Great place for poker! I come down from Buffalo NY and usually spend the weekend when I do come to visit. Poker room is always pretty busy but I like that. The hotel section I’ve never had an issue with and always booming with a lot of people. It’s the environment you expect to be in when you go to a casino. Definitely better that the casinos by where I live. Especially since I go for the poker room! Food is also great there.
A Flawless Wedding Weekend at Turning Stone🎉 I recently had the pleasure of attending my brother’s wedding at Turning Stone Casino and Resort, and from the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Right off the bat, I want to give a huge shout-out to Garvin, who helped guide me to the Bridal Suite when I arrived the day before the ceremony. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel instantly welcomed. Throughout the weekend, Jim was also a lifesaver, helping us navigate between the hotel and the reception venue multiple times. His patience and professionalism did not go unnoticed! The wedding itself took place at the Shenendoah Golf Clubhouse Event Center, and I honestly can’t say enough about how stunning the venue was. It was beautifully arranged, intimate yet grand, and perfect for such a special occasion. During the reception, Lisa, part of the catering and serving staff, went absolutely above and beyond for me. I have a number of food allergies, and she took the time to make sure I was not only safe but truly comfortable. Her care and attention added a deeply personal touch to the evening that I’ll never forget. From the concierge team to every staff member we encountered, the service was consistently warm, professional, and thoughtful. Special shout-out to The Lodge, which was equally gorgeous and peaceful, a perfect place to stay during such a busy and joyful weekend. Turning Stone made an already meaningful celebration even more memorable. If you’re considering hosting an event here, especially a wedding, I can confidently say you’ll be in excellent
We spent the night to celebrate my daughter turning 18 on November 4th. I booked about ten days ahead of the date, I requested a high up room if possible and stated it was her birthday. On a Tuesday. We arrived and Destiny helped us at the front desk, we were on the 19th floor, as high as the rooms go. She was sweet and guided us and answered our questions about parking and such. Thank you for a great night! She said it was the best Birthday ever!
Super friendly staff, varied amenities, lots of activities and food to choose from. Bingo was awesome! We saw a concert at The Event Center. Security was good, lots of drink and snack options. Restrooms were very clean and conveniently located. A tad on the expensive side at some of the restaurants, but the ambiance and food were worth it, in my opinion.
Great venue but the amount of construction and lack of signage both inside and out can cause some confusion. Loved all three golf courses offered. Would recommend to golfers looking for challenge with all the amenities of a resort course.
This place is huge! Even if you're not gambling, honestly it's worth going just for the food. Everything looks clean and well kept. Workers are all polite and helpful. Drinks were very affordable and good tasted good.
Great concert experience. Staff are friendly. Bartenders are assembly line workers in the small theater. 2 drink limit but order a drink with a double shot in it, and they will hook you up with a generous pour. Great audio and stage lighting.
Great accommodation. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our time there.

