to hang out. Not a complaint but wish the hotel had more of an offering for snacks and breakfast.
We stay here at the Wyndham Ocean Walk 2 -3 times a year and always enjoy our time there. Right on the beach, easy access, wake up to the sunrise daily, and you can walk to main street 3the pier. During the summer the city has live bands at the band shell with fireworks after the show. Highly recommend a visit to Daytona Beach. Check the city website for what may be happening before you book your trip, plan around special events for motorcycles, Jeeps, trucks, and sporting events.
Staff is amazing. Our room for the price was pretty run down. Dirty dishes in the cabinets, stuff left on top of the fridge and under the beds. Floors were dirty at check in. Half the unit the ac didnt work. Pool area is wonderful.
Was an amazing place to stay and vacation to, featuring two large pools, a couple of hot tubs, a lazy river, and much more. Something fun was happening every day at this resort. The only downside was that a few things were closed due to needing repair, and we often saw the workers repairing it just sitting on their phones and didn't start working until the day we departed.
My favorite Wyndham vacation resort yet. The staff was very accommodating. The pool was crowded but great! I loved the lazy river. Oceanfront. Who could ask for more… of the shampoo and conditioner took the frizz right out of my hair!!!! .
Be careful with this place. I called to see if they had availability and was told they have a great room for us with an ocean view and two beds and full kitchen. Exactly what we were looking for. We got a room that smelled like pee and had gross stains on the couch. See video. Was given another room on a lower floor. Seemed cleaner then noticed the mold and toilet that wasn't even connected to the floor. See video. We were promised an early check in. That didn't happen. We were at the pool for a minute without wrist bands. Got yelled at and had to go get them from the room. No food after 6pm. Over all not a place for us, we left and went the Hard Rock. Don't stay in rooms 1902 or 1409 Was promised a refund. Then told we still had to pay a housekeeping fee even though we didn't even stay there. What a rip off!
We used to travel here every year.. until all our kids got jobs and families. Have talked about coming back, and we finally did it. NOT disappointed at all. The staff was amazing! I had several rooms and split reservations with each. I was constantly down asking for "favors" and updates on requests. They never lost their patience and made miracles happen! The front lobby staff, bell hops, room coordinators, and security were all wonderful! Wish I could remember everyone's names ! Got to see a rocket launch from our balcony thanks to Danny who made sure we knew. Another memory made! The behind the scenes staff clearly did awesome as well because my rooms were clean and kept and we had things upon request in timely manners. There was always awesome live music somewhere and activities available onsite! We had so much fun! There were 23 of us! I am a Wyndham Owner and a happy one. This trip just confirmed for my kids, that this was a. Investment well worth it and one they are glad to continue.. eventually 😉 Thank you Daytona Ocean Walk staff! Ps the only reason the rooms are missing a star was no usb ports. But I know you are continuing to upgrade

I actually went there for a family morning on father's day. Beer, brats, funnel cakes, frozen bananas. What can I say, we like to eat. Walking around, checking stuff out, people watching (whatever, you know you do it), I give the girls each $5 bucks and tell them they better learn to bargain. They each had a bag of things. They gave chalice away when you bought a Stella for father's day at one of the food venders, score. There areas that are air conditioned as well. Clean public restrooms too. Places to stop and sit, its a bit of walking. I'm sure there is something for everyone.
I wouldn't say it a flee market, it's more of an open air market. Meaning the vendors sell new packaged products and most likely Will not lower there price. Still a great place to visit. Plenty of vendors with tons of parking. Seems to be dog friendly. I saw lots of French bulldogs.
95% of this place is filled with cheap products that were mass ordered and are usually sold to tourists. The few stalls that had interesting items were asking at least double the value, I suppose most people haggle. Those stalls are filled to bursting with stuff that would probably sell if they listed a decent price. There are some gems here though, the pickle lady's stall is unique. I love some candied pecans too. The fresh seafood I had cooked was great. I couldn't find the garage sale event on the day they posted either
It’s a basic flea market with some prices higher than you may think. I thought these places you go to for a deal but the prices inside even for watermelons is super high. If you need to buy anything it’s probably best to just hit up Amazon.
