CF Fairview Pointe Claire has been my favorite mall during my time living in West Island! It has an amazing selection of stores, offering everything from fashion to tech to home goods, so it’s perfect for finding whatever I need. The food court has a great variety of options, making it easy to grab a quick bite or relax with friends over a meal. The mall is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable shopping experience. Definitely the go-to spot in the area for shopping and dining!
What an amazing spot to stop and shop. Very large and clean mall. Everything and anything you need. My wife and daughters had a blast. The food court was wonderful too. Lots of selections of food for all.
Great mall in Pointe Claire still going strong after fifty years! (Use to come here as a kid!) Need tenants of course, like Simon's, Decathlon, dollarama, winners, home sense, Browns, B2, Aldo, and many more. Especially enjoyed the craft Gelato shop in the center, many flavors and all perfectly hand mare. They also serve Lavazza coffee which hits the spot also.
CF Fairview Pointe Claire is one of tge best shopping centers in Montreal. All the major Canadian and international brands have outlets here and there are numerous options.
Perfect location for shopping 🛍 👌 Lots of stores of interest and food court is impressive I left the mall with exactly what I needed. Great service at : B2 , I believe it was the store who came by with cold 💧 to offer clients waiting. Quiet a great service ( I worked out with 2 shoes 👞) Aldo offered good service ( 1 got one pair of sandal) Mac was ok service. The service was ok unfortunately, the beautiful lady doesn't know how to upsell. I asked if there was promo I.e spend 100$ and receive mac makeup 🎒 that was when she mentioned it because I saw the ads. Melanie Lyne was horrible despite it's high end store. No welcomed greetings I spent more than 10 mins looking around unfortunately I was not noticed. Possibly because I dressed really down in short jeans and opened jeans shirt The sales associates were busy complimenting the lady trying on a dressed 👗 I walked out and they lost the sale $$$ What a shame 🫠
This definitely one of the top two malls in Quebec, the other being the CF Carrefour Laval in Laval. There are two floors full of great stores, a nice selection of upper quality restaurants including Simon’s own and Lucile’s as well as the famous Keg steakhouse. You will find everything you need in this mall and it’s so much more fun than buying online. There is plenty of parking and have numerous electric vehicle charging stations too. Also, like all CF malls, they sell gift cards which I find are excellent to give away for business purposes as well as general gifts. A must place to go again. Very clean, great reception desk service and overall very safe.
They have beautiful clothes at Melanie Lyne. However, depending on your taste and the event, I would not recommend as it's style specific and a bit expensive. They have great quality but is still very niche. I shop here on very rare occasions. If I see something that is the perfect addition to an outfit I'm curating, I'll get it. Overall 3 stars.
Shopping has gotten really expensive and the quality of clothing has declined at Fairview. Gone are the days when you get value for your money. The pretzels are good though :) Be prepared to pay more even on these pastries. Inflation is affecting everyone, everything, everywhere 🙄

