I'm a sucker for mini-golf, but when there's one out in Tualatin that has courses based on famous golf courses, you bet I'll be there! So, my husband and I drove an hour to the golf club and were amazed at how well-maintained the property was. We went on a Friday late morning, and the parking lot was a little full, but not overcrowded. The staff members were welcoming, and since it was our first time there, they showed us where to go for the courses. When I found out it was only $6 per person, I couldn't believe it! That's the best pricing I've ever had for 18 rounds of mini-golf. Mind you, these aren't your normal spinning lighthouses or a hippo with its mouth open. These are famous golf courses that have shrunk to, well, mini-sized. I'd suggest these courses are more of a medium level of difficulty. The courses are well-maintained and clean, and you understand where to go. There are benches around to kick back and view the scenery. It's quiet and peaceful. I will commute that hour to come out here more often. I highly recommend it! Tualatin Island Greens will be added to my list of activities to have a good time.
I took a 30 minute lesson from Garrett. He focused on my swing, helped me with my grip, my turn and follow through. It was an excellent lesson! By the end I was hitting my driver and fairway woods better than ever! Garrett is a superb teacher and really knows the golf swing! He also is a good “ sports psychologist “ and helped me with the mental aspects of my game.
This was my second lesson with Garrett. He is very informative and helpful. All employs at Island Greens are very nice and cordial. I love this driving range. They offer so much.
Garret Koster is an excellent instructor. I hadn't taken a golf lesson in 40 years and in an hour I had my old swing back! He is patient, sees what needs to be done and makes it happen. Interestingly I continued to hit golf balls after the session was over and he was teaching someone on an adjacent pad. Three out of my last 5 shots hit near the green and the last one by the pin. I looked at him and he said "I saw that, good work." I quit while I was ahead! Thank you Garret!
This was such a fun hour! We putted 18 holes for $7 each and had so much fun!
Garrett is my go to instructor here at Tualatin Island Greens. He understands the things that hold me back from achieving the ball striking goals I have for myself. He is able to communicate to me how to stop using my hands and arms, my smaller muscles, and instead use the larger muscles of my core, to gain speed, consistency, and distance in a much easier swing. I wish I had such an instructor decades ago.
I have had many golf lessons with numerous teachers, but Garrett is the best and the most helpful. He will take you where you are and take you to the next level.
We LOVE this place. Like we don't even wanna review so we can keep this gem of a secret lol but the secret has been out and we wanna keep their stars up because this place rocks. $6 for some mini golf? Yes please! Used to be 5 and a buck increase is understandable and welcome. Thank you for keeping it affordable to us families. Fun streams running thru the course. Always a good fun. Saw a bunny last time even. Still haven't gotten par for the course but we are getting better, at least I'm still smoking my hubs 😆

Where do I even begin? Walking into the gun department at Cabela’s/Bass Pro Shops, I was simply looking to purchase a new rifle—but what I got was an unforgettable experience, thanks entirely to one extraordinary individual: Joe. Joe is, without a doubt, the gold standard of customer service. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, he greeted me with an energy that was both genuine and contagious. In a world where great service is becoming increasingly rare, Joe was an absolute breath of fresh air. His deep knowledge, calm confidence, and infectious enthusiasm for firearms transformed a simple transaction into something far more meaningful. He wasn’t just selling me a rifle, he was guiding me through an experience. He asked insightful questions to understand exactly what I was looking for, listened intently, and offered thoughtful recommendations without ever being pushy. Joe made sure I not only felt confident in my purchase, but excited and empowered. His attention to detail and commitment to getting things right was astounding. But what truly sets Joe apart is his passion. You can tell he loves what he does, and that radiates in every interaction. He’s not just an employee, he’s an ambassador for the brand, the sport, and the outdoor lifestyle. It's rare to meet someone who blends professionalism, expertise, and heart so seamlessly. People like Joe are exactly why I keep coming back to Cabela's/Bass Pro Shops. He’s the kind of person who turns customers into loyal fans. In my book, he’s not just a great employee, he’s an irreplaceable asset to your team. Give that man a raise, a medal, a trophy—something! Because Joe is a legend.
