Out of the way but what an amazing stop. It was 80 degrees and felt like 68 with the breeze. Nice new visitors center, and incredible views. We didn’t have time to do any hikes this time, but have done them in the past and they provide more awesome views of the canyon and you pass some ancient trees. Worth the stop and worth going out of the way to visit. Our national park pass was good to get us in, so no extra charge!
Nice place for a quick stop to see Bryce canyon NP-like views. The spectra trail was nice, but they also have an observation deck area that will give you equally nice views of you don't have time to walk the trail. The gift shop has reasonably priced shirts and sweatshirts. You're required to have your state park pass to enter this location but no one checks so you can basically just walk the trail and see the observation deck without having to show your park pass at all. As long as you don't go into the visitor center, you're good. There is a clean bathroom at the parking lot.
WOW! Let me tell you, if you can make it up to cedars break I would highly recommend the drive. When you’re seeking peace this is the place to be. Just under a 35 minute drive from cedar city this look out is quite phenomenal. With a priceless view and onlookers from all over it’s truly breathtaking. Every time I’m in town I go to Cedars Break to catch the sunset and just sit in awe of such an amazing spectacle.
Go up there if you can. Very similar to Bryce, but 2000 ft higher in elevation. The ride up there from Zion to Bryce (yes it is a detour) in late September with the aspens in bloom was spectacular. Even had to stop to allow some grazing sheep to cross. WELL WORTH A TRIP.
We got it just in time to have a moment to talk to the Rangers in the visitor center. They cannot be kinder or more friendly and were very helpful. The park is open 24 hours however the visitor center is only open til five. Beautiful hikes, beautiful views for everybody to enjoy.
This place was so much more than what I expected to see here. I had no idea what I was driving to and walking towards. It was such an unassuming drive on the way to Bryce Canyon and it just pops out of nowhere. Have to say it was really cool and the most pleasant of surprises. Breathtaking.
This place is all inspiring. From the southern visitor Center just walk straight out and you are greeted with this massive landscape. You can see for miles and miles and the landscape is very unique. Take a moment and read the various information that's available at the visitor center as they are very helpful. The geological formation at this area is quite amazing. They are restrooms you can use and it's easily accessible from the parking lot. There are several viewpoints around this monument and I highly recommend you go to her the Northern viewpoint as it gives you a very different perspective. I think the best time to visit is doing sunrise and not sunset.
This gorgeous park is such a hidden gem! Was never on our plans, never heard of it until a friend told me about it. SO glad we went! If you’re in the area of Zion and Bryce, this is a must do!!! It’s like a mini Grand Canyon! Visitors center and staff were great too…