We drive an hour to visit Four Oaks Natural!! Absolutely amazing products♡ We wonder the Flea Market after our visit. it's clean and has alot to offer from new to gently used things, to antiques. It does have alot of the same stuff that booths are selling BUT there is a very good amount of oddities & unique things that some have. Its a nice day out, to just stroll.
This place was Epic! Grew up going to the flea markets and this was beautiful on the outside and clean on the inside. Plenty of drink and food options to keep you satiated while you browse the options. Store owners seemed nice and I was impressed with some of the options.
Pretty dumpy. Lots of heavy perfume smells coming from many booths. Not good if you're sensitive to that. Many booths feel the same, repetitive. They sell golf carts, sports team logo stuff, and lots of old, dusty junk for guys that live in their mother's basement (model cars and video games). Some pushy sales people also make the experience off-putting. No good food except maybe the popular pickle place, but the line was too long so we didn't even wait to try them. We tried some BBQ chicken and it was awful. My girlfriend did like the licorice. Unfortunately, not recommended, we will not return.
I took my boyfriend Ben from Iowa who has never been to the flea market and wanted him to experience it. Its good if you just want a place to walk around but its definitely not what it used to be. Now its just a lot of DVD and Pokémon shops and walking past so many empty booths. There's still a place to get some fresh vegetables and some food trucks. I would make sure to get some cash out before going because not all of the booths take a card. Parking is okay just remember what section you parked in.

I had a wonderful time at Daytona Lagoon, which offers something for all ages. My daughter particularly enjoyed the lazy river and the kids' area. I felt completely safe knowing that the lifeguards were keeping a close eye on all the children. The amusement park has done an excellent job training them. We hardly had to wait long for the water park rides. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to plan a trip to go back.
Daytona Lagoon was a highlight of our trip to Daytona! My son raced down the thrill slides while my daughter floated along the lazy river—there truly was something for each of them. I liked that when it got too hot, we could step inside to play arcade games and cool off. Between the water slides, wave pool, and indoor fun, we easily spent the whole afternoon here.
Fun day for ask. Lots of stuff to do. The pools, slides, lazy river, kids park, go carts are all a bunch of fun. I little bit slow on the slides but not terrible. Food was so so. Ran out of chicken fingers. At 1pm? Really? Drinks are expensive. Everything cost. Shady places cost extra. Get ready to spend some money. Other than that, the place is great for everyone. We will return.
I'm so mad we drive to Disney for a days and this was DOWN THE STREET from us. And guess what, it was better than Disney. We had a blast and the food was good. We will definitely go back the next vacation
Very fun and worth the money for an annual pass. Long lines today. All day meal plan is worth it. The website says that gift cards are available and you get a five-dollar bonus for purchasing 30. It says 404 the website is not working.
The slides were fun, but some of them were slow. There is one however, that go bullet speed it’s pitch black and you get shot out, I saw multiple people needing assistance from the lifeguard after the slide. Also the food made me painfully parched. You can avoid the waiting if you get there early. Over all I enjoyed myself.
We went here for my son’s 13th Bday with several of his friends to use the twilight pass. It’s an all inclusive dry pass to use until close after 6pm. We didn’t know the laser tag was shut down due to their being a haunted house. (Which is better anyways at their age) Usually the Haunted house would have been $10 per person which for us would’ve been over $100 for one walk thru! But the manager Bianca was so professional and accommodating to us! Understanding how large our group was she was like our own personal concierge making sure we all had the best experience! And she was the only person I’ve ever seen in all my yrs go-karting actually check for safety well each time. Also, a worker named Nyasia was helping the kids on the rock wall and she was so sweet! She helped all of the kids and allowed them to play until the last minute of closing time! So thank you ladies for a great night!
