I’ve been visiting Six Flags Great Adventure for over five years, and the park has improved a lot during that time. Still, with the departure of the Golden Kingdom and some rides, plus the removal of Green Lantern, the park feels like it’s missing a piece of its identity. The new ride, Flash: Vertical Velocity, already feels like a staple — it fits right in, as if it’s been here for years. The park also has plenty of room for expansion, and I’m optimistic about its future. Top Rides (in my opinion): • Flash: Vertical Velocity • El Toro • Nitro • Jersey Devil Amenities: Refill stations are spread evenly throughout the park, though they sometimes carry a faint vomit smell (thankfully, being outdoors makes it manageable). Bathrooms are generally clean when you find them, but they could be distributed more evenly across the park. Food: The in-park restaurants are okay, but if you want better options, it’s worth leaving the park. Just head down Mammoth Lane — there are plenty of fast-food and dining choices nearby. Waterpark: The waterpark isn’t really worth it. It’s often crowded, and there are much better options in the tri-state area, like DreamWorks Water Park. Passes: If you’re looking to buy a season pass, the current Gold Pass (2025) is the best value. The Platinum Pass mainly adds VIP entrance access but costs significantly more, making it hard to justify. Looking Ahead – 2027 Ride: I’m really looking forward to seeing what the park does with the new ride coming in 2027. It’s rumored to be massive. Originally, the plan was to use Kingda Ka’s old plot of land, but construction has shifted into the parking lot instead. This means both Kingda Ka’s former site and Green Lantern’s old plot are still available for future additions. They could go big with another major thrill ride, or even repurpose one area into a new kiddie section — with Kingda Ka’s circular space better suited for a family area, and Green Lantern’s former plot fitting more naturally for another coaster.
Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, New Jersey, is an exhilarating destination packed with world-class roller coasters, family rides, and lively entertainment. From the record-breaking Kingda Ka and the legendary wooden coaster El Toro to the sleek speed of Nitro, the park offers nonstop thrills for adrenaline lovers. The grounds are clean and well-organized, with friendly staff and a variety of food options—though prices can be a bit high, as expected at a major theme park. Crowds can get heavy on weekends, so visiting on a weekday or using a Flash Pass helps make the most of your day. Overall, Six Flags Great Adventure is a must-visit spot for anyone seeking heart-pounding excitement and a classic amusement park experience in New Jersey.
We went on halloween, they had the fright fest.. It was fun, the place is clean, organized and has alot of services and amenities.. We faced an issue with our tickets and passes, but the guest services employees were so welcoming, helpful and nice about it and helped us in no time. Thanks to their help we got to enjoy our day there. It was for sure worth the trip.
It was incredibly great! I had the opportunity to visit both acquatic and roller coaster parks and I loved it. The water park has a bunch of attractions for all the kids and adults. There is also a large pool with waves. There is lockers for all your personal belongings. Now the roller coaster park was amazing. I went with a few friends +25 yo. And we had a great time. Every roller coaster ride was extremely enjoyable and scary. There is also a few restaurants. I will suggest to go on weekday because is a very crowded place. And the parking is 35$ general , 50$ preferential.