We make it a point to stop in if we find one during our travels. This one is quite a bit smaller than others, but we really enjoyed their selection of Oregon themed shirts. The bear skeleton is pretty cool too.
Its a Cabelas nuff said. I love the animal mounts and displays. Clean and well kept. Great inventory. Helpful staff. Only thing id dock points for is their fish tanks. They might need someone to come in and evaluate the water conditions. Some of the fish weren't looking too hot .
Loads of stuff for everything related to fishing and other outdoor activities. The whole store was decorated in bright colors for Halloween. They had a special table for trick or treat! We went there to get a hunting licence to visit a shooting range. The guys at the counter were very helpful and knowledgeable about the process. Very large store format with a tasteful ambiance.
Yaay. Time for waders with Jim and Doug and a fenwick HMG salmon rod 8.6 mhfs with Bryce, Amanda the cashier!! Helpful and friendly staff, lots of things to buy!!
It's like they created the great outdoors itself & put it all into a single store. This is exactly what I love about the western US.
Picked up a rifle last weekend and had a great experience at the gun counter. I want to give major credit to Roberto — he was knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. If you’re planning a gun build, I highly recommend talking to him. No BS, just honest advice and solid guidance. It’s great knowing the folks behind the counter actually know their stuff and care about helping customers get what they need.
I used to be able to walk into this store and easily find big and tall clothes. Mostly now the main pants size I find is 42 not much after that. Then finding some one to talk to in the fishing department. It's like I need to find genies lamp from Aladdin and wish for some one. Oh then what Is with those red banners coming down from the ceiling. It was like some one was about to perform some dark ritual.

Went for the Sunflower Festival and had an amazing time! We came back with a gorgeous bouquet (12 huge blooms in a cute vase for just $30!) It was over 100 degrees the day we went, but we cooled off with a delicious shave ice and there were a few water misters around to stand under to keep cool. They had food available but we opted to bring our own snacks in a cooler in the car. There was also a huge store area where we purchased some goodies to take home (the peach raspberry pie was delicious 🤤) I don't have any children so we didn't do much of the other activities, but all the kids around were having a blast on the bounce pad, slides, and other various forms of entertainment for little ones. There's also an area where you can pet horses and goats, and the goats were just so cute. This will definitely be a new August tradition 🌻
Just go! This place is run with such care and attention to details! We had coffees, hard ciders, kettle corn, all perfect! Animals all seemed happy! Beautiful landscaping. Perfect way to spend an afternoon ✨💕✨
My husband and I had a great time walking thru the fields and getting some amazing photos! There were some nice areas to relax and get a snack. There were also activities for kids, so great for families. I loved the gift shop, the produce was beautiful. We purchased some delicious peaches!
Wonderful sunflower festival! We loved taking a dozen home in the French pail. We'll worth the time and money.
We loved it! Perhaps if the start time was 1 hour later it wouldnt be so hot! But overall it was lovely. Highly recommend!
Went for my Birthday it was wonderful. Had a great time was a beautiful sight to see. The staff and food was to die for. Definitely going back.
Cute place to visit for a couple hours. It would be a great deal to take kids here with their activities. Food is a little expensive, enough so that we didn't bother eating here.
We were first timers at the Sunflower Festival Dinner in the Farm event. First, the setting was amazing, being among all of the variety of Sunflowers! Second, the attention given by the staff at the dinner was top tier! We never "wanted" for anything at the dinner, the staff was all over it AND so friendly! Lastly, the food was OUTSTANDING! Farm to Table, Fresh and TASTY! We LOVED everything about the event including the live music! We may have been first timers, but now we are Yearly Attendees!!

Beautiful setting, lots of paved walking paths and easy access to the river. Kayak & canoe rentals available with small dock for putting in on the Tualatin. River runs slow and smooth. Convenient parking, picnic tables available as well. Was only there to paddle board so didn't get to explore the whole park. Nice hidden gem for the community.
