We really enjoyed our short time here. The beer was really good and it was fun to learn all the different flavors that you get when mixing different beers. We also bought some shirts (super cute, nice quality) along with some Wisc. cheese and beef sticks. Really nice staff that instantly makes you feel welcomed. They also have a nice patio to enjoy your flight of beer. The only complaint that we have is how early they close on a sat (8pm)
Really sad to see the brewery production stopping. Had a great time going on tour, fabulous guide. I booked the tour same day and they couldn’t squeeze my husband in, so I went alone. I was super disappointed they couldn’t let him in, seemed like one more wouldn’t have ruined anything. Really neat historical place, definitely recommend! The beer is interesting, lots of fruity choices. Samples come with the tour. Lots of merchandise, super impressive!
I went on a well thought out tour with guide Miranda. Heard how the Leinenkugel beer is made & saw the process to make the beer. Good tasting & merchandise. I got a hat & shirt too. Fun board games, Rummikub, events such as music, trivia, dogs can come outside on certain evenings, & pinball machines.
A beautiful, open space. They have a section with a detailed history of the brewing company. It has a lot of seating and two bars, which speeds up service because the place can grow busy after work. Unfortunately, they don’t always have all their beers on tap, so you might check before you go if you have your heart set on one in particular.
At Leinenkugel's Tasting Brew Pub's cozy bar and retail area in Ladysmith, WI, we skipped the tour but were wowed by bartender Tracey's amazing service. We sampled their craft beer flights and all i can say is wow o wow. My favorite was the white mocha stout, a true sleeper. Was balanced with the perfect amount of sweetness. The $15-per-person, one-hour tour sounds like a no-brainer for next time. Can’t wait to stop by again next year!
A unique brewery with tours operating daily, get out here before Jan 17th 2025 to experience the brewery before the tours cease. We had a great time and our tour guide was great!
Beautiful location with a great tasting room. Was disappointed to find out during the tour that they had shuttered production operations last January. Recommend they let patrons know prior to tour purchase, as the tour is still given as if it’s an active brewery.
I had the Big Eddy Uber Oktoberfest back in 2013 and found out it was finally available again only at The Leinie Lodge in 2025. I couldn't wait to have it again! It was great, the service was great. I purchased a couple of growers too. Thanks! Bring back the Big Eddy brews permanently!

Irvine Park is fun to go to anytime of the year the animals are great the kids have a blast they have playgrounds picnic areas animals walking areas the farm. Going around Christmas time is one of my favorites the Christmas display that they put on is so cute. They have tons of lights and figures and at the end towards the animals they have stories which my kids love to stop and read..My kids have a blast doing this. If you go through for the light show there are quite a few cars that go so you may get stuck in a line but it is a decent moving line for the most part. When you go to see the lights you can walk through the parks and the lights or you can drive.
Nice park and zoo with great views. We visited in the end of April so petting zoo was closed and some animal were not visible but we still had a good time. I was impressed at how accessible everything was by wheelchair and walker and the many benches that allowed rest breaks when needed. We did not see the whole area but many kids were enjoying the playground equipment and we enjoyed watching the geese in the river.
This is a great park & zoo! We have 3 children 4 and under and are vacationing in Lake Holcombe. The drive wasn’t too long and this is a great stop perfect for an adventure when not looking for an entire day stop. Bear, hyena, cow, eagle, hawk, and other small animals. Two playgrounds, a trail, and views of the river. And it’s free but you may leave a donation if you want. So glad we stopped! Highly recommend a visit!
If you are in the area, this is a MUST. Our expectations were beyond exceeded, and we are literally planning a trip back to see more of the property. The park itself is both massive, and absolutely GORGEOUS. As for the Zoo, what they are doing is amazing. They have delivered a top notch facility for both the animals and guests alike, and I can enjoy the space in good conscious knowing the animals are being cared for incredibly well. I would strongly recommend this place.
The zoo is really not the highlight of this park, it's the beautiful green space, playgrounds, picnic areas, water features and attention to renewing native plants that make it great! AND it's free. I am impressed!
Unfortunately this place is small, outdated, and sad. The animals all live on concrete floors with almost no enrichment, and there's about 6 of them to see. When we went they were repairing the lion enclosure, which had broken windows and broken wooden bridges inside for the lion. Sadly the animals do not seem happy or well kept, and the zoo owners seem to be asking for donations on every bad review rather than trying to find better homes for these creatures. Avoid at all costs!
Irvine Park is a beautiful place to explore. A lot of animals to see, nice nature trails with different experience levels, a petting zoo, splash pad, picnic areas and multiple playgrounds. All of the kids (ages 4,10,15) loved the dirt hiking trails by the river, waterfall and rock cliffs. The petting zoo is only opened certain days/times so definitely check if that's what you'd like to see. All of the other zoo animals are in enclosed glass, cages or in large fenced areas outside. The large animals are harder to spot in the fields but more exciting for the kids. Inside you can find frozen drinks, ice cream, snacks, hotdogs and other treats. Plus the museum with tons of really old trinkets, animal furs, even a carriage! I would highly recommend Irvine Park to anyone visiting or local looking for something fun outdoors to do with the family! We go at least once a month if not more! And the Christmas Village every year is breathtaking, definitely check it out if you haven't seen it!
We actually came across this while trying to find a spot for a picnic while on the road. This was a hidden gems that we enjoyed so much. Would love to come back and explore again. There was not a lot of animals when we went but it is based off donations and I wish I had a million to give away.