Daytona Lagoon is a great spot for affordable family fun! The ticket prices are very reasonable, especially considering everything you get access to. There's a good mix of attractions for both kids and adults, and it's easy to see why the place stays busy during the season. That said, some of the water slides are definitely showing their age. There’s visible rust in a few areas that, while probably harmless and not a safety issue, still makes you a little uneasy when you’re climbing the stairs or about to ride. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s surprising to see considering how many visitors the park must bring in yearly thanks to its value pricing. All in all, it's a fun day out and feels safe, but a little reinvestment into slide maintenance or aesthetics would go a long way toward making the park feel as great as it could be, or possibly was, once upon a time.

Cool experience! Very organized and entertaining for my boys!
Nice venue for betting on the dogs and horse races. Plenty of poker tables available. Also several table games available to play. Staff is friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean throughout and outside looks very nice. Plenty of parking available. Fun time!
Visited Florida again, with my beautiful daughter recently. I am a novice poker player, but didn't win nothing good, HAHA! The club is great fun. I am docking... off a star for parking lot.. I almost hit my daughter and I didn't know it was employee's parking. I'm sorry
I played in a NLH Double Board tournament and ran into several problems. This was one of my first non regular NLH tournaments and went in hoping I would be able to focus on my play, but it was clear early on that I had to spend the later part of each hand I was in watching to make sure any side pots and chopped pots were calculated and paid out correctly. In the first hour, I had to call out at least 3 times when the dealer pushed my winning chips to the wrong player. I'm not calling out anyone specifically, but a couple of the female dealers were just having a bad day or in over their heads. I will say Serena was awesome and we had zero issues with her. If we had her the entire tournament I don't think we would have had a single problem. I actually got shorted several thousand chips on one pot and I'm such a non confrontational guy that I didn't make a big issue about it, but thinking back I should have definitely asked for a supervisor and for them to go to the cameras. This happened in the first half of the tournament and I was the chip leader or close to it with around 100k chips and the average stack was probably around 30k. Long story short, the lady across from me only had a little over 5k left and I made a 15k bet which she called and the two other players behind her folded. The river came, she hit what she needed on both boards and she scooped the pot, but the dealer had already taken my chips and began to slide them to her. I said hold on, and said I should have gotten a refund. The dealer said I already gave you a 100 refund... I asked the dealer if that meant the lady had 14,900 chips (knowing she only had around 5k back when I made the bet). She looked confused and panicked and said hold on... Did some "calculations" and slid me a few thousand in chips. At this point, we hit the break so everyone at the table was already up and leaving while I sat there running through my head what just happened. I think the lady knew she had been gifted a mistake and she left for break. As I sat there and confirmed that I had definitely been shorted more than 5k in chips the female dealer apologized multiple times. Again, I wish I had pushed the issue, but I just told her it was ok and went on break. I ended up in the money so not a completely bad experience. I'll also say that I think it takes an experienced and above average dealer to handle these Omaha/Bomb Pot games that require a high level of paying attention and math. Overall, the tournament was well ran, but I'd recommend putting your best dealers on these games in the future. Also, had one or two dealers that seemed to be miserable, but they were good at dealing so I guess they get a pass. Everyone else working here were happy and friendly which I think is important and really appreciate. Overall, a great poker room with friendly staff and plenty of tables. Just be prepared to say something if your chips accidentally get sent the wrong way.
Very professional staff. 20 card tables for poker in very nice room. Separate room for horse racing, car racing ect. Restraunt and bar. Non alcoholic beverages. Many tables inside and an outside covered patio with tables ,couch and chairs. Fans to circulate air.
Brought my dog back here to where she came from when I rescued her 5 years ago. Heard the news of the new laws going into effect in a couppe years so had to bring her bacl for a visit and some pics of course. Great drinks and food even tho my betting skills aren't the best its still a good evening out doing something different :)
My 1 star rating goes to the kitchen. I am consistantly let down by the way the food is served. It just made sloppy. I enjoy my experience in the poker room. This review is only about the kitchen. It is not up to par with the rest of the establishment.

Staff was wonderful and the food.... absolutely delicious.
Beautiful! Great place to walk around and enjoy the scenery! So many restaurants to choose from.
