Willowbrook Wildlife Clinic is awesome! One night I saw a dead possum that was hit by a car and noticed 5 of her babies were still alive. I collected the little guys and kept them overnight, unsure of what to do. Someone on Facebook recommended Willowbrook so I gave them a call. They would take the babies! I made the drive out there and the staff was very kind and helpful. The entire site is a wonderful dedicated space to wildlife rehabilitation and education. Next time I visit, I will bring the kids to enjoy the walking path, scenery and various animals. NOTE: No pets allowed on paths.
I had brought in an injured baby bird to their hospital, and first off the hospital and grounds are very nice, and the staff was very nice. They took down my information and told me I could call for an update which I really appreciated. Unfortunately my bird didn’t make it, but the woman I spoke to over the phone for the update was extremely nice and even with the sad news she was comforting it was obviously a better outcome than him not making it in the wild. I just appreciate such a nice staff that probably has so many intakes especially this time of year, that they even take the time to speak with you for updates. They would be a first choice for me moving forward and I look forward to continuing to support their organization.
Caught this little baby possum in my chicken coop. Mom, no where to be found and one down the road we saw had gotten hit. Took "Brian" as we named him here where they said they would get him with his own and get him healthy and then released into the forest! They offered that we can call and check on him and see how he is and even find out later which forest he is in🥰 wonderful people that actually truly care🥰 looking forward to camping and getting updates
I did a summer camp here, and it was awesome! I got to feed the animals and see a hawk get set free.
Do not bring animals here. It’s incredibly disheartening and honestly misleading that this place calls itself a conservation center, because their actions show the exact opposite. I’ve brought in two injured animals now—both times hoping they’d get the care and compassion they deserved—and both times, without hesitation, they were euthanized. No updates, no effort to treat or rehabilitate, just immediate termination. After reading other people’s experiences, it’s clear this isn’t just bad luck—it’s a pattern. Euthanizing animals seems to be their default approach, likely because it’s quicker, cheaper, and easier than actually doing the work required to help them heal. If you genuinely care about wildlife, please reconsider bringing them here. Next time I encounter an injured animal, I’ll be driving the extra distance to the wildlife center in Barrington. They actively work to treat, rehabilitate, and release animals whenever possible. They’re transparent, compassionate, and committed to doing what’s right. It’s heartbreaking to think of the animals who never get that chance because they end up at the Dupage conservation center instead. Conservation means protecting life, not discarding it when it’s inconvenient
My experience was very depressing. I took a tiny mouse in and they tell me they can not keep it because it needed 24 hour attention. They killed it. Today I took a baby bird that had all its feathers that my cat had gotten a hold of. It was recovering and they said they didn't treat that kind of bird. What kind of place is this? They killed that bird. I will never ever go back there or send people there
I called about a little baby bird that I find outside of its nest. While they weren’t able to help because it’s not a native bird, the lady on the phone was still SOOO kind and pointed me in the right direction of someone who was able to help. Anytime I’ve had wildlife animal emergencies they’ve always been extremely kind and helpful!
Found a severely injured bunny this morning. We were lucky that this place was open and willing to take the bunny right away. Really nice facility, clean, efficient, and they took the poor little thing right to the back. I was very grateful for everyone’s help.

Great theater associate with College of DuPage offers a lot of free films in their beautiful auditorium alongside artist exhibitions. Adorable concession area and lovely discussions post films!! Lots of parking too!
Really enjoyed the Hokusai exhibit here! Lots of information and a huge selection of art and history!
Went to the Hokusai & Ukiyo-e: The Floating World installation with the Cloissone collection from ITALY never before seen in the United States. Unforgettable experience, I went for my birthday with my partner, then went back with my best friend before it left mid-September because I had such a great time. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The immersion part of the exhibit that took you "back in time" to Hokusai's world was unexpected and very cool. We all absolutely loved it & will be keeping an eye out for future adventures here!
Beautiful place and really large. We came here in 2021 for the Frida 2021 exhibit. There was so much to see and the venue was able to carry a lot of items to look at. We had a fun time and the gift shop was stocked with a lot of different options. Bags, coasters, cups, you name it. The prices are pretty reasonable. There is also an outdoor area with a garden. Very beautiful and clean.
Beautiful Hokusai exhibit. Professional and well staffed. Great facility, nice courtyard and cafe. Very pleased to experience the venue for this event.
Hokusai & Ukiyo-e | The Floating World We saw a series of wonderful exhibits about the art and culture of Edo period Japan. I learned how modern Manga art started in the early 1800s. I had no idea! What a great Museum, here on College of DuPage's campus. I highly recommend visiting.
The McAninch Center is a breath of fresh air! It is set up in such a way the when you walk in an open space welcomes you. They have such a variety of shows. Celebrities, comedians, plays, musical presentations and even art exhibitions are all here. And, yes, there is even children's theater.
My wife, our dear friends and I attended the Hokusai exhibit Saturday, July 19! It was fascinating! Truly a wonderful and informative exhibit. The staff at the MAC is also outstanding!