I celebrated my birthday at Skana Spa, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! Michelle gave me a custom massage that was incredible—truly one of the best I’ve ever had. The amenities were amazing, although I do wish the mineral pool had been warmer, as we weren’t able to use it. The lunch plate was phenomenal—some of the best food I’ve had in a long time. It was nourishing, light, and perfectly filling, which added to the overall relaxation of the day. The spa itself is beautiful, and the attention to detail in every part of the experience was top-notch. I’ve already decided this is my new favorite spa, and I will absolutely be back! Thank you for such a memorable and rejuvenating day!
Had a lovely visit with my friend for my 40th birthday. We both got manicures and were seated side by side. They had my rings cleaned in a solution which was a nice perk while I got my nails done. Both manicurists were lovely and friendly. Our nails turned out great and it was very relaxing. We got to relax in a calm and serene room while we waited for our nails to dry. Will definitely return if in the area again!
Services were fantastic..which is why I gave 4 stars. I had the signature facial and the 4 direction body scrub.. amazing!! But the facility/amenities could use an upgrade. The relaxation areas are not super comfortable and the dining area is like a cafeteria. The lunch however was very good! Would love to have had a glass of wine or champagne but no alcohol served at the spa.
The facility and the people are very nice. If you want to hang out in a pretty atmosphere then this may be best for you. The massage was good. The mani/pedi was very basic. There was no one to provide a facial so no review on that. Didn’t get to eat, food was late and had an issue with the pedicure. So again for me just friendly people in a nice atmosphere.
The facility is beautiful, but…. Massage quality obviously varies by technician, but I’d say I generally don’t get a high quality massage. It’s fine, but nothing special. Automatic service fee of 20% is a very unwelcome mind game. Do away with it (or at least set it to some reasonable amount like 10%). Plastic is overused for drinks and snacks. I’d prefer ceramic cups. Robes used to be big and fluffy. Now they’re too thin and cheap feeling. Edamame with hot oil for lunch used to be on the menu. Would love to see that make a return!
The facilities are very nice. It is fairly pricey , Not something I could afford to do all the time but, well worth saving money to do again. Now that I have been there I realize next time I can Bring a swimsuit and plan to be there before or after my massage and salon appointment to be able to use the sauna, pool and Jacuzzi. It was a nice surprise to see that they have showers with changing areas and a vanity room with blowdryers and curling irons for you to use after your appointment. After checking in, the locker room attendant brings you downstairs to change into a robe and shows you to the treatment room where you wait for massages, salon appointments and make up appointments. They have assorted nuts, fruit and infused water for you to enjoy while you wait. The spa is supposed to be a very hushed relaxing environment and they try to do this with the relaxing music playing softly, soft lighting waiting areas with fireplaces. However, I was there on a Saturday and they were very busy with lots of women that couldn’t keep their mouth shut in the marked whisper zone rooms let alone be semi quiet or respectful in the hallways or changing areas. When they are all laughing loudly and talking loudly standing in a group of women in the doorway of the whisper room, It kind of ruins the mood. I wish the staff had cracked down on the noise. I’m sure it’s much more of a peaceful retreat weekdays than it is on a busy weekend where are your chances of having people be loud and rude is higher.
I went to Skana with my best friend to celebrate her birthday. Skana does not allow you to use the amenities more than one hour before your scheduled service. We were not informed of this when we called to book our massages / body treatments and it is a change to what the policy was previously, so we were surprised when the receptionist informed us that we had to wait to enter the spa. We live two hours away from the spa and were looking forward to using the amenities prior to our service. We were disappointed by the change in policy, but were more upset by how the receptionist and manager treated us. We previously enjoyed our day trips to Skana, but after being treated so poorly we will not be returning.
It was an amazing experience. Everyone I spoke to and interacted with were nothing but kind. It was my first time at a spa and they took time to explain the whole process to me and give me a tour of the facilities. I will definitely be back!

Overall i was really excited about the expirence here. It’s a cozy little restaurant with a wine tasting room next door, it has something to offer for everyone. I was impressed with all the food, we had a party of 8 an only one person complained of the salmon being undercooked, which was immediately rectified. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch pizza which was loaded with toppings and a nice thick crust. The side of wings were just incredible. The server forgot to replenish our water for the whole night, forgot some orders and a few other minor details, but she was really sweet and was attentive still. They have a extensive wine list with a variety of options for every palette. Definitely would revisit.
Brought our whole family to Villa Verona Vineyard for Brunch on Sunday afternoon. We were BLOWN AWAY with how great the service, food, and atmosphere was! Our server went out of her way to give amazing service and the freshly made food was SO good! The Wine and Mimosa flights were so fun- and the cool towers they put them on were super cute! The indoor and outdoor seating options were comfortable. We could not believe that this restaurant was not more crowded with how amazing the food and service was.
Quite little local bistro and winery. The charcuterie pretzel beats a normal charcuterie board. Fresh salad. Wine tasting new wines Sassy and Isabella were amazing.
Love the atmosphere the staff are very friendly and welcoming, The food was delicious. I had delight chicken plate the chicken was very good and tasty. I brought my co-workers friends they had a fun time and enjoyed the wine and the live music 🎶 I highly recommend villa Verona bistro and winery's place very fun atmosphere great staff , great bang music and best part is the 🍷 🥂 🍷.
We had our rehearsal dinner here. Food was great and the servers were awesome. Food was served on time as we discussed when setting up the event. Thank you for a great experience! We will return for dinner in the near future.
This caprese roasted pepper plate was amazing. My only issue was they were only serving their brunch menu, when their website said the full menu was available also. They were very accommodating when I mentioned this and the chef agreed to make a vegetarian dish for me.
The food was okay, my salmon was a little over cooked, the pricing was decent. I had diet restrictions so the waitress gladly answered all my questions so I could get the meal that best suited my needs. What I didn't appreciate was the cook saying "I'm not here to provide for your restrictions" and yes I heard that from the kitchen. If this is an issue please put it on your menu.
I'm 38 years old. I go out to eat often. This is probably top 5 dinner experiences of my life! Everything was phenomenal. We got like 5 appetizers and loved every one of them. The fried brie, the duck wanton....just OMG Megan, our waitress was also just the best. Go here, do it now, thank me later. However, make sure I always have a table available! :) Cant wait to come back. Maybe next weekend!