We had the best time here on Saturday! Beautiful setting, nice music, good food and great drinks rather you are a wine or spirits person. The staff was delightful too! We could have spent all day there!
ooking for something to do on a warm summer day, I saw that they were having a free live music concert featuring the Bear Creek Band. The winery/distillery is nestled into a scenic area, right next to the Chippewa River. Behind the building is a large area with the stage, with the vineyard behind that. On this day, they had Happy Trails Pizza serving food. The inside of the building has a large main seating area. There are different areas for tasting wine, ordering cocktails, or buying snacks and merchandise. The entire space is well-designed. We ordered a few cocktails and grabbed a table under the pergola-covered area. There weren't that many other people there (it was a very warm 90°F day), so we had lots of space. My Lavender Collins was very good, and everyone else enjoyed their refreshments. While we listened to the band, we munched on the caramel corn that we purchased inside. If we hadn't already had lunch, we would have tried the pizza. Maybe next time. Would definitely come back again for a drink and a concert.
Very nice winery and distillery. Indoor and outdoor seating. Live music and food truck.
Came to hear the outdoor music. We brought chairs but the venue had some out. Other people brought party tents. You can pick a wine flight of sry, semi sweet or sweet, a mix of styles. They also have a distillery which we didn't try. They had a few soda bottles in the cooler, self pour water, and mocktails. There was also a pizza food truck on the day I came.
Wine was pretty good. Serving in plastic cups. Said dishwasher wasn't working. Only had snacks to purchase and dole out yourself. Not super impressed but was okay. did buy some wine to take home. Grounds and staff nice.
Asked for a sweet white wine, similar to a moscato. They recommended their Moonlight, a white blend from Wisconsin. It was perfect; smooth, sweet and mellow. Looking forward to trying their Pink Flamingo next. Highly recommend giving River Bend a try. Excellent local wine at a very good price.
Broad range of wines to satisfy any pallette. Outdoor and indoor seating. Bought a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon which was tasty. The maple vodka was a amazing. Ended up buying a bottle. Super smooth.
We had a wonderful Sunday afternoon. The live music was a great pairing with a could glasses of wine.

