Just imagine walking in 100+ years of history!! Simply amazing!! There is so much to see and so much information to be absorbed on the works of FDR!! The staff is very knowledgeable and ready to share. There is a short film to watch (about 12 minutes) and I strongly encourage you to do so. The admission fee is $13 plus tax, and there is a nice gift shop after your tour. The museum, the grounds, and the Little White House are all immaculately preserved. Definitely worth going...
We found our visit to the Little White House interesting and informative. We learned this is the home that Franklin Delano Roosevelt had built in Warm Springs. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and go out of their way to provide details. The home is filled with original furniture and belongings and is where FDR died.
The Little White House Historic Site in Warm Springs, Georgia, remains one of my favorite historic stops and continues to impress every time I visit. I had been there before, but on this return trip I was reminded how well this site preserves not only President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s memory but also the spirit of an entire era. The museum at the entrance is beautifully arranged and tells the story of FDR’s life with care and clarity—covering his struggle with polio, his time in Warm Springs, the Great Depression, the New Deal, and his years of leadership through some of America’s hardest times. The displays blend photos, artifacts, and storytelling that bring history to life without feeling overdone. The staff were outstanding—knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about sharing FDR’s legacy. The grounds and buildings are immaculately maintained, giving you a real sense of stepping back in time. It’s easy to imagine Roosevelt himself finding comfort and strength here among the pine trees and quiet hills. The Little White House is a deeply informative and moving experience, a place that connects visitors to both the man and the moment that shaped modern America.
We had an amazing time visiting the Little White House historic site and meusem. The ladies who work there are amazing! They're knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly very passionate about their love for all things FDR. We learned so much and really enjoyed spending time with them. My recommendation is to make sure you have at least a couple hours to devote to the visit. This is an absolute "must do" activity if you're in the area. What an amazing Man FDR was!
What an unbelievable place. This is the place of a second home of summer for the longest serving president in history. This is also a location in which she died. FDR was an amazing president
Great place to visit in Warm Springs Ga, historical and behind the scenes of FDR and his Presidency. Tour Guides and staff are very knowledgeable, friendly. Lots to see, can come and go all day, on-site picnic tables, great gift shop, reasonably priced too. Also right by historic downtown with all kinds of shops and places to eat, try the Bulloch house for lunch buffet, awesome.
Highly recommend the guided tour. Our group enjoyed it so much. The movie is wonderful. I wish the pools and museum at the pools was open…kinder construction.
A step back in time celebrating FDR and the multiple contributions he made to our Nation. Friendly knowledgeable staff that teaches so much about his visits to Georgia, use of the warm springs to help with his disease, and his respect for the culture and landscape of the

Our family went for a short weekend and decided to stay an extra night due to how much we enjoyed the site/area. We had a rattlesnake show up, not looking to leave, so we called the park rangers to remove it. They did so without any issues and were very nice and helpful about it all. Said it's a pretty rare occurrence. Our daughter had fun catching fireflies and spotting wildlife. We also spent some time at the beautiful pool as well.
My wife and I spent a weekend at F.D. Roosevelt State Park, and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. If you’re into hiking, this place is an absolute dream. We hiked the Mountain Creek Loop Trail and loved every step of it. It’s just the right mix of peaceful woods, steady climbs, and surprise views that sneak up on you. The trail winds through shady forest, over small creeks, and past spots where the light filters in just right—like nature knew we were coming. And then there’s Dowdell’s Knob. We drove up after our hike, and wow. You’re standing way up above the hills, looking out over layer after layer of Georgia’s green countryside stretching into the haze. It feels like the kind of place where your thoughts can finally catch up with you—in a good way. Bring good shoes, your favorite person, and a camera. You’ll want to remember how it felt to walk those trails and stand at the edge of that view, just breathing it all in.
Great park. Nice lake. Lots of trails if you like to hike. Nice dock to fish from. Great overlook at the visitor center.
Came with a group of little kids. Very nice experience. We stayed in the group cabin camping area. There are also areas for tent camping and rv camping. Very large park with eough space for privacy. There is electricity In the cabins. Very spacious for large groups. 6 different large cabins with 10 beds in each, there is also a smaller one for a couple or 2. Dinning hall with everything thing you need to prepare full course meals. Just bring your food. Bath hall is separated. One side for men one for ladies each has 5 showers and 4 toliets, and the water gets hot. Lots of open grass great for kids, there is even a fire pit. They also have a Olympic size pool but it was closed because Georgia law require pools to be closed from labor to memorial day. 4 stars because there were lots of spiders in the cabins I know it's outside but it was overwhelming. The archery class doesn't exist anymore, the lake was contaminated so we couldn't canoe, and the maps were not very helpful for people new to the out door world. Other then that I definitely recommend. This was a great an memorable experience!