Felt like a golf experience. Overall the whole resort is perfect. Can’t wait to get back and play again.
Great course, beautiful landscaped. Most holes are isolated from other holes. Keep the ball in play, or you will lose many in the surrounding fescue and wooded areas. We played this in a"scramble" outing. Can't wait to go back and play as an individual.
This is a 5 star robert trent jones jr layout. Honestly after the first few holes I was thinking that my (extremely high expectations) might not be satisfied however the beauty of the course as well as the great design met my high expectations. I liked the course because it was challenging but never once felt unfairly so (I am a high handicapper). Also there was great variety in holes, some links style and some parkland and each hole was memorable. The course gets alot of play. Some of the (par 3) tee boxes were very chopped up and some greens had some marks but it was easily overlooked.
My favorite golf course in NY. I highly recommend this course. Bring your A game because this is the second hardest course in NY. Course is always in excellent condition. Fairways are like carpet. Greens roll for days. Sand is real sand. You will not be disappointed. I can't say enough great things about this challenging course.
Woo hoo. What a course. Greens roll true, and plenty of variety. Challenging, even off the whites. Enjoy every minute…and the bar faculty and outdoor space is superb. Staff couldn’t be nicer. They could do with a little more help in the bar, but they never got frazzled. Cob salad is a winner too!!
Amazing experience from start to finish. Unlike any other place I have been to. Beautiful scenery, extremely challenging holes, pristine conditions, an immaculate clubhouse and top notch employees.
What. A. Course. The design is quite challenging and fun, mix of parkland and links style. Lots of bunkers (which I like for some reason) The staff was very helpful. Will play again in the spring or summer 2024. Course rocks
WOW! Every hole on this golf course is a "Stop and Take a Picture" Hole! Absolutely spectacular!

My husband and I treated ourselves to massages the day after Christmas. We were lucky to get in as we only booked a couple of weeks before. I loved everything about our experience. The spa attendant in my (women's) area was pleasant, helpful, and lovely to chat with. I had a wonderful massage with just the right amount of pressure and relaxed in the hot tub afterward. I would definitely come back. Well worth it for the cost.
Got a full body 50 min massage as a birthday gift. relaxing space with great amenities and the massage was absolutely wonderful. I loved the fact that you could choose between a female or male massage therapist. I wish I was told before hand to bring a bathing suit for the amenities (hot tub, sauna, indoor pool) but since I have never been here before I did not know what to expect. Other than that, an absolute MUST if you’re from the area and need a pampering day or traveling and staying in the hotel.
We had 4 massages/facials booked for TODAY, they called this morning canceling all 4 bc they were short staffed. They didn’t offer any other time options or try to reschedule us us. . The fact they did not try to work with us and try and fit us in at another day or time is very disappointing!
I had a full body massage and was amazing. rooms are very clean, the crew was so nice and the hot tubs are nice.I'll definitely come back to this place.
They fit us in sort of last minute I took myself and my friend our massages were just amazing and my masseuse was perfect. She took the time to ask me what I needed and how it felt and she made me feel so absolutely comfortable. They’re very very kind there and very helpful.D recommend this very much❤️❤️❤️🙏
Always a great experience ! Love the staff, the atmosphere and the relaxation that comes with it. If you want to be pampered, this is where to go. After your massage there is no additional fee to enjoy the hot tubs, the pool, lounge outside or inside, take the most relaxing shower. Use the facilities until they close.
This spa is a glorified bathroom, not relaxing at all. You are in a back yard hot tub while listening to people blow dry their hair 6 feet away. Just not a spa experience. The masseuse was friendly and listened to what I asked for, but I was expecting some feedback afterwards and she was in a hurry to escort me out. I just wished for a better experience for the money. My regular masseuse wasn't available so I booked last minute here, but I won't be back.
I have gone a few times. I feel like the quality continues to diminish each time. All other time we had the ability to use the spa room at anytime. We went for a girls day. But half of use where not allowed to go in until later. This was after I made sure over the phone we would all be able to enjoy the time together even if we had different service time. The price is going up and service going down. We wanted the other spa but that was not available. My massage service was great but that was the person not the cooperation

Last August was a fantastic show with Pat Benetar, Cher, Whitney Houston, and Tina Turner!!!
Paid to see a show unfortunately I’ll I was able to see is the 4-5 people standing up trying to dance. The attendant once asked them to sit down or go to the back to dance, they sat for a moment but then resumed once he left. I’m shocked the venue allowed this Very disappointing. I would not recommend seeing a show here
I felt so bad for the guys at our Kings Table. They were so squished in those seats! The worst was the staff not removing the loud obnoxious drunks and hecklers during the comedy show. People paid a lot of money to see Kathleen Madigan perform, I don't know how she did while all those people were hooting and hollering. The Funny Bone NEVER allows that. Oh well, never again.
Small intimate venue with a touch of class. There are no bad seats, and the sound is amazing!
Beautiful place great show