Great place to launch a kayak or a paddle board for a float down the river. $35dollars to rent a one person for two hours or $45 for a two person during the summer time. Dog friendly on a leash. Public restrooms.
Great place to spend the afternoon. Very easy to walk, and you visit throughout the year, you get to see all the brilliant colors this space has to offer!
Had a great time walking around the park and taking pictures. From the parking lot on the left you can enter with kayaks. It was fairly easy and the water was calm and clean. Beautiful river to enjoy.
Nice little park along the Tualatin River. Has a small walking boat launch suitable for kayaks, canoes and paddleboards. There are seasonal kayak rentals onsite. Great access point on the Tualatin River- if you’ve never paddled before it’s an excellent place to learn in very still water. Good sized parking lot and clean bathrooms. Good spot to walk dogs
Super cool Park. It has a kayak, canoe, raft and sup rental building and a dock going to the river. I am super excited to find this place as I was looking for glass hearts #sharethelovetualatin it has a super cool old barn and a couple of walk bridges that are cool. It also has a really nice bathroom that was open in Feb. so that was nice and it was clean. I got a picture of a bunny hopping into the barn & a nutria over by the water. I will definitely be coming back especially to check out Alder Creek rentals & to look for glass hearts 😁😁 I would definitely recommend for an enjoyable walking park
It's a very beautiful park along the Tualatin River! Nice short and easy trails! Wildlife, water lilies pond, picnic tables and nice restrooms! There is even kayak/canoe rentals too!! Family friendly park!!
Such an amazing park. I go here at least once a week for a walk around the park. The forest and pond make for some of the best wildlife sightings you’ll get right outside of Portland. I love photographing the beautiful flowers and birds along the trail. Well kept path and bathrooms plus free parking. So much to do and see. Highly recommended for a nice relaxing walk in nature.

I've been to this venue about 6 times for various of events either put on by the local Tualatin chamber of commerce or have been invited to golf. Amazing greens and the staff is impressive. Highly recommend
I absolutely loved the huge trees lining the fairways. And the old school feel with postage stamp greens just adds to the beauty of this course.
Beautiful space for dining and parties. The golf course is gorgeous. It's just an overall great place to visit and hang out.
We’ve been going there for a banquet for several years. It’s a very nice venue, nice facilities. My only complaint is that the food has been the same for several years and the serving size is pretty small. That maybe just our planning of the event. Everyone there seems very friendly though.
Wow played there today, unbelievable shape, just fantastic. Greens firm and fast, fairways perfect. Cant wait to go back. Thanks Bob
Very nice course, well kept and in great condition. This was my first time there and played in a company sponsored tournament. I can't speak for the membership but the guests were great. Didn't test out the pool but it looked pretty nice. I do not think this is a public course just membership only...so you can be the judge on what that is all about.
The worst managed country club in the country. The president and the board should all be fired.
First time I've been here. I didn't even realize it was tucked into this location. I attended an event so I can't do a solid review of the course but the service, food and atmosphere was great. A few minor improvements would really take it up a star but since they are currently undergoing what appears to be a fairly large update, my followup visit in the Spring (on my calendar) to try out the course may change my rating.

Received a green envee facial for Christmas and was able to use it today! Jill and team were so wonderful from booking to checking out. The space is clean and relaxing, the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. I feel rejuvenated and my skin is glowing. Can’t wait to go again! 💕
This place is seemingly slept on! The medical grade treatments offered here are priced more competitively than anywhere I've seen in PDX metro. Being from Boston area, the prices are substantially more competitive the BOS metro and NYC too. I am currently doing a 3 pack of the Exion on my face for acne scarring from my teen years and am optimstic about the results. I will post before and after photos 4 weeks after the last treatment. Super stoked I found this gem ! If youre like me and have self esteem issues due to facial imperfections, I suggest you research Exion RF Microneedling. I found out high maintenance is the first derm spa to get it out here and amongst only a handful in the state that actually have it. Really advanced technology promising unprecedented results for a non invasive procedure. Thanks! I'll be back...