I have been going to this festival for years now, and it has given me the best productions I have ever seen. During 2 hours, they can make you laugh and cry. The actors are amazingly talented, and they never stop connecting with the audience in moving ways. This festival will always hold a special place in my heart.
Wonderful festival that we have made into a tradition of going to every year! The performances are amazing, costumes, sets, and the atmosphere is off the charts! If you love or don’t love Shakespeare but love the theater, this is the place for you!
Just saw Macbeth this week and it was phenomenal! I highly recommend this show, and all the shows at the Utah Shakespeare Festival. Professional actors, incredible set designs, beautiful costumes and the lighting and music were unforgettable. Thank you! We are so lucky to have such a high quality of theater in our community.
Too good to talk about! My wife and I went to the Shakespeare Festival in Cedar City last week and it was phenomenal! We picked the perfect time to go too. I guess everyone else was gearing up for labor day and although there were good sized audiences at all of the plays we went to, there was ample parking, nearly NO traffic, super friendly locals and TONS of fun little shops within walking distance. I don't want to tell you about it because I don't want it to get super popular and busy... worth the trip... stay a week and see everything, but bring a rain poncho if you come this late.in the year to see an outdoor show.
Cool sculpture garden with a variety of music playing. The different theater and art buildings are very cool as well.
Great performances and friendly staff! Every seat was amazing. Definitely going back!
This is the best regional theater on the planet as far as I’m concerned. The acting is incredibly good and all the seminars are a wonderful bonus. Sets, costumes, music, green show- everything is world class.
I have been coming to the festival for around five years. This season features the best Macbeth I have seen (and the second best Shakespeare show I've ever seen). The theatre is very professional in most areas, extremely enjoyable, and I will return. This makes it all the sadder to spend most of this review on their single fault. The house staff fail to meet professional standard specifically around handling walkers and other mobility devices. Not one year have I seen a consistent enforcement of policies around walkers in the main outdoor theatre. Some house staff will take your walker and others will not. On Thursday the staff did not say anything about removing walkers from those using them. On Friday a worker removed the walker and has no good answer to why it was being removed this night but not the other. Instead he insulted the work of the previous nights staff. I spoke to the house supervisor about how this lack of consistency has been the one frustration to our many happy visits and that the staff clearly lacked training on how to have a respectful discussion. I initially planned to leave it at this, but alas On Saturday night I attended the green show on the lawn and witnessed more inappropriate behavior from staff around walkers and disability. All of the seats were full so a woman with a limp has moved a chair down two flights of stairs to sit in while she watched the show. It took her a bit and she was clearly struggling to sit and stand. A staff member approached her mid show and took her chair away and back up the stairs, reseating her on a crowded bench. The same attendant then tried to move another man's walker. The man told him no multiple times but he was so insistent, despite the man citing other staff not remembering to return the walker as promised, the man eventually had to raise his voice and speak quite firmly to get him to leave. The walker was tucked between two benches, completely out of the walkway. I fail to see the need for staff to intervene in what is a very open space.I fail to see why staff cannot wait 15 minutes to move a chair, assuming the women wouldn't have replaced it herself. Both of these instances also distracted from the main show. It is imperative the theatre has a clear policy on mobility devices that is applied consistently night to night. It is imperative that staff are trained on how to have a respectful discussion while enforcing these policies. If the concern is fire safety then the festival has been out of code for several years and is failing its audience by not keeping them safe. If the concern is for actor safety then the festival has failed them. If the reason is not related to safety the festival has failed their disabled patrons by removing mobility aids for no good reason.

This place is wonderful especially when it has snow. We went through the Dixie national Forest on the way to big basin national park. We have fun taking pictures of the snow and trees. It a great place to visit when there is snow and when there isn't any snow. We saw a couple of marmots while driving through the forest in the snow.
Simply stunning scenery before heading into Bryce Canyon. The true beauty here in Dixie National Forest/Red Canyon can only be experienced in person. What a joy to drive on Scenic Byway 12 through this amazing forest and canyon. Words cannot do it justice. It is a must see!
Nice spot along the scenic byway 12. Stopped here for a short little rest and to take some photos. Absolutely beautiful spot just outside of Bryce Canyon National Park.
Breathtaking is the only word to describe it. I definitely recommend the visit. It's not a very long drive through it and not alot of pictures points. What I do suggest is cycling alongside on the cycle path or taking a walk. There is also a camp/RV site for those that are interested. Please don't skip this.
Gorgeous scenery and a great day trip from Vegas. Plentiful creeks and lakes to fish, tons of trees, fresh air and wild critters. There's an awesome lava field from old lava flows, several scenic areas with valleys and gorges... Animals you may see include deer, sheep, skunk, squirrel, ducks and various other birds... We just love getting out and enjoying nature, and this is an excellent way to do it.
We mapped and followed a very pretty off-road trail. The fall colors and cool weather made for a perfect day. Some of the trails and roads can get a little treacherous if it rains or snows.
Beautiful park close on the road between Bryce Canyon and Zion. The entire landscape is gorgeous, unique and distinctive to this area.
this place is awesome. i’m not quite sure how to review an entire national forest because it covers a massive area. i recently camped here and it was great. i did the ice house mountain bike trail as well which was fantastic