Many wonderful shoppers are on Beach Street. This time we were buying candy for Christmas at Angel & Phelps. Love to come here. My friend watched candy being made through the window. FREE to watch. Samples available- took advantage of that. Picked dark chocolate turtles for me and mix of white and milk for my family. Fun things in chocolate like all sea animals, flip flops and some chocolate covered bacon strips. Their open all year and my out of state family loves a assorted chocolate mix. I also needed some chocolate potato chips for the drive home.
Always a pleasure to be here!

Museums
Long-standing venue on a nature preserve with global art, Florida history exhibits & a planetarium.
Slide 1 of 8
There is so much amazing stuff in this museum! We spent 3 hours there. We started out with a show in the planetarium. We saw and learned about moons in our galaxy. There were huge bugs and skeletons. Beautiful cars, paintings and furniture. The is an extensive exhibit of Coke bottles and Coke advertising pieces. The Cuban exhibit has many beautiful paintings and explains the roots of Ybor City as a Cuban cigar center.
I was trying to find activities for our non verbal daughter over this summer and came to find out the museum offers a “Sensory Sunday” and decided to give it a shot. The staff were very friendly and actually let us in a little earlier than they were supposed to because it was so hot outside. The lady who checked us in was extremely kind and gracious when my daughter shot over to the gift shop and had a little meltdown. She was very understanding and said “this is what today is for” which made me feel at ease. The experience was great and my daughter had a good time. It’s definitely not a full day thing, maybe an hour tops but they have some very interesting things to see. The train section is really cool! We missed the planetarium show but I’m sure it’s awesome. Thank you MOAS for a wonderful experience!
This museum seemed like a collection of random stuff. Some science, some art and some history. The timelines are vastly varied, and topics are widely apart. One room is about insects and other is about Coca-Cola history and the third has a train station etc. The rooms are seemingly unrelated to each other, neither in subject nor in timelines. Still, fun place to spend an afternoon with kids. There is a science room for kids, where they could be interactively, educationally entertained for an hour or so easily. Staff is super nice and knowledgeable. The place is well maintained, everything is clean. Planetarium is small, the show was more like a lecture than an entertainment. Kids may find it boring, for me as an adult it was educational and fascinating. The museum is in a network, so if you get a membership you would get access to tons of other places all over the country. Totally worth it. The visit was enjoyable.
Very nice. They even have an audio function you can take around and listen if you choose to hear the story behind certain pieces. ( in bld 2) . They have a wide variety of things to look at from artwork to old trains to cars to lovely ceramic pieces from Russia and antique pianos. Just be aware there are two different buildings. And they have an outdoor sensory trail that is closed. I didn't see it all there was a planetarium but I didn't want to overload my senses so I'm going to go back another day
Was in the area and I wanted to go exploring. The science museum has alot of cool exhibits ranging from florida history, arts, science, paleontology, coke and a planetarium exhibits!
Great museum! First time visiting today. The exhibits are all excellent and there is something for everyone. Will definitely be back
What an incredible place! Full of beautiful art! I hope they can get the nature walk built back, after being damaged in the hurricane. Sounded like. Beautiful place to see native plants and stand in nature, but is closed due to damage. The place is filled with interesting history. Must check spot if your into art, history and culture.
I had an amazing experience at the MOAS in Daytona! The exhibits are beautifully curated, offering a perfect blend of art, history, and science. The planetarium show was breathtaking, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The museum is well-maintained, and the outdoor gardens provide a peaceful retreat. It’s a fantastic place to explore for all ages. Highly recommend visiting this hidden gem!

This was my fiancé's best birthday gift ever! It's an experience he talks about anywhere he goes right now. It was worth the money to see the smile on his face! On a serious note though, we had a rough after ride experience. The pictures were disorganized and sometimes missing even after the rider had already taken their suits off. We felt like there was no leadership present to takeover, when things got intense with angry customers. But Lauren, was the savior that day! It was her first day on the job at that location in Daytona. She was so sweet and polite and did the best she could to save our experience despite the circumstances. We owe this picture and plaque to her! Thank you so much for the care and concern for preserving this day for us. As you may check out the picture, video, hat, and T-shirt bundle do not come at a cheap rate.