My wife went here for what she claims is the best RF Microneedling Tualatin has to offer. She said the entire staff was extremely kind and they made her feel so comfortable. She also was glowing when she came home. If you ever need RF Microneedling, go to this place. I highly recommend it especially if you are looking for a nice gift for your wife!
Jill explained her facial recommendations and i look forward to my appointment. Tx
I flew to Oregon just for the RF microneedling at this place in Tualatin! I had a friend who couldn’t stop talking about how great it was and she showed me her before and after pics so I had to check it out. Jill (the owner) was amazing and I felt like a brand new person by the time I left. Best RF Microneedling right there in Tualatin OR!!
This place is wonderful! Everyone is very nice and welcoming. I have had 6 laser hair removal treatments done by Amanda she is phenomenal! She always makes sure I’m comfortable. I looked for about a year before I decided on a laser place and I am so glad I found Amanda! I highly recommend her you will not be disappointed!
I absolutely love Stephanie, whom I’ve been going to for a couple years now for various laser treatments. She makes me feel confident that I’m in the best hands. She checks in regularly to make sure I’m still feeling comfortable, and is knowledgeable about products to avoid for my sensitive skin. Her communication and sensitivity to my unique concerns are primary reasons I hope to be a client for many more years.
First time getting microdermabrasion done on my face. Bella was great and the atmosphere was really relaxing. She was really gentle and the facial massage felt great. The receptionist was really warm & friendly as well. Office was clean and cozy. I can definitely see a difference in my skin’s texture. Can’t wait to see the results after my next two treatments.

I've never had a bad experience here. They have a wonderful selection of plants, fish and, of course, water features. Employees are very knowledgeable and happy to educate you if desired. The grounds are well upkept and absolutely gorgeous. You'll enjoy a walk through this outdoor store even if you're not buying!
We recently purchased a beautiful fountain from Hughes Water Gardens, and we absolutely love it! The quality and design are top-notch, making it a stunning addition to our property. The delivery team was fantastic—they set everything up perfectly, allowing us to enjoy our new fountain right away. While we were there, we also fell in love with their enchanting lily ponds. They’ve inspired us to start thinking about adding a pond to our property in the future. The variety and beauty of their water features are truly inspiring. If you’re looking for high-quality fountains and exceptional service, we highly recommend Hughes Water Gardens. Their expertise and friendly staff make the whole experience delightful.
Wow I am totally blown away. Who knew this place existed! I searched for pond supplies and found it and are we ever glad. They have so many fountains and ponds and flowers and plants and more. Lovely drive through the country to get there was an additional bonus for us. We meandered along a pathway past old growth bamboo around a large pond and found a secreted waterfalls, places to sit and ponder or just relax. The staff we talked to were very knowledgeable and friendly, eager to share tidbits with us or answer questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will be back. Oh we found exactly what we needed to repair our fountain and a kit to build another.
Getting ready to replace the liner in my pond and expand it.I'll be there as soon as they open today. The BEST place in the Portland area for pond supplies. Been going there for many years.
So pretty and everyone was super helpful! My back is injured, and without having to ask they got the plants out for me, bagged them, wheeled them up front and loaded them into my car. The place absolutely beautiful and worth the trip just for a walk around the grounds.
Great people, excellent help on plants and water features. Always go there to get reliable answers to my questions. Thanks Hughes Team!
Wow!! Amazing. Absolutely stunning. Love this place. Grounds are stunning. LOTS of variety of water plants, friendly, knowledgeable staff and beautiful Koi. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommend.
Staff is so helpful. I love their helpful input on plants, water feature stuff and have been a great help in ordering parts. They've made maintaining a large water feature much more manageable without the hard learning lessons.

Had a blast doing “Cell Block”, 4 twelve year olds and 1 adult. We made it with 52 seconds to spare. Our warden (Ryan) was very kind, fun and helpful when needed! Will definitely be back with another group of cryptologists soon!
So much fun! Our group of 4 were able to finish with 3 minutes to spare on Cell Block. Can't wait to go back!