Ordered the pig knuckles from the regular menu and the calzone from the daily specials menu, which included a soup of the day. Today’s soup was beef noodle soup. The food was amazing—the pig knuckles were very tender and stewed to perfection. However, service was a bit slow as the server also managed the bar. The atmosphere was fantastic, especially with the cozy fire stove fireplace.
The hot chicken sandwich was cold. That says a lot about the quality of the plates. The vegetarian pizza was okay, the amount of cheese was excessive. The nachos entree was depressing, there was barely any cheese or toppings on them. Most of the chips were bare!! For an 18$ plate of nachos I expect to receive more than a half of a handful of ingredients on them. The burgers though are good and filling. The place is immense, filled with an unreasonable quantity of television screens.
Brasserie Le Manoir Pointe-Claire has been a West Island institution for as long as I can remember. Good food, good portion sizes and very reasonable prices offer in a welcoming open atmosphere. You can't go wrong visiting Brasserie Le Manoir Pointe-Claire!
Underwhelming - no kids menu (my kids didn’t want nor could finish the giant plate of pasta or the burger plate?!?), poutine curds were warm and not squeaky at all. Service was to be desired. We were a big group (35) for a local soccer tournament and had only one waitress assigned, lots of staff otherwise on hand and it was not busy when we arrived. After we were served, nobody came to check on us for the 1.5hrs while there for 2nd round of drinks, etc. Waitress came at end of our meal and fumbled receipts and totals and collect her tip. Seems like it’s a local drinking hole and sports bar with giant-size pitchers of beer, nachos, etc. We only came due to proximity of hotel and ability to accommodate a large group. Better places to eat for $200 bill to feed 2 adults and 3 kids. Bathrooms are neglected and smell musty.
Fantastic food for reasonable prices! I was surprised at how good it was. We had the manoir burger and bavette 3 poivres. The plates are big too!
My wife and I heard a lot of good things about Le Manoir since we moved into the condos next door so we went to try it out Friday night… Let me tell you, the food was good, took a while to get it but when we did it was tasty. The drinks took a long time… When we looked at the bar we could see a random woman getting up from the bar and making drinks… Her hair was not tied, and she was not dressed like she was supposed to be working.. She was taking shots with customers at the bar who maybe were her friends? We believe she was a manger but it was unprofessional.… Overall, we enjoyed the food and the ambiance was nice. We wish they closed the doors to the terrace because it started to get cold in the restaurant but that’s a quick fix. Next time we go we will probably just grab takeout because waiting for drinks or having customers or maybe a manager poor them seems wrong.
Special respectful thanks to Chantal's & Pascale who work hard and create nutritious delicious prepared meals for my 95 year old father living independently . These meals have allowed my father to live in the comfort of his family home since the pandemic. He can even have guests and serve great food.
Their Turkey meals are great and thanksgiving. Their Christmas meal is also excellent! Well prices and good portions. However. Be prepared to wait a long time during those holidays.

Full disclosure, I am Ubisoft employee. This was my first time here though and I had my wife and son, and a friend with their daughter. What an absolute blast! We played games, jumped in the ball pit, threw balls to knock down Rabbids, did VR roller coasters, and a VR maze. We shot plungers, ate pizza and closed the place down. The kids (7y old boy, 8y old girl) didn't want to leave. Neither did I actually.
Good place to celebrate a birthday, a company party with kids. It's small. Maybe with kids under 6 years old would be ok. They have reality virtual stations of rollercoasters with dynamic seats. Three rooms to celebrate parties. Other room with PlayStation games but it's not working properly. They have a playground for little kids. Dining Tables and cafeteria. Honestly, one hour and a half to stay. After that time is boring. It's not recommended for people without kids and people without a party invitation. It's really boring if you go alone. It's a place to hangout only.
Play ball pen very fun, the blue makes it like their swimming. The jungle gym is pretty big and tires everyone out which calls for nap on the car ride back.. the VR games seemed very basic. If it's for a kids party with private room, 2hrs is plenty enough to play and eat.
It's fun and my kids liked it BUT unless you have a coupon it's pretty pricey. And there are just so many screens all around (yes, we get it Ubisoft, you're getting them while they're young) that if you were hoping to get your children out of the house to run around and get some exercise it's not gonna happen. There are videogames all over the place. Toilets were very dirty and since you have to remove your shoes at the entrance I recommend bringing slippers or burn your socks after you've stepped on the yucky bathroom toilet. :)
Pros: Lots to do Different from other indoor play places Cons: Expensive Some of the attractions & facilities were broken Excessively dark lighting
Much less balls in the pool compared to last year! When you throw balls at the bunnies, they don't fall anymore (Kinect needs to be fixed). At least they replaced the useless console up front. It's worth coming once, but don't think I'll be back. But overall, with over 70% of stuff being electronic games, it's geared with your kid being addicted to video games.
Very cool place to bring the kids. A small amusement park and plenty of digital entertainment.
Staff are nice, looks larger in the pictures but it is nice place if it is not crowded.