Well this was our first time here, as annual members for 6 years we’ve always talked about coming here and since it was the Halloween event what better time, BIG MISTAKE! Every other park is inclusive, you have tickets for Halloween you get the haunted houses, mazes, etc. Not here! $35 a piece, $90 for fast pass and if you don’t get there fast pass you’re screwed! As someone with family memberships for Six Flags, Hershey Park, Legoland and CedarFair, we regularly travel to all the parks from Florida to Massachusetts to Ohio and I’ve never been to a park that allowed that many people in, it was packed! I mean, beyond packed! Everything had a long line, we made it through 2 mazes and gave up when the fast pass lines were as long as the GA lines for the Halloween attractions😢 It was stressful, that many people and large groups pushing through you and kids, and then they’re just stopping in the walkways while groups of teenagers congregated everywhere without supervision and on top of that I’m walking with my kids smelling weed burning everywhere. Get it together Six Flags, I grew up near Wild world, that became Adventure World before finally Six Flags, we stopped going there years ago because of the fights and violence from groups of teenagers and young adults, now they’re closing it for good 😢😢😭 This place has the same vibes! I do want to come back maybe when it’s not so busy, rides looked awesome and almost all of them were operating, not sure I even saw any rides out of commission which is good coming from Six flagsFlags America where you’re lucky if 50% were operating that day and the shops and decorations were dilapidated and look like they survived a tornado, but unfortunately with that many people, every ride had a 60-180min wait, even the stores had long lines to even get in and don’t even try to get food, those lines were ridiculous, at least there was an occasional opening at the drink stands where the lines were maybe a few minutes, I actually felt like a 🤡 waiting to get my cups scanned when people were just walking up from the side filling up their cups😡 employee couldn’t do anything, I don’t think she could even see them😡 by 830 the coke was out of syrup and there was no ice, I told the lady working but she didn’t understand what I was telling her, she just smiled and shook her head to and down. Thankfully they were fully staffed though, most parks can’t get enough employees to work which ends up with closed attractions and concessions. Kudos for that! As for Halloween, get there early and get out when the sun goes down, we gave up at 9pm, after finally picking up a bags from the stroller rentals and getting out of the park it was 10pm and the lines to get in the park were absolutely ridiculous and long, I don’t know what those people are expecting at that time, by the time they get through security and front gate they’re going to be in for a world of hurt when they actually see the lines inside😱
We recently visited the safari with our grandkids and had a fantastic time. We especially enjoyed riding on the old army trucks, which took us right through the different animal exhibits. The ride was not only entertaining for the kids but also very informative for all of us. Considering how much fun we had, it was a very reasonably priced outing for the whole family. It was such a great experience that we're already planning to go back again next year.
Don't listen to all of the bad reviews. They don't even make sense. These people just have never waited in a line. They have also never experienced a ride delay. They let one bad trip lay them a 1 star review even though they said that the other times they visited were great. Although the pathways and bathrooms look kinda ugly, the rides and staff are great. Don't let one bad thing ruin your day here.
Came here for Fright Fest so a wait was expected… BUT OVER 35 mins just to park is insane… NOT TO MENTION. the parking lots is so far from park & no clear pathway. Attendants didn’t came to help nor assist. Park: The park in itself was very clean, again not much staff but i know Halloween Season is a bit more hectic. The haunted houses were pretty cool & the funnel cake was amazing. OK EXPERIENCE, but I wouldn’t go back …

We visited Six Flags Hurricane Harbor on Sunday and had a fantastic time! Renting a double air tube made the rides even more fun and relaxing. The park had a great atmosphere, and we enjoyed every moment on the water attractions. For food, we tried the nachos and cheese fries — both were tasty and perfect for a quick snack in between rides. Overall, it was a fun day filled with excitement and good food. Definitely worth the visit if you’re looking for a great water park experience! 🌊🎢🍟
Came back in here after couples of years we decided to get the gold membership and our first stop is the water park! They change it a little bit and added the splash island for kids and of course we have to check it out and try it, it's perfect for age 3 to 10 it's a good thing that they put the slides and the bucket together kids have so much option on this spot, my kids always love the wave pool and the lazy river is so much fun, food is always same it's less option compare to the six flags, we came Friday and it's not pack at all the other kids area with a bucket and playground was close probably because of the new splash island spot and some point they also close the wave pool. the bathroom is not too clean and the bath house is old and needed some remodeling so bad smells mold and the curtains is dirty, saw a roach on the wall yikes, rather than that we enjoyed our trip here and for sure coming back this summer time and will re-evaluate my review for sure.
I had a great time at Hurricane Harbor at Six Flags! The water slides were super fun and exciting, especially the big ones – full of adrenaline! The park was clean and well-organized, with lots of lifeguards around, so I felt safe. There were also plenty of places to relax in the shade and grab a snack. Perfect spot for a hot summer day – I’ll definitely come back!
It gets really crowded on weekends, so I recommend going right at opening. If you do the opening run and head to the popular rides first, the wait times aren’t too bad. The only downside is that the lazy river always seems to run short on tubes. Other than that, most of the attractions are really fun.
Great experience! They have a bunch of different attractions, for all the ages. It’s a great place to visit for a birth party or a date. They have lockers for your stuff and a few places to eat.