Great service. Wonderful staff. Friendly. Excellent food! Fresh home made ingredients. I would strongly recommend this restaurant:)
It was good. Was our lunch place after wellness visits for our baby. It was open in April but just went for lunch today and a new place has popped up in its location. Disappointed, will check out the other location in St. Charles. CLOSED PERMANENTLY!
Great place to go watch the game, eat American style pub food, have a beer, and hang out. I personally enjoy the apple walnut salad and a glass of red wine.
Order the fries and ask them to make them cheese fries. You will not regret it. Also the wings are fantastic!
Great family pub. Good selection of beers

Great presentation on Emmitt Till on last Saturday. Great location for a meeting.
Fascinating little museum of local history
I was raised, schooled, and worked in Glen Ellyn. It`s My Home Town. Best Place on Earth to grow up!
Looks like a great place. But it wasn't open so I couldn't go in.

My daughter invited a three of her friends for a 12th birthday party experience. I was the only parent who attended. (So four kids and one adult). Overall, the girls had fun. We had unlimited clues which was SUPER HELPFUL!! The host graciously gave us an extra 10 minutes which we desperately needed. The girls finished in time (with the extra time given). My only recommendation is if you have a small group of kids…maybe have one more adult to help with the process.
This was such a fun evening! The double agent escape room was challenging and well done. It was very interactive with a variety of puzzles. Our guide was really friendly and helped make the night fun! I would definitely return! We've done a lot of escape rooms, but CluedIn is definitely at the top of our list of favorites.
Our experience in the Game Master room exceeded any of our expectations. None of us had done an escape room before. Our 13 yr old boy/girl twins led the way in helping us escape. We’ll do it again!!
We had a corporate team event at CluedIn and everyone had a great time. We broke off into two teams. My team did the Asylum escape. It was so much fun. It was a fantastic team building experience as we all really did work together to solve the puzzles. I would highly recommend CluedIn and wouldn't mind returning to try some of the other rooms!
We had an amazing time with the Game Master Room! The room was super fun for the 4 of us, including my wife, our 2 kids(12 and 10), and myself. I would absolutely recommend for a first room experience, especially if your kids like logic and deductive reasoning!!! James was a great game director!!!
Truly such a fun room! It was a challenge and had some pretty unique puzzles. Our game master, James, was so nice. We brought our daughter to a spooky room on accident and they were able to play into it for us and gave us such a great time! Unfortunately we lost but we will be back to beat the next one 🤘🏻
I did the "Game Master" room with my three kids (ages 17, 14, and 11). I really appreciated that there were a lot of puzzles within the room to solve at a variety of ability levels. Having lots of small victories along the way kept everyone involved and avoided frustration. We escaped with only one hint!
We played Asylum game. This was our first escape room game, so we were lost in the beginning and wasted about 10 min, however, with the help of the host, we were able to finish the game. We had a great time and we will be back to play other rooms for sure.