Came here as a staff event for work and had a great time working through one of the rooms together. Staff was amazing and the room we had was definitely challenging and creative. Now I want to come back and do their other rooms 😁
Booked the two person experience "Two to Tango." Had an awesome time! Caleb was our host, and he was super helpful. The room was set up beautifully. My husband and I have done at home "escape room in a box" type games and it was really cool to do it in an actual space.
Escape Space Games has incredibly creative, immersive puzzles and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere that I always look forward to. The Castaway room is one of my favorite rooms of all time. My kids also love playing the escape rooms here, which are very family friendly. At this point we've done them all and will definitely be coming back as soon as there are more!
I did the Cell Block room with my parents, husband, brother, and his girlfriend. I've done a handful of escape rooms and Cell Block was the best I've ever done by far! It was so creative and there are twists and turns. It was challenging, yet we felt like we were making progress the whole time. Our "warden" was wonderful! I didn't catch his name, but he was college-aged. Super kind and flexible when it came to giving us clues. We really appreciated him!
This was an Amazing amount of fun! And super challenging! We did the Cell Block room as a family of 4. Our boys (14 and 18) loved it! The staff were really great! We will definitely be back to try the other 3 rooms and bring friends and family.
Our family of 4 did the Castaways room and it was terrific. It was just the right amount of difficulty with both mental and physical challenges. Above all, it was unique and creative and we had a lot of fun. When we asked for clues, they were helpful and specific. I'll definitely go back to do other rooms.

I was very impressed with the service department at this location. My pedal had stripped the threads out of my crank arm, so I assumed I was going to have to buy at least a new arm, if not a whole new crank set. But when I took it in, they were able to ream the aluminum crank arm slightly, and create new larger threads. Then they simply installed a steel insert, specifically for this purpose, which my pedal fit perfectly and it's better than new! The whole thing cost me $28 and about 20 min. I was very pleasantly surprised! I think most bike shops would have simply told me to buy a new crank arm.
Poor customer service. Went in to have a wheel checked to see if it was out of balance. Walked into service where there were 2 guys sitting down on computer not working on bikes. Barely acknowledged I was there. Told them what I needed. I was told that I could not drop anything off for repair until the end of week on Saturday. If I wanted to make an appointment I would have to wait at least 10 days. After driving up there from Salem not the service I expected. I drove to a local bike shop in Salem, what a difference, it took him 5 minutes to put my wheel on truing stand to tell me my wheel was fine. They also didn't even charge me. I have been a performance member for several years and a loyal customer. I will not be renewing my membership and will be making my biking purchases elsewhere.
Satisfaction guarantee means nothing! Had a girls bike that had been in service for less than 4 months, a problem arose with the front derailer. Took it into the shop, first mechanic looked at it and said leave it, it needed a new cable. Picked up , wasn't fixed, brought it back, told I would need to now spend $60 plus the $25 already spent to fix it. Went home, looked through paperwork, saw the satisfaction guarantee. Took it back, spoke with arrogant Chad, a manager there. They wanted to fix it, 17 days later! I told them I lost confidence in the safety of the bike and wanted my money back, based on the guarantee and it breaking in less than 4 months of service. Then Chad proceeds to say, we will charge you $90 bucks to take it back, leaving me with not much towards a new bike. I told him NO WAY, the bike was in service for 4 months and didn't need a $90 tune to prep for resale. Chad continued with attitude and wanted to argue, even conceding that Schwinn wasn't a good brand, basically agreeing with my point of poor workmanship. And this attitude was in front of my 8 year old daughter. At one point, he said if he took the bike back, they would just throw it in the trash, in front of my daughter which made her start to cry. I told him I have spent nearly 1K in this store over the last year and will start telling everyone in LO not to shop there. He finally relented and gave me my money back after basically telling me never to step foot in the store again. I asked him if I was "banned" from the store and he said it was my choice, I told him with his shady mechanics and not standing behind their 365 day satisfaction guarantee, I will shop at a local store concerned about customer service, not their bottom line. Shame on you Chad and Performance Bikes. Buy local, put these national dealers out of business.