A real view into the lives, skills and ingenuity of the pioneers in the American west. From old farming and mining equipment to an old sod house and school room with a genuine log cabin including furniture and fittings. Some beautiful artifacts well laid out ND presented. A trip down memory lane for those living in the 1800's in the American West. ;-) Some beautiful write ups included to add context to what you see. Overall a very worthwhile stop. Plan on 2 to 3 hours if you can to go through all the exhibits.
We love this place. At first you walk in and see all of these stagecoaches and say okay lots of old stuff. The museum is actually very entertaining as you go through and begin to understand how much history has been preserved and what interesting things happened. There's short clips about different historical moments, great exhibits outside of houses and the schoolhouse and lots of farm stuff if you're into it. We found that we learned a lot and actually appreciated how the people of cedar City have preserved their past and it. We were very surprised and glad we visited.
It is a great museum. I ended up spending much more time there than planned. Really enjoyed the horseless carriage, selection, and learning about the local settlers and the entry fee was very reasonable, and the staff was very friendly.
Wonderful Museum and staff. We ended up staying longer than expected. So much to see and do. Pan for gold, play horseshoe and more. Glad we stopped.
This place is outstanding a must go see if anyone is in town!!! Just as depicted on the pictures when you visit their website! Being a true experience of some of the settlers lives and how they made it by innovations and pure grit. Being off of Main St. It's easy to locate. Easy parking. When entering the building it's simply loaded with all kinds of artifacts from that era and beautiful souvenirs to pick from! The person in the front super friendly and welcoming as well! Only 4 bucks per person to explore the whole place. Inside the building loaded with all the cool stuff the early people used live and function on a processing society covering success beating all the odds of the harsh West. I suggest to look at every detail by stopping in each area and read or look at videos offered even with film for all people to see. Everything so beautiful inside just amazing it all will not disappoint. As you go outside you must explore the little town as it was very well preserved as it must have been and wow its like going back in time that depicts true success in the west from those men women that conquered it by such hard work! I recommend stopping at each building and structures and enjoying how beautifully they lived.
Learnt alot, also older kids will learn and experience the old times in the USA. Expect to be there for about 3-4 hours to see everything
Thank you for letting us hold our big day here!! It was really pretty and just enough room for the amount of guests we had!
Great museum to visit! Fun to see the wagons & stagecoaches. Outside there are so many things to see.

Quiet and nostalgic. Many good memories of this theater. No longer used as part of the Shakesperean Festival.
Absolutely loved this place! I understand why they don't use it anymore, but it will be greatly missed in the Shakespeare world. I think they should put on some music shows here. Just an idea. I hope it is used for more great things in the future.
No longer in use, but a beautiful structure nevertheless. I have great memories of seeing shows here in my younger days.
Just the best. The Bard theater is so comforting, from my days as a student in the 80s til now. Great place to watch Shakespeare in a lovely outdoor theater.
I love the Adams theatre! It's an amazing place to watch plays; To bad it is no longer in use. I will be sad when/if it is no longer around.
This old building has lots of memories for me. The new globe theater reproduction is better, I believe.
The Adams theater is a great place. The plays and performances are always great. It is a little hard to navigate around, but that is all!
My score is based of of the nostalgia of the Shakespeare Festival. The festival has since moved to the newer outdoor theater. I just miss this one.

