We celebrated our anniversary at this spa, and it was an incredible experience. The premises are beautifully maintained and spotless—much cleaner and more intimate than some of the larger spas. The peaceful atmosphere is enhanced by the staff’s reinforcement of whispering, which truly allows you to escape and decompress. The stunning scenery adds to the relaxation, and they do a great job managing capacity so it never feels overcrowded. Highly recommend! We already can’t wait to go back.
Great! Here's a polished version tailored for a Google review — friendly, concise, and informative, while keeping that personal touch: My wife and I came here for a peaceful getaway, and it absolutely delivered. No cell phones are allowed on the premises, which at first seemed strict — but it ended up being a blessing. It really helps you disconnect and be present. We both had massages with Luce, who was professional, attentive, and truly excellent at what she does. There’s a beautiful walking path for those who want a calming stroll or a moment of meditation. The whole place is quiet and never felt crowded, which made the experience even more relaxing. One unique feature we loved was the small riverside soaking spot — it’s not a large body of water, but it adds something special to the atmosphere. The only downside was the bistro closing a bit early for dinner — they take the last order earlier than we expected, which didnt allow us to eat while we were there but that’s something we’ll plan around next time I guess. All in all, the staff were warm and welcoming, everything was spotless, and although it was a bit of a drive from Montreal, it was absolutely worth it. We’ll definitely be back.
We went to La Source for the first time this past week and we had such a relaxing day at the spa! We appreciated that they enforced a no talking / phone policy - it helped us to really try and disconnect for the day. The facilities are well maintained and very clean. The way the spa is built into the mountain feels like you’re truly in nature and was a very zen spa experience. Compared to Spa Findlandais, it is not a large spa but there was plenty of room in each bath/sauna when we were there (this could have also been the fact that we went mid-week). The food was very good too, and the cocktail menu featuring Quebec-based spirits has some neat options. My husband and I ordered 2 sandwiches to share and a cocktail each. I personally did not enjoy my Amari fizz but my husband enjoyed his Caesar. The Highlights for me were the fire pits, dark room and steam room. One cool feature that I also appreciated was that they have both sparkling and regular water on tap. The only con of the day was my massage - I had requested medium/ firm strength on my problem areas but the masseuse only used light pressure throughout the entire hour massage. All in all, we can’t wait to go back to La Source for another relaxing spa day!
Update 2025-06-23: I'm updating my review to 5 stars as I now passed by a second time during the summer and it's a completely different experience. The differences that I saw in my first vs second visit: There's dozens of fantastic relaxation spots outdoors that are very unique and peaceful. The food is fantastic with lots of interesting options and drinks. This is now easily one of my favorite spas in Canada and I've visited dozens of them. Highly recommended! Original Review: Very nice spa around 60-90 minutes from Montreal. If you're looking for a small and quaint spa in the middle of nature, it's a very nice choice. Sadly they don't have too many facilities, so you can easily do the entire circuit in 2 hours. The relaxation rooms aren't anything too special, though the Dark Room is a nice idea in concept, but due to people talking or even snoring, it can easily ruin the experience. There's also a nice little pond for one of the cold plunge options, but good luck if you want to jump in during winter, it's EXTREMELY cold. I highly suggest booking a massage, the two therapists we had during our duo massage were fantastic and for me it's always a must to book if you're passing by a spa. We didn't try too much of the bistro food, but the menu was pretty varied and looked delicious. Note that most of the areas do not allow pictures and talking, so if you're looking to chat, there's better places out there. But if you're looking for some peace and quiet, I highly recommend les Bains Nordiques.
We decided to come here on a whim during a sunny and very hot day. Wow! It’s very clean and beautiful, their pictures don’t do the site justice. They had wonderful resting places, both indoors and outdoors - in sun and in shade. They even had lounge chairs on a deck overlooking the forest. Did I mention you’re totally immersed in nature ? My highlight is their natural pond pool, cool and refreshing water. Really great experience and I’m looking forward to coming back and buying a day pass
That was an amazing experience. Loved the sauna and cold baths along side the hot tubs. Many spots to lounges and relaxes.
absolutely 5 stars! it was a perfect spa day. the whole facility was clean, quiet, not crowded. staffs were kind and respectful. Bistro food was delicious and servers were very friendly :D
Gorgeous and clean facilities in the middle of nature! The smoothies were excellent and made me crave for more. I was shocked to learn that they just celebrated their 17th anniversary in February 2024... Unbelievably modern and well maintained. I cannot comprehend how immaculately clean the lockers are at all times. I honestly felt like I was dirtying the floor with the few strands of hair that were falling as I was blowdrying them. There isn't much variety in terms of thermal baths and sauna options so I can imagine the place being packed during weekends. Ideally come on a less busy day and you'll be fine.