Condescending employees. Took my bike in to get a spoke fixed. It is not a high-class bike and I'm just a casual person who rides his cheap bike occasionally. They treated me like I didn't matter and they didn't fix my bike for two weeks. They laughed about it when I called and asked when my bike would be ready. I went in another time and asked for some advice and this sweet old guy employee told me to shop somewhere else, and I will pass that advice on to you, shop somewhere else.
Probably one of the worst costumer services experiences I have ever had. First of all, it took me two+ weeks to get an appointment for a routine service. I only came to this joke of a place after being given a "performance service plan" card by Performance Bike as a gift from a friend when I bought my road bike. The people, or "men" were not even friendly when I brought my bike in and told me I was suppose to drop it off several days before my actual appointment was, which was not mentioned to me on the phone when I made the appointment. I had also mentioned my break pads getting low but the guy who took my bike told me they looked totally fine and don't need to be replaced. Later that day I get a call from a different guy saying the lower bracket needs to be replaced and also the break pads....hmmm do you just want my money? I specifically asked them how much it would be to repair this bracket and pads and I was told 8 bucks each for the pads and 25 for the bracket TOTAL. I told them to go ahead and perform the services since it seemed like a decent price. But of course when I picked up the bike, there was a total charge of 98 bucks!!! $41 in parts and $58 in labor, seriously?!? Nothing about labor was mentioned, let alone being almost $60 dollars! I explained this to the guy and he didn't have anything to say but that "we could probably use some work on giving people better quotes." No discount or anything, besides what I got from this dumb performance card plan. And they definitely didn't help me outside with my bike! You'd think being a lady, they would at least do this after messing up. Nope.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I've been to this store many times since it opened and have always been disappointed with the service at this store, but my last interaction was the worst: We ordered tires from this store that were not in stock, when they came in, they were the wrong size. In the most condescending tone the mechanic, Peter, told me they were the right size (even though the numbers on the tires were off) and he said I probably don't know what I'm doing, but he could install them and charge me $12.99ea. I knew he was wrong so I said OK (again, the tires were clearly the wrong size). Sure enough, I get a call that they were the wrong size (duh!). When we tried to exchange them for the correct ones, he gave us hell again. I understand mistakes happen. It wasn't the situation that made me upset, it was Peter's horrible attitude. Seriously, you shouldn't be called a bike mechanic if you don't know how tire sizes work. I like the products and prices at performance, and I have had great experiences at the Beaverton location, but I will never come to this location again.
This is an older review I should have posted earlier but I'm reminded when I realize this is my LBS and I do not want to shop here. I went in to this shop to find wheel hardware for a wheel set I was building. The gentleman working the service area with a significant amount of attitude started to find the spokes and nipples (all stored off-shelf) that I inquired about. He could not be bothered to help count out what I was looking to purchase and walked away out of the blue (I still needed an invoice to bring to the counter since these are not price-tagged items). I asked another much friendlier employee if they could finish helping me out. Not a great experience, but I got what I was looking for. Later I realized we had miscounted by two spoke nipples so I returned to the shop and was flat out ignored by this same employee. I'm a former mechanic of 10 years and I know things can get busy/frustrating so I patiently waited for him (~15 minutes of silence) but he instead attended to the next person to walk up, continuing to ignore me. Still not sure what I did to offend this guy beyond try to buy something (wish I had his name to share). Totally unacceptable, apathetic, borderline hostile service.
I was treated so nicely the first time I came in, but that was the only time. After waiting three weeks for an item that was supposed to be there in a couple of days, getting blank looks when I came in to the store to check on the order (because they never called as promised) and absolutely HORRENDOUS treatment from the mechanic, PETER, who acted as if it was my fault that the wrong item came in, I will not be going back to this store. It would have been so nice to have a local Tualatin bike shop to take my bike for tune-ups and recommend to my biking friends, but I will continue to make the trip to Beaverton and make my purchases with the very nice people at Bike Gallery.