If you’re thinking about doing this experience, just do it. You won’t be disappointed. I got up to 150mph in an 8 minute experience. If you take a ride with a pro driver then you’ll go even faster. They make it safe without drowning you in safety briefs or documentation. You get a 20 minute safety video and a short briefing with someone in the pits. You get in the car and go. Your crew chief will let you know how you’re doing and progressively let you have more power! Going around the corners is one hell of an experience and any race fan should go do it.
The driving was awesome. The only thing that ruined the experience was a very rude guy on pit road putting drivers in cars. I personally had a great guy that was very friendly. My family member who I was there with, however got this fellow that clearly didn't understand that we dont do this everyday. If it were not for this person this would be a 5 star rating. We did mention him when we turned in our firesuits. We said with as much money as this cost we felt like the guy should have shown more patience and not seem agitated with our presence. The lady we told said we should talk to some other lady in the trailer. It didnt feel like they cared to much. Heres your pictures and video see ya later. It wasn't just us, I saw the guy getting really loud with an older man as well. One of the other employees on pit road actually apologized for the guys behavior and said thats just how he is. I can't say we will never do this again because we had a good time driving, but if that dudes dont get his personality in check this place will become less attractive. Maybe small but nobody reserves the right to be disrespectful to a paying person. What should have been a fun day with lasting memories to talk about was instead riddled with some dude that woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
that was an absolut beast experience , team on site was lovely and professional, and the experience , I still have no words for it , as an old nascar fan , that was on the top list , 24 mn of crazy emotions on a legendary track
Bottom Line: Don't expect to set a track record but the experience, no matter what package you purchase, is worth it if you enjoy driving fast and want to drive a NASCAR stock car on a super speedway! Been a NASCAR fan for most of my life and a "speed addict" just as long. I have yet to go "too fast" and prior to this experience had driven as fast at 165 mph on the road. As a result, I was concerned the speed limits imposed would frustrate me. I purchased the 8 minute experience at Daytona and figured I would be limited to "low speeds" with this limited minute purchase. I haven't double checked the speeds but according to the telemetry loops they claim to use, I exceeded 143 mph. Felt up there but I could have gone faster with out the limiter chip! Absolutely easy for anyone to drive. Trust your car and it isn’t any harder than driving on the highway. The coolest part, however, is you are driving by yourself in a NASCAR stock car around Daytona International Speedway! Passing slower cars with you spotter in your ear keeping you safe and encouraged. GO FOR IT!
Was lucky enough to get 40 minutes on the track. The sign in portion went really well. The class was informative and to the point. My spotter and pit crew were awesome and my car drove outstanding. My on track experience was unbelievable! Was such an indescribable experience that I’ll say you just have to do it! Envious of every race car driver that does it for a living. My sign out experience took a bit, but was in no hurry. That portion might be better organized, lots of peeps cutting the line. Overall, one of the coolest things I’ve ever experienced in my life! I highly recommend it!
An amazing day and incredible crew at the NASCAR Racing Experience. My daughter got this for me as a birthday gift, it's been on my bucket list for a long time. From the time you check in until you leave these folks doing nothing but make sure you have an incredible experience and that you leave smiling from ear to ear. Driving a race car on the Daytona track was a surreal experience and doing it 150 MPH is something that I will never forget. My daughter did the ride-a-long and she hasn't stopped talking about how much fun it was too. I can't express completely how hard these people work to make sure each customer has a wonderful experience, they were all just amazing, thank you all so much for such a great experience.
We called before leaving on a 3 hour drive because it looked like it would rain and the lady on the phone said to come and they will sort it out. After driving 3 hours, the lady on the phone said they are rescheduling everyone and there is no way to talk to anyone in person because they all are on the track even though it’s pouring rain and gave me no number to transfer to. Apparently the number they give out is their corporate number and will not transfer you to your specific track. I understand weather can make it tricky but why would you confirm to someone they should drive 3 hours without verifying with the specific track regarding weather. Very unprofessional and no remorse for wasting our time.