Had a birthday party for our 8 year old son. Everyone had a blast, staff very helpful, place very clean. Great experience
Very cool place if you're a gamer. PCs, consoles, VR. We had a small birthday party there and the kids loved it. Staff was friendly and the kids had a lot of fun. Party room was a little tight and food is limited but that's not their main venue. If I was in my teens I would love to hang out here
My kid had a friend's birthday party there. Overall, good experience for them as they get to discover the many games available (PC & console). One thing I was surprised is the staff didn't know much about gaming and computers, while working for a net cafe. 😅 As a gamer dad myself, I was asking some very basic questions (are servers pvp enabled, kids mode, etc) and they didn't know what I was talking about. But overall, the place is clean and the staff looked attentive and caring. Definitely a place to throw a party for kids. Keep up the good work.
We had an amazing time. The event was great and we even had a nice chat with the owners about their other products and services. All in all A+++++ Great day good laughs. If you are going in the winter or if it's raining bring indoor shoes.
The kids had a great time and I got to relax as the Nemesis team took care of everything. Great staff, location and most importantly an amazing birthday party! Thank you!
We hosted our son’s 13th birthday celebration at Nemisis, second time booking a party there. From the easy booking process to the excellent food, computers, and games, everything was outstanding A++++++. The family behind this business is truly exceptional—professional, detail-oriented, and, most importantly, incredibly kind. Thank you so much for making it a hit despite the crazy snow storm!!!
I have now been twice to Nemesis for the Virtual Reality Games. I LOVE IT!! The first time was with my son and niece and nephew from Australia (ages 13-15) and second time was with my son and husband. We will definitely be going back as we all loved the experience and left feeling great and happy.
Great VR experience. Friendly staff. Our game was a bit buggy in the beginning, they gave us an extra free game. Would definitely recommend!

My therapist was very skilled with an exceptional technique. Calming ambiance too. I highly recommend Patricia for an amazing and relaxing experience.
I had a great deep tissue massage. My neck and shoulders were really hurting for a long time and my therapist Patricia worked her magic, I felt relief from the first treatment and I have been feeling great. I recommend her for her knowledge and professionalism.
I had the most soothing massage at Vibrationsom, where the serene ambiance and gentle aroma created a haven of peace. The therapists, with their skilled and caring touch, made the experience feel truly nurturing and rejuvenating. It felt like a warm embrace for the soul—I can’t recommend it enough! And to be honest Patricia is amazing. 😍😍 ---
Patricia was able to figure out which muscles were causing the problem and help to loosen and relax them up. After her massage, I feel so relaxed. Patricia is one of those massage therapists who has an intuitive understanding of the body. She knows just how much pressure to use and she truly has a healers hands. She l is very professional and really cares about her clients! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who has specific areas that need to be worked on and / or get great and deep relaxing massage.
Carlos was great ! Very thoughtful and very intentional with every touch. He applied different techniques based on what my body needed. I truly enjoyed my experience and will book another appointment with him. He did a bit of biodynamics and I was very pleasantly surprised by the sensation I felt
Thank you so much to Kaitlin for the relaxing massage. Atmosphere was so calming and lovely, and the quality of the massage was very, was exactly what I needed!
This is the second time Patricia has worked on me and she is magical. I came in with sciatica pain and I am feeling much better. Thank you Patricia
Helene, is my go-to massage therapist. She has definitely helped me during and after my pregnancy! Her prenatal massages were a lifesaver! I always feel so relaxed and look forward to my next massage! Thank you Helene!

5 stars for their unique finds and lovely atmosphere.
Really unique store which showcases artisanal crafts from around th world. I have purchased two leather ottomans (reasonably priced) and a cotton rug from this store. They also have beautiful jewelry! The owner is a very kind and helpful lady who knows the background of each item in the store.

Reggie makes a difference! Awesome service, so friendly and welcoming. This guy knows how to make people feel welcomed. Awesome beer, James Blond was my favorite 😉 Healthy food, got a bowl, love the sauce! Very nice outdoor patio.
I gave the food mid level because they didn't have a menu that I saw. Just pizza on offer it seemed. The brewery was also under renovation but I bet when it's done it'll be great. Lots of character inside, lots of good beers. In the summertime this place would be great to visit.
He has this special beer made with watermelon and raspberry it is very good!!! Its a shame they dont have food. The place is very nice. I am looking forward to see more here because i like to come back.
As far as brewpubs in an industrial wasteland goes, it hits all the notes. Mix of old sofas and picnic tables? Yes. Old boardgames and pub games? Yes. Eclectic mix of beer styles? Yes. I rarely have the chance to venture out in this part of the island, so I was glad I got to check it out. Friendly service at the bar, at least a dozen taps, with a little something for every taste. The beers I had were fine. The west coast IPA could have used a bit more kick, but the Kölsch was tasty. Prices are a bit high considering where we are, and pint sizes were smaller than I expected. They have a terrace outside that wasn't finished yet. Didn't try any food, but the snack menu looked interesting. Overall good place for a pint.
Unique and ridiculously amazing beers. Great customer service and lovely place. Happy hour Tuesday - Friday 3 pm to 6 pm.
I really liked this place because it was super close to the hotel. The beer and the bartender were all super friendly. The beer was delicious and the way they made their single hop IPA made of oats. Super delicious
The renovations are great, trivia is fun and the beers and pizza still taste wonderful. I just have to keep checking the opening hours on instagram, Summer terrace is open! I visit often, always great beers on tap, the outdoor space is simple with picnic tables and string lights. Easy to get to and just chill in the sun with a cold brew. Order yourself a pizza and stay a while! Lots of beer choices, the owner and staff are quite nice, and there are growlers available. If the kitchen is closed, there is always free popcorn or you can order in! Worth the trip. We also went on Valentine's day for our date and they had a new beer release and cannolis. Great time that day. During covid: Only merch, canned beer and growlers available. Pre-order for faster service. Or line up grab a box and pick your beers. The tap room is only available to reserve for groups of 10 minimum. Wear your mask!
Nice place, great beers, amazing people! Staff and owners are awesome. Stouts, IPAs and Smoothies are excellent. Kid and dog friendly. Great events. Now serving food too!

