Very small, but very nice railway museum. If you are in the neighbourhood it is worth a visit.
Nice little museum. Not a lot to but is worth the stop especially with free admission (by donation) Staff were rather absorbed in their own conversations.
The Railway Museum is a wonderful spot to explore if you haven't had the chance to visit yet. In addition to the beautiful scenery, there is a trail where you can immerse yourself in the tranquil sounds of nature.
Good for a little (and fast) stop. We didn't go IN the museum as it was closed, but we explored the items on the outside and they looked really nice.
One of the popular spots on the Eastern Shore - fresh local produce, good coffee, fine informal menu. Loved by locals.
This is a great stop when In Musquodoboit. The railway museum details the history of the rail in the area, and there are several old rails cars on tracks for you to view. This time of year, they also have a make-shift Christmas tree made out of lobster tracks. In the summer, they have an ice cream stand at the front of the property. There are picnic tables to have a lunch near the old train cars and it is such a beautiful and peaceful place.
Great gift shop, ice cream, museum and a food truck on site. Not a long stop but a good stop if you are looking for a day trip. Then travel on to Taylor Head Beach...
Very nice, little Museum with a nice farmers market.