One of our favorite hikes. We had an easy day planned between the Narrows in Zion and Bryce Canyon. This hike turned out to be so much more than we anticipated. Head out early so the sun is blocked by the stones on your right, then on the hike down you see everything differently. A few hikers were going in with rappelling gear. I was wearing Asics instead of my hiking boots. They did the job, but I would wear boots next time. You most likely will cross water/mud a few times that make the boots a better option. Bug spray near the waterfall is a good idea. There are trails that split off every 30 yards or so, one goes down to the stream, one higher through rocks, and one in the middle, then they all converge again. It was easy enough to navigate, but some of the splits put you on rocky ankle-twisting climbs that aren't necessary if you pick the right path. We chose a higher path for some long distance views of the valley and the trail to merge with the main path was harder to decide where to take your next step as you are climbing in elevation and stepping over/between/on rocks.
Honestly, it was a bit boring. We took an actual trail instead of taking the creek, so maybe that's what we did wrong. There were sooooo many better trails in southern/southwestern Utah. Three Falls was better than this in Hurricane, Utah and none of the falls had any water. This had areas overran with thorns, the deep sand made it an extra workout, and it was just unexciting. We did see the Water Canyon Arch during our hike though.
Nice, fairly easy to follow trail heading up to beautiful pools and waterfalls. Fascinating flora the whole way and much cooler than the valley below.
Very pretty out and back hike up the canyon. Shaded almost the entire way. There is a higher path along most of the trail if you want to avoid climbing over as many rocks as there are in the creek bed. Gorgeous payoff at the end where the small waterfalls cut through the sandstone. Some of the clearest pools of water I have ever seen. There was also a large patch of blackberries along the path that some locals were collecting.
this is an absolute hidden gem. Please don’t share this with all of your friends and family, but keep this as a private location. This trail is spiritually beautiful and one that will be with my heart forever. It has every kind of terrain and the ending is got a natural spring that just illuminates your entire being
Great hike with beautiful scenery. Wild berry bushes right on the trail.
The hike had some great views but definitely keep in mind that the way to the waterfall is almost entirely uphill over rocks. Also, the waterfall is quite small. Beautiful but small. The way down is a lot faster as long as you have good knees. We stopped to enjoy the view a few times and it took us about 3 1/2 hours.
Water Canyon is a short, 1-hour trail that’s moderately active. Be sure to bring water with you and enjoy the breathtaking views along the way—it’s truly worth it!

ok what this is the coolest art museum ive ever been to in my whole entire life. the exhibits were all about salt and they were very cool. the architecture of this building is what made me want to come in the first place. such a cool spot.
SUMA is a small Arts museum that hosts a regarding of temporary exhibits; many are student and local artists. We spent an hour there onLabor day while waiting to attend a Shakespeare festival play. The staff was super friendly, admission was free, and there were a range of modern concept pieces mixed with painting a sculpture. A nice way to spend a lazy afternoon. Admission is free and there is plenty of parking on th streets nearby. A fun visit!
Was drawn by the website mentions of Dali and other masters. These were notably absent and the museum featured an interesting audio sculpture exhibit and a series of political statements by one other artist. Not very diverse and devoid of any of the advertised masterpieces. It was a cool place on a hot summer day and it was free so you can’t really lose! The surrounding sculpture garden and homage to Shakespeare was more interesting to me than the museum itself.
Nice museum and a local, free activity to do in Cedar City for travellers. I came to do a few of the parks (Cedar City is central to a lot of the parks). SUMA was a nice evening activity and can be done by yourself. Exhibits are rotating so there’s always something new
I love the staff, very Sweet, attentive, and helpful. Neat experience: corsettes, textures, tapestries, & shakespear. Eclectic mix of traveling and permanent exhibits. Please see the attached photos. I will recommend.
If you're looking for a museum that is attached to Southern Utah University, that is kind of underwhelming and small, then you have found it in this museum. The art is good and they change exhibits a lot, but it's small and underwhelming, it's a good thing it's free.
We stumbled upon the Southern Utah Museum of Art and it was lovely. They had a interactive exhibit for Juneteenth that were fun to do with our kids.
My family and I had a tremendous time at the SUMA for the first time. It happened to be their two-year-anniversary celebration, which made it even better. We got to see the James Surls sculptural exhibit and take part in the celebratory activities, like face painting, cookie-eating, and pin-the-tail-on-the-fox! The space was large and inviting, with beautiful views from the windows. The staff was very friendly and enthusiastic, and the exhibit itself was interactive and inspiring to my kids.