I have experienced many escape rooms in my lifetime and the better ones have always been at A/Maze. We attempted a Game of Thrones themed room and it was fun and artistic whether you've seen the series or not. The puzzles were coherent (although challenging) and the rooms were very well organized. Our animator, Connie, was knowledgeable and very clear with the introduction. All staff members were equally friendly whether they were in charge of our group or not. I would certainly recommend A/Maze to family and friends, especially the White Walker room for those who've seen the series.
I had an amazing time at the Frankenstein-themed escape room! The atmosphere was incredibly immersive, with eerie lighting, authentic props, and sound effects that really brought the story to life. The puzzles were well-designed—challenging but not frustrating—and tied perfectly into the Frankenstein narrative. Our game master was friendly and helpful, giving just the right amount of guidance when needed. It truly felt like we were part of the story, racing against time to stop a scientific experiment gone wrong. Highly recommend this experience to any escape room or horror story fan!
An Unforgettable Experience! I had the best time at our escape room experience, and I have to give a massive shout out to Yeti, our incredible animator! From start to finish, Yeti brought the perfect mix of energy, humor, and suspense that kept us totally immersed in the game. Their creativity and enthusiasm made everything so much more exciting and memorable – we were laughing, racing against the clock, and fully in the moment the entire time! Also, a huge thank you to my amazing sister for organizing this game – you truly nailed it! This was such a unique and fun way to spend time together, and I’ll be talking about it for a long time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch escape room adventure! 👏🔐🎉
I have done 3 of the rooms at this location so far and they have all been amazing. White Walkers - this one was the most challenging out of the 3. Very good puzzles and enough that got our group of 4 working together and independently at times. Train Robbery - this we did with our two kids aged 7-9. The puzzles are simple enough that our kids were able to figure out a lot with a little guidance from me and my wife. School of Magic - I highly recommend this one for everyone to do. It is one room with a bunch of puzzles. We did it with our kids as well and since it's very straight forward in terms of being one room I can easily see people being able to come back and doing it again if they run out of time. It'd be cool if there was a code that people can give so the computer can auto complete the puzzles that were already done on your second go.
Connie, Alex and Sevda were very animated, helpful and sweet during our visit. They were gracious enough to let us finish the game even after the time had elapsed. The game itself (train robbery) was quite fun and challenging, especially for just two people. Would highly recommend this location for both the escape room and the staff!
Loved the escape room. That escape room was seriously epic, the puzzles were so clever. We made it out with 87% completed, talk about a rush! The whole experience was top-notch and we can't wait to go back. Big shoutout to our host, Yeti, for being so awesome and making it even more fun. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a good time.
Just completed the white walkers room in West Island, impressive mechanisms, smart hidden clues and great decor! We wanted to try this one for a while and we had a blast! Our host Constance definitely helped in the fun! We completed the room being two, but the room accepts up to 7 so I definitely recommend
Exceeds expectations! My brother and I have wanted to go for years and it did not disappoint. Had an amazing time and can not wait to go back. The staff was stellar. 5 out of 5 across the board. The only thing that wasn't absolutely perfect was while the low light made the ambience really cool, it also made it pretty hard to see things on several occasions.