My first visit to Tavoos was INCREDIBLE. I went for a facial and left feeling completely zen, with glowing skin. Nim, who did my facial, is so talented and knowledgeable. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience, explaining each step and making it feel like a truly personalized treatment. I loved her tips for healthy skin and the product recommendations she provided—I'm excited to step up my skincare game based on her advice. The atmosphere of the spa was so relaxing, and the attention to detail was outstanding. I highly recommend Tavoos for anyone looking for a refreshing yet relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I received a facial from Min and it was amazing! She took the time to ask questions and learn about my skincare routine and provide feedback based on her expertise. I love that she customized the facial based on my skincare concerns. This was the most relaxing hour and my skin has never felt better! I will definitely be back.
I booked a facial with Marlen, she was very knowledgeable and professional. She really focused on my needs while performing a custom facial on me and left my skin feeling amazing! I can’t wait to come back and book with her again 10/10 recommend.
I booked with Marlen for a custom facial, it was so relaxing and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend coming here and asking for her, she is well educated and has helped my skin feel so smooth and glowy! I can’t wait to come back and book with her again
Mona is amazing! She gave me the most relaxing, customized facial, my skin felt so refreshed and glowy after. She’s so knowledgeable and made the whole experience feel luxurious and calming. Can’t wait to come back!
I booked 2 teen facials for my daughters and they were very pleased. The staff was knowledgable and they thought the quality was excellent. They felt comfortable and left feeling fresh! I will definitely book here moving forward.
The first visit to Tavoos was my salt cave experience, very relaxing atmosphere. I have since joined a membership for the red light sauna room which is not only relaxing but has many health benefits. The staff is warm and welcoming as well! I highly recommend giving it a try. Yvonne D
I had an amazing experience at Tavoos Spa! The atmosphere was calming, clean, and modern. Nim provides so much education throughout the facial. She is very naturalistic, which is a powerful shift from botox and fillers. She helps you prioritize based on your budget. My skin was amazing when I left.

This is an amazing place! It has everything you and your child need: a sandbox, children’s fountains, a picnic area, and a large field for games. There are clean restrooms and parking available as well. I am thrilled! It’s a shame I only discovered this place now; I’ve been looking for something like this for a long time. We’ll be coming here more often. Thank you for such a wonderful park!
It felt as though I was driving up into a country club. Definitely felt very fancy and a place where you can spend all that with the kids. We went strictly for the park since we were in the area but you can play mini golf and there is a splash pad as well! Don’t know how much the splash pad or mini golf was. There were multiple birthday parties going on when we went! The park has a sand area, it’s treehouse themed, there is a zip line and a spinning ride as well! Me and the kids would definitely go back!!
My daughter and I visited for the mini golf course and had a blast!! So. Much. Fun. Unfortunately it is very challenging but we both fully enjoyed!
Great park for families! They have several areas with play structures, a zip line and a large sand play area. The park also offer a water park and mini put golf as additional activities. Huge lawn with covered picnic areas that are available on a first come, first serve basis. There are also restrooms.
I mean it's a cute little splash park with a cute little park by it as well. Nothing overally impressive about it. Atleast it's super cheap to get into the splash park area. However, we got a slice of cheese pizza for 3$ and it was more like 1.50$ slice. Probably wont be back anytime soon, I'm sure I can find somewhere closer.
What a great little hidden gem for toddlers. There is an admission fee if $3 for adults and $1 for children. Nice shade under picnic tables. No shade for the splash area. Would recommend if you have little ones. Bring a picnic lunch. :)
So fun! Spots have to be reserved ahead of time, so as to limit the number of people on the splashpad. We had 2 adults and 3 kids and only paid $11 for all us to enjoyan hour and a half! We plan to come every week for the rest of the summer!
Great park with a bunch of seating areas. Unfortunately this time around the garbages hadn’t been emptied and that attracted a lot of bees. Apart from that it was great!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, a welcoming gaming community, and fun daily/weekly/monthly events. Stocked with assorted board games, trading cards, and miniature paraphernalia, they even offered custom ordering for non-stock products. Best local gaming store I've ever had the pleasure of attending.
Good game selection. Family owned - great couple operates the store. They love gaming. Good space for gaming in shop. Good amount of demo games - can even take home demo games as a rental. Try before you buy. Love it.
Have had really good experiences with this store. Employees and patrons are friendly and welcoming in all the tournaments. The game selection is a little smaller than some other stores but it's all the really good games.
Was visiting my sister-in-law and we decided to stop in for game night. It was $5 to play any of their games they had available for several hours. We stayed about 3 hours and played two of the board games. Had a blast. Will likely visit again next time we visit sister-in-law.
Whenever I walk info tpk gaming it's like coming home. Just an all around positive and friendly staff. They have so much to look at when it comes to board games , MTG , card suplies , star wars , and much more. Nick is awesome at getting anything that he may not carry right in store/out of stock. Would not recommend any other place. Even if you live a bit further away still worth the drive . Thanks again TPK .
Great games store, well stocked selection of table top games as well as Magic the Gathering cards. Staff is pretty relatable and friendly. Quinn is a nice kid, very helpful.
Stopped by here from out of state. Cool little store. Staff was very nice and all the players at the MtG prerelease were friendly. Prize payout was very generous. If it wasn't a 13 hour drive there I would go more often.
Just went to try an play some casual. But ended up showing up on a draft day. The people that were already there were pretty stand offish. The owner seemed nice, but not a place to play readily with the pre-established crowd. Make what you will of that.