We stayed at site 19. It was a good size, quiet, just a couple sites down from the vault toilets (which were very clean), and right next to a water spout. I noticed a lot of large, dead branches hanging which worried me but the site was mostly flat (aside from a couple large tree roots my toddler kept tripping over) so lots of space to put a tent to avoid being directly under the branches. The showers looked nice though I did not use them. The playground was pretty small but clean. The beach had a big area to lay towels. Overall, I enjoyed staying here and visiting Chippewa Falls. I will definitely be coming back to this state park! Also, barely any bugs when we went at the end of May and we saw no ticks!!
Sites are very wooded and private. The campground was very peaceful! A gorgeous quick walk to the lakeshore via stairs behind the play area. We only stayed one night passing through in our RV. As a non-resident, I found it pretty pricey with all the fees and parking costs. 🚻 Bathrooms/shower facility renovations finished May 2025. • Very nice and clean • Free showers with reservation • Nice and warm water 💰Reservation Cost Electric Site: $38/night Non-resident Fee: $15 Reservation Fee: $7.95 $16 parking fee for 1 night Total 1-Night: $76.95 If staying multiple days, parking fee does have a max. I believe around $30. 🪵 Firewood • Available via host (cash only) • Purchase station near restroom facility (card only) Sue, the campground host, was very kind and helpful. She’s been the host for over 9yrs!
The park is quiet, well kept and a nice spot surrounded by woods. It was an enjoyable stay. There is a nice amount of space between campsites. The outer ring allows your camper to tuck under trees and provides nice shade. The shower facilities were very clean. The campground is between the Zumbro river and the native animal zoo. All of it is really in great shape and an interesting place to explore.
We stayed at Lake Wissota State Park for four days during weekdays, and it was super peaceful and very quiet. Very few dogs and little barking. Campsites are very clean and a good size. Electric hookup was the standard 15, 30 & 50 amp breaker box. The park is very large and meandering with the beach very far from most campsites, as is the boat launch. We did have one bear tick while at the park. It was caught before digging in. The main park restrooms have recently been redone and are very nice. The kids' play area is so new that the ground hasn't seeded out yet. The only negative is the almost complete lack of cellular signal on the northwest side of the park. Signal is strongest by the beach and boat landing, but there are no campsites close to that. If you have a cell phone booster, you may get a good signal. There is a lot to do in the area, including golf, shopping in Chippewa, super clubs, wineries such as Autumn Harvest, berry picking at Connell's. There are not a lot of walking trails as you'd see at other state parks, but it's a very nice park.
Amazing group camping spot, ours had electricity and a shelter, the ground was all slanted, but we made it work. There is plenty of shade and breeze. Wish there were flush bathrooms and showers by the group sites, but oh well, the showeres were well maintained and quite up to date. The sky was gorgeous plenty of space to stargaze. The "swimming" is meh as the water seems to have a bronze color (got out after we realized someone passed away in the water months prior, though). Also not really a beach but a side of a river area, but clean as it could be regardless.
Absolutely beautiful place to go. I spent hours sitting by the lake, writing poetry and had an amazing time. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Definitely something I needed. I will be coming back again.
Gorgeous park with a huge lake, beach and lots of trails. The wildflower trail in July was super pretty with plenty of plants to identify.
Beautiful park, we traveled over a hundred miles to check out their (Bring Fido) dog beach. Save you gas..... its about a single lane highway wide, in amongst weeds and bushes. A fallen tree is in the middle of the water, and 1 picnic table to share with everyone. But,I must say the employees working there were really nice.

Good beer and my Bloody Mary made with house made garlic infused vodka was fantastic. Staff were friendly and attentive. Looks like it will be super fun in the summer!
We visited a lot of restaurants and bars during our time in the Eau Claire area, and this ended up being the most lackluster stop. The setting is really cool, a building with an industrial feel and lots of seating. We sat right at the bar. It took us a while to get served, and then for our whiskey flight to come out. They use large communion cups, which I thought was amusing. The whiskeys weren't really to our taste, though. It didn't take us long to have those, but even though we were right at the bar, we were ignored for a long stretch. I quietly wondered if the drinks had somehow made us invisible. We were finally able to pay and leave. Maybe we caught them on an off night, but the place didn't make an overall good impression on us.
Awesome stop. Good bloodies with a great beer selection. Good view of the river🍻
I stopped in with my wife to check it out and we had a blast. Great homemade cocktails and the beer is just as good. Despite being a busy Saturday night, the bartenders did a fantastic job to make sure everyone was happy and had a full drink. Make sure to try the Experimental Beer if they have an offering available!
Terrible! My husband and I drove from Eau Claire to check this place out. The bartender slid the beer list and drink list across the bar at us before we even sat down! She was on her phone and paid more attention to a group of people that seemed like her friends. My husband had a flight of beers, they just weren’t good! I had an Old Fashioned, no orange or cherry muddled, weak drink, no flavor! I had to ask for an orange to add myself. We’ll never go back!
First time visiting the brewery and I was impressed with the quality of and selection of drinks. Always good to see redevelopment of a location, from what the bartender said it was an old video store. I had friends try the spirits as well which they enjoy as well. The parking is limited especially when it's busy. I will be back for the patio when the weather gets nicer out.
We sat and waited for 5 minutes until a friend noticed the tv said to order drinks at the bar. We go up and they tell us that they will serve us at the table...after we have already sat for a while and nobody showed up. The waitress was slow and had to come back multiple times to get our order instead of writing it down. The mixed drinks were pretty good and the inside is nice.
Excellent mixture of drinks and spirits, which you can find something you like. I would recommend trying a sample as my friend didn't like her beer. The atmosphere is good with excellent customer service. Sometimes have a food truck depending on the day of the week. Definitely will be back in the future.