Absolutely stunning views of the mountains and valleys. Lots of trails to hike. Beautiful cabins to rent. There's a cute store with lots of resonably priced souvenirs. Calaway store down the street has some of the same almost double price!sl Staff is friendly and outgoing.
We have had such an amazing long weekend here I don’t even know where to start with the review! We stayed at 2 different sites in section 6 & they were both great. I would definitely not book in 2,3 or 5 if you’re tent camping bc it just feels like it far away from everything. The bathroom & shower area are exceptionally clean for a camping site. There was no hair in the shower or any real filth at all. I was super impressed with that & im very picky. Water was HOT! It was awesome. We hiked the two smaller trails & had a great time. Both were gorgeous & our family of 5 loved it. The highlight of our trip was def renting a canoe & kayak. We had a fun few hours fishing from the water & just soaking up the sun. I would say the canoes & boats need to be cleaned a little better though. My daughter ended up having a spider on her head & we had to clean it off a good bit before getting into them. But we had the best time paddling around. The park rangers were riding around & making sure everyone was safe, we liked that. I was surprised by how nice everyone followed the 10 pm quiet rule. everyone turns there lights off sharp & we had no noise problems at all . A big shout out to the main gift shop area. The older black lady was SO nice to us. Made us feel right at home & we appreciated her hospitality. The little book station outside the smaller shop was cute and we exchanged a few books during our trip! Was nice to have a playground close by! We went to the liberty bell pool on Saturday & we won’t return. It was pretty historically but the people there were not our type & so loud and obnoxious. Our kids even commented they wanted to leave because of it & they’re 4 & 6. We felt very uncomfortable & the pool water was FILTHY. We were very surprised by the high reviews there. Overall, this was a perfect 3 night stay & we will absolutely be returning here.
Beautiful park with tons of hiking trails. This is definitely a place that you want a map for, it's huge. We didn't even explore all the activities that were available but the park itself is amazing!
Beautiful state park with camping, a beautiful lake for fishing or boating, a large and beautiful spring fed pool, trails, playgrounds, picnic tables and pavilions, a rich history, and more. A great place to visit for sure!

What an amazing visit we had. Pouring rain but no matter. We were well educated and kept in stitches by Aubrey. The man knows his stuff! Your wines are amazing and learning things about each one made them so much better. It was a wonderful birthday weekend visit for my wife and now we are left with the best memories. Thank you Aubrey and your wicked fun winery. We will be looking for you again one day!
I decided to make a trip to this winery today which is 45 min away from where I stay. It would've been my 3rd time coming and because the female host was always so polite and welcoming I loved coming here. This is a trip I won't make again after today. I called 2 hours before coming to verify they were open and time of closing and made sure I didn't need to setup a reservation or anything. Upon arriving I walked to the door and knocked before entering. It took longer than expected to receive a welcome invitation or response but it wasn't anything to fuss about so I entered and walked in. I saw 2 other people to the far right who had glasses of wine and crackers out so I knew either they were still enjoying the wine tour or they were finishing up. No problem i was patient. I hadn't received a welcome or any type of response or conversation from the host. No acknowledgment whatsoever so I was just standing there as he continued conversating with the other 2 people who were in seats. He even said anyways back to what I was saying as if I interrupted him. After waiting and not being acknowledged for some time I decided it was best to leave I don't think anyone else would've stayed either. The guy then yelled out as I was half way out the door "Are you waiting on someone else". I said no and proceeded out the door. He was the worse person I encountered at a winery never in life have I been to a winery and had such a bad experience they've always been very welcoming and a great experience. This was awful and a waste of gas plus 1 hour and 30 min. in travel time.
This little hide away location is worth traveling to. You will enjoy the serenity and the tasteful muscadine wine. The owners are friendly. You can purchase a flight of three wines or a bottle and sip away in the quietness on the porch. They even have soft melodies playing in the back ground. I sampled the Hotlanta wine and it is spicy but smooth tasting. You'll love it! So, after you finish a day at the beach at a Calloway Gardens, take a drive to the winery.