My comments are to respond to Alyssa and others who have only gone to Massage Envy once or twice. I have been to ME a number of times over a couple if years. I had only once that my appt. got rescheduled. Life happens. Businesses have to keep employees safe in uncertain weather--clients, too. Enployees have children with unpredicted needs, get ill, again--life happens. I have gone twice to the other business mentioned. Trust me, the front desk and therapists I have had at ME are respectful and skilled. A couple people have moved on and I wish they hadn't, but I have had exactly the massage or facial I needed each time. Give Massage Envy another chance. Also, let them know what you need. No two customers are the same. A great massage needs some feedback from the 'massagee' so that the therapist can be effective. ME has truly earned 5 stars from me...every time.
BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION! I have had SEVERAL bad experiences happen at this Massage Envy. In fact, don't use Massage Envy, go with Hand and Stone. I have been a member of Massage Envy for many years and have acquired so many credits. I have been trying to use all of my credits, so that I can cancel my membership due to the experiences I have had here. I am a new mom who works a regular 40 hour work week. I don't have much down time to myself, so I look forward to the days I have an hour lunch when I can schedule a massage. It's the rare chance I have to unwind and relax. In the past few weeks, I have had my appointment suddenly canceled with little to no notification. The first time, I was understanding as things can come up and happily rescheduled with them for the following week. The following week came and they told me they had to reschedule my appointment again. I expressed my frustration as I had already been reschedule only days before. They said they would add a half credit to my account for my inconvenience. I don't need the extra credits as I already have way too many, but I was once again trying to be reasonable and accepted their offer. My next appointment went as scheduled. After that appointment, I scheduled to have an hour massage during my lunch break today. I went to the store today as I hadn't received any notification that the appointment was cancelled. In fact, I received a voicemail yesterday afternoon saying that my appointment was scheduled as planned. When I got to the store, there was a printed notice on the door saying that due to inclement weather, they wouldn't be open today. I understand that it had snowed overnight , but the roads were able to be driven on today - I know as I had no issue driving in my 2-wheel drive car. Also, they were clearly able to make it in to post the notice. I don't understand how they weren't able to call their customers to cancel the appointments for the day if they had no issue driving in to post the notice on the door. To be very clear, I do NOT want credits added to my account. I want to be able to take my credits and add them to gift cards as I don't want to have to continue to pay monthly for massages that I clearly can't seem to get since they constantly want to cancel/reschedule my appointments. I wish I could cancel now, but the company has an insane cancellation policy that requires you to have to use all credits on your account within 30 days of your cancellation - not reasonable since I have well over 20. I sincerely hope the manager of this location will take this seriously and do whatever they can to fix the situation in a matter that will satisfy this customer. I have been more than reasonable so far.
Its not about the customer, its all about them. My experience at massage envy put them in the same category of feelings I have toward Comcast cable company (not good feelings). In February I bought a 3 month massage pack for my girlfriend to use one per month over the next three months. I was very clear upon my purchase that I only intended to pay for 3 massages. However, they had me sign and initial paperwork locking me in to payments without verbally communicating it. In addition to the 3 massages I had paid for in advance they began charging me each month for an additional massage once per month. When I noticed it on my bank statement and tried to correct the problem they told me it was somewhere in the pages and pages of stuff they make you initial and sign. In addition they told me that to cancel it I couldn't do it over the phone and I would have to physically come in and sign cancellation papers! I'm not the type of person to take no for an answer when I feel that something unjust has occurred but there was no reasoning with the woman on the other end of the phone. Have the people over there never heard of customer service? They obviously care more about scamming people for 60$ at a time than having returning customers. Bad business. A sad ending to this story is that my girlfriend never wound up going in for any of her 3 massages and in fact I wound up paying for 6 massages by the time I noticed the leeching of extra money from my account. In summary 60$ per massage for 6 massages= 360$ for nobody to do any work. Sweet deal for massage envy but a serious rip off for the customer. Unless you are a fan of hidden charges made difficult to reverse and enjoy a snooty attitude from the person on the other end of the phone line AVOID MASSAGE ENVY!