A popular picnic site, this serene forested park offers walking paths & a 60-ft. waterfall.

Start your Darwin adventure here, you get a bracelet for 12$ and have access to 3 locations, including the Darwin Beach and Cascades Park which is 14 min away, once you head out to Cascades make sure you enter Sector 1 NOT 2, 2 is the general public that's going only to see the Cascades, there is another entry for the 3 location bracelet holders. You will access the Cascades from the other side and it's a much better experience, less people. This park is wonderful, rocky paths along the water, so many trails to choose from, beautiful sights, we spent an hour here but one can definitely stay about 4 hours to see it all. Many waterfalls to see, there is shade throughout and picnic spots.
Beautiful small park on the inside of the curve of the river where, apart from pleasant trails in the forest, you have a variety of lovely views of the river in calm, rapides and the falls themselves. Picnic area and restroom available by the entrance. Due to the descending nature of the river, the park is sloped so it's uphill on returning to the entrance. The admission fee allows you to visit other places nearby.
The park has some spectacular views od the falls and great hiking paths. A few bridges were damaged during the flooding caused by Hurricane Debbie. There are plans in place to rebuild them in the near future.
There are so many beautiful aspects to this small park. I did every single trail here in under an hour and was amazed at the variety of trails. Walking alongside the river was extremely peaceful as I only encountered 3 other hikers during my entire time here. The two waterfall overlooks were stunning. The entrance fee was $8 USD per person which is totally worth it. They give you a yellow wristband to wear. Overall this is a great park for a quick half-day trip if you’re visiting Montreal and want to escape the city. Super quiet and peaceful with the smell of trees and rain.
Perfect day trip idea near Montreal. Easy and kids friendly hikes, beautiful views, breathtaking waterfall . And there is a nice picnic area and ample of parking . Recommend this place
A magic waterfall💙, a good trail 💚, beautiful wooden posts🤎 , personels have a good discipline. Everywhere is clean .the picnic site is nit. Children have something to play . The bathroom is perfect , but just there is one toilet for men 😕 .and that's better the price be fix in September and October.
The way was so smooth to reach and signs everywhere guiding you. The waterfall and the huge old trees adds a spiritual atmosphere to all the place. Extremely relaxing beside the fall and picnic tables everywhere. The parc is suitable for kids and all other age categories. The entrance to the parc has been modified to charge you 12$ per adult which was not there in my last summer visit. Many places to enjoy taking photos for memories The parking lot can host almost 100 vehicles as I estimate. Restrooms also available. Relax and enjoy
For the price of one admission ($12 for adults / $4 for kids), you will have access to three attractions in Rowdon. Here's what you can expect from each of them: Dorwin Falls: This is an excellent starting point, where you can enjoy a picnic under the shade of pine trees and take a walk through the woods to witness a stunning waterfall. Please note that the trails can be uneven, so it's advisable to wear appropriate footwear. However, strollers may not be suitable for these trails. Swimming is not allowed at Dorwin Falls. Municipal Beach: Although the beach is relatively small and situated on a hill, it is well-maintained. It provides a pleasant spot for relaxation and leisure activities. Cascades Park (approximately 8 km from the beach): This park is more suited for older children and adults. You can appreciate the river flowing over rocks, creating a picturesque setting. There are BBQ facilities and picnic tables available for visitors to enjoy. Cascades Park offers a refreshing escape on hot days. All three attractions offer different experiences and serve as great places to cool off during warm weather

Great place to do outdoor activities, either with familles or friends. My first time (some of my friends weren’t), then my friends and I did mostly intermediate and extreme activities. We had so much fun. We will come back and we will also try the trampoline with the other place. *I highly recommend doing the Cordon de Tarzan! So Fun!
One of the best places to create fun memories with our kids! :) Loved our adventure at Arbraska! ❤️
This place is super cute and super fun! We were on holiday in the area and they were very accommodating to provide service in English for us. The guide was excellent and once the instructions were given it was amazing to have the freedom of choosing what to do. Options are dependent on your height but there is plenty for everyone. Thank you for a great day!
Amazing park, with activities for all ages. Close to a gorgeous spa, as well as other tourist attractions. The staff is very professional and compassionate. Highly recommend for groups of friends or families!
Very impressive. Incredibly well put together. Can be quite challenging if you take the harder routes.
Our family had an amazing time and staff was phenomenal. They were quick to help the kids. A big thank you for a lovely family experience.
Excellent experience. Acrobranche + via ferata, both activities are amazing. I highly recommend. Our guide, Che, was amazing, kudo to him !!!