Museum and ballpark dedicated to the players who were the start of bringing the world together. This may not be a major league ballpark, but Jackie Robinson himself did actually play here! Being in this park let me connect with the emotions I would think were felt through the struggles these players faced to the maintain composure while the world was watching, but how through their strength and actions a few men were able to change the world. The emotional ride here exceeded any ride at any park. Just an overwhelming feeling of pride, hurt, anger, sadness, happiness, altogether, all at once. This spot was the highlight of my trip.
Loved this ballpark and can't wait for the new renovations to be completed. General admission seating was great. The staff was extremely friendly. The food was really good and they had a lot of great beer choices. I would highly recommend bringing bleacher seat cushions.
A Rainy Night Full of Fun at Jackie Robinson Ballpark! This was our first time at the Jackie Robinson Ballpark, and we absolutely loved it! The park has such a great atmosphere—cozy, welcoming, and full of local charm. Even though it rained the night we came and the game was delayed, the staff went above and beyond. They came around with towels and wiped down our seats for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. Once the game got going, the energy in the park was awesome. We were lucky enough to be among the first 1,000 fans and scored some free merch, which made the night even more exciting! The food was surprisingly good for ballpark fare—we genuinely enjoyed everything we tried. Plus, the views from the stands were fantastic. You really feel close to the action no matter where you’re sitting. Rain or shine, we had an amazing time and would absolutely come back again! Go Tortugas! 🐢
The ballpark is always a great family outing! All of the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Food is reasonable for an outing. Love the experience that they always create!
Me and my daughter went and we had a blast we got to meet sheldon and Shelly and they were amazing and we won yayaya
Love this minor league ball park in Daytona. What a fun night out with my non baseball loving family.
We had such a great time at this ball park. The tickets were inexpensive even for seats right behind home plate with food & beverage service. Parking was easy and didn’t cost anything. Food and drink were very reasonable for a sporting event. I will definitely be back.
Getting tickets right here, made everything less confusing. Great way to enjoy your company while having entertainment.

While outlet malls are not my thing, my wife absolutely loves them. This is one of the nicest malls we have visited. It is large, clean and very well maintained. There is also a great deal of shady outdoor seating and even some swings in which to sit. A very nice place.
Lots of great name brand stores. Today just about every store was having a sale. It wasn't very busy but I did go when kids were in school and the middle of the week. There are a few rows of covered parking. And I saw quite a few places for electric vehicles to charge. When I've been before, restrooms are always clean. Fellow shoppers are usually polite.
This is the newest one that they have over there. 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend. There is no food court like the others because there are food stores scattered around. We got there around 10:30 in the morning hardly anybody there but the workers were definitely friendly and very happy to be there. Everything was clean nice organized
Tanger Outlets in Daytona Beach is one of my favorite places to shop! It’s not just a shopping center—it’s an experience. They offer a wide variety of stores, great deals, and plenty of options for every budget. I also love that they host events throughout the year, which makes it feel fun and family-friendly every time I visit. Whether you’re shopping for the holidays, looking for gifts, or just enjoying a day out, you can always find something here. Highly recommended!
It's like an oasis at the Tanger Outlets in Daytona Beach. Lots of palm trees throughout the property makes it look like your shopping on a tropical island. Very nice outlet shopping center. Money well spent at this location 👌🏾👍🏾👏🏾
The outlet shops are quite charming and well-maintained. Additionally, the availability of several clean restrooms makes for a pleasant shopping experience!
I only visited one store, but will definitely return. Ample parking and bathrooms. There is even a splash park. Was glad to see there was security driving around the parking lot.
I don’t normally leave reviews for places like this, but this outlet mall was so nice I wanted to give some recognition. This is one of the nicest outlet malls I’ve been to. Tons of noticeable brands and good deals! Most of the stores have good prices and large selections. Everyone was super friendly and the whole outlet mall was very clean and well maintained. There’s a lot of places to sit and relax between shopping and there’s areas that are shaded too. We spent several hours shopping and had a great time. I would definitely come back again!