Brittany was phenomenal!! Super welcoming and knowledgeable. All the wines here are incredible. Highly recommend the wine flights. Ask for Brittany!
Very cozy place on a cold January day. Good wines - a bit expensive for my liking, but overall wonderful experience.
Absolutely amazing wine tasting and full serve with limited food options. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere perfect. We tried one of their local wines and it was fantastic. We got the charcuterie board to accompany and had an amazing time.
What a beautiful winery! The decor was so great. The sommelier, Jaden, was so knowledgeable and fun. The wines were excellent. This is a true gem of a place. I tried the mixed red and white flight and loved every wine. I bought quite a few bottles to take back with me! IG Winery is the first winery in Southern Utah in over 150 years!!!
What a great way to spend part of our day after exploring some of the many wonderful shops in the Cedar City downtown area. Sipping wine in such a casual & relaxing atmosphere was just what the doctor ordered. Our hostess was gracious in helping us make our wine selections to take back home. She had that million dollar smile that made the whole experience unforgettable.
BEAUTIFUL little place really close to the Shakespeare Festival and reasonable prices. I loved the decor and the wood work, you can tell someone put a lot of time and passion into fixing this place up. Great place to stop and have a delicious glass of wine before the shows. I purchased 2 bottles to add to my collection. Absolutely delicious wine. Definitely a must see if you’re visiting Cedar City. The service is amazing as well. JAIDEN our server was very knowledgeable and political with his presentation of the wine. I will definitely go here every year. MUST GO!
Always a great experience. High quality wine in a comfortable, beautiful environment. The flights are amazing because the servers will talk you through tasting notes and how the wines were made. Food options available. Ask for Jaden if he is there. Amazing, professional service. Ownership are hard working generous people. They are always willing to support local business and are kind and generous with their time and facilities. This is a must visit. I’m a big fan of their petite Syrah and around Christmas time when the snow is falling there is no better option than their Alicante. Their Halloween party has been a three year running tradition for me and my friend and gets better and better every year.
Make sure you stop here while you are in Cedar City. Amazing place to stop before or after the shows at Southern Utah University and Utah Shakespeare festival. All wines are delicious and their new location is designed well...in center of town. Staff is knowledgeable, engaging and friendly. Utah liquor laws can be a little difficult to navigate, so beware if you are taking some wine to go. Good to see they have added beer and spirits to their arsenal. Food too!!! Alwasy a must stop when in Cedar City and proud to introduce new people here.

This is a very nice art gallery. I come here perhaps twice a year from out of town, and I always end up getting something. Local artists are this gallery’s mainstay, and the art is fabulous. The purveyors are super helpful and kind.
I stopped here and it’s a great gallery, i love it! Very beautiful artwork. I bought a handwoven textile. I will definitely be back.
Art on the walls. Art on the floors. Art in the air. Artisan gallery represents local and regional artists with class and a little Southern Utah flair! Don't miss the community events here either. My personal favorite - Soup Bowl every February.
This is a wonderful gallery located in the heart of the art and culture district of Cedar City. I've purchased a number of art works. Specifically Katharine Willard's photographs. They are photographs, that push the razors edge of whats possible with what Photoshop can do, which requires a lot of experience with Photoshop as well as the ability to achieve an asthetic that is contemporary, new, and original for the viewer. They don't look photoshopped!!!! I highly recommend checking out this fun contemporary gallery of Zion artists.
Great staff, always willing to help you find just the right piece. Many artists are shown, everything from representational to abstract, paintings, sculpture & crafts. Supports local, regional & nationally known artists. Awesome place.
I am grateful for the welcoming, friendly, low key, high end, quality art gallery of Artisans. Steve and Diane truly are an asset to Cedar City, Utah.
Outstanding opportunity to create and express myself using watercolors as a medium. Art classes directed and taught by Barbara Prestwich are phenomenal. A retired art teacher through Iron County School District. Barbara Prestwich, is a leader and her passion is art ( lucky for us).
Wonderful place to browse and purchase local art. Very affordable. Steve the owner is a fountain of local knowledge and is a hoot to talk to.