A very nice and safe park, all the trails are well maintained. It is a good place to walk in the woods, camp and see different types of birds.
Great place to enjoy your weekend. You can access the water easily using stairs. There are clean bathrooms and changing rooms. There are parkings either side of the river. The entrance fee is 12 dollars per person.
Nice for a picnic. Dangerous for a swim if with little kids. Not many trails around the cascades, but head over to Chutes Dorwin with the same bracelet for that. Renting a paddle boat is a bit expensive.
What a cool place! Summer time, everyone is out enjoying the water, there’s little pools in the rocks families are gathered there with little children. What I really enjoyed was getting a natural water massage on the rapids, there’s rocks everywhere so you have to walk carefully. I stayed in the shallow area. What a beautiful alternative to the beach! Next time I think I want to spend the whole day there and BBQ! I truly enjoyed my experience here.
Absolutely beautiful!!! Picnic area and cascades are available at this site , a great way to sunbathe on the hot stones cooling your feet in the water at same time . Very clean . A great way to spend the day
Cascades Park is a beautiful natural oasis located in Rawdon, Quebec. The park features a network of hiking trails that wind through lush forests and along the banks of the stunning Bras-Coupé Creek. The trails are well-maintained and offer a variety of difficulty levels, making them suitable for hikers of all skill levels. One of the highlights of Cascades Park is the series of cascading waterfalls that give the park its name. These waterfalls provide a tranquil and picturesque backdrop for a hike or picnic. The park also has a small pond that is popular with birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts. In addition to the natural beauty of the park, there are also several amenities available for visitors. There is a parking lot, restroom facilities, and picnic tables scattered throughout the park. Overall, Cascades Park is a must-visit destination for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and spend some time in the great outdoors. Whether you're a seasoned hiker or simply looking for a peaceful place to relax, Cascades Park has something to offer
I love this park, it's one of my best near Montreal, it's missing recycling bins,. Very clean and well maintained, you can barbeque on charcoal grill that is provided there and there is a small shop in case you need anything. The toilets are very clean and well maintained. And there is an entrance fees if you are non resident of Rawden, that you can visit all three parks in the same ticket Highly recommended
Nice place but gets very crowded on hot summer days. The current is strong so be advised not to let your kids alone. There are some rocks from which you can jump into the river. Overall nice place to spend a day in summer.

Fun spot, small, but u get to go up and down more times, has a fun park and a couple of nice jumps, but yes some times way to many kids. Good value for ur money, short drive and if u r Lucky sometimes u can get it almost to ur self 😉
We recently visited Ski Montcalm for the first time, and it was an amazing experience! Living only an hour away, it was the perfect spot for a quick family getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our visit even more enjoyable. The resort is ideal for families, especially with a mix of skill levels. Our 6-year-old, who is a beginner, had a fantastic time on the gentle slopes, while our 12-year-old, who is an intermediate skier, enjoyed the more challenging runs. My wife, also a beginner, found the slopes perfect for learning and building confidence. We had a wonderful time. We can't wait to return to Ski Montcalm for more family fun in the snow!
Super fun, young kids ski hill. I feel confident that my kids are in good hands and can tackle this mountain. Perfect family vibe with updated technology.
Nice spot and mountain. Fairly small but fun enough for a spring day skiing depending on the person’s skiing level! Sometimes there were too many kids whether on the slops or down, but it’s a nice fun Saturday that you can spend
We took the ski lift up...along with many others who were biking. The views from the top of the hills were amazing. All of the trees for miles around were showing their glorious colours! It was awe inspiring. We walked back down so that we could enjoy a little exercise as well. 😉
First time skiers and we had an amazing experience! Close to the island of Montreal, easy access and parking, friendly staff and beautiful mountain! Camille was a great ski instructor and we were on the big hill in no time. Thank you for the fun and amazing time. We will be back.
The client service is poor, there is not enough staff to cover all the people that came in this moment of the year. It was my first time here and the bathroom was broken all day, the lines to pick the equipment is long, even the line to pay thing is also long and slow...
Beautiful Ski resort about 1h15 from Brossard. Very easy to find free parking and closed to the main entrance. All the personnels are so nice to provide clear instructions for first time skiers. There are plenty of heated rest area for you to keep your toes and fingers warm. It's the best moment to enjoy lunch in family and friends.