Absolutely beautiful winery with a great indoor and outdoor seating area! Very picturesque! Wines were very delicious with an excellent bouquet and full bodied! This is definitely one of my favorite wineries for atmosphere and quality of wine! Check their site for photos of the seating areas and bar area. Thank you!!
Last week a group of us met after work and enjoyed the atmosphere of wine on the patio couches by the fire pit. We were even invited to extend our visit (past 6pm) on the couch. It was an awesome evening. Thank you for accommodating us.
Beautiful quaint quiet winery.. So many good wines for sampling and purchase... Great atmosphere..huge outdoor area to enjoy...
Beautiful place. Nice variety of wines. Friendly staff.
Beautiful new place. We loved the new look. Good to have seating inside as well as outside. Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Service was friendly. Most wines are sweet. We wished there were more semi-sweet to drier selections.
Thank you so much Autumn Harvest for accommodating our relaxing visit with gracious warmth and openness. You close at 6:00 pm, yet you trusted our group to sit by the fire using your blankets provided into the evening and enjoy the beauty of your vineyard. Who does that?? Thank you so much for reminding us all what Wisconsin hospitality and good cheer is all about.
Nice venue. Had live music. Friendly staff. Good wines and wine slushies!!
Great wine and drinks, but due to allowing a wedding to utilize the winery as well, there were no seating options available to the public. The outside bar was closed to the public as well, so the line indoors was very long. It took a good 15 minutes every time you wanted a drink.

Great place to visit to learn about businesses in the area. That larget section is for Cray Supercomputers, they have displays of many of the models of supercomputers that have been sold by Cray. Cray Supercomputers was started by Semour Cray a who had grown up in Chippewa Falls. They also have exhibit rooms for other local companies such as Mason Shoes, Darley, Leinenkugel, GNC/Kell and TTM Technologies. There is also a room displaying old toy soldiers from a local collector. The tour we got from the museum worker was excellent. You can also get an explanation of what is in each room from a cd player that is each room.
So Informative and Honestly so many things are made/from Chippewa Falls that you wouldn't realize. This was a great way to learn about Chippewa Falls and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We were wowed for sure! I would recommend stopping here for sure!
Very nice museum with a number of iconic mainframe computers, many by Cray Research. In addition, rooms devoted to local companies that produce corrugated paper packaging and displays, firefighting trucks, Linenkugel beer and others. The docent was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Well worth the stop.
Lots of big old Cray computers and smaller bits and pieces of their history. The building is an older office building so some of the computers were stuck in corners so you couldn't walk all the way around them. This is a great place for a nerd (and their family) to stop for an hour or so.
The tour guide was very informative (Although I am not sure that the people who came in after us could've said the same as she was still with us). If you have any interest in computers are ALL, this is a must stop. Seeing the world's earliest supercomputers is mind boggling and humbling. The museum has other industry bits that are fascinating, but for us the computers were by far the best part and worth the stop.
A great place to visit and learn about the businesses in the area. In every room the have a cd player to tell you about the room.
Amazing history and tour guide. Really gives you a perspective of what these early super computer pioneers accomplished.
With my computer background, the Cray supercomputer history and exhibit was a real treat. Plus there is much more including Chippewa Falls' own Mason Shoes and more Leinenkugel memorabilia. The young man acting as docent was also very personable. This is a no-brainer, not to miss.