We visited previously and loved the wines and our hosts each time. So much so, we got a case! This was our first visit back in a few years. The wines did not taste the same. Out of like 12 flavors, only Tribute seemed familiar. Granted, Hotlanta did as well, but still was a bit off. The host was okay. I just don't know what happened but it wasn't as enjoyable an experience and can't see a return trip in the future. Very unfortunate. But wish them the best.
Don't let the size of the building surprise you. It's very small, but I visited on July 4th and had a wonderful time. The host was knowledgeable and the wine was nice. The Hotlanta Red was a surprise, but worth trying. Loved the White House White.
I had the Best experience here ! I am here pregnant with all my friends and they provided me with non-acholoic beverages like yummy grape juices so I could join in on the fun. They are so kind and compassionate ! I felt right at home coming here . Highly recommend! 🍇
This is a new review as the business is under new ownership. Having enjoyed a couple of cases of wine from here over the years we decided to pop in after visiting the little white house. Everything looks the same however there's new flavors and the older ones are a bit different. All in all I'm still a fan of the winery and will return.
Oh goodness where do I start…first of all driving to this quaint little gem was an adventure with a detour and not sure if we would be able to visit… then a tight little drive on what appeared to be a residents driveway but signs say Winery…we pull into a small parking area.. with a small building and a residence. Inside the small building was a quaint little tasting room where we were greeted with open arms with the most exceptional host and great group and of people! We enjoyed our experience with Ms.Stella! She was very knowledgeable and quite the comedian! Thank you for making our 24th Anniversary very memorable! ❤️

Awesome hike w creeks and small bridges, cliffs and waterfalls!! It’s a moderate hike so make sure you watch your time!! Don’t want to get caught in the dark. Figure at least 3 hours of exploring. Dogs allowed on leash and there’s a primitive campground at the top. Didn’t see Odie Outlook. Next time!!
Great place to go and do an easy to moderate hike. I've only gone as far as Wolfs den, but you can go further past. Unsure of what the trail looks like past but up to wolf's den plenty of different terrain. Wear comfortable shoes. Take water. No restroom available except trees. However, trail was pretty busy, so that really wasn't an option either. Beautiful scenery.
Outstanding trail leading to the falls. It can be accessed by even young hikers and those with animals. A little muddy near the creek so where hiking shoes or old pair of sneakers. Not a big waterfall but very pretty with crystal clear water. A few small falls leading up to Cascade.
Pretty unusual terrain and very pretty hike. There are allot of different changes in the trail for a short hike. There are several pretty waterfalls.
A great 4 mile round trip hike. You pass 4 other, smaller falls on your way down. Plenty of places to stop and splash or rest or whatever. Cascade Falls isn't huge, but there is a nice pond at the bottom, and Wolf Den Cave (more of and indentation) is just past the falls. It's a great hike there and back with a decent amount of elevation change.
Good trail for beginner's. Nice waterfall.
This was a nice well kept trail. You cross over streams a few times, which might cause some troubles in the wet seasons, but we had no issues on our trip just walked on some rocks across.
Beautiful place to enjoy nature.

I was passing by and my wife wanted a bottle of wine. I walked in to a cool setting, very homey and welcoming people. The ladies were quick to find me a fun wine to take home. If you had time, this is a nice roost to perch at for a slow time of tastings.
The owner was very warm and knowledgable. Great variety of wines, beers, art and collectibles.....highly recommend for a break while shopping in Warm Springs.
Wonderful experience. Dixie is very knowledgeable and friendly. The wines are amazing. Highly recommend.
Such a hidden gem and Julie and Stella were so warm and friendly. Felt like family and the wine sampling was so much fun. Went knowing I was coming home with a favorite but ended up with something completely different. Worth the trip even with construction!!!
Family owned and operated. Quiet place to have a great beer or wine or other unique spirits. Very interesting place in a small town. The artwork and decor certainly can not be seen anywhere else and is not something you should miss. Attractive female staff. I would totally suggest this place for anyone trying to appear sophisticated or cultured.
Sonya the owner and Dawn your wine hostess, are not only very knowledgeable but they are fun to talk to. I ordered a beer flight and did a wine tasting, which I was honored enough to have the first have done by Sonya herself and then had it finished by Dawn who was my conductor and tour guide for the "wine train". Always have a blast when I'm there. Great atmosphere and very nostalgic backroom where they host various local musicians and such. It is decorated in old time movie memorabilia featuring a Houdini backdrop.