Amazing experience highly recommended. Extremely clean rooms and facility. Management and staff are very nice and hospitable. Enjoyed the food that was provided by the kitchen. Great place for personal or corporate events. Will return. Thank you everyone for an amazing experience. :)
Clean & beautiful rooms, super simple check in process, and stunning location. We were nervous coming from Ontario but are very happy we chose to stay at Rawdon Golf Resort as we travel through Quebec.
Spent a great weekend at this beautiful golf resort! The room was new, modern, clean and comfortable, and we also enjoyed the food at the restaurant. All the staffs were very friendly and professional. A walk down to the lake was also very lovely. Would definitely come back here again!
Minutes from Downtown Rawdon, overlooking a river and the golf green. It might be the biggest hotel in Rawdon. Very serviceable pub for meals. The rooms are clean and modern.
I have booked a room at Rawdon golf resort hotel. The hotel looked nice. When we entered the hotel, there was no receptionist at the hotel entrance; It was dark and uninviting. We did not know what to do at first. I made a call and a receptionist answered and guided us remotely from across the street on the golf course. The room was nice, but the bathroom was not that functional. There were no racks or hooks to hang our towels. The shower stall (no bath) was nice but very slippery. I would put something on the shower floor to prevent people from falling. It is a matter of time that someone may get injured. I would also add a chair in the bathroom, so it is easier to change our clothes. The swimming pool was in the lake. The swimming pool was using the dirty water from the lake, and it was too cold to swim. I did not dare to use the swimming pool because there were too many debris on the surface. It cost me almost $200 for one night, which I find excessive for the lack of services. For that price, I would expect to have at least a receptionist at the hotel. I had a nice hotel near Terrebonne for less money, and it had an indoor pool and a spa with a lot more services. For a golfer, it may be a nice place to visit. For people who don’t golf, I would look elsewhere because you could get a better deal with more services.
Modern design, clean and well equipped place to stay. I will definitely come back in summer times to fully enjoy trails, lake and golf
What a gem. So much to do. Be sure to bring your skates if you visit in the winter.
We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. Our hotel room was clean, spacious and nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable and it was very quiet despite the hotel being fully booked. They are very responsive and helpful and really are there to assist you with all your questions. You can even text them and they answer right back! Our favorite part of the stay was access to their kayaks and the beautiful views. We'll have to come back next summer for more!

You have the access to 3 different parcs with the same entrance Tag. A sandy beach with the possibilty to hire CYAKs and Canoes etc. A fal with trails along the river side and inside the wood and cascades. All 3 sites have pique nique facilities.
A simple place to relax. The beach is a small one... a sand shore of a river. It's safe even for toddlers.
12$ per person to use the beach! good services but the rental office for kayaks and etc. was so strict with the timing. You have to return on time unless they charge you an extra hour....
It's not too far and usually not overcrowded. Family friendly.
very fresh clean water, nice Rowling experience
Great place for skating and walking around, lake surface good condition's
Pure nature , the staff is doing a great job..... Thank You
Nice and clean it was worth the 8$ entry the only downside is the small space to swim but the water was nice and clean the beach was in a hill so it can be a pain i imagine if it gets crowded.