This place has the best location in all of East FL. You literally get to eat in the middle of the ocean! How awesome is that. Highly recommended.
I've always loved this pier! For 5+ decades I've fished and enjoyed many I'd met. I've loved early morning breakfast especially, but throughout the day we'd run up for drinks or sandwiches. We ate at Craby Joe's going back to the late 70s. Ha I was heartbroken seeing the pics after Hurricane Ian, and thrilled when I heard it re-opened. With that said... I am hugely disappointed with no beach access. That almost stopped us this time to go, but I insisted. Doesn't it seem ridiculous to have to leave the beach by car to get a bite to eat there now? That's a very poor decision that will keep many from going for those extra drinks and sandwiches They've now made it a destination with poor parking, rather than apart of the beach goers... and it feels off. That honestly was the only reason we still went to that part of the beach... that might unfortunately have to change. Last time I gave 5 stars... this time 3 stars do to access to beach alone. 😞
Terrific spot to watch a shuttle launch or take a nice stroll on the less busy part of Daytona Beach!
They are back open. Amazing place to watch rocket launches. Beer is cold. You cannot beat the view! Enjoy!
So glad their back!!! Amazing food and on the ocean! GO THERE!! 5 STAR!
If I'm not mistaken, this pier is just for the restaurant, and no other public access. No stairs to go down to the beach. Parking is for restaurant client only.
Great place for a quick bite to eat. Friendly service and staff. I love the over the water pier experience. We have been on other pier on other bodies of water, but this our first here. Definately look to return to here in the future.
This pier was really beautiful. It's free to walk onto it, you just walk into the restaurant and let the host know that you would like to walk onto the pier. If you wish to fish it's $3 per person. The parking was free as well, first come first serve. Since it's a restaurant there are no dogs allowed. And also, if you eat at the restaurant and you choose to eat at the tables on the outer part of the restaurant, the birds will be eating with you. Might want to bring something to disinfect your table with.

Love this place. The wife and I enjoy concerts here during the summer series. Love the bars that they have coming in. Great place for free concert!!!!
We went to see the Def Leppard & AC/DC tribute band concert. I went with 2 other couples. I’m giving 5 stars for the beautiful night & the actual "bandshell" monument itself. The 2 stars go to the bands themselves & their sound system. What an insult to the actual bands they supposedly represent. The lead singer of Def Leppard (Joe Elliot wannabe) said that they’d been doing this gig for 18 years!! He had to have been joking! 18 years & he doesn’t know the lyrics? The sound system was abysmal for the music & when they talked to the crowd. What band worth their salt doesn’t perform a sound check before performing?! And to the AC/DC band, same thing. The lyrics were either wrong or forgotten. Sound system was abysmal. The lead singer was trying to imitate Brian Johnson so bad (current lead singer of AC/DC), that I thought he was gonna strain himself with his poorly executed imitation of Brian. If that’s what they want to do, fine by me but make it a show worth leaving your house for! The Angus Young lead guitarist wannabe was good imitating Angus but he didn’t play a fat Strat & this guy was at least a foot taller than Angus! Angus can work that fat Strat all day long like it’s nobody’s biz!! Where was the Mal wannabe?? He was essential to the band, writing music, playing rhythm guitar & the band’s direction. The ppl working for the bandshell were walking around with a "donation" bucket. Luckily, they walked right past me, as I was reading a book. If I had paid to get into this show, I’d be demanding my money back, it was THAT awful. The video presentation on the stage was so light that you couldn’t see it. The only other one off to the left, was barely any better. Why not adjust the contrast? WHO set this show up? Ray & Stevie are both blind & I KNOW they’d do a better job than this!! And the fireworks show afterwards?? WHY did they shoot them off behind us instead of right over the bandshell or at least in front of us where we were facing?? Someone needs to think about the presentation… and the palm trees behind us? They looked raggedy & definitely needed a trim to showcase the fireworks & their beauty. It’s not like the city of Daytona is broke & can’t afford to trim trees although by the looks of their roads, it’s debatable. And their disgusting port-a-potties? That’s an experience they don’t have to worry about me ever repeating that’s for sure…
Went to hear the Rod Stewart cover band for part of the Summer Music Concerts. Was so good!!! We didn't know at first, but you can take your own chairs or rent the white plastic ones there for $5/chair. We just sat on the wall at the back instead. Had dinner and drinks at one of the places that offers outdoor seating right at the edge of the bandshell. Great experience!