Exhibition space named for a major Chicago collector, showing modern art by international talents.
Slide 1 of 8
Visiting this exhibition was an absolutely wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable — always willing to explain and guide us through every detail. The curation was masterfully done, designed as a story that takes you on a journey: from who Hokusai was, to the Ukiyo-e school, the artworks created, and even a recreated immersive space that reflects where these works originally came to life. It beautifully connects Hokusai’s influence to contemporary Chicago artists, and then leads you into how his legacy still lives on in manga today, with Hokusai often considered one of the very first mangaka in history. One of the highlights was seeing an original of The Great Wave off Kanagawa. Truly breathtaking — no print or photo could ever do justice to its beauty. The exhibition also includes a collection of silk garments from the period, interactive booths where you can create your own ukiyo-e style print, and a special space for children to enjoy: painting koi fish, folding origami, writing wishes on a sakura tree, or even coloring one eye on a Daruma while choosing a goal to pursue with effort and dedication. Every detail was so thoughtfully designed. Outdoors, the bonsai display is absolutely stunning, and the gift shop is definitely worth a visit. Throughout the exhibition, you can even collect stamps from each section as a keepsake of your journey. I traveled from far away to see this, and I leave with a full heart, feeling like I’ve experienced a small piece of Japan here in the U.S., portrayed with deep respect and admiration. This was truly unforgettable. Thank you for doing excellent work like this, and having such a deep respect for Art. You can tell quickly by the quality of the exhibition.
I truly enjoyed every moment here of the Andy Warhol exhibit. So many cool areas to explore. Great venue for art, theatre or interactive fun! They really did a great job with it. Especially studio 54 I thought I was walking into a disco party for real.
Outstanding one-of-a-kind exhibition featuring works in loan from the Eduardo Chiossone Museum of Oriental Art in Genoa, Italy. Hokusai & Ukiyo-e, until 9/21, at this College of DuPage art museum. A variety of aspects covered: wood prints, artifacts; immersive manga and anime, Japanese village replica, kid's interactive section, outdoor garden space, cultural cuisine, and an adjunct exhibition, Waves of DuPage: Beautiful Cities that displays prints of murals across 20+ locations across DuPage County created by Naperville artist, Rich Lo.
We loved the space the Hokusai and other Japanese artists original work and the detailed timelines and video. Try the green tea mochi ice cream at the cafe.
This is one of the best Andy Warhol exhibitions I’ve ever been to. If you have interest in pop/conceptual/contemporary art, this exhibit is a must. They have excellent material on Warhol’s life and unique art pieces. The exhibition is organized chronologically, so one can learn and see the evolution of Warhol as an artist, while tracking his social influence and impact in the world. Highly recommended. And people at the museum are incredibly kind!
As much as I loved the cultural historical museum of Hokusai and Ukiyo-e, I was disgusted to find an AI generated video playing on loop in the Hokusai Kids Area. In the Immersive History of Manga and Anime, I held high suspicions the nameless characters on the wall were AI generated images as well. It is disrespectful and appalling to see computer generated images and videos being displayed at a museum that is supposed to honor art made my humans. If I continue to see these kinds of soulless machinery made imagery, I will not be attending any other exhibits in the future.
A lovely facility. A group of us went to see the Hokusai / Ukiyo-e exhibit. It was very well presented. Top quality, world class museum exhibit. Amazing to see the woodblock prints that are so famous and familiar. The kids enjoyed it too!! Will definitely add this to our regular stop when future exhibitions or events are happening.
My family went to visit the museum because the Hokusai exhibit was on display. For anyone who lives Hokusai, Manga, anime, and all other forms of Japanese art, this is the place to go!