Just got a massage and it was the best I have ever had. Cannot recommend enough! Nathalie was phenomenal, I will definitely return next time I am in St- Côme!! Merci beaucoup!!! Wish I could give 10 stars!!
I had read all of the wonderful reviews of this place and called hoping to get an appointment for a massage while I was visiting St Côme. When the woman who answered learned that I was an English-speaker, she said, "I'm not interested" and hung up on me without saying anything else. I was surprised and disappointed by the absence of even the most basic courtesy in this instance. Apparently, you should expect a very different level of service if you don't speak French.
Beautiful grounds , cleaned , maintained, very well organized , quiet and luxurious in the name of nature . Great service . A wonderful place for meditation , relaxation and mindfulness .
Excellent massage! Would go more often if my budget allowed it!
(Translated by Google) Simply magical experience. As soon as we arrive, the staff is welcoming and knows how to put us at ease thanks to their personalized service and warm approach. The place is perfect for an outing as a couple, with family or friends. I really loved the "private" aspect (it's a far cry from the commercial experience in the other facilities I've visited before). My boyfriend and I managed to recharge our batteries and find ourselves together as lovers and it was perfect! Isabelle is truly a gem and she has magical hands. Her massage helped me immensely and her kindness is incomparable. If I could give more stars, I would... Beautiful place to discover and rediscover! I visited with my husband, toddler and dog in early September and we had a great time! The animals are stunning. We especially loved this very photogenic goat. We enjoyed the trivia signs posted along the walking trails. My husband really enjoyed the elk sausage that he purchased from their store. We didn't take the chance to visit the inside of the building because we had our dog with us, but we had a lovely time outdoors.
Very well worth the visit. We really enjoyed the trail in the forest, which leads to bison. They have more than a hundred of bisons to look at. They also sell all kinds of bison and elk meat and the prices are affordable. We bought bison's short ribs and it cost us $35 for 1.6 kg.
Great place to bring kids. You can walk in a trail. Perfect for outdoor activities! The exposition and museum is small, but impressive. If you see a meat lover, you can't leave without a piece of meat!
Beautiful bison and elk. Not to be missed. Our dog was welcome for a walk and the shop is worth bringing a cooler along.
The owners are very nice and seeing bison up close and personal is a great experience, I could never eat such a majestic animal.
A hidden gem! very well maintained and well researched facility. It was refreshing to visit especially for a wildlife enthusiast like me. They really do their research. Animals are in nice spacious enclosures and look healthy. I saw them exhibiting natural behaviors. They have helpful signs in english too. I spoke French and eventhough my French isnt perfect, the person was very nice about it. keep up the good work.
Lovely animals, nice little museum and shop to visit, self-guided tour includes a great walk through the woods without too many bugs, and of course MANY bisons which are great. They also have some elks in one pen. Also prominent in the area are diverse birds and wildlife like wild turkeys so it's a nice place to spend a couple of hours and very cheap to visit. We also saw several barn swallows in the museum!
Stopped by over the weekend and was looking forward to seeing bison. I had brought my dog since it was advertised as dog friendly. I was waiting in the parking lot when my friends arrived. My dog started barking out of excitement from seeing them. Within literal seconds, unfortunately (possibly the owner) came out irate telling me that my dog cannot be barking and that I needed to manage his behavior immediately. I can totally understand how barking is a nuisance, and how coming from a "big" dog it can be intimidating. I just wished he could have accessed and approached the situation in a bit more of calmly manner. By the time my friends greeted my dog she stopped and calmed down. It left a bit of a sour taste for myself and my friends. I dont know if its purely based on the interaction with the (possibly the owner) but I think just driving by would have been a sufficient experience.

It was a really great trip we had to Mont-Tremblant today. It was så beautiful on both locations, and just what I wanted to see as tourist from Denmark. The guide was so sweet and had no problems with English or French. She was so optimistisk even all the way
Initially we wanted to go dog sledding but didn't have a reliable means of transport out of Montreal. That's when I stumbled upon Bonjour Nature and their partnership with the dog sledding farm. Booking it was easy online and although we overbooked for a Friday, they promptly called me to provide a solution and travel on Thursday instead which we could accommodate for. JF our driver was so friendly and fun to chat with. We both loved being able to switch off our brains and being navigated through the day, squeezing in naps at the end of the drive home. Would recommend BN for safe transport services around the region for tourists!
We had a fantastic tour! The driver/guide was so nice and accommodating in both English and French. There had to de made som changes to the tour, of no fault of the guide, but she kept positive an cool, and quickly found solutions that kept the tour going, positive and with great hikes and views.
Lovely driver, the information is clear and complete. We had a lovely time, I can only recommend if you don’t have a car and want to get out of Montreal
Very pleasant experience! Marylou has proposed multiple solutions to issues and she was replying promptly... Highly recommended

It's really convenient for those who don't have a car, especially for city dwellers or tourists who want to explore remote places. Our driver was particularly friendly and interesting, pointing out points of interest along the way. A pleasant experience and worth repeating. We love this place so much !!
(Translated by Google) Great stop to make with the family, a very enriching visit. For $20, 2 adults and 2 children were entitled to a guided tour by the owner who is very passionate. We even took the opportunity to buy fresh eggs. We see that the animals are sociable and well treated. Awesome (Original) Belle arrêt à faire en famille, visite très enrichissante. The cost is really not expensive, ideal place for a family with young children who would like to see common farm animals. Bring your lunch!! Doesn't deserve our money and should be reported on animal cruelty. (Original) Pas propre. Beaucoup d'animaux attachés avec une chaine. Animaux avec tumeur, le proprio les laissent crever.