A class act, we love the free concerts. They are organized, the food and beverages were reasonably priced . Security was present but not the fun police. A great highlight to any vacation.
Thanks for providing free entertainment and fireworks. We make a weekend trip to Daytona Beach just for the events and the beaches. I only rated 4 stars because of the parking.
It's a really cool place to visit when visiting Daytona Beach. It was under renovation while there this trip.
We went there for the fre summer concerts. Great area,.
I love it here. On Friday and Saturdays during the b e summer months there are tribute bands playing life. What's better than listening to some of your favorite music at the ocean. They have food vendors and drink vendors set up there are restaurants all around ...shoot you are at Daytona Beach and its always a great time.

An absolutely fabulous place to visit the history of the stories. The woman herself is an amazing story would encourage everyone to visit and visit more often than you can.
What great history! Love learning about empowering women!! Will return when my little one is older.
Mary McLeod Bethune was an extremely accomplished and a very booked and busy woman. A beast! And a Soror so...go visit her home.
decided to visit for my birthday wonderful place to visit great information filled with memorabilia
Very educational and worth a visit to help preserve the history.
It was very interesting. The lady who gave the tour is especially knowledgeable and very nice. I was a little familiar with the college but not at all familiar with Dr. Bethune. She had an amazing and full life on this earth. It is a shame that I did not learn of her in my American history class...

A very welcoming Catholic Church Community located in Daytona Beach. I love attending church here. Fr Phil and his whole congregation really live their goal to be inclusive and welcoming. I love the rock band that plays the hyms. Just amazing!
Father Phil is a human embodiment of what it means to walk with Jesus. This is the most welcoming church I have ever attended. They are bold with their love and firm in their convictions for the sanctity of all human life. I love a priest who can stand up for marginalized and displaced communities, whether that be from homelessness, those on Death Row or immigrants being torn apart by ICE. There are outreach groups for LGBTQ as well. Father Phil practices what he preaches and I leave every Mass feeling like an improved version of myself and that it strengthens my bond with the Lord. The music is top notch and the church itself is gorgeous. If you are a person who is scared to attend church, or a person who has had religious trauma in the past (like I have), please do yourself a favor and come to this church. You will be loved, encouraged, and spiritually filled.
Yes public this Catholic Church is always down to earth and the priest father Phil is very excellent priest God bless him always as well May he stay with us for a very long time and lots of years ahead of him God bless
Wonderful Christmas Eve service. I was invited by a church member. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I am aquainted with church’s second hand store. It is well organized. They have unique and different china and glass patterns. Everything is at a fair price. The parish is the largest participant in a social justice ministry of 30 other Black, Catholic and mainline Protestant churches.
Very unique Catholic Church ... All are Welcome ... Come and see for yourself ... Really upbeat music and voices to be heard ... Place to share with Community and find support from someone who cares ... They will have a Ministry for you and if they don't you can be the first to start it ... Any denomination is Welcome and Our Lady of Lourdes will guide you to becoming a partner in Christ, Community, and Fellowship ... Vibrant people who are glad to be attending Church and stay till the last note is sung ... Our Lady of Lourdes is a Gift from God who has sent his Angels to serve ... 🙌👐🙌
If you are new to church & get this, read this incredible message!! (On the back) Great pastor, friendly staff & church goers! Lots of events! I’m new here and love this!
I was visiting Daytona Beach and came across this church. I had a wonderful experience. The homily was engaging and the other parishioners whom I talked to were very friendly.
Wonderful church I loved the priest, he was very engaging and put everyone at ease. Made everyone feel important.