Husband and I visited this beautiful cozy little spot after having dinner st the bullock house. We decided to walk and enjoy the Christmas lights and found the wine Cellar while doing so. The owners are so very nice. I really enjoyed talking to them. The Husband. I forget names. But he told us all about the place and their paintings and his wood making. His wife and her friend was so sweet and fun to have a conversation with. I had a glass of peach wine which was amazing and sampled the blueberry which was also great. Purchased a bottle of peach to bring home. We will be visiting again very soon. I love this place. And they even had a fire in the firepit outside. Can't wait until my daughter is home so we can go do a wine tasting together. Thank yall for being so nice and making us feel welcome
My husband and I enjoyed a glass of wine after eating at The Bulloch House to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary. The outdoor seating was very relaxing and inviting. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable and chose a glass for each of us. The wines are all from GA wineries. We also purchased some local coffee and look forward to trying it. We hope to go back to try some of the local beers offered on tap. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Warm Springs.

I met the owners and you won’t find a nicer couple. They are down to earth, humble, loving, intelligent, interesting, and like I said just plain nice people. Fun fact about the owner, he was in the Charlie Daniels band. Go visit them and ask him about it and I promise you won’t be disappointed. He is a really interesting guy to talk to. I’m sure I over stayed my visit by far. His wife, I briefly spoke with because she was very busy with other customers, understandably, but she is just as an interesting lady as her husband. When I walked in I felt comfortable just as if I walked into my own parent’s house. Please go check them out and you won’t be disappointed. There are so much cool stuff to buy and look at. I definitely recommend Bluebird Cottage and gifts in Pine Mountain, Georgia. Just a mile or less from Callaway Gardens. My personal favorite was the candles that last for years, and made right here in the United States of America. Can’t beat them. Did I mention how NICE they were. Go check them out and tell them I said hello. Thanks.
Neat shop with some very cool items. Great service too!
Owned by a great couple. Incredible variety of gifts, and USA and locally made items.
Very nice store but even nicer owners! Extremely high quality products at very reasonable prices! Great place to buy unique gifts! We will definitely be back!
Nice little Veteran-owned/operated store. Bought some American made goods, and had good conversation, once he found out my Father was also a Vietnam Veteran.
Lovely couple selling all American products. The candles are stunning and they are always adding new things.
Sweet! The owners are delightful people, the gift selection is awesome! I found a couple of gifts and made new friends too. I'd say that's a good deal.
I enjoyed visiting the cottage again. We dropped in on the 4th. She has such cute stuff and the prices are reasonable. I hope to be back next year. And a big thank you for letting my 2 little fur babies in on a very hot day!💕

My husband and I had the best time at the sanctuary’s Twilight Tour. It was truly amazing seeing all their animals and how they care for them. It’s inspiring what they’re doing for the plight of farmed animals. I’d 100% recommend visiting them for a tour or volunteer day sometime!
Such an amazing sanctuary! The people are extremely nice and the animals are deeply loved.
This farm sanctuary is such a gift to the animal world. After spending a day here with my daughter, I wanted to be a volunteer here! If we didn’t live so far away, I would do it. Glad my daughter was able to be a part of this quiet, peaceful farm.
We loved our visit to the sanctuary. We saw the resident animals being so well taken care of . We learned a lot about their lives . This place is peaceful and quiet . Educational and must see experience.
My mom and I had a wonderful time visiting the animals at Full Circle Farm Sanctuary! Thank you very much to Lane and Jim for our guided tour. I was surprised there was such a large group of visitors, but it was amazing to see so many families interested in animal welfare! We got to meet, feed and pet many of the friendly animals. They all had a story of where they came from and names which I love the most. For example Brando the pig and his merry troupe :3
Cool, I have a homestead near by. I raise rabbits, chickens, turkeys, geese and ducks. I have a sustainable farm I raise them as humanely as I can. I visited a farm in Cuba and model offer that. I also have an orchard and big garden. Half of my land is keep natural my own personal private wildlife refuge.
A lovely and beautiful sanctuary for rescued animals! Gorgeous views from the main house and the animals are clearly loved and cared for. Staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cared for each animal's story and needs. Will be returning!
What a wonderful sanctuary! Came on a tour day and got to meet so many happy and healthy animals The woman who lead us was so informative and taught us so many interesting things about them Loved my time and now I want to volunteer Please donate! Every dollar counts!!