I really enjoy coming to this aquatic center! I mostly use the diving board, and I love that they recently added a rock climbing wall next to it -- such a fun, new feature! I also use the basketball goal in the pool, and I think it's great that they usually provide the balls to play with. The enclosed, indoor water slide is another favorite of mine. Overall, it is a fun and well-maintained place to swim and stay active.
A beautiful pool but not great for young kids. They don’t open until late and are closed several Saturday’s for swim meets.l and every Sunday. The water is also not warm and the pool area is not heated well in the winter so my baby shivers every time we do and we end up leaving. I wish they had better hours and better heating!
My kids love going here. We live in Arizona so my kids have high expectations for water park/pool and we all love it. It’s never been extremely busy when we’ve come which is nice.
Absolutely amazing, price friendly, clean, they have food available, SPOTLESS bathrooms and changing rooms. Shade and sun options.
No where to sit AGAIN… year after year I complain about this problem! Everyone keeps their stuff on the chairs and swim, moms and non swimming guests have no where to sit. Get more chairs or cubbies or rent out locks & keys or make a rule and a sign stating belongings are not place holders.
Great place to enjoy time with your family. Indoor splash pad, lazy river, swimming lanes, and hot tub. Outdoor pool as well with a variety of activities for the children such as a rock climbing wall, diving board, etc.
A pretty fun place all around. From the outside beach and fishing to the indoor swimming and water slides. Great place to bring a family and spend the day having fun. We just got back from here and we caught a bunch of nice little trout. I wish the parking lot were paved instead of gravel where your entire vehicle looks like you’ve been down a country road for miles and miles. So that sucks. There’s a beach for swimming and bathrooms nearby for changing or taking a leak. My daughter also took swimming lessons here and she had fun. There’s also a snack bar for refreshments and snack type food. All the staff seems friendly and helpful.
It’s a nice upgrade from the Washington City Community Center. It’s like they took a number of learnings from it and improved on it as far as swimming goes. We were there for a swim meet. The facility was really clean and looked like it had a lot of fun things for kids. It’s still too small for how many high schools were there. There weren’t enough places to sit and it was super noisy. The location is great and the parking lot is nice and big.

Grabbed some sunrise photos on a beautiful September Sunday morning. This wonderful place is peacefully tucked away in a quiet neighborhood on a hill. Come visit, meditate, and center yourselves on the Savior.
If you are LDS member, this temple should be on your must-see list. A great friend and I participated in the baptisms for many of my deceased family members. Reverent, helpful support Temple workers made the experience memorable and very easy to accomplish.
Beautiful. Oversees Cedar City. We remember seeing the early construction phases. Our last visit to Cedar City allowed us to see the fully operational temple.
What a peaceful and unique place here in Cedar City. It’s nestled away on a hilltop off to the side of the city, deep inside a nice neighborhood. That makes things nice and quiet, allowing for peaceful walks and undisturbed time to pray and think. Great addition to the city and would recommend.
This is a beautiful temple as are all of the temples!
Such a peaceful place to be. Love helping others in their journey to Christ. Love the blessings and help I receive, as well
A very beautiful temple. The open house was wonderful, but I cannot wait for when I am able to do some ordinances. Truly gorgeous.
I went here for youth conference as well as a couple other temples in the area. I loved it! I will definitely come back.

The Korean War memorial is special because it shares the miraculous story os a group of 240 young religious soldiers who fought against a chinese army more than 10 times their size and won without any of them dying.
This is a pretty awesome memorial. My grandfather was a WW2 veteran so it was cool to see his name on the monument. Allot of info about Vietnam, Korean and World wars.
We were helping with the Cedar City half marathon as emergency communication staff using ham radio. My only concern is the bathrooms at the park were locked.
Hello. I am Korean. I will forever remember the many heroes who participated in the war and protected the Republic of Korea. Thank you very much. Because of Cedar City and many heroes in the United States, the Republic of Korea is a free democratic country and the people of the Republic of Korea live freely. Thank you for protecting free democracy. And even if your sacrifice is not a good memory, many people in the Republic of Korea consider the United States as their greatest friend and ally. Someday, I would like to visit the United States and express my gratitude. Thank you. go mab sub ni da.
I'm very thankful to all the donors, and wonderful people that helped make these monuments to our fallen soldiers happen. It reminds me that this ground I call home did not come free, or without some miss steps along the way. But these are the people that dedicated their lives in service to us all, and their families as well. A solemn thank you
I am working nearby. The Korean Veterans Monument Park looks great. It's a way of remembering or veterans. The people who served were helping others to protect freedom across the ocean.
I had a recent vacation in cedar city Utah. Many little hidden gems in the southern part of this state. If you like to go cycling, check out the virgin river bike trail in St. George. In cedar city, check out the east bend, and coal Creek bike trails. If you ride coal Creek, you have got to stop and see the veteran memorials (WWI, WWII, Korean, and Vietnam wars) they are awesome. Words, or pictures can not describe the feeling you get standing in that solemn place.
What a great tribute to our heroes. I hope people take the time to come here and appreciate the beauty of this park. God bless our troops and America!