Beautiful. Beautiful. Beautiful!!!! This greenhouse is giant sized. The prices here are wonderful. Hanging baskets that are huge are only $44! Everywhere I looked there were flowers and green plants. They all looked healthy and well cared for we asked for help from an employee and were given top-notch service. She walked us right to different options for us. And we were here after Mother’s Day, which is the busiest time of the year. Staff told us they were picked over. One would never know it! This will be our first stop next year and four years to come. My photos are not great due to snapping them quickly before I left. Most of them are taken from one location just different directions!
For the kids, new jumping pillow, easier corn maze, giant corn pit, playground with two slides, stairs up to the big tracker, with a black tube slide, animals to visit are 2 or 3 donkeys, tons of goats, llama or alpaca, cows, sheep, medium pumpkins to pick out all set out on tables, picnic tables, duck water game, outhouse outside, full indoor bathrooms in lower greenhouse area, (by the indoor fountain) When we were there October 16th, they have a lot of $10 Mums, all different colors, that all look beautiful, and the extra mile, with the associate carrying them out to customers cars! Very healthy succulents, lemon trees, and so many plant varieties that look so healthy in the greenhouse, also really nice Halloween, and Christmas decorations. Upstairs in the main store are fresh vegetables, cheeses, jams, salsas, caramel apples, apples, freshly canned veggies, candy, food, tons of drinks including fresh cider, and gorgeous sculptures to greet you.
Great selection of all things that grow! Nice grocery area too with a nice selection of local meats, cheeses, soups and so much more! Premium prices and seems to be premium quality too.
Beautiful and healthy houseplants, annuals, and perennials. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I got some perennial bushes straight off the truck and had multiple employees helping me find what I wanted. I wish I had taken more photos because it was magical 😊
Mary & Troy, thx so much for helping me create my Zen Garden! 🕉 I love visiting this place! I wish I had an endless pocketbook because there are so many cool things that I could add to my property to make it beautiful.. I am adding a picture of my latest addition. I am building a Zen Sanctuary and it is coming along quite nicely with the addition of plants and decorations from Klingers. 🙂
Still one of my favorite places to be. Been coming here for 11 years .Love how they change the corn box .hope this means they will keep it year around since its so so loved. Best part of Klinger is even the mood teens get in the corn box with smiles
Very welcoming and help!! And had a nice play area for the kids!!

Fantastic little local antique shop! They have a great selection of small knick knacks and souvenirs as well as larger antique tools and equipment. They have loads of glassware, including tons of beer memorabilia. It's not too far off the beaten path and the workers are extremely kind and accommodating. A great little shop to visit if you're in search of novelties and other eclectic antiques!
Nice store but didn't have anything I was interested in good selection of antiques
This is nicer than it looks from the outside and organized well. They have a lot of carnival glass and other varied household items, some furniture. Call before going because they aren’t always open as posted. Owners we’re very nice and helpful.
Super sweet couple. It's a LOT of glass items. Pretty highly priced too. A few big furniture items. Good collection of records too!
Alot of small and glass antiques. Organized nicely and friendly owners.
The heavy set gray hair with glasses lady was VERY rude to us. Will never go back, we were going to spend alot of money there too!! We will take our business elsewhere and also let our friends know what happened.
Owners very friendly and knowledgeable. Mostly glassware with smaller items, a few pieces of furniture, vintage jewelry, doll houses, and records. I picked a pair of Betsey Johnson earrings. Very cute!
Very clean and organized however mostly glass ware needs more variety. Very friendly people working possibly the owner. Little difficult finding our way to location.

This store is very interesting when it comes to there collection of vintage items I would definitely come and visit that store again! If I could rate the store a 10/10 I would with how well they organized the items are and how clean most of the products are!
Collective Charm definitely has so much charm, from the way they are friendly and communicate caringly to their customers, to the way the antique shop is set up, I could spend hours in there. Overall, this is my absolute favorite antique store I've ever been to. It's very unique, and stands out above others! I recommend to visit this antique shop, you won't regret it!
Omg. The angel behind the counter saved my life. I was having a diabetic low and she offered me a can of soda. It literally saved my life. I can't believe this place has such a wonderful person working here. Thank you SO much
This is a wonderful place for all kinds of antiques and odds and ends. I went looking for bookshelves and found several perfect ones. The store is clean and laid out and the staff are super helpful and asked me if I needed help a few times. I also overheard them taking care of other customers and doing a great job of that. Everything is reasonably priced and there was also a few stands with crystals, cabochons, fossils, and insect specimens. Can't wait to come back!
I absolutely LOVE this place. Highly recommend esp if you are a child of the 60's and 70's. Whenever I am in town to visit my kids this is a must stop. I never leave empty handed its a blast from the past
Great antique collection with new decor and clothing sprinkled in. Multiple isles containing little nooks of similar items. Very fun to walk around and look for collectibles. There is a very large selection and rare items
I love this place. It's always exciting to look for treasures here.
One of the best antique malls I’ve been to in the area. Lots of cool vintage stuff.