This year, Six flags Hurricane is horrible. We've come back three times, but many of the slides are closed. Those that are open don't have trained staff. They're young people who don't have the information or experience to deal with people. I rented my son an orange boat, and the guy in charge of one of the rides told me that my son had to use a yellow boat. So, why would I rent one? I asked the girl who was downstairs waiting for people to get off the slide, and she told me that it was possible to use it, but the guy insisted that it wasn't! I went to the front desk for an answer, and they didn't know. When I returned the rented boat, I asked if it was supposed to be used everywhere. He said yes, but the truth is, I wouldn't rent it again. We've been VIP members for over 10 years. It's not worth renewing. Everything is horrible.
This park was a ton of fun it just had a few more water slides that were not running at the time of my visit than I would have liked. But staff was very friendly and when I had a locker issue they came quickly and helped me.
The open hours. Hard to know because they are different hours in different places. They allow people to start going from the parking to inside at 10:30, but you cannot go inside until 11. It’s a good place to pass the day with family and friends. Food is very expensive so bring your water..

Best place to shop near Princeton area. Close by outlet mall with great deals and brands. Plenty of parking and good food options with cafeteria and food trucks.
This outlets is great in terms of discounts and parking, both of which are quite good. However, the shopping mall itself is relatively small, so the selection of stores and brands is somewhat limited. It’s fine for basic shopping needs, but if you’re looking for high-end brands like Burberry or Gucci etc, this isn’t the place to go since they don’t have them. Still, for general outlet shopping, it’s a decent option.
If you are a brand lover 💓 this is the place to be. Think of a brand and it's here - GAP, Nike, Reebok, American Eagle 🦅, Carter's, Ulta beauty, Calvin Klein, Skechers, Levi's, Under Armour etc. They also have a food court. See pics and videos for more details. Lot of free parking spots are available. Thanks 😊👍
What an amazing mall/ outlet shopping .. a little far away from where we live but awesome to shop once in a while .. they have some amazing list of stores .. lots of parking available . I generally go there early and finish off before everyone comes .. when it opens at 11 , it is easy to shop around with less crowd . Billing is also quick at that time . Sometimes when it is too crowded , it’s gets late to shop around .. Nike , adidas , Reebok, Clark’s , Aeropostale ., Calvin Klein, bath and body works and so many other shops …. Amazing brands . Very good sale in most of the shops .. Would have given 5 stars , but wish they had more restaurants or food store ! There is only one coffee shop I guess . Good experience overall. .. 4 stars .. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Stopped at the Skechers store. They have a huge selection. Unfortunately they did not have my size. The clerk was very helpful. He even ordered the shoes online for me, and had them shipped to my house.
Pretty nice outlets if i do say so myself. Nice store selection, friendly environment, had a lot of fun here. Got some nice clothes and got to model for my parents
Went to BATH AND BODY WORKS, On my way home from the beach. I had to use the bathroom so when I walked in I asked where it was left saying “thank you, I’ll be right back.” Went to the restroom and came back to a weird vibe put my stuff back and left. Went to two other stores realized the security showed up as I was leaving. Was shooing and found out they called the cops on me and had me escorted out of five below. “Blackman wearing black mask and tan coat” i had a face mask that was down (can see me face) and a grey active wear hoodie.
Great outlet. Lots of parking, easy to navigate the layout. Went on a (nearly) summer weekend - loved the Hawaiian shaved ice truck among other food trucks parked in the center.

This place was amazing!!! We loved spending time with the beautiful wolves. You can definitely tell they are very happy and treated like family. They are all very friendly and happy. The tour guides were awesome and very sweet, they also had a ton of knowledge about each wolf and their personalities. It’s $30 for an hour tour and all the proceeds go directly to the wolves. We will definitely be back!
I would highly recommend taking a trip and visiting with these beautiful creatures. The tour was awesome fun and educational! The guides were really nice and made sure everyone was included in the pictures and had the opportunity to ask a ton of questions. You can tell that everyone there really cares about the wolf’s. Thank you guys so much. Can’t wait to come back for another visit!!!