What an amazing park! It’s a huge adventure with multi levels, slides and fun interactive areas. The entire park is mostly fenced in so your kids can escape except for one or two entrance. Kids could literally spend hours just running around getting lost. The parking lot is about 50 yards from the actual playground. Bathrooms are available and a drinking fountain.
Updated my review based on the recent renovation this park had. It is very clean with plenty of benches and tables to sit at and trees around it providing shade. All the new equipment is well designed and fun for the kids (and child-like parents) to enjoy. Our twins had a blast exploring everything, especially the musical equipment!
Excellent park with interesting play equipment. The park is behind the school district building. There is a nice walking trail around the park, although the play equipment is not visible for about 1/3 of the trail. Bathrooms are typical park restrooms (a little gross, but at least they have bathrooms here!). This park has 5 different types of swings, including a set that are great for special needs children. There are several picnic tables and benches. Overall, a great park.
This is a great park! Slides, swings, a whole little city setup with play boats and jeeps and a rocket. Super fun for our little one. Great picnic area. Lots of seating for the adults. This was a great spot and will definitely be a stop on our next road trip through this area!
New park is fine but sucks if you have little kids. Completely inaccessible for littles for most of the play equipment. The old style is where it’s at. Sad to see it’s gone. Water from the fountain is white instead of clear.
A little disappointing. We went because of the awesome photos and videos on Google reviews, but either they weren't of this park or they were outdated. No boat. No cool wooden passageways. There are ADA swings and baby swings, which I really appreciate and lots of fun stuff for adventurous kids. The parking isn't very close and I wish there was more shade.
They have redone it since we first came here about 15 years ago. The older one was nice and a lot of fun. The new one is also a lot of fun. I wish they had more parks like this where I live. A lot of different activities and space for everyone. They have disability swings so that everyone can enjoy.
The park is nice. The playground has changed to a more modern one.

Wonderful theater for live events. Great acoustics, comfortable seating, courteous and friendly staff. The Air Force Band and Singing Sergeants was truly a once in a lifetime performance!
This is a fantastic theatre. We ran our show from here, we performed here as Celebrating Queen on the 18th of September 2025. The staff are absolutely amazing. The facilities are top notch. We really enjoyed the show and if you are a visitor as a guest coming to enjoy your show then you are guaranteed a good time and if you are a performer looking to book this venue then I would not hesitate one of the best venues we have been to in a long Time.
Very nice place first time attending a senior conference with wonderful people and a great place.
During the summer we use this theater for a lot of shows, and I've always loved it! The stage is big enough for a really large cast, the lights are fantastic, and the backstage area has plenty of room
The Senior Conference was wonderful!!!..... excellent speaker....great workshops, ok lunch and fantastic entertainment!!
Added 6/15/2025: MasterSingers Father's Day Concert takes full advantage of the premium venue of the Cedar City Heritage Center. Added 4/10/2022: Tonight was the MasterSingers Easter season concert at the Heritage Center, beginning with "A White Sport Coat." How delightful that each of the singers sported a pink carnation on his white dress coat lapel! The program was replete with hymns and ballads, and finished with the rousing "God Bless America," for which the entire audience rose to their feet to join voices with the MasterSingers choir. Outstanding! Previous review: Wonderful MasterSingers concert at this theater tonight! The auditorium seats hundreds comfortably, and has facilities for 'casting and recording. I've been to a number of choir concerts here over the years (pre-pandemic), and the space is very well-designed to enhance human voices.
Fantastic venue with lots of character. Even the path from the nearby parking garage is designed well, with concrete tiles featuring Shakespeare quotes in the ground. Inside the theater, there's not a bad seat.
This is an awesome venue. The sound is great. Carpenters Platinum- A tribute loves to perform there.