By far the worst experience with massage envy since being a member, this is by far the closest one to me but I will continue to go out of my way because I’m always having issues when I schedule here and the bad thing is this is usually the easiest one to get an appointment at but now I see why. Two of the six bad experiences I had here they chose to take another known customer over the appointment I scheduled online and then try to say I didn’t schedule it smh this is the last time I even try with this location.
For the price, its good. Especially if you find a therapist you like. You do need to book in advance. It would be nice if there was a possibility of getting in same day if you called in the morning, but I've never had luck with that. I'm grandfathered in at $50/month. I think it's $60 now. The 1 star reviews are a little harsher than necessary.
They told me the the total for my appointment over the phone before I got there, and after my appointment my total was about $30 more. The reception was very unpleasant and said it was required to tip the massage therapist. The massage therapist I had was very socially awkward which made me uncomfortable. I 100% do not recommend THIS massage envy. Everything people have said before me is very true as well, this place does not care about the customer.
Would suggest NOT doing business with this establishment under any circumstance. It is been over six months since I expressly canceled my membership with this location. I had to place a block on my CC account to get them to stop making illegitimate and fraudulent charges to my card. Finally, I had to cancel my entire CC account as they continued billing to my account even after multiple requests to STOP! Once again, this is extremely poor business practice as the last inexcusable charge occurred well over six months after I had my last communication or business dealings with Massage Envy.
I tried to make arrangements over the phone for a surprise birthday massage for my brother. The manager, Debbie, was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. I was able to successfully make this happen at another location w/o any issues. For some reason, it was not possible here. Debbie should probably be sent to some sort of customer service training.

Stopped by for drinks and lunch the other day and man is this a nice place, almost unrealistically clean and nicely decorated. You can tell the co-owner was very concerned about the quality of what he was serving which I find to be an important factor in these kinds of establishments and you can tell he really cares about the bar. Their sliders are freaking penomenal! The mozz sticks were fried to perfection... They were piping hot and fresh. They have pinball and an amazing saltwater fish tank. Psst- ask the owner about the fish and he will tell all. Super friendly establishment with great vibes. I will definitely be coming back.
Wow. I was so surprised by this place. Brisket quesadilla was quite impressive. Double burger I had was great. Fries were great. One of the others in the group thought his french dip was salty, but I didn't try it. Will be back.
Great place, friendly servers very tentative. We came in on our first visit in a long time. We recently moved back to the area. The place was nicely remodeled and bright. Immediately after entering we're greeted with a friendly smile and a how's it going. Customer service is exceptional. There was only one bartender when we got there, but this did not hinder the quality of service. The bartender was able to make sure we were taken care of as well as many others patrons. Really impressed with this place. Plenty of big screen TV's for sports stay linked with all the games. Looking forward to March Madness at this place. Will be back soon!
Found by accident. Great food! Hubby said his French dip was best he ever had. I had their basic cheeseburger. Nice charbroiled flavor and comes with good crispy fries. Friendly service, reasonable prices.
Clean place, good pours. Decent tap selection. Pool table and digital jukebox.couple of big screens for sports and pricing that won't kill your buzz... Overall a nice low key watering hole tucked in to an unassuming location. My favourite kind of place.
This bar used to be amazing before they changed names. The BBQ is amazing, but the last couple times I've been in they have been out, and that's the entire reason I go to this place. The staff has been either amazing or oblivious. The pool tables are okay, but there's only two. Also, sometimes the crowd gets obnoxious with the jukebox, but that could just be my taste in music.
This place is pretty cool for a hole in the wall bar that's connected to a shopping center. Only been there twice but I think they serve Chinese food. The drinks are great, strong poor but not too bad. Bartender are really nice but don't expect them to make you an Old Fashioned or any fancy drink. Sticks your Jack and Coke or your vodka 7-Up
Its a fun little spot ;-) karaoke was on scene especially with the DJ's nephew he lit the place up with his voice! Not much room to dance but we all made room! Adam the bartender was awesome and we kept it pretty busy with our wild bunch! Adam kept up with out missing a beat! This was our first time going in and we loved it hopefully we will be back soon! Keep it awesome Adam and we will back.