Gosh... where do I even begin?? First thing walking through I am greeted with a very cool aesthetic. I absolutely love all the volunteers, they were all incredibly sweet, informational, and caring to their animals. The wolves are loved, very much by both staff + people in our tour group. Animals are treated just like house-pets (and spoiled with treats, haha) I absolutely adored all of the animals (especially Buddy and Holly, whom I sadly didn't get pictures with) I recommend this to anyone who loves animals just as much as I do, because I'll always have a sweet spot for them, and I really do hope that when you come, you are inspired to have just as much faith in them as I do! I do know one thing however, when I become 18, I will certainly be volunteering AND will be coming again in the winter to see the animals in their glory season! ❤️❤️❤️ (photos of me, in the green shirt + wolves)
If I could give 100 stars I would!! Today was the first time there and it was absolutely beautiful, magical even! The staff was amazing John and Tara (I believe) the guides that walked us through today were not only very knowledgeable about the wolves they have but so incredibly sweet. John walked with us and stayed by my mom the whole time. My mother has PAD and it’s hard for her to walk fast and John made sure she was okay the whole time. These individuals take time out of their life to volunteer, time so we can learn and experience something that I never thought I would. I might even want to volunteer now! I will 1000 percent be back to visit, my son already asked when we can go back!! Thank you Howling Woods Farm for making this experience possible for my family and many more! You are all amazing and I am going to tell everyone I know about you!
I visited Howling Woods a few years ago and just recovered the pictures I took on my camera. Everything about this place is incredible; The staff, the ambiance, the puppers. Felt like walking into a family, thank you for letting me meet these babies. I know some of the animals in the pictures have sadly passed, I hope we can collectively enjoy their beauty :)
It was a great experience and lots of fun! I learned so many cool facts about wolves and wolfdogs! Being able to meet and interact with the wolfdogs was such an interesting and engaging way to learn about these amazing creatures and the importance of providing enriching and meaningful care for them! The volunteers were lovely and made it such an enjoyable experience! Thanks for the awesome tour, and we'll definitely be back! :)
What an experience! If you've been considering this, absolutely go! Our tour guides were absolutely amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable & you can actually feel the love they have for these animals just by the way they talk about them. You also get to witness the wolves reciprocate that love to them. It was pretty magical to witness. I warn you, Oberon will absolutely steal your heart (he even gave me a kiss during pictures💜) I can't wait to bring my son for his 10th birthday in October & to visit during the colder months when they're truly in their element.
Me and my husband took a tour here for the first time last week, our guides Colleen and Deb were amazing! You could tell the wolfdogs really loved them. We went to the other wolf preserve in NJ but you weren’t allowed to go in the pens with them. Being a huge wolf advocate/ lover, the fact that we were able to be in the pen with some that had a high percentage of wolf in them ,made for an experience we’ll never forget. They were simply gorgeous. I also liked how they all had spacious pens from what it looked like during our tour..All the wolfdogs had different personalities. Our favorites were Buddy and Holly, it was so entertaining to see them interact with the adults canines! Can’t wait to visit again once they are adults themselves. We let all of our family and friends know about you.

Fun splash pad. Not the biggest or the best in NJ and could desperately use shaded seating areas for the adults - it’s too exposed, but definitely a fun place for the kids. The crowd is a nice crowd too - the kids are well behaved and not wild.
This place is a win win! Fun and free! There are other things to do right beside it. A library and another park area. The only downfall I can seem to find during both my trips was the lack of shade! There were benches around the area but only two under the pavilion by the restrooms were shaded. It made it hard with my 4 month old, trying to keep him cool.
Very wet and wonderfully fun experience.
The package will maintained and our kids loved it. I hardly recommended place and a lot of nice parks nearby.
So the park hours say 8pm on the Google which is incorrect. The water shuts off at 6pm. Found out the hard way with 2 kids in bathing suits ready to splash.
The most perfect place to spend time with the kids - but there is no shade and it is so hot and it is a shame that they don't add shade for the parents for a small fee.
Kids loved it from ages 10-1.5 free fun and so much fun!!

Very fun time.at a recent event
Stopped by here after a visit to Six Flags. Food was actually pretty good and tasted fresh. Not much of a beer selection (which is why I removed a star), but the bartender was friendly. Noticed Google said the place was permanently closed - it is not closed. My brother and I reported it to Google so hopefully they update the listing.
Believe they have closed the doors
