Excellent service, staff and atmosphere! The beer is delicious, cold and tasty! The staff is amazing the food is delicious and the beer is very delicious! I can not recommend this place highly enough! You can book a brewery and cave tour for Saturday and Sunday’s online. I highly recommend booking a week before you plan on going.

Stopped by on the way back from a weekend in Owen Sound and the brewery does not disappoint. Large section of beers with a clear influence from German styles. The Bruce is crisp lager and perfect for a summer day. Very refreshing! On top of that, the historical value of the brewery sets it above others I've visited. Highly recommended to those who enjoy breweries with a historical touch

Today, my husband, daughter and I had a tour of Neustadt Springs Brewery in Neustadt, Ontario. Highly recommend this tour. It is so informative regarding the brewing process to produce Neustadt Beer but also a history lesson of this building that is 160 years old. Have a tour, enjoy a beverage ( even if you want something non-alcoholic, delicious sparkling water) or a glass of delicious Ontario wine inside the Brewery or on their patio. You will not be disappointed.

Delicious beer, love the Raspberry lager (my fave since 2021), the 10W30 and the Cafe Crisp. Amazing time on the tour today to see the catacombs and all the history of the oldest brewery in Ontario since 1859. They have nice flatbread pizzas as well.

Such a cute spot! Their beers are all made with their spring water and were delicious. Got a couple of pretzels and pizzas and thoroughly enjoyed them. Even their water is from the spring!

My wife and I showed up on a Tuesday. She went in to ask if dogs were welcome. Yes dogs are welcome! Anita was so great. She brought out water for our dog. Set up the umbrella and moved the table so we could be in the shade. The beer is great! Raspberry lager for the win. The bbq chicken pizza was amazing. All of the staff are super friendly. We will be back.
